    And while I am in my cranky admin mood @Telstra if you charge extra data on my kids accounts without any notice and my direct debit doesn’t cover it send me another invoice not a stupid email telling me to sign in to your dumb app that I can never get into

    @Telstra Jo, it’s been over 60 hours since it was activated. I have spoken with the live chat team three separate times and they continually do not solve the problem and try the same thing that the previous agent tried. Can you help or do I need to escalate my case to upper management?

    @Telstra It’s not possible as I’ve been in multiple cities and states during this time period. Also, my mobile phone on the same network has been working without any issues

    @Kathblue We signed up for Binge (there was a movie we wanted to watch for that is was only there) but only for the free period. We already have Netflix & Disney+ & with the new phones & car we can’t justify another streaming service. Telstra Box Office has plenty of moves to rent from $4

    At this point @Telstra I'm about one more useless support reply away from lodging a TIO complaint. Multiple NBN drop outs per day for a month, and support won't even book a technician, only 'watch for dropouts' Same issue every few years yet can't book a tech this time...

    @Telstra Thanks, but that doesn’t really help. Seems like mobile Internet has been crappy on the rail corridor the whole trip.

    @Telstra No one can tell me anything. I’ve had two technicians not show up. No explanation nothing! I’ll be reporting this pathetic service to the ombudsman.

    @Telstra I’ve had a new iPad Pro since Friday and my cellular still isn’t working. The chat agents on the 24x7 app are useless and clearly more interested in resolving their cases to improve their case resolution times than in actually resolving my issue

    @BrimbankCouncil How come then trees were cut down and bike paths blocked just off Forrest St Ardeer ...was it sold to Telstra for more telecommunications towers possibly.. more trees planted maybe..hopefully...

    @TelstraPurple I had to go into. Telstra shop to tell them my problems & get assistance. The system went down, lucky it was saved in email but still waiting if employee registered my issues when system up and working. Getting charged for things not advised or an old line moved to NBN.

    🎀🔌🙏 1/2 Due to a major outage, my mobile line, landline & internet connection are all dead for the 6th day now!! Can’t communicate or reach anybody & can’t log onto Twitter. Harassing #Telstra daily but all to no avail. Haven’t forgotten you guys. Apologies. 🙏🔌🎀

    When in a chat with customer service, ask: “how long have I been a customer?” If the service staff can’t answer that question it’s time to take your business to some one who can. It’s not the staff’s problem, it’s a leader’s problem. You listening @telstra ?

    @GuardianAus Think of all the hours of labour lost through the Morrison Government doing things on the cheap. Every time you ring Telstra about a blown up #NBN box, they make you go through the whole trouble shooting process first, even though you know what the problem is (again). #auspol

    It seems Telstra systems and CRM are disconnected. There is no single customer view. How can this happen at this day and age. Even I am told the order no on the Telstra email cannot be correct as it starts with E and not H. Can anyone from Telstra help?
