    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    Seriously @Telstra and @NBN_Australia - our internet is going down every day. The whole suburb. It's been happening for weeks now. How is anyone supposed to work from home or homeschool in lockdown? Even 4G backup is struggling under load it seems.

    @Telstra It is constantly described as "network update" on your website. But it is happening EVERY DAY. Was advised it would happen overnight... but now in the middle of the work day without notice. Not much of an update if it means nobody can use the net reliably for 2wks. @NBN_Australia

    @Telstra Thank you but I get these calls quite often and usually just yell at them to go and scam somebody else. I never let them into my computer. The mobile number they called from this time looks like a Telstra number: 0447 878 023.

    @Telstra Telstra needs to stop ignoring customer concerns - customers are leaving. Staff are not dealing with customer issues.
