@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@RebekahsRight @YvetteDAth Yesterday's TV news was that 000 calls were the highest on record SE Qld & ambulance service couldn't cope. Telstra intervened & diverted calls with a recorded message to call QLD health if not serious. I thought 000 only gets called for an emergency!

@AustralianLabor Well if your going to follow QLD state as stated. At the moment in QLD if you ring 000 you get a Telstra message. Ambulance are piled up with over 1/2 wait to get into emergency Great role model!!!!

@chlovol6 @Telstra Try a phone restart. I did and was able to get onto my partner on the Optus network and my Dad on the Telstra network. Still can’t get onto my Mum or Brother (both with Telstra).
