    @abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

    @madmother66 @jriewolod @Telstra I would always suggest going to a telecom store with people who know the business. Pitching sales doesn't work regularly so managers find "creative" ways to pad numbers. By adding extras to your packages and selling it as a bundle. They won't tell you that you can buy the base.

    @Telstra hi, I've been in communication with telstea staff for 3 days but there doesn't seem to be anyone able or willing to fix my internet issue..

    @jriewolod @Telstra Hope yr aged care provider offers single room with modern facilities, fully staffed, caring, honest and skilled people, good food and perhaps real personalised care. Alas me thinks age care providers and telstra have too much in common namely the financial rip off for “service”.

    @Telstra He did, but only after being made to resubmit his iD info again, despite having already given it and being supplied a phone. V worrying about what happened to his paperwork, with all the privacy issues around this. He's since left Telstra because of this experience.

    wonder if the Tocumwal Telstra tower will be working by 6pm tonight or will there be another delay, love to know why its taking so long to fix, 5G went in it not long ago @Telstra

    @jriewolod @Telstra Every time I see things like this it reinforces my decision to ditch @Telstra. I genuinely don’t understand how their horrific customer service and careless attitude is just…tolerated.
