@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

@Telstra I did. It took a long time to navigate your horrible auto menu to get a person, and the person cut me off without helping I AM TRYING TO GIVE YOU MONEY AND YOU ARE MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE!!! DM me a proper phone number that goes DIRECTLY to a person that can help

Why did @telstra Free WiFi just now hijack my phone, kicking me off the 4G connection I was on? It killed the stream I was listening to. Got msg “device not connected to network” but Settings said Telstra Free WF was connected.

@Telstra How would that help,ever tried ringing with an external phone? LEINSTER WA 6437 has a choice of Telstra/Telstra or Telstra, no wonder so many people here have ordered Starlink.
