@Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

  • PaulPickford Paul Pickford (@PaulPickford) reported from Bendigo, State of Victoria

@Telstra Thanks Renee, I will try again I think the only solution is a new tower. I have spoken to the Telstra regional manager who mentioned Hazeldenes chickens (Business) may be putting in their own tower in Lockwood that may help.

@ScanAustralia @7NewsMelbourne @emma_os cash is great when either the bank payment system is down or there is internet connectivity issues (e.g. Telstra outage). both Commbank & Telstra have had outages over last few years in Brisbane, meaning peanuts without $20 in their wallets couldn’t even buy lunch. silly hey

  • Dan4096 Daniel M (@Dan4096) reported

@Telstra No "trouble" per se, but the service has usually been rather slow in the area. I get 5G on my phone most of the time but it's not particularly fast, typical 5-15Mb/s

  • mrfordfairmont brenden (@mrfordfairmont) reported

@Telstra There is a alot you can do stop the ******* scammers to be able to use the services with out permission!

  • ItsDoonby Dom (@ItsDoonby) reported

@Jaywalking_rn @freud_schaden I think telstra and commbank have been generally successful. Privatising natural monopolies for a short run sugar hit of cash is immensely stupid though

  • tezzr44 Tezzr44 (@tezzr44) reported

@paws101 @Telstra I didn’t check but assume the link goes to a fake NAB site that because it a “hardship” site you have to put in yr bank details which they then use to siphon the money. The challenge is that @Telstra is a party to this fraud commited using its network. Happens way too often.

  • GumLeafWhistler Gumleaf of Finkum Dair™ (@GumLeafWhistler) reported

Competition works! Current: Optus, $30/m, no 5g Tried Telstra 5G, $89 @ 300Gb, $60 @ 65Gb. Asked but nothing cheaper so cancelled MATE, my ISP (50Mbps @ $69/m) offered 5g on Testra network for $45 with $10 off NBN bundle. So net increase is $5 per month for 60Gb/m on 5g 👍

  • frost_farms Frost Farms (@frost_farms) reported

@IngridHarrison @Telstra Haha yeah, honestly terrible service

  • Chizza1973 Dale C (@Chizza1973) reported

@Telstra I'm sure I'm not alone when I say Telstra treat existing customers with disdain

  • Lone_Deranger_ Linley Jane ☠️ (@Lone_Deranger_) reported

@Aussie_BB I can’t and wont fill it out because none of those silly words describe me. Words pulled out of thesaurus and slapped in a listicle isn’t a questionnaire. But I can answer here to a human that I have no problems with your service. It’s great! It is better than Telstra. The end 🔮
