    @Telstra Thanks Renee, I will try again I think the only solution is a new tower. I have spoken to the Telstra regional manager who mentioned Hazeldenes chickens (Business) may be putting in their own tower in Lockwood that may help.

  • KeithMacqueen Keef (@KeithMacqueen) reported from Bendigo, State of Victoria

    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    @RonniSalt @garigalAnj @Telstra Try ringing a customer service representative and after months your still waiting for them to ring back. Do you think they will? Be late with paying your bill though and they don't miss hitting you with a late payment fee

  • anoman64 Anomander (@anoman64) reported

    @RonniSalt @Telstra I tried to cancel the hideously expensive landline for my 88yo mother-in-law with severe dementia, when she moved home. Despite us sending thru Power or Attorney, they still insisted they wanted to speak to MIL directly. She was totally confused and quite upset. **** U Telstra!

    @book_bitchy @RonniSalt @Telstra I feel for Ollie. It's a thankless task, support.

  • GreenScreen3r GreenScreen3r (@GreenScreen3r) reported

    @Optus Yeah thanks Jack but those maps don't represent anything approaching reality out here ... hot-spotted my partner's Telstra phone and fine for the rest of the trip ... thanks for trying but the Optus network is useless outside of metropolitan areas ... ditching it this month

  • nqwatcher Shorty (@nqwatcher) reported

    @RonniSalt @Telstra and when you ask them why you should stay with @Telstra, they respond with.. 'you need to do whats right for you'...which sounds awfully like 'yeah we hear ya but **** off already'...

  • udderrunner Terrence Chester back in #WesTralia (@udderrunner) reported

    @Telstra @SpotlightForYou there is no competition...all Telco's are the same...Sycophant War Criminal should never have privatized public asset Telecom or Deregulated communications...Australians have been gauged & received pisspoor coverage from day one

  • SpotlightForYou 🎗Emma Meconi (@SpotlightForYou) reported

    @last_jones @Telstra I'm just sick of the double-standards. These corporations reserve the right to put up the price whenever they like without warning. But if Idecide to pay less whenever I like,they'll unleash the debt-collecting hounds on me&give me a bad credit rating. It's unacceptable treatment

  • Nicklorentzen News & Views (@Nicklorentzen) reported

    @RonniSalt @Telstra Had a similar experience last week trying to connect a new service to an existing business account. Over a week - via Telstra messenger & phone - to get absolutely nowhere. Infuriating 🤯 Tried the local Telstra Business Centre & they sorted it immediately. They were excellent.

  • flanker62 brian bosanko (@flanker62) reported

    @SpotlightForYou @Telstra Try Amaysim on the Optus network. $45 monthly for 80gig prepaid.
