The Australian Competition Consumer Commission ACCC can also assist with unfair contacts that over promise and under deliver on contractual agreements. 1800 700 600

    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

    @Telstra NBN has been cutting in and out since 945pm. Unplugged both NBN and Telstra modems and replugged again after 1 min. Twice. No improvement. Did a speed test - started with 108/1, then down to 52/0.01, now can't open any sites. Postcode 2220. No outage on Telstra or NBNco

    @Telstra @Telstra my msg again - ref 46269883. Over an hour and all the clown is doing is restarting and recabling equipment. I need my nbn back up. In the past, every problem has been some tech interfering with my line at the pit down the street.
