    @Telstra Thanks Renee, I will try again I think the only solution is a new tower. I have spoken to the Telstra regional manager who mentioned Hazeldenes chickens (Business) may be putting in their own tower in Lockwood that may help.

    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    @Telstra so this morning my wife had an online interview done from home in the inner west of sydney. The service was so galactically slow she had to go to her mobile for the interview. Im wondering why am i paying 100$ a month to get a **** service on NBN. And you say....

    @Telstra Ash HALP! Does Telstra have an auotmated voice that calls people up to tell them there is suspicious activity on their internet and "if you want to fix this for free, press 1..."

    @Telstra Hi Tori no reference number as the only way of contacting Telstra for service issues is via chat. We have been greatly inconvenienced with 2 adults working from home and two children home schooling. We are on a 50 Mbps plan and currently getting between 3 and 12 Mbps.

    @Higgo74 Have had the NBN with TPG for the last 6 months since moving, and no issues. Previously had Telstra cable which was less reliable, even though the exchange was in my street, a few hundred metres away.

    @dsr150250 @Tim_jbo Don’t think we ever knew or cared where electricity came from &we never wasted it. We never had the multitude of electrical devices & technology to throw away or continually upgrade. Our phone lasted 40 years & still would be usable but Telstra removed the infrastructure

    @Telstra is anyone else in Ashburton Glen Iris area encountering Telstra NBN issues for weeks? Telstra service is appaling. Can only communicate via chat, the person asks me to do everything I have already done: turnoff,reboot etc,in the meantime Telstra increase charges by $5pm
