    @Telstra And that has not been the only issue , only the most recent Other issues were with security and i won't give details in an open forum

    @alisonsbread @Judith54Nunn @Telstra Check what speed you are getting & if your plan says you should be getting more, then question them why. I had an issue recently & did the broadband speed test on laptop, so I could tell them exact speed. Good luck

    @Telstra it's on my mobile. Has mostly not worked for last 24 hours, went down about same time as power went off. Others in area have had same problem. Still not working other than every now suddenly works for a few minutes

    @GandWalter @Telstra I just got a letter telling me that my Direct Debit was removed by mistake "due to a technical issue". So far, impossible to re-activate it. They don't want my money ! ! !

    @TheProselytiser @SirBAntMQ @Judith54Nunn Yes. A couple of times when I was overseas (last time April 2019) I had an extortionate mobile bill. I was having no success re it being dealt with by Telstra and the suggestion I would contact the Ombudsman (showing I know the process involved) resulted in a speedy resolution.

    @Judith54Nunn If its any consolation here on the east coast I have the very same problem ( Telstra). Let's face it on the **** NBN Turnbull/Morrison stuck us with the LNP deserves to be thrown out.
