4 days everyday on the phone with @Telstra to get my wifi fix ...8pm calls it 9.40 pm i have not eaten shower or anything and nothing is fixed

Now I’ve finished the TIO action, got my refund and finished porting to Vodafone, I go to call @Telstra to cancel my account using the 125 111 number printed on the bill. But you can only call that number from a Telstra SIM! ROFL impressed at the creativity of this final f-u.

@ShaughnessyMat You should be celebrating......took us 107days to connect to existing connection,speed at best half of what we are paying for, continually "drops out" & have to reboot either NBN or Telstra Gen2 modem, 2-3 times a day. When system down no homeline, & grossly overcharging HGIT 💩

So glad @Telstra do month by month plans now. Easier to move away from them if they don’t sort out their poor coverage of late. Having both sims it’s amazed me how often Vodafone has better signal all over Sydney than Telstra. The days of Telstra being premium are passing.

@xrep04 If I were to guess, I'd say that a GPO aimed at Telstra employees has leaked out into the client section of Telstra's network. Hey @Telstra, that advice is free. Take it and get to work.
