    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @propinqua I dropped mine walking back from the telstra dome (I've lost track of what it is called now, Etihad? ..) Bought a drink in a pub. Felt my pockets, no wallet! Wife not impressed. We'd have to cancel joint account cards..... Get home to find wallet in the mail box. Cats fans!

    @Telstra Are you going to fix this issue? We have water bombers overhead & sirens. Phone, internet and tv reception are essential services & needed to monitor bush fire news. Require services be urgently restored. This outage is not a result off the bushfires but a Telstra service issue.

    @Qantas are the 2nd worse company in Australia, only just behind Telstra. So much for Australia’s biggest number 1 airline. Suppose you can’t really complain about **** service when u don’t get any service at all 🤬🤬 virgin all the way from now on

    @Telstra I move my Telstra NBN service from one house to another and we’ve tried three telstra modems with backup 4G and none get a signal more than 0.7Mps and Telstra broadband support tell me they can’t troubleshoot the issue until NBN is connected. INSANITY

    @FTank @Optus hahahaha You assume it was solved. Even after I got connected it took another 3 hours to get data because the first person was satisfied with restarts and didn't tell me how to do a network reset. Optus are a steaming pile of poo and only exist to make @telstra look good

    @Telstra Having done independent research after spending a couple of maddening hours with the Spotify people who could not help, seems it is often a mobile carrier issue. Are you seeing this from other Telstra customers? And do you have any solutions beyond resetting network connection?

    @Telstra Spent an hour on the phone with Telstra at my sisters new house in Pomona today, amazingly across from a big school. Telstra bully customers hence my technical help. Clearly the 1950s technology is not up to it. Either fix it or offer alternative.easy. Pm me
