@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

Since @telstra Pay Phones are now free for domestic calls within Australia, thought I’d take a walk to check out my nearest one on Narara Rail Station here on the Central Coast of NSW, located phone but out of service.

@lilzzzza @Telstra I had big problems with Telstra last year. Customer service was terrible until I raised merry hell on their Facebook page (politely, but getting my point across) and I was contacted by customer service, given a phone number to ring and allocated a person to fix my problem.
