The Australian Competition Consumer Commission ACCC can also assist with unfair contacts that over promise and under deliver on contractual agreements. 1800 700 600

    @mig_loren @bencmorrison I have my iPhone and iPad on Telstra SIM with shared data.255gb shared. It's come down over the years but the convenience of an esim when travelling is pretty cool. Still expensive if you just use the Apple provider interface.

    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

    @Trev__Says @susan_taylor07 @cjoye None of them would have been profit making assets. Telstra would have been a big slow behemoth that got pants’d by Optus and Vodafone. Our gas wouldn’t have been developed - it took 15 years from sale to production. And we would have been paying huge amounts of interest.

    @asphotos Science isn't going to help when the system is clogged because the NBN is down and many thousands of people are trying to find workarounds. Telstra in the park has collapsed, and Optus is struggling.

    I had established with Telstra complaints issue is with RINGER at exchange (e.g. other party hears ringing, but my end doesn't ring). INC42292959, complaint 131187000, so ******* tests my line at box, doesn't come in, DOESN'T KNOW PROBLEM, leaves card. INCOMPETENCE ALL ROUND! FFS

    @arbsmichael Howard sold off flogged off Telstra even though he told us only half & then came back for the rest, he wasted the mining boom. Oh, and Howard’s crowning glory was to flog off our gas for a song so we pay exorbitant prices for decades. Howard a major fail even Costello agreed.

If I want to work from home, corporate vpn 5-10 up plus voice 2 to 5 up, plus remote support ( usually SCCM remote) 5 to 10 up, plus all the stuff my home network is doing as per above and you can see that I'm hobbled on 20Mbps up line rate, I actually need 40
