@Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

@Telstra Thanks Renee, I will try again I think the only solution is a new tower. I have spoken to the Telstra regional manager who mentioned Hazeldenes chickens (Business) may be putting in their own tower in Lockwood that may help.

I just had a spammer call me pretending to be from @Telstra to apologise for the poor broadband and mobile signal. I don’t even use Telstra for broadband but I appreciate the gesture.

@Telstra Thanks Reggie. This was for my sons NBN service he’s been having issues with. I was pointing it out as an example of why it’s sometimes so difficult to deal with Telstra. Sometimes you just cannot understand the customer service operators. Perhaps more training is needed.

Hey, @Telstra if your “NBN Technical Department” were calling me unsolicited with a “problem with my internet”, and I asked for a number to call back on, would you direct me to a google search?
