  @yayKM Telstra has always run it afaik. They seem to do a good job. I can only recall a single widespread outage a few years back.

  @Telstra I can't log in, as I don't know the password on the Kayo account, and the address Telstra used doesn't have email attached. I can't cancel it in the my.telstra portal either.

  @CrySlyFly @ialihasaan @Batman2242 Telstra didn't want to bid as Sol Trulijio hated Labor. They ended up not putting in a valid proposal. The other bidders weren't able to provide bids with sufficient financial support.

  @samstrades Today 19/7/26 - trying to get info from Telstra on how to lodge a complaint/compensation about the outage, Telstra are saying to customers that the cause was “unforeseen” …… they can’t help themselves #telstra #youhaveonejob #sackthelot
