@Telstra And your poor sales staff who can only say “I can’t help with that”, “I’m sorry, the system won’t let me” … This is not acceptable really

Epic #fail @Telstra! I’ve been trying to set up broadband internet since 18th Dec and nothing! Now I have a bill for $174 and no service. I’ve have countless conversations with your call centres and complaints dept and I’m going insane trying to get this sorted. I’ve had enough!

@Telstra Too late I’m afraid given this issue has been on going since January 31st I should have been a high priority. The actions go to show how @telstra no longer value their customers. @optus

Another day, another intermittent 24hr outage on our @Telstra HFC (nom-NBN) service. Has been like this for over a week now. All sorts of excuses, no resolution.

@Telstra My area is not yet serviced by the NBN. @Telstra are still solely responsible for the service.

@Telstra As I said the speeds are better using the sim backup service than the fixed main line. As this was sold as a streaming service if 1.5mbs min then as you can see from your own app streaming is not capable of being delivered. So I have been sold a false deal @andy_penn

@Telstra Of course not! Has to be sent to Tech to assess … a simple replacement battery would probably have sufficed. Given bureaucracy knows how long! 1. Very annoyed customer ( now thinking of cancelling service) 2. Tech over-kill on your end 3. Missed retail opportunity

hey @NBN_Australia your blokes tore up my landline, promised it would be ok by the end of the day (and it isn't). Seems a bit rich to ask @telstra to fix it.

@Telstra And poor sales guy said having spare batteries in store would make his life much easier! So frustration for him, frustration for me - you could have sold me spare battery = $ for you, less angst for me. Instead now involving whole tech team for Netgear with dead battery. Idiocy!

I went thru a lot of **** when the phone was stolen, the theives used my gmail, phone no. & access to phone bank app to apply for credit cards & signed me up to a Telstra contract that put me in debt I had to fight. Figured it was over but the leftover anxiety's still there.
