@JaseRicho Make Aussie Broadband get a tech around, same thing happened to my neighbour (same company). They had to wait months to get it right, technician was the only one who could trace the problem. I went with Telstra and had it on in a week.

@Telstra Good Afternoon, what is happening with 4g in Kangaroo Flat, Victoria. We have no service. Not happy.

Telstra is moving away from 3G as it looks to 4G and 5G as its networks of the future. According to Telstra, the 4G coverage outside my house should be good. So long as you can place a call outside, they don’t seem to think it’s a serious issue.

@Telstra Thanks Renee, I will try again I think the only solution is a new tower. I have spoken to the Telstra regional manager who mentioned Hazeldenes chickens (Business) may be putting in their own tower in Lockwood that may help.

Does anyone know how you get a staff member at Telstra to respond to a service issue you have? If you have a solution to this one that would be good.

@Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

@Telstra It’s @Telstra , where customer service is an oxymoron. No reference has been provided. No assistance. They claim I haven’t had a connection, so I want the thousands of dollars I’ve paid to @Telstra back because I’ve paid for a service I didn’t receive and Am not.

@Telstra It was annoying as I had spent extra money for 5G to gain extra coverage as Telstra 4g and 3g coverage in Canberra is so poor. But now where I live (literally in sight it parliament house) 5g coverage is no more.

@WAAMBMEDIC Was almost nearly tempted to switch back to @optus from @Telstra last week for International call inclusion but…5G coverage remains better with T, & to their credit T’s service when I called to negotiate was 👌,they didn’t want me to leave-great deal offered. Recommend switch.

@acccgovau Another slap is needed to @Telstra . This company has been increasing costs without informing us, forcing us how to pay, no customer service. The ombudsman not helping much. It's time to put Telstra in it's place. We are getting no help at all and they will not fix any problems.

Bruce Nibbs

As apparently I don’t have an an internet connection with @telstra, who do you recommend I use as my new ISP? As a former @Telstra customer I obviously pay a lot for no service. All I want is a reliable service with proper customer support. @Telstra need not apply.

@Telstra The issue is on your end. It's up to Telstra to sort it out. Telling us twice that our plan has been upgraded when it hasn't is the extent of your ability.

@cork_bradley @LizardHumanoid @Telstra mobile coverage is just bad in Canberra. Spent a few hours of my life on a call (landline as mobile would drop out) to them about it and now have to use voice over wifi as "nothing was wrong"
