    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    @Telstra Thanks Renee, I will try again I think the only solution is a new tower. I have spoken to the Telstra regional manager who mentioned Hazeldenes chickens (Business) may be putting in their own tower in Lockwood that may help.

    @Peter_Fox59 Not just without a digital device, a non expensive up to date smartphone, or how dare they, a dumb phone. My Telstra T85 takes ten torturous minutes and three tries to work with the service NSW app. I use the pen and paper instead when I can.

    @andy_penn Oh gosh, you don't need to do anything to do that - it's easier just to live in a Telstra Smart Community in Eyenesbury Victoria - that way you don't get internet so you won't get scammed, hacked or service for that matter.

    @TeamViewer_help Having problems all day, it seems I can't connect to any of your DNS servers to get DNS resolution, which means website and TeamViewer app is down. Using TPG fibre and also Telstra mobile in Australia

    @BeachGirlJan @Telstra I am only with telstra because here on the west coast of TAS it's the one that works best, Optus sucks **** (they sign you up to recieve dodgy texts then charge you for it and it chews up credit)

    TIO tells me it will take up to 11 weeks be assigned a case manager due to overload of complaints and I should try sort it out with Telstra before then. hm. wtf. @ausgov What a load of ****. Most cases get resolved within 10 days… and number of complaints have dropped?
