    @MsLisaHerbert @Telstra I had trouble accessing my bigpond email a while ago, wouldn't load in Outlook on my laptop. I now have to turn my VPN off to download my emails. It's annoying, but at least I can access them. Weird thing is, the VPN being on doesn't affect access on my phone or iPad.Go figure!

    @Telstra Yes it has been consistently a problem for nearly 2 weeks. I can’t finish a single call without one of losing communication or drop out. We have a critically I’ll family member and we can’t even send text messages reliably.
