@JaseRicho Make Aussie Broadband get a tech around, same thing happened to my neighbour (same company). They had to wait months to get it right, technician was the only one who could trace the problem. I went with Telstra and had it on in a week.

@Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

@Telstra Thanks Renee, I will try again I think the only solution is a new tower. I have spoken to the Telstra regional manager who mentioned Hazeldenes chickens (Business) may be putting in their own tower in Lockwood that may help.

@Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

Telstra is moving away from 3G as it looks to 4G and 5G as its networks of the future. According to Telstra, the 4G coverage outside my house should be good. So long as you can place a call outside, they don’t seem to think it’s a serious issue.

I've happily recommended @Telstra for years, but the ridiculous runaround I've been given with their @Xbox All-Access has been beyond ridiculous. Misinformation, employee stuff ups, hours on their support app, all for them to say they have no solutions. Incredibly frustrated.

@Telstra Hello Greg. Same issue, couldn't resolve immediately but said knew what the problem was, needed ADSL or Internet team, would call back within 1 hour to organise fix. That was last Friday after some 3 hrs on phone.

@TheMisterEpic1 @Telstra yeah but here in brazil its kinda worse because of the pandemic, many services have lost speed because of the demand, it loses speed at rainy days, and even stops working quite often on those, providers are only obligated do give 80% of the service; extremley expensive as well

Hey @Telstra Is there anyway I can have a team member call me ASAP. I have a ticket in with the ombudsman about you cancelling my order 3 times after it’s processed. Now you’ve ported my number across to Telstra to the wrong plan. I’ve tried online chat but no one can help!

@georgesbasin @joshburnsmp @Smile__Petal 1. Does not mean they are related 2. They wont understand. Fake Telstra, NBN Amazon ring people everyday and others open their male. Would be an issue with any communication If they were mentally ill they were smart enough to pick up welfare plus a job.
