@abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

@roobiefox Telstra still operates like a monopoly, charge as a premium service which they aren’t, is very difficult to fix things. I am in the process of disengaging entirely from any of their products and will never go back. @Telstra

@Telstra Is it weird to gain a monopoly over the internet and throttle the internet stability and speed of everyone who doesn't give you money?

@Telstra A late fee? The issue is being charged for services that were impacted i.e. unavailable completely or at very slow speeds. And yes a late fee charged for non-payment of none to poor services.

Pt2: still Telstra I moved over to you from Felix a Vodafone/TPG with the roaming deal with Optus that allows data but very slow. The Felix plan allows me 20Mbps/20Mbps unlimited alllllllll month. I’ve downloaded almost 2TB at points. It’s $35 a month and I got full service 4G!
