    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

    @abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

    @VickiRussell62 @Telstra I know the issue is probably bigger than any telecoms can handle. Especially if one of one's contacts has the FluBot malware by clicking on the link in the spam SMS.

    Hi @SamsungAU, Thank you for sending me out an early Galaxy S22 Ultra. Unfortunately @Telstra is making it almost impossible for me to transfer from my physical SIM to eSIM, so I am yet to use it properly. They have a monopoly, so they feel low service levels are allowed.

    @mobilenova @Telstra I have been trying to upgrade my s20+ to s22+ for the last 3 days esim to esim, still no joy. I lost count how many time have called and texted support. By far, the poorest upgrade experience in 30 years. Thanks, @Telstra Heading to the store now 😡

    @Telstra can you explain why many @optus users have full coverage in the Northern Rivers flood zone area while Telstra users have none at all. If Optus can make it work why can’t Telstra? Lack of comms is causing significant problems with the clean up and continuing rescue ops.

    @katieqs @Telstra Crap service 4 NC NSW normally yet visiting South Island NZ -on Fox Glacier & took a call from a client! we have struggled to get phone & internet service & are only 10 km from coffs.Telstra regional services are deficient at best of times -in a crisis that’s serious

    The telecoms in Bundjalung are still utterly ****. NBN is down, Telstra mobile is nonexistent/shaky. We use Optus 3G/4G on my phone as the household hotspot. Can’t imagine how recovery efforts can function with this. I heard that Telstra towers have 2days battery backup only..

    Our @Telstra home internet has been down for 15 days, with visits from 3 different NBN techs who all said we need a new @Telstra modem. @Telstra customer 'service' continually starts our conversation from scratch and refuses to do anything except book another NBN tech

    @Telstra I will DM you today We now have no landline dsl service The modem has failed so can not use mobile data network on that account which is UNLIMITED data 0nly internet service is using mobile phone and personal hotspot for device connection which is incurring extra data charges
