@Telstra If you have macOS and want to go around Telstra DNS .. 1. System Preferences 2. Network 3. Click Advanced 4. Click the DNS tab 5. Click the little + sign at the lower left to add a new DNS server 6. Type in 8.8.8.8 7. Click OK 8. Click Apply

It’s been another long day. Big slap in the face @Telstra who after 9 calls today, they still didn’t help us out re the $2000 fraudulent purchases made from our account. If someone had of bothered to help us out, we could’ve cancelled the pending transactions in time.

You are an absolute joke @Optus Went into a store about an issue and they couldn't fix the problem and twice today I contacted the customer care centre, both times got put on hold and you hung up on me. I'l be contacting the ombudsman and moving my services to @Telstra
