    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

The Australian Competition Consumer Commission ACCC can also assist with unfair contacts that over promise and under deliver on contractual agreements. 1800 700 600

    @Telstra When trying to add a new payment method using credit card on the Testra app why does the correct year constitute an "credit card must not be expired" message. Fix this or if can't pay any bill you send me.

    @Telstra internet is currently out. Box is saying it’s fine, the outage site also says it’s fine. I can still connect to wifi but theirs no actual internet connection.

    @Jay25701165 @TMFScottP I've never heard of the libs plan for more towers. There is a blackspot program for towers to be installed, but thats mainly for mobile phone coverage. Telstra gets paid very well and doesn't allow competitors on those towers.

    @BeaumontCarolyn @Telstra But be damn assured that should we miss even 1 payment, or ask for ANYTHING outside our contract, they will hold us accountable 100% and then some. Its absolutely disgusting the double standard that they operate under. Time for Andy to step down.

    Second day in a row with no mobile service in #Narrabri. How are we supposed to do business or provide services? @Telstra no notice was given, its Xmas period and harvest. So slack! Meals on Wheels have lost their Wifi too now! incommunicado in the 21st century

    @Telstra tried chatting to resolve an automated account holder expiry issue yesterday for just under 2 hours. Been a customer for 20+ years. Extremely poor customer service skills by Telstra staff providing no help whatsoever.
