  • Slacko_Mitch Mitchell Vladamotte (@Slacko_Mitch) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@MissCBella @Telstra Damn. I’m buying my iPhone 11 outright and I’m on Aldi pre paid, they use the Telstra network.

  • Autard26 Dominique Autard (@Autard26) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Well what do you know @NBN_Australia finally click over to 85Mbps....did I spend countless hours to resolve the fact that #telstra “forgot” to flick the switch on my account...why did it have to come to a #complaint

  • fictillius Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@cenaniangzebi @Optus @Mondyboy This happened to me on Vodafone during beta testing. On iOS 12 I had so much trouble with Telstra’s network going deaf I moved to Vodafone and it has been fine apart from some beta issues.

  • deepbona deepak (@deepbona) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra To add insult to injury it’s the rude, clueless behaviour of the Indian call centre staff. Preeti called me yesterday and was abrupt, impolite and then said she’d call me back in half an hour which never happened

  • Shagdush Greg Edwards (@Shagdush) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Just got off the phone to @telstra 2nd Lev support. They are sending around a cable contractor to have a look in the pit. Seems as though NBN own the cables and Telstra provide the signal in my area.

  • deepbona deepak (@deepbona) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

No progress on my Telstra BBN. Still on extremely slow 4G. The case manager from India has conveniently disappeared. Terrible service Telstra

  • ajep Andrew Jeppesen (@ajep) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Can you explain why my Telstra “Smart” Modem has switched over to Telstra's mobile network 8 times in the past 2 months

  • drunkenmadman John Craven’s Boozehound (@drunkenmadman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

This just happened again. I did a support chat and was told it’ll be fixed in a few minutes. That was well over an hour back. I’ve been a @Telstra customer on and off for nearly 20 years. It’s been the same the whole time. They can’t deal with any deviation from ‘normal’.

  • milczy Laura Milczarek 🇦🇺 (@milczy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

People don’t realise there are different plans with different speeds on NBN. But mobile data haha Telstra charges twice as much as others. For the same price I get double the data with another provider who uses the Telstra network #abc730

  • drunkenmadman John Craven’s Boozehound (@drunkenmadman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Love it when @telstra mess up my house move request, fail to connect the HFC at the new place, then shortly afterwards shape my gateway’s 4G backup connection down to an unusable speed.

  • deepbona deepak (@deepbona) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra my NBN is still not connected 5 months after the order. I have complained formally ( SR 1-2112767150623) and been patient. My complaint manager is clueless rude and unprofessional. This is my experience with many members of your Indian call centre.

  • fictillius Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Playing the call the Telstra number the error message says to call and getting transferred around to different people that can’t help then being put through to the exit survey after wasting time and nothing being done

  • Slacko_Mitch Mitchell Vladamotte (@Slacko_Mitch) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@MissCBella @Telstra That’s shit service! I wish I was surprised though. I was just looking at Optus plans. They have free phone upgrades after 12 months. I’d switch if you could. Optus coverage where I live is just as good.

  • Autard26 Dominique Autard (@Autard26) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra @NBN_Australia promises promises nothing but broken promises.

  • BeauGiles Beau 🏳️‍🌈 (@BeauGiles) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@tuppaware @skylxrksays Aldi uses 'part' of Telstra (the wholesale bit). Only Telstra/Boost get the full footprint, and support for VoLTE and WiFi Calling.

  • Autard26 Dominique Autard (@Autard26) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I have logged a complaint and I am still waiting for a call back on a service that I was meant to be getting from day 1.

  • fakescottsumner Scott Sumner (@fakescottsumner) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Got hung up on by @Telstra today because I asked for a resolution (a couple of times 🤬) to a delivery issue...called back and dealt with a guy called Sherwin who was completely fantastic with dealing with an angry me (and solved my issue). We need more Sherwin’s in the world!

  • Gloreen_Goldin Gloreen Goldin (@Gloreen_Goldin) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra absolutely THE WORST COMPANY - They don’t care about customers they don’t turn up to apps NBN installed takes a min of 2/3 weeks to turn up 🤬🥵I have team of specialists waiting costing me $1000 not notified that they cannot make it !! Going to loose a customer of 30yr

  • hollingsworth Tony @OmptyMedia (@hollingsworth) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Hi @Telstra your service this year has been outstanding, and although Dylan on the One Sales team has helped out today on a new iPhone XI Pro Max upgrade, it’s not good enough for me. Telstra has always made some kind of offer when upgrading. Please help.

  • Slacko_Mitch Mitchell Vladamotte (@Slacko_Mitch) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I’ve already moved on. I left because you wouldn’t let me upgrade my phone a month early (I was a Telstra customer since I had my “hiptop” maybe 10yrs). So I saw out my contract and moved to Optus. They were just as good and cheaper. Im now on prepaid and it’s even cheaper again.

@RNBreakfast why didn't @frankelly08 challenge @senbmckenzie statement that the sale of Telstra was bad for RARA - it was the Howard gov't that sold off Telstra #auspol

  • richseeto Richard Seeto (@richseeto) reported

@Telstra I'll be honest! I have been bitten by Telstra so bad that if it is the only telco around, I would sooner do without.

  • pagrobertson Peter Robertson (@pagrobertson) reported

@Telstra your 5G network is horrible. Not only does it drop out regularly, there is a significant dead spot in the middle of the Brisbane CBD where there is no coverage at all for a block or two. I’m not paying the company bill until it’s rectified.

  • Timetravaller Peter Buckley (@Timetravaller) reported

@Telstra Hi Matt. Technician out yesterday. No fault found in line quality. ADSL still erractic. No 4g signal here so can't fall over to that. Need good internet for work. Very frustrating.

  • Dearmad James Pope (@Dearmad) reported

Telstra are one of the biggest brakes on business in Australia. Poor service and no communication #telstra #breakuptelstra #competition

  • LisaLemon09 Lisa Lemon 🍋💛 (@LisaLemon09) reported

@BenPugsley @VirginAustralia I phoned Telstra 3 times to report nuisance phone calls and to get them blocked and they hung up on me multiple times before I could even speak to a human and just kept sending me texts with information I didn’t need. Good luck with that. Customer service is a dying art now.

  • Timetravaller Peter Buckley (@Timetravaller) reported

@Telstra Indoor with external antenna. Which hotspots support external antennas?

  • 8qlol 8qツ (@8qlol) reported

    @Telstra **** you telstra

  • DemonHunter92 Courtney @ FFXIV ENDWALKER HYPE (@DemonHunter92) reported

Jesus When my grandparents got their phone their plan was 10bucks and it was pretty much just call. text and 2gbs of data which they didn't want because their phone isn't even capable of using data. Now it's going up to 45 bucks **** off telstra, for real.

  • alexkidman Alex Kidman (@alexkidman) reported

Hmm. Robocall from a US number indicating "THAT-YOUR-INTERNET-TELSTRA-SERVICE-WILL-BE-DISCONNECTED". Yep. Sounds totally legit. I'm definitely going to pursue this.
