I never got around to calling them before the police raided them!

According to Telstra, the 4G coverage outside my house should be good. So long as you can place a call outside, they don’t seem to think it’s a serious issue.

Paul Pickford (@PaulPickford) reported from Bendigo, Victoria@Telstra Thanks Renee, I will try again I think the only solution is a new tower. I have spoken to the Telstra regional manager who mentioned Hazeldenes chickens (Business) may be putting in their own tower in Lockwood that may help.

Debbie dean (@debbiedean1966) reported from Bendigo, Victoria@Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

They had to wait months to get it right, technician was the only one who could trace the problem. I went with Telstra and had it on in a week.

NewsTongue (@NewsTongueX) reported🔴 Telstra outage caused by missing software update, undocumented design change Telstra blamed a missing software update and an undocumented equipment redesign for last week's nationwide mobile outage. During maintenance on the Melbourne network time protocol (NTP) server, the device reset to a 2006 date due to an underlying software configuration. The incorrect date propagated across the network, invalidating authentication certificates and leaving customers unable to place calls or access data. Telstra operates three NTP servers in Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth.
