    @abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

    @Telstra And that has not been the only issue , only the most recent Other issues were with security and i won't give details in an open forum

    @Telstra Did the restart, and it improved speed, but that's more of a coincidence, and it will go up and down. I really think I live in a blind spot to the tower which is less than 2 km away.

    @Telstra is the network issues in postcode 2223 we haven't had LTE service for week, I tried looking on your website but couldnt see anything. I use telstra card in my laptop. It works fine when I'm in the Sydney CBD

    My PC's internal wifi doesn't pick up the wifi signal from the Telstra router anymore in the new house ... im assuming because of the big wall in between? best recommendations please?

    Hey @Telstra when will the 4G and 5G service interruptions in Drummoyne be fixed? The date keeps changing. It was supposed end at 11pm yesterday

    @Telstra Will do that now. Ran a speed test and got 700Mbps / 0.7Mbps so obviously an issue. Checking modem health etc now

    @kayosports anyone else finding that Kayo tech support is a mix of chat bots and trained monkeys who know ****? For more than twice the price of other streaming services you basically get a poke in the eye. I guess I'll stick with replays via Telstra.
