@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@TheDanBarrett For the most part, it shouldn't make a difference for the average user. The only real issue right now is that smaller providers seemingly don't have access to eSIM, so you'd be limited to a Telstra, Optus, or Vodafone plan.

@Telstra Nope it wasn't, cant say I've had a good one yet. And I think it is more of an extremely poor structural model adopted by Telstra to deal with problems. Having a million minions giving advice was never going to work. It is a massive obfuscatory strategy that delivers zero fvcks.

I'm so glad I've never had this issue with @iiNet in the last 7 years it just sucks because they sent out a technician 2 days after I contacted them but their technician wasn't able to work on it since it's Telstra equipment
