@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@mikjcal @LaurieOakes I’m my experience, floptus is a major fail, CS and reception both mobile and nbn wise. I will not use them anymore under any circumstances, I watched to prepaid Telstra as phones are cheaper outright, reception for mobile and nbn via belong is quite stable and good speeds

@sandmanute @senatorbabet @corybernardi Yes, because buying back gold you've already sold, and companies like Telstra, all at a massive loss, is something a government would do. That's just silly. And the ALP did eventually buy back the Telstra copper network for the NBN rollout... before the LNP screwed it up.

Service visit from #NBN due to problems with Internet. Told they are going to monitor the line for dropouts for three days. Told 24 hours later by #Telstra they have closed the job. This is the service you can expect people.

We updated our NBN recently and subscribe to @Telstra. Though our connection is much quicker, some sites like Gmail are very slow to load, as if there's some kind of bottleneck stuck in the system. I have not solved this issue, and it's getting old.

@TheRiverCard @SincDavidson Boost resells the full Telstra network in terms of mobile. NBN you don't need Telstra's network. Superloop/ABB much better.

@ConPaffas @BazzaCC Because LNP rolled out a terrible network, put too many people on the satellite service, put too many people on the fixed wireless towers, left people on copper. Also Telstra will want people on their infrastructure rather than NBN so probably didn't try to get NBN to fix it

@ThinkCriticalSo Banks are down in #Australia, @telstra and @NBN_Australia reportedly having issues. Telstra have their own cloud platform why would they be outsourcing their own dog food to AWS? That company is rudderless.
