... position if i didn't contact telstra at all. they have done literally nothing that has been of any benefit to me to fix this issue. @andy_penn your systems and processes are broken and your staff have provided incorrect info time and time again, have not kept promises and...

  • MGleds Matthew Gledhill (@MGleds) reported

@VK1MIC @mrmabs Don't think Optus have a long life value plan either. Best bet might be to go Telstra for primary (best coverage) and Optus/MVNO for back-up. Your phone will use any network available for E000.

  • SpudBenBean Denise C AZ x 1 (Groodle mother) (@SpudBenBean) reported

@Dunhacking The last one I answered a few years ago purported to be from Telstra, he told me there was a problem with Microsoft Windows on my PC and he would talk me through how to fix it. He started telling me which keys to press, and I said "is that the one with a pic of an Apple?" Click!

@Telstra Now my @Telstra *email access* issue seems to be resolved, I have found this email: "We would love to hear about your experience with us when resolving your recent NBN issue." The level of incompetence is appalling, matched only by Telstra's indifference to its customers.

  • OzyAussieOzy 🇦🇺 Greg 🇦🇺 (@OzyAussieOzy) reported

Just wondering what active role companies like @Telstra @VodafoneAU & @Optus are taking in ridding customers of constant spam SMS's, calls & emails? While there's probably no easy fix the amount of unsolicited junk paying customers are hit with on a daily basis is out of control

  • GordyPls Haircut Anticipator (@GordyPls) reported

@Telstra So the idea that I told you before release day the model I wanted, and you're still stunned that someone wanted that... that kinda sucks Greg, and it's not just amorphous frustration on my part. Telstra screwed up.

@Telstra Well you could always cancel it again so you could be doubly pleased with our next effort in getting it reconnected?

  • rabbykx RABBY K (@rabbykx) reported

When I called Telstra to check on status, their response was like ‘you’ll just have to wait I guess?’ Then when I called to cancel my order after signing up with Aussie, they said ‘I’m not sure what order you’re talking about because it’s already been cancelled…’

  • FlameRoastToast Andy Corrigan (@FlameRoastToast) reported

@Hugh_Whitehouse You need to have a Telstra service to get one right? That alone feels weird, giving a sizeable chunk of stock to a retailer that forces a services folks might not want. (I got lucky with my PS5 last year, tbf)
