    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

    @abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

    What ********, I just realised that I paid full price for movie tickets the past weekend when I have accounts with both Telstra and Optus so I could’ve gotten cheaper tickets with Hoyts or Village 🙃🙃🙃

    @Telstra I wanted to update my credit card details but after waiting for a human being for 30 min on numerous Testra numbers, I gave up. When will you learn to respect your customer’s needs/wants? Now I’ve decided to change telcos.

    @Telstra my WAN connection has been down for 6 hours now, no answers to my messages on your support chat or to my earlier phonecalls. Super annoyed I can't use the service I pay for!!

    @Telstra The mobile service Over the last 4 months has been substandard with at least every second phone call dropping out or not connecting 1st time. This issue seems to coincide with the 5G installation in Berri SA. What is the fix? Yours truly rural Australia.

    @Telstra I got an SMS saying there is a plannec outage due to NBN on the 11th of December 12 a.m. to 6 p.m. but when I go to the Telstra website and it says outages is on the 10th of December so which one is correct?

    So we gave up after nearly 3hrs on the phone waiting for Telstra to answer! Don't have the time to waste on such poor customer service Seems like internet has started working again now, for the time being anyway.
