@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@Jay25701165 @TMFScottP I've never heard of the libs plan for more towers. There is a blackspot program for towers to be installed, but thats mainly for mobile phone coverage. Telstra gets paid very well and doesn't allow competitors on those towers.

@Telstra tried chatting to resolve an automated account holder expiry issue yesterday for just under 2 hours. Been a customer for 20+ years. Extremely poor customer service skills by Telstra staff providing no help whatsoever.
