    @Telstra Thanks for following up. I spoke with someone, who told me that the issue was being investigated, but there was no useful advice about when the service would return. We’re approaching day three, and still no resolution.

    @Telstra My mother has had the worst service from Telstra: Miranda staff number #683533 - from the area where you change address details. After being on the call for 60minutes - it looks accidentally hung up on a 74 year old ! What a disgrace you are for dismissing an elderly person !

    hey @Telstra, can you pls explain to me why you sent me an email saying you've increased my home internet speed + service, for FREE - yet I haven't been able to use the service for 3 days! And yes, I have already reset my modem - TWICE + restarted all the services connected.

    @DoctorKarl Five years ago I was in Cambodia, in a remote village farming. Reliable mobile and Internet service was available for a tiny cost. It surpassed my Telstra and present Optus service and I live in Lake Macquarie NSW. Go figure!!!

    @dayne_eckermann Telstra did that to me and more, yonks back. Eventually they gave me a credit plus mailed a cheque which I had cashed. After ignoring many requests for adjustment I gave up, $3000 richer. An odd way of doing business that is. No longer a T customer.

    scam call, standard 'your internet is being shut down, call us immediately and send some cash so we don't do it' stuff. Gotta say though, the annoyingly light and airy background music was a very nice touch. Really gave it a genuine 'on hold with Telstra' feel.

    @Telstra Have looked into the safety data of these "vaccines". It might be of interest. The TGA has it on it's website. What if a customer gets hurt because of your promotion. Lawsuits are coming.

    Turns out my net issues. Is the telstra modem. Used it all at the techs with 0 issues! So gotta replace that instead of all the PC parts again hurrah!!
