    Shame on @Telstra if you think @Optus is difficult to deal with don’t go to @Telstra. No customer service & an oversees call centre were they can hardly speak English! Try @vodaf

    @Telstra Did I say at all that I did not want to talk to anyone on this matter. I just want a faster resolution given that it is now over 3 weeks to get an internet service sorted out. I have elderly parents living at this address and no phone line.

    @Telstra Too late I’m afraid given this issue has been on going since January 31st I should have been a high priority. The actions go to show how @telstra no longer value their customers. @optus

    @telstra so after being on the phone mostly on hold for 1:02:11 making a formal complaint I was hung up on. I still did not receive my complaint reference number. I guess you really do want me to use another telco such as @Optus or @TPG_Telecom

    @Telstra Every time I check, it blames the NBN. They are in active build in my area at present (lots of trucks with spools of green cable on them), so I do believe it - it is just incredibly frustrating to have the service so unreliable. It has effectively stopped me working from home.

    Our @Telstra cable Internet has been down for two days straight now, after repeated short outages over the preceding days. The outage page says it's @NBN_Australia's fault (even though I am not on the NBN), no ETA on resolution given.

    @Telstra And I waited... and waited... called Telstra in the morning... they confirmed a technician would be here today... but at 3pm, called A 2nd time and now I hear... a tech is not coming today... I got a confirm email... but... nope! Really awful experience.

    @Spoonyman @tasmaniatalks it works by using any tower. Not just telstra, optus, vodaphone, etc. That's how it improves service for emergency locally. Mainly it's just a work-in-any-country solution as it's a part of the cell phone spec irrespective of provider/country.

    @TheSarahMoore @optusbusiness @Telstra Telstra is also rubbish. I left Telstra for Vodafone which is actually faster mobile phone speed and our Vodafone nbn is mint. Better service and cheaper too

    @Telstra 19 Paling Yards Loop, Bowan Park NSW 2864 We have large portions of time with barely a single bar of reception on our Telstra modem. But recently not too bad at 2 out of 3 bars. My daughter often needs to work from home here and finds she cannot and has to travel into town 25 kms

    @MikeCarlton01 Yep Telstra complaints has seemingly withdrawn behind an impenetrable invisible wall. Taking cues from the LNC. Bad wifi especially here in the country central west NSW.
