@Telstra @tpg has a advised that the Telstra lines used by TPG have cut/damaged by a worker and won’t be restored until 1st April. Not much TPG can do when it’s a Telstra issue.

@Telstra And poor sales guy said having spare batteries in store would make his life much easier! So frustration for him, frustration for me - you could have sold me spare battery = $ for you, less angst for me. Instead now involving whole tech team for Netgear with dead battery. Idiocy!

@Telstra Of course not! Has to be sent to Tech to assess … a simple replacement battery would probably have sufficed. Given bureaucracy knows how long! 1. Very annoyed customer ( now thinking of cancelling service) 2. Tech over-kill on your end 3. Missed retail opportunity

@Telstra @LockyMcCaffrey How about replying to me. My Mother has had no cable for 3 weeks. Keep saying there is an outage. 2 new modems no change. Hours wasted on phone. All I want is a technician to come out. Round and round in circles

@Telstra_news Chinese censorship erased the '1989 Tiananmen Square protests' from their internet (where Chinese citizens were gunned down & crushed with Government Tanks). Shame on you Telstra: You've just reached Communist Levels of Censorship in Australia. A sad day for freedom & liberty.

@telstra can you please fix your outages website. Everyday it states will be fixed by 7pm only for it to change at 730 to 1 day. This has been going on for nearly 3 weeks. Utterly useless customer service.

@Telstra Yeah, maybe, but you know who really uses them don't you? Those who'd rather not be tracked maybe? Nice of you to service them. 'IF' they are soooo important as you say, then why not remove the eyesores/billboards, pay a bank some rent and put them beside every ATM in Australia?

@Telstra Now you are insulting me. It’s not my device. It’s your service. I did a speed test. Ping 52. Download 0.2. No problem when I came home. Everyone knows the coverage in Berry is inadequate. It’s not about outages.
