@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@Telstra No it's been long-term as I think the signal strength for most mobile networks have problems in the area where my house is. Up the road about 100 meters it's fine but not where I live.

OKAY So it turns out I'm stuck with the cheap, ****** modem Telstra gave me, because the company DELIBERATELY barred me from using any other modem except their garbage tofu-lookin plastic boxes. The guy on the phone legit would not let me switch back to our good modem...
