@Telstra Hi Brandon. We did not get our tech visit today. We did get a message from Telstra that our services was restored and promptly experienced and outage at approximately 12:45.

@Telstra since you decide you can orate. Vaccinated and unvaccinated cannot infect if they don't have sars. Vaccinated and unvaccinated can equally get infected and equally infect each other and others. So what is the Issue. Your logic totally astounds me. Discrimination is a good thing?

enough of sad news. I don't feel like doing any recordings today. Plus I had drama with recharging my internet service. Stupid Telstra mobile app wouldn't accept my card due to an app error. And had a hiccup with paying for it via website through PayPal method. So very fedup!!

@Telstra Could you please explain why I need a credit check to decrease my price plan? It isn’t a new plan and I passed a credit to get the plan. I don’t want a credit application impacting my credit score. It would be easier just to cancel and go somewhere else

@Telstra We have a pandemic, most people don't work at the office. Please tell your support people that they can phone the company's office to ask someone about modem lights instead of expecting the person making the support call. The modem is at the other side of town!
