@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@Telstra you should do what other companies do when advertising/buying tickets, give users a presale code instead of having to log in becuase thanks to having to log in, your site and app are down and have kicked me out of account on the app. Thanks.
