@Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package, foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

  • KeithMacqueen Keef (@KeithMacqueen) reported from Bendigo, State of Victoria

@Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

  • amassedmedia Emma D'Agostino (@amassedmedia) reported from Bendigo, State of Victoria

Telstra is moving away from 3G as it looks to 4G and 5G as its networks of the future. According to Telstra, the 4G coverage outside my house should be good. So long as you can place a call outside, they don’t seem to think it’s a serious issue.

  • PaulPickford Paul Pickford (@PaulPickford) reported from Bendigo, State of Victoria

@Telstra Thanks Renee, I will try again I think the only solution is a new tower. I have spoken to the Telstra regional manager who mentioned Hazeldenes chickens (Business) may be putting in their own tower in Lockwood that may help.

  • RobBendigo 💧Rob Stephenson FRSA (@RobBendigo) reported from Bendigo, State of Victoria

@joshua_eaton I still remember my grandparents’ number - I’m sure it caused problems for some of grandma’s friends after Pa died, she moved into care, and Telstra reassigned it to a “massage” parlour. I never got around to calling them before the police raided them!

  • RobBendigo Rob Stephenson FRSA (@RobBendigo) reported from Bendigo, State of Victoria

Blast from the past - have had a 2021/22 telephone book delivered this morning! Still has a number for my Mum, who died five years ago, on a phone service that was disconnected after Dad died thirteen years ago! @Telstra #Catchup

  • coelmay Coel May (@coelmay) reported from Bendigo, State of Victoria

Every time I go to #Woolies #KenningtonVillage I consider switching from @amaysimAU to a provider on the #Telstra network. That's how bad reception is.

  • PaulPickford Paul Pickford (@PaulPickford) reported from Bendigo, State of Victoria

@JaseRicho Make Aussie Broadband get a tech around, same thing happened to my neighbour (same company). They had to wait months to get it right, technician was the only one who could trace the problem. I went with Telstra and had it on in a week.

  • tracey_68 Tracey Marshall (@tracey_68) reported from Bendigo, State of Victoria

@Telstra Good Afternoon, what is happening with 4g in Kangaroo Flat, Victoria. We have no service. Not happy.

  • turnerbt3351 Brian Turner (@turnerbt3351) reported from Bendigo, State of Victoria

Does anyone know how you get a staff member at Telstra to respond to a service issue you have? If you have a solution to this one that would be good.

  • elwoodfan elwoodfan (@elwoodfan) reported

@Telstra @imfallfromgrace With my telstra speeds on 0.6 Mbps I am sure they would NOT enjoy their gaming. 14 days of these speeds but apparently no issue

  • PvshingBack Joe (@PvshingBack) reported

@FBBusiness Why is parental control url filter not working on my new Telstra modem? Can't block tiktok FB insta YouTube .. very suspicious

  • melb67 melb67 (@melb67) reported

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia We had a terrible experience with Telstra cable and phone line. Completely uninterested in helping us. Got NBN with iiNet and they sorted our technical problems within a week. NBN technician was amazing. I’m a fan.

  • Idealaw Kay Lam-MacLeod (@Idealaw) reported

@jasonandrade It didn’t matter. I was with iiNet, now with Telstra. Local infrastructure hasn’t kept up with population increases, and no one wants to fix it because the nbn is coming. One day.

  • Adamalba10 A Alba (@Adamalba10) reported

@Telstra Hi. Yes, I established that there was an outage and received information today saying it is all fixed. Restarted my modem and still have no wifi and slow 4G speed

  • TheRealPembo Michael Pemberton (@TheRealPembo) reported

@craigreucassel You are not alone. But the problem extends to dodgy developers (who don't bother running the required cabling in new developments) and Telstra (who gave up maintaining the copper network when they found out NBN would pay for it regardless of what state of disrepair it was in).

  • JoshCarter_ JRC (@JoshCarter_) reported

@Telstra I followed up my mobile internet issues with the online team where they ran me through the same basic troubleshooting anyone can google. I tried to call a number but it sent me an unrelated text and hung up on me. Is there any other way to have this issue looked into?

  • ms_dines Ms Dines (@ms_dines) reported

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Dealing with nbn is a nightmare. On par with Telstra. They make it as difficult as possible. I agree with those suggesting making a complaint.

  • camperschampers 💧Daley (@camperschampers) reported

@craigreucassel Sadly no. 4 months of NBN & Telstra telling me it was the other parties issue. TIO got it escalated eventually. Problem: dodgy NBN box connection. I feel your pain.

  • Richard33878882 Richard Hubbard (@Richard33878882) reported

@Douglasac10 @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Right. Was just clarifying. Anything other than the modem is either NBN or provider responsibility, mainly due to regulations. Btw, used to contract to Telstra resolving issues like this. Sadly nobody has those departments these days. And NBN 😥😥
