I’ve tried repeatedly & spent hours on hold. Whole process is impenetrable. No one I contact will fix it. Worst customer experience ever. HELP!!!

Simon Kaplan (@simonkaplan) reported@Idealaw Kay the problem is probably water collecting in the pit outside your property where all the Telstra stuff lives (mine was literally buried, not even a cover). Same story went on for years eventually fixed by moving to wireless provider. Good luck!

This is terrible for business. The business cannot receive any of their emails and when we try to reset the password "Not Registered"
