    @VodafoneAU seriously what's wrong with your NBN speed! I meant to have 100mbs and I'm getting 45mbs, trying to watch TV and it's impossible cause keeps stopping, loading and crap quality, I never experienced this with @Telstra being honest 😒😒😒😒😒😒

    @Telstra my parents in Wells Street Stepney SA AND my brother-in-law in Marden SA have no internet this weekend. They’ve been told there’s nothing that can be done. Surely this should be a priority for you. It’s actually an emergency. My parents are elderly. Please fix it asap

    @NewtonMark I'd wager that the Telstra Gen 2 smart modem is probably the direct cause of network congestion. Nice touch though to hide NBN disconnections with a fallover to 4G

    @Telstra INT 1-2182984659100 Just had online chat with Rochelle who assured me she would transfer me to velocity to resolve my complaint as she cant arrange call back. Even though I said they would be closed she called me & transferred me to a closed call centre. Telstra is insufferable

    My @Telstra mobile service has suddenly started giving me IPv6 connectivity sometime quite recently. Fantastic and finally! Works with both Patreon and Google. If only it worked on my relatively modern Telstra Velocity Fibre service at home.

    @Kop_this @freodockers @rupertmurdoch Hmmm, this I did not know. I haven't gone down this path since I lived in Melbourne and Foxtel was the only way to see Freo games. Kayo is $5 a month for Telstra customers.

    @Telstra The service is extremely poor , 4 th issue in 6 months. My account was paid at telstra Cannington, this account shows outstanding Liam the store manager is investinging the issue. One Star rating for customer service

    @acccgovau Telstra changed ALL prepaid plans stopping top ups 4 Data/Texts UR now FORCED in2 plans u DONT want @ dbl the $$ & third of data-4GB top-up was $20 now 4GB doesn't exist-Many with cost of living probs went prepaid 2 have a📱 They're screwing ALL poor/sick & rural ppl
