@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@KotakuAU Don’t fall for this Con. After struggling for almost a year with huge latency issues I switched providers and the problem went away. How about @Telstra fixes their current terrible internet services before trying to monetise a gaming fix. #monopoly

@Telstra I also have a work phone with Telstra - there is no outage! My personal mobile isn’t ‘not working’ because of an outage - its either been hacked again (ie you have enabled someone else to port it again) or you have turned off my ability to bake and receive calls

@MJ_Leaver If a call enters the system with the originating number set to the number by some point other than Telstra then it still gets through. You’d have to implement clever routing blocks on every phone provider’s network.

@Telstra @NETDUMA Or just change providers. After almost a year of unplayable games, stuttering zoom calls, and sub par speeds with @Telstra I switched to Aussie Broadband. Enjoying 270 MBps downloads and NO lag issues. Zero regrets at tossing Telstra in the bin.

Scams what out overseas callers telling you they work for Telstra and saying there is a problem with your computer or internet if they call you hang up on them

@Batterymetals1 In theory, but I can’t guarantee it. Just buy next year’s iPhone 13 with a 3rd gen 5G iPhone chipset. Also it depends on who gets 26Ghz, if Telstra or Optus don’t get it but one of the satellite providers do, you may never be able to use it 1/2
