    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    Does anyone know how you get a staff member at Telstra to respond to a service issue you have? If you have a solution to this one that would be good.

    @Telstra Thanks Renee, I will try again I think the only solution is a new tower. I have spoken to the Telstra regional manager who mentioned Hazeldenes chickens (Business) may be putting in their own tower in Lockwood that may help.

    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    Telstra is moving away from 3G as it looks to 4G and 5G as its networks of the future. According to Telstra, the 4G coverage outside my house should be good. So long as you can place a call outside, they don’t seem to think it’s a serious issue.

    @Telstra I have been waiting all morning to peak to someone on 13 2200! I can’t do it on the app because the new password is sent to the email which I can’t access! Come on, I need a solution - it has been 5 days

    @sniff86793391 Yeah crazy ****. And not a peep from Telstra aside from a couple of threads on an online technical blog explaining the fix. As far as I know they haven’t even pushed out another firmware update turning off the setting causing the crash. C*nts 🙄

    @Telstra Australian businesses say they want support. Been a customer >25yrs. You discontinue my mobile plan, offer me a new plan with no 5G & higher cost. Default from your chat staff & store staff ‘if you don’t like it, go to another company’. Is that really best you can do?

    @sniff86793391 Ohh, I had blue screen of death and thought it was my puter that was dead and it turned out to be a firmware update on certain Telstra modems that had turned on a particular setting by default that was incompatible with the latest version of windows 10. Easy 30 second fix

    @Telstra Outright, but I have an existing Telstra mobile data service I've used in my current iPad for a number of years and was going to move the SIM over. The difference between that, and the cheapest current business data plan which supports 5G is $50/month.

    @randlight That's what happens with privatisation. Look at toll roads, people can't afford or just won't use them. Telstra should never have been privatised. Look at the fiasco it's turned out to be with an LNP government, let alone privatisation
