    I’m so over @Optus mobile service. Constant drop outs and poor reception. Can’t wait for my contract to finish to switch back to @Telstra

    @benjya85 I’m Optus wifi and Woolies mobile (Telstra network) ... issues connecting to Prime, Netflix and Twitter on wifi, but no problem on 4g. Indicates issue with @Optus service ... but as usual, no acknowledgement from them as yet.

    @peterp79 @Aussie_BB @Telstra @NBN_Australia Also, 25 is minimum - so you should be getting 22 ish... plug a laptop INTO the modem and do a speed test. WIFI is probably what’s slowing you down too

    @NoAdaniOz @DavidHuggan1 @Telstra Most other essential services are able to navigate around this pandemic and support their customers #telstra clearly only worried about $$$ bc overseas workers are cheaper. They've got nothing, not 1 way of helping us. Pple are losing $$ bc they cannot work for home.

    @Telstra promise and generally deliver excellent and prompt service online but it’s a different matter when you try to follow through with their advice. If you buy a product online and it’s faulty there must be away to return it without having to go through a Telstra shop.

    So @Optus email alerts told us yesterday that they'd fixed Murwillumbah Hospital Hill (4g on 700 MHz) ... and it just dropped out again. I see Telstra has a bit of 5g signal here now. Hmm; that's interesting.
