The only way to resolve it without an increae in plan cost was to raise a complaint. Check your speeds people. If we hadn’t we wouldn’t have known.

Their view is NBN can’t perform as well as a 20 year old HFC network. I know it’s marketing BS, others have Telstra 80 mbit NBN in my area with no issues.

Ken Moore (@midii) reported from Sydney, New South Wales@jendudley @Telstra The problem with Telstra is they give you unlimited data but vary the speed based off spend. $90 gets you 50mbps. $75 gets you 25mbps which to me sounds like it’s time to look elsewhere.
