  @Telstra I can't log in, as I don't know the password on the Kayo account, and the address Telstra used doesn't have email attached. I can't cancel it in the my.telstra portal either.

  @jasonjordan @ScottRhodie @deemadigan @Telstra 95/36 FTTC /w @Aussie_BB. NCD drops and resyncs about once a day currently which is mildly annoying. Currently getting the 100Mbit plan for the price of the 50 for six months. Also get a $50 credit for each customer that signs up by referral.

  @yayKM Telstra has always run it afaik. They seem to do a good job. I can only recall a single widespread outage a few years back.

  @Telstra @Mention When did it become normal to be unable to simply visit the Telstra website or app to download a bill or view your calls and data usage? All you can do is download a few random receipts. Telstra Support claims, and I quote, “oh this is normal now…” I’m sorry to say Telstra but you’ve been infiltrated.   Today’s customer service cvnts winner is Telstra. 2.5 hours on the chat line to just cancel an internet Foxtel connection which they stuffed up and then gave me the Indian Call Centre shuffle. OH we undertaken your frustration bullshit. We deserve better service from Australians.

  Why is phone reception so poor at @TheAdelaideOval can be a MCG with 80000 or Marvel with 50000 and have phone reception yet Adelaide Oval with 30 to 40k reception is ****. Every since Telstra stopped sponsorship of the plaza.

  Do I need to be an ABN holder or otherwise registered as a business to try one of @Telstra 's business internet plans? If I try a business internet plan, is it going to mess up my residential phone service? Would I be forced to replace my modem?

This is a major problem with privatisation Federal Government owned and operated COR etc Oz was a mixed economy once which gave Oz a high standard of living L/NP wants taxpayers to pay for nuclear. Where are Oz true entrepreneurs? CBA, Telstra, CSL etc etc gone
