@Telstra Thanks Renee, I will try again I think the only solution is a new tower. I have spoken to the Telstra regional manager who mentioned Hazeldenes chickens (Business) may be putting in their own tower in Lockwood that may help.

Telstra is moving away from 3G as it looks to 4G and 5G as its networks of the future. According to Telstra, the 4G coverage outside my house should be good. So long as you can place a call outside, they don’t seem to think it’s a serious issue.

@Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

@Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

I have asked the reseller to fix it many times It does seem to slowly be starting to behave like a normal phone service I tried a telstra reseller for a month but it was problematic too and sometimes refused to put calls through

@boostmobile Been having a lot of call drop outs in the Tea Gardens NSW 2324 region today and Telstra Outages page shows no outages in the town. Complaints process is a challenge - can you confirm how best to report problems with calls that at least 5 people I know are having?

@Telstra No home Service for my elderly mum for the past 2 days - numerous phone calls - “ oh sorry previous consultant didn’t leave any notes “ Tried chat line “ WOW “ is all I can say - just keep taking our money Telstra !! Service is shocking !! Back on Shore no improvement.

@MaggieMacphers6 @DavidPocock Sorry for your loss. Sounds like the crap my mother went through to get my father's name off the phone bill with telstra. May I add we are longer with them. When things like this happen things should be in place for a quick and painless fix.

@Telstra I have pre-ordered iPhone on 14th September and on the time of booking I was told that I will get it in a week or two, but it’s been 8 weeks and I’m still waiting. Contacted support and they say it could be 4 weeks or more and I’m not getting proper answers.
