    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

    @abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

    @Telstra Do your customer support agents in the "Silver Service" which is somehow supposed to be better, pride themselves on their stupidity? 24 Hours and I cant get one of your chimps to change a unverified Mobile Number on an account for my mother. Truly Embarrassing

    @Telstra 'some difficulty'? Received a text just now saying a tech appointment for 7 weeks time. 7 weeks, plus 4 weeks already. Surely a HFC NTD replacement to an existing service is self install. You could just get them to send the box. Feel free to DM with an offer to genuinely assist.
