@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

And I totally agree with the sentiment here regarding Telstra and their appalling customer service as well and Vodafone included. I took Vodafone to the ombudsman a decade ago and I banned Telstra 20 years ago. They all stink and treat their customers like ****. They all stink.

@Telstra I've done the 'message us we'll fix it' game on Twitter before. It's SOP to deflect from public embarrassment. It never goes anywhere. It's just deflection. I ignore it. But you've got them 'on roaming' (that's bad) and I can see their entire phone history. Not great.

@theTiser Do you mean she doesn't rate and they paid to guarantee #1 new show. Telstra used to pay for customer serv results as they were on 'big' boss perf review. I found it de-motivating all the work came down to a paycheck for scores. SA radio is very poor..Ali, Soders, roo, rowe...bad

@1974keg @3AW693 I’m with Aldi (uses Telstra network) I haven’t been able to access data off wifi for a week. Apparently there’s an issue in Melbourne CBD and Telstra’s website just says restoration time is tbc over a week and still tbc!
