@developerjack Oh man, I never thought I would be impressed by Telstra!

  • stumain22 Stuart Main (@stumain22) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@PatrickGormanMP @acccgovau They are all dodgy. I used to work at Telstra and the way they would train you to sell products was usually not in the customers best interest. Top down sales tactics usually the go to. Optus are guilty of the same tactics as they tried to rip me off as well

  • cory_gale Cory Gale 🦘🇦🇺 (@cory_gale) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@TexanMeg @Telstra @Optus Do it! I haven’t really had any issues so far on my regional trips since switching over. The places where it cuts out don’t seem to work for Don either, who is on Telstra.

  • jdveldsman Johannes Veldsman (@jdveldsman) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra has got the worst customer service in Australia. Bought a pre-paid sim for a second mobile I have to carry. Since Friday the activation has not completed. This is after trying for 4h to register the sim. Then the call centre pushes you to a chat. 6h between msgs! Still 0

  • tonytau101 Tony Ilian (@tonytau101) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@FetchStep @davidbewart @MichaelWestBiz Ummh it's actually the other way around. Telstra sold down its interest in Foxtel to 35%. News Corp now own 65% of the business. What's telling is that Telstra has a huge bucket of money & they're not stumping up any for Foxtel. TI #Redink

  • tonytau101 Tony Ilian (@tonytau101) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@FreoLou @MatthewPassmor8 @FreoPope It's likely that your Internet is delivered over copper (FTTN) or possibly HFC. FTTN - depends how far the premises is from node. Has the problems with poor instalations, pits letting water leak in etc NBN HFC - uses higher frequencies than Telstra = dropouts. TI

@Telstra hey telstra can you help me out with nbn ?

  • tonytau101 Tony Ilian (@tonytau101) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@phbarratt If your landline is a Telstra service, dial *21101# this will divert all incoming calls to your message bank. TI

  • docker_dave David Winkless (@docker_dave) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

**Be careful ppl** Just received a call from “0455 768 977” claiming to be from Telstra technical support who said my internet line was being used by o/seas ppl for illegal activities & they would need to shut it down 1/2

  • MeckeringBoy 💧Michael Dowling-Demand renewable covid recovery! (@MeckeringBoy) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@markmorey5 I get around 50Mbps but STILL have buffering issues EVERY day. And I’m with Telstra. Australia is a joke. Why do we always get third rate infrastructure and crap services? Labor build to gold standard. LNP sabotage everything... From Medicare to NBN NDIS CSIRO ABC. #auspol

  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@robilange @burgess_ag @jemo44 Boost is another option, and believe that Telstra have given them access to all towers/whole network. Most other wholesale users don’t have access to all of the towers unfortunately.

  • unenergy 💧🍺🍩B Digby Bamford🍩🍺 (@unenergy) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@adamajacoby They've never had to. Look up postmaster general. Free delivery for their papers. Then Howard gave Rupert monopoly access to Telstra for Foxtel. Maggie gave him control of BSkyB. Ronnie helped him buy Fox on the cheap. Taxpayers were Murdoch's Venture Capitalists.

  • GabsMW Gabrielle Woodcock🏆🏆🏆 (@GabsMW) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Tod_Johnston @Telstra glad see good customer service 👍👏

  • tonytau101 Tony Ilian (@tonytau101) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Glenina57 @Telstra @StGeorgeBank Ray is correct. I did try to warn Telstra Management before they sent my job to the Philippines. I hear that Telstra wants to bring all its customer service back to Australia. Round & round it goes. Thousands of jobs lost Inc mine - supposedly with no impact on service. TI

  • tonytau101 Tony Ilian (@tonytau101) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

It seems @Telstra billing & credit management teams are off the air. Calls to 1800816025 are failing with an announcement that Telstra has technical difficulties & technicians are working on it as a priority. I don't think this is part of @andy_penn's T22 strategy. TI #FAIL

  • thallam08 Tom Hallam (@thallam08) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@frdmccull @Telstra Minimum is 2 year contract. If you cancel before that you have to pay out the excess on your next bill.

  • nobby15 💧DUKE Clyde (HANSARD)CFW9 (Biden-Harris ELECT)💧 (@nobby15) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@GrogsGamut @Telstra Which is utterly useless as it can't solve a problem i want solved

  • daveray99 Dave Ray (@daveray99) reported

@Telstra @SteerableWizard I'm still waiting for my issue to be fixed???

  • melbstormrocks 🌸 MadMelbourne 🌸 (@melbstormrocks) reported

@midlife_rant I laugh out land every time I hear the Telstra ad about local knowledge an why they are bringing their call centres back to Australia like they give a damn about their customers. I'm sure it has nothing to do with people switching in droves, even life long Telstra customers.

  • serehfas Angie Adamson (@serehfas) reported

My journey to just make it back on line in tine to see #Albo accept: At 8.30pm here, @telstra data broke down AGAIN for the whole town. I had to go get an @optusinc data sim from the all night servo, YAY! Then their webpage activation wouldn't work, wasted half hour! 1/

  • Terri_1987a 👠 ☔ 👌🇦🇺 🏳️‍🌈🌸🇺🇦 Balaclava woman (@Terri_1987a) reported

@RoadknightThe I had a speed issue similar to that and it turned out that I had a faulty socket at the connection point to the house. Took NBN and Telstra months to find it.

  • bantambaby Suziekue (@bantambaby) reported

@Telstra Thanks Kaitlin. I got an email message last week about my service being slowed because I was reaching my limit (have visitors in my house). But I am paying for unlimited internet. Could you explain for me please?

  • daveray99 Dave Ray (@daveray99) reported

Huge thanks @Telstra. Travelling overseas for the first time in 2.5years: 1. Intl roaming pass ($15/day) 2. Said pass doesn't work 3. Try Help desks: bot chat directs to call centre 4. Call Centre queue too big; directs to bot. 5. Call Centre now closed. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  • WonderDalek Kye Rosendale (@WonderDalek) reported

@xFaeryPrincessx @Pommster76 And if your building manager or realtor complains, tell them telstra arranged this to fix a fault which was impeding their ability to provide a reliable voice service to you

  • RoadknightThe TheRoadknight (@RoadknightThe) reported

@truthseeker4216 We're near a polling booth which has had hundreds queueing for up to an hour, bored and on their phones. The same occurs during school holidays, long weekends and when the street festival is on. Telstra does nothing to fix this capacity problem.

  • serehfas Angie Adamson (@serehfas) reported

@Telstra Thanks Vicky. When we have no data, we can't use the 24/7 app, you know? So its an Optus sim for us. I can't believe when they put a temp service in while works were done on the tower here, that they didn't anticipate the extra load on election night!
