    @Telstra your 4G network is still cooked in the Sydney CBD. Full signal, no data. Not even able to scrape together a few packets for a push notification. Mobile assurance just say to disable 4G and use 3G. That’s pretty dumb for “Australia’s best network” @andy_penn

    @weemac47 NFW, lobby your member.LNP Government totally stuffed the NBN, will cost $bn's to fix, can't even provide basic working service pay 100 get 23,are they ******* serious,NBN not worth $51bn & need to cut providers access rates, best thing LNP Government could do sell it to Telstra

    I can see exactly when the telstra outage started and exactly when it started to recover from my very distributed network spanning all of NSW. Would have looked more impressive if it wasn't school holidays

    @Alegrya We had @Telstra come out to see why our phone was cracking. “Fixez”, he said. No it wasn’t. Couple weeks later we called them back to fix on the basis that if issue on our side we’ll pay. Wasn’t, but was charged. 5hr & 7 interdepartmental Transfers later it was all waived 2/...

    @Telstra Like I said 3 different people contacted me - not sure if they are “case managers”. None of them had any clue about complaints management, customer satisfaction and most importantly- my complaint.

    @Kynes3 @abcnews Who is to blame is irrelevant. The process of qualifying the workers is. Neither NBN or Telstra have employees at the coalface. They are all contractors or contractors of contractors. There is little training, no support, no direction or career path offered for contractors.

    @Dragon_Fancier @victorklineTNL No, privatisation is part of the problem: services drop. Its because Telstra was privatised that we ended up with worse internet than third world neighbours. The govt had to step in. The problem was the LNP replaced Labor's modern plan with outdated technology.

    Desperately trying to start new sims with mobiles for the homeless. Why have the option of online when despite the correct details it keeps declining the information. Not everyone has the safety to just go to Telstra for help. Have to say sorry can’t help. Shame on you Telstra.

    @telstra if you want people to pay their bills on time you should probably make sure your payment processor isn’t broken. The app is garbage and the forced login is a waste of time. I don’t know when I’ll next have half a day free to attempt to pay this bill.

    @adelsalison Aussie Broadband or (because I used to work for them), Telstra. My dad is with Aussie and it’s consistent and he doesn’t get dropouts. I was with Internode but got slow and inconsistent speed. Moved to Telstra (and no, I didn’t get any staff discounts) and it’s great!

    About customer service. What’s worse is if @Telstra can’t solve the technical issue since 3 week allow customer to leave to other telco. But they too is not possible. I am travelling overseas and I desperately need access to my phone number. Cant go without. A desperate cry 4help
