    @abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

    No Viktor, no new appointment, the problem has always been with the modem but my 4 hour plus chat, is now beyond a joke…. I want to pick up a new modem from the Telstra shop and not be out of pocket…. Not difficult but apparently it is for a multi National….

    @cleary_mitch @7NewsMelbourne Newsflash, 20 year old Telstra (or was it a TNT, Myers, MacDonalds, Repco) worker gets busted doing drugs, but not a word in the press. Let's make noise about sports persons only, must be a slow day reporting, or, too many other cases that would keep the press busy.

    @RobertCawood2 Why do I get the feeling that the other was hacked so Telstra slowly becomes the prominent provider. It’s not like they’re all in on the agenda is it. During the height of this **** show, “letsvaxx” was continually flashing on my phone🤔

    @vline_bendigo It was a hot day so we can accept the slow trains. The cancellations on top push our patience. What makes it hard to bear is the appalling @telstra service the entire journey: 3G, one bar, 🤬. So we’ve got buses for the next two weeks!?! 💣 #vline

    And following all this, @Telstra made three errors in my bills in two months, claiming for services I did not receive and claiming I had not paid my bill when I had a bank receipt for the transfer. /6

    @Telstra No, enquiry was not taken care of. We wanted 2 new phones. Now we don't. Your staff in Blacktown are cowboys. Why do you have a "points" reward system for customers to buy crap they don't need? Why not just give your customers a good deal on upgrading phones instead?

    Telstra Customer Service is one of the shittiest I have ever experienced. First, the guy from online message needed help to let me know whether a pre-paid sim card needs to pay to activate the sim or not.. He said no, it doesn't... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
