@agrobaz I have the same problem with my iPhone, Barry. The vast majority of my @telstra voicemails are delayed by hours or days. After reading this thread I performed the update to iOS 16.0.3 last night. 10am this morning I received a voicemail from 4:30 yesterday. So still not fixed.

@freshtonic I just had NBN cancel my tech for tomorrow due to known network fault also Mt Colah. Also got a planned outage notification from Telstra from midnight tonight shortly after NBN went offline

@Telstra just went into your store on Bourke st. Arrived 5pm. Waited at concierge for 20 mins to told I couldn’t get a new phone because it takes too long! I’m a long time customer and was going to sign another contract. There’s a Vodafone shop across the street

Grrrrrr. #telstra over-charged me for the third month in a row. Another 55 minutes on the phone with a rep who first goes through all the ways I must have messed up - did you cancel the direct debit? - before acknowledging it was their mistake. Re-nationalise telecoms!
