    @Telstra I have checked my address and there were no issues. My internet speed has now gone back to its normal, criminally slow, 6mpbs down and 0.2mbps up that drops out every 30 minutes.

    @Telstra Hi, I'm trying to port my landline number, only you disconnected it without giving me any kind of notification. You still sent me a bill for the service, though! Now your support is telling me I'll need to pay for a NEW service to get my number reconnected.

    So if a customer overpays Telstra how can they get their money back? I called and waited for an hour an 20 min and got no answer. Tweeted and DM said contact Bank. Bank says contact Telstra! How can I get my money back @andy_penn

    Hi @Telstra I just tried to speak to someone to cancel a service. I also tried to call yesterday but could not get through. However, your automated service got to the end of its script and hung up. You are going to need to find other ways to keep customers tbh

    I've never used the C word in an anatomical sense, but I know it upsets some folk, so you better mute me because I'm in dispute with @Telstra and the C word in the sense of "cruel and callous" is going to become essential.
