Telstra Issues Reports Near Hornsby, State of New South Wales

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Hornsby and nearby locations:

  • intersticia intersticia (@intersticia) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra And poor sales guy said having spare batteries in store would make his life much easier! So frustration for him, frustration for me - you could have sold me spare battery = $ for you, less angst for me. Instead now involving whole tech team for Netgear with dead battery. Idiocy!

  • intersticia intersticia (@intersticia) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra And your poor sales staff who can only say “I can’t help with that”, “I’m sorry, the system won’t let me” … This is not acceptable really

  • CSHauteCouture Collezione Santina (@CSHauteCouture) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Appalling service again @Telstra in your flagship store at 4.30pm and told need to make an appointment to have a phone looked at. Not happy at all.

  • thecoogean A.Banuelos (@thecoogean) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Thanks for reply. I have been told issues will be resolved in 24/24

  • thecoogean A.Banuelos (@thecoogean) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra @LockyMcCaffrey How about replying to me. My Mother has had no cable for 3 weeks. Keep saying there is an outage. 2 new modems no change. Hours wasted on phone. All I want is a technician to come out. Round and round in circles

  • old_n_cranky Andrew Kenyon (@old_n_cranky) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra complete fail - speaking to the billing department in the Philippines when I ask to be put through to someone who can actually help preferably in Australia and the tell me to find some one in Australia who can help and hang up on me. Lucky I know a general counsel

  • tallandtrue Robert Fairhead 📚🤔 (@tallandtrue) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@JohnWren1950 @TPG_Telecom @Telstra @NBN_Australia Have the same problem. Fear the day when I'll be forced onto the substandard #NBN!

  • MStevensonAU Muz (@MStevensonAU) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@athinscar @LULZmag @eddotse @AR15COM The block is ISP based. Voda, Telstra and Optus apparently couldn't stay in their lanes and act as service providers. They decided to be 'Proactive' and make decisions on content for Australians. Not a government mandated block, not even suggested - just over reaching.

  • old_n_cranky Andrew Kenyon (@old_n_cranky) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Hey Shannon thanks for that but the outage check has said there is an outage at my place for the last six months. It’s a Problem with your system as the service address is not the same as my actual address! At least I am now talking to someone in Australia. Part 2 coming

  • jphall707 John Hall (@jphall707) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@telstra can you please fix your outages website. Everyday it states will be fixed by 7pm only for it to change at 730 to 1 day. This has been going on for nearly 3 weeks. Utterly useless customer service.

  • Azizalamri16 Aziz ^_^ (@Azizalamri16) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra 170185443 this is the case number, for the second time , the level two team is not showing up at my place to fix the problem. They should be here by today.

  • intersticia intersticia (@intersticia) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Of course not! Has to be sent to Tech to assess … a simple replacement battery would probably have sufficed. Given bureaucracy knows how long! 1. Very annoyed customer ( now thinking of cancelling service) 2. Tech over-kill on your end 3. Missed retail opportunity

  • Azizalamri16 Aziz ^_^ (@Azizalamri16) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I live in Ashfield, Sydney. I have been waiting for a week for The technical support to come to fix the modem in my house. I thought Telstra is the best company in Australia, but .....

  • MarcoNero Marco Nero (@MarcoNero) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra_news Chinese censorship erased the '1989 Tiananmen Square protests' from their internet (where Chinese citizens were gunned down & crushed with Government Tanks). Shame on you Telstra: You've just reached Communist Levels of Censorship in Australia. A sad day for freedom & liberty.

  • scottdoorey scott doorey (@scottdoorey) reported from Brooklyn, State of New South Wales

@WazzFi @martyn_rees @TheWLAN @Telstra @Stephen__Cooper Exactly. How hard can it be to build a standalone event Wi-Fi network within MCEC....

  • AnthonyClarkAU Anthony Clark (@AnthonyClarkAU) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Hey @telstra. Outage of cable internet all day in 2226. Nothing on your page but Foxtel says there’s a problem with cable. It’s been on and off for weeks. Very frustrating.

  • jamesssydney James Stadnyk (@jamesssydney) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra @tpg has a advised that the Telstra lines used by TPG have cut/damaged by a worker and won’t be restored until 1st April. Not much TPG can do when it’s a Telstra issue.

  • intersticia intersticia (@intersticia) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Furious with @Telstra Have device with dead battery - very simple fix - but have to send off. Come on @Telstra

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra My area is not yet serviced by the NBN. @Telstra are still solely responsible for the service.

  • old_n_cranky Andrew Kenyon (@old_n_cranky) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra why do you get me to call a Philippines call centre with the first response - would it not make sense to call me since you have all my phone numbers and get the issues resolved! I only have Telstra services but that may have to change after this bs!

  • hardenuppete Glen Schaefer (@hardenuppete) reported

@QuentinDempster @Barnaby_Joyce Leading up the inquiry I had investigated and reported on years of pork barrelling of Telstra proceeds called RTIF that the Nats and Libs promised would be set aside to upgrade the bush. 7 years later The ANAO said it was one of the worst example of waste they had ever seen.

  • paul_cra Paul C (@paul_cra) reported

@Telstra is currently trying to hide that their 4G network is failing (SEVERELY) in places in the Gold Coast area. They are well aware of the problem but will not show any outage as they are dishonest. No Internet and No Reception. @SkyNewsAust

  • HelenArtacho 🐀💧Helen - Too old to put up with BS. (@HelenArtacho) reported

@Telstra Have just spent an hour trying to pay a bill on line. Very, VERY frustrating. Never had a problem prior to this month. How do elderly without smart phones cope?

  • GoodSuckChuck01 Chord of the Strings (@GoodSuckChuck01) reported

Hey Telstra, real cool of you to discontinue paypal support for phone bills, but if you absolutely must make me log into your own crappy website, could you make sure it actually ******* works? I guess I'm trying to pay this bill tomorrow then, idfk

  • deborahbrian Deb #LeagueOfDifficultWomen 🌈🥄🦓 (@deborahbrian) reported

@Scamp15000 Very much business as usual for them: open it up to rentseekers, destroy and integrity or public good, mire it in waste, corruption, and inefficiency, and then argue the only way to fix it is to flog it off to their private sector mates… hello telstra? nbn?
