@Telstra ...(1) Print a business billing support number on your paper bills for business accounts so business account holders don’t need to call retail and wait to transfer to business team; (2) make it a number you don’t have to call from a Telstra phone (2/2).

@ShaughnessyMat You should be celebrating......took us 107days to connect to existing connection,speed at best half of what we are paying for, continually "drops out" & have to reboot either NBN or Telstra Gen2 modem, 2-3 times a day. When system down no homeline, & grossly overcharging HGIT 💩

Warning: rant please connections please ignore @Telstra and @kayosports i have a 12 year old being charged a Kayo subscribtion on my Telstra account. i cant cancel it with Telstra as it’s a Kayo sub. I can’t cancel it with Kayo as its in a fraudulent name. @acccgovau

Now I’ve finished the TIO action, got my refund and finished porting to Vodafone, I go to call @Telstra to cancel my account using the 125 111 number printed on the bill. But you can only call that number from a Telstra SIM! ROFL impressed at the creativity of this final f-u.

Outage for @Telstra cable internet (non-nbn) in Lindfield NSW since Jan 30, and it’s not listed on the service status site so I went through all of the troubleshooting and phoned up where they told me there’s a huge outage that won’t be fixed until Feb 3. Waste of time that was.

@rossjmitchell @Telstra Yeah, my confidence is not high in it being resolved today. It wouldn’t be so bad if their 4G coverage was decent at my house either so that we could use the mobile fallback, but it’s one bar at best.

So I am being forced on to the @NBN_Australia infrastructure and @Telstra is attempting to "uprgade" my service to a more expensive, slower, less feature rich service.
