  @yayKM Telstra has always run it afaik. They seem to do a good job. I can only recall a single widespread outage a few years back.

  @jasonjordan @ScottRhodie @deemadigan @Telstra 95/36 FTTC /w @Aussie_BB. NCD drops and resyncs about once a day currently which is mildly annoying. Currently getting the 100Mbit plan for the price of the 50 for six months. Also get a $50 credit for each customer that signs up by referral.

  @Telstra I can't log in, as I don't know the password on the Kayo account, and the address Telstra used doesn't have email attached. I can't cancel it in the my.telstra portal either.

  @Telstra Four frustrating weeks of call centres, troubleshooting, refusing to elevate us to managers, cancelling technicians. Four weeks of no home internet, losing money and being given the run around. It’s not hard. Is @Telstra the worst company in Aust for customer service? Still not fixed.

  @Urquie_Coffs @TonyShepherd4 Of course he left a measly surplus after selling off Qantas Telstra airports and many other government assets. Can be done once but never again so it pumped his numbers up big time. Other than that he pulled in some small tax receipts from massive mining boom.

Please confirm the cancellation under reference 130242508 and address my complaint 136862308 at your earliest convenience. Can you also explain the photo information? Thank you.

  Seems perfectly legit, reward people for failures …. 🙄 Telstra has paid its chief executive, Vicki Brady, $6.8m for the year ending in June, after docking 20% of her bonus in response to the network’s nationwide outage in July. The company reported financial results on Thursday. Its board met on Monday and decided to cut Brady’s bonus by $607,000 – but she still took home a $700,000 pay rise as she was awarded a total of $6.1m the year before.

  @DHughesy You clearly don’t realize the Future Fund was: 1) primarily seeded by the sale of Telstra 2) Set up to fund existing government liabilities I’ll dumb it down for you. The Howard government sold our assets to fund existing liabilities. Embarrassed for you (again)

  So Southern Phone has been taken over by “Energy Telco” Those of us on its Telstra based service told goodbye. Over 30 people in NSW have apparently lost their jobs. Contacted call centre to check my options, gave up because foreign accent at the other end was unintelligigible.

  @JakeBeer11 @ClareONeilMP Not only building industry. Indians bought all big pharmacy from Chinese. Telstra franchises and so on. Whenever you go there are Indians. Some of them very rude.
