  @yayKM Telstra has always run it afaik. They seem to do a good job. I can only recall a single widespread outage a few years back.

  @jasonjordan @ScottRhodie @deemadigan @Telstra 95/36 FTTC /w @Aussie_BB. NCD drops and resyncs about once a day currently which is mildly annoying. Currently getting the 100Mbit plan for the price of the 50 for six months. Also get a $50 credit for each customer that signs up by referral.

  @Telstra I can't log in, as I don't know the password on the Kayo account, and the address Telstra used doesn't have email attached. I can't cancel it in the my.telstra portal either.

  @Telstra now it’s a joke hey! Hamlyn Terrace and surrounding areas without 5G for the last couple of days. If you can’t fix or find the fault how about deploying mobile towers. Not everyone has NBN connectivity.

  I just wanna put it out there, @eBay has quite possibly the worst customer "support" I have ever experienced from a company. I will never deal with them after this. Ever. Quite possibly worse than @Telstra which is a new low.

  @Telstra For many moons my internet connectivity has been of an unstable condition, the mighty 5G network cutting out frequently which proves to be troublesome, especially during my prospects of entertaining an online audience.

  @stationmum101 I just went to telstra. I have hearing loss, not one of the staff spoke clear English. They all had heavy Indian accents. It was very very difficult. The same for the staff at my dads nursing home. When they ring I ask them to email me. They are all friendly and try to help

  @disco___cat Have you thought about Aldi? They use Telstra network and way cheaper. Have the kids on them and will probably switch my wife and I across later this year.
