  @eleaud Have had the same one recently. They became so argumentative when I was telling them I wasn’t with Telstra for any service. Next time I got the call I just kept asking them to tell me my name and they hung up

  Be wary of signing up with @Telstra. 1.5hrs so far with their customer service staff and I can't get confirmation that a service is/will be cancelled. They're responsive while they think they can sign you up for another service, after that it's radio silence. Never again.

  @PerrettReport When Telstra calls you they ask if they are speaking with xxx so when these “Telstra spam callers” phone me I told them they should be able to identify me. When they can’t they get frustrated and hang up.
