    @abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

    @Telstra And that has not been the only issue , only the most recent Other issues were with security and i won't give details in an open forum

    @Jay25701165 @TMFScottP I've never heard of the libs plan for more towers. There is a blackspot program for towers to be installed, but thats mainly for mobile phone coverage. Telstra gets paid very well and doesn't allow competitors on those towers.

    @daxzero1 Telstra is the same… there’s about 5 minutes of my tram ride after you pass the RMH on Royal Parade where there is just no signal? Like you’ve hardly left the CBD

    @Telstra internet is currently out. Box is saying it’s fine, the outage site also says it’s fine. I can still connect to wifi but theirs no actual internet connection.

    @BeaumontCarolyn @Telstra The customer guarantee is just words on paper. Telstra make every excuse under the sun to avoid being held accountable to their own terms. Its a **** show...and its a f'n disgrace. Sadly the govt is so entrenched with them, that nothing will happen...ever....were wasting breath.

    @Telstra Just letting you know that the verification emails are broken on your careers website!! keeps saying it will send me a verification email and it hasnt (even when I resend on a different email.) hope it can get fixed so i can apply :)

    Second day in a row with no mobile service in #Narrabri. How are we supposed to do business or provide services? @Telstra no notice was given, its Xmas period and harvest. So slack! Meals on Wheels have lost their Wifi too now! incommunicado in the 21st century
