@Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

@Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

@Telstra Thanks Renee, I will try again I think the only solution is a new tower. I have spoken to the Telstra regional manager who mentioned Hazeldenes chickens (Business) may be putting in their own tower in Lockwood that may help.

@ToniAussiewoman @bradT52711844 @Telstra We are pretty limited down south, Its probably not nearly as bad as I think it is really. Given we are in town that's hilly with gullies, that messes with signal. Other bigger towns have had additional towers for that reason. We dont warrant one here.

@Telstra booked FTTP 4 weeks ago. Tech installed box last week. Doesn't work because they didn't process the order to change us to FTTP. Calls x 3 to the COAT team, and no call back. Telstra online chat no help. Do I need to go to a physical store to sort this out?? Dissapointing

@Trace72467320 @SpaceX It wasn’t for me. Telstra & NBN both refused to fix our FTN with pitiful@speeds so we got Starlink. Wayyy faster and more reliable. A bit dearer but if paying for Starlink speeds with Telstra it would be three times more expensive. Very happy with Starlink. 👍

@Telstra Very difficult and frustrating for the technically and ability challenged. Constant referrals to the “App” for the task. The customer doing the work of the provider doesn’t help. I’m looking else where too. Cheers

Cheap, reliable and good service if there's any problems (I haven't had any at all here) I'm in Kenwick. Their modem, or BYO- me
