@Telstra Good Afternoon, what is happening with 4g in Kangaroo Flat, Victoria. We have no service. Not happy.

  • amassedmedia Emma D'Agostino (@amassedmedia) reported from Bendigo, State of Victoria

Telstra is moving away from 3G as it looks to 4G and 5G as its networks of the future. According to Telstra, the 4G coverage outside my house should be good. So long as you can place a call outside, they don’t seem to think it’s a serious issue.

  • KeithMacqueen Keef (@KeithMacqueen) reported from Bendigo, State of Victoria

@Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

  • PaulPickford Paul Pickford (@PaulPickford) reported from Bendigo, State of Victoria

@Telstra Thanks Renee, I will try again I think the only solution is a new tower. I have spoken to the Telstra regional manager who mentioned Hazeldenes chickens (Business) may be putting in their own tower in Lockwood that may help.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • malb Mal Briggs (@malb) reported

@BadlyDrawnRL Apparently a lifelong Telstra customer and got hit at a relatively new email address. Might be scam emails now mimicking the Optus email. Ugh.

  • Gordana8888 Gordana (@Gordana8888) reported

@Telstra The time stamp on the email was the same time I was speaking with Apple, so I am pretty sure it was me. When I rang Telstra there was a recording stating some customers were experiencing problems making and receiving calls.

  • SPlymptonele Sceptic Plymptonele (@SPlymptonele) reported

@DatelineSBS Dear Dateline. Have you asked the telcos why their technology allows phone connections showing false numbers. This is half the scamming problem. #Telstra #Optus #DatelineSBS

  • bloominspring1 Michelle 💉💉💉 (@bloominspring1) reported

@Telstra Was not given one. At first I thought it was my phone so I rang apple to trouble shoot. Then I received email from Telstra saying that someone was trying to access my device. So that when I rang Telstra

  • catedempsey Gillian Dempsey (@catedempsey) reported

@Telstra We have problems on that drive every time. There's disconnect dinosaur before Gundagai then in a patch after Gundagai and before Wagga and then again on the road between Wagga and Narrandera before Sandigo. Never had reception there - is there supposed to be coverage?

  • surajpandey10 Dr Suraj Pandey (@surajpandey10) reported

.@Telstra As a happy customer of yours, I am beginning to worry of potential future data leaks (such as with #Optus). Can you delete my personal documents from your system, now that I am already verified and am using your services? #righttoerasure #OptusDataBreach

  • ToMyPirateShip Yeh🏴‍☠️Nah (@ToMyPirateShip) reported

  • RWNJRehabClinic RWNJ Rehab Clinic (@RWNJRehabClinic) reported

@Optus @rico_wallaby HOW will you be contacting a customer like me who never logs into his Optus account and has long forgotten his password? I have home broadband internet, that’s all. My mobile is with Telstra. I don’t use my Optusnet email. I do not have the time to sit in a long phone queue.
