@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@Telstra Most pathetic service EVER. Still no phoneline and not a single word from anyone at your end. Checked camera and not a single soul has approached our property. No one has offered a diversion of the service... Since 28th of last month.
