@simonahac @NBN_Australia @Telstra Definitely not. I’ve had to get the TIO involved to release me. Sick and tired of their continuous blunders especially with billing. How good is it that you can’t talk to anyone and all other comms don’t work? Nice reviews of the app 😱 unbelievably crap

Why are @Telstra and @Foxtel so hard to deal with. Surely some courtesy would be appropriate. Dealing with a machine just doesn’t work. Such poor customer service.

@VodafoneAU seriously what's wrong with your NBN speed! I meant to have 100mbs and I'm getting 45mbs, trying to watch TV and it's impossible cause keeps stopping, loading and crap quality, I never experienced this with @Telstra being honest 😒😒😒😒😒😒

@Uileag @WhistlingWhist I've just gone to a sml phone & I'm finding I'm having fewer bariatric phalanges moments because I KNOW it's an issue. I traded down from a huge 4G Note 3 to a cheap little 3G Motorola moto g. Telstra tell me I've got 4 yrs before they shut down 3G network. & no I'm not anti 5G.

@Nowun6 @Telstra I had a similar experience with TPG, hours on hold with customer service, never actually got anywhere, and they wouldn't do anything with trying to lock me in to a contract for non-functional internet. New provider & was done in 10min

@Nowun6 @Telstra Isn't it amusing that telcos are so responsive on social media, but excruciatingly slow when you're an actual paying customer? NBN twitter account is the same, nearly every time I post my ****** FTTN speed, there they are to pretend their service isn't terrible.

@DanielNorrisAU @Telstra To be honest I just cannot be bothered. I worked out it cost me over 35 hours I will never see again. iiNet fixed the situation in a few hours and I have never had a problem since. They really look after their customers, I get notifications whenever there is an NBN problem.

@strongcaffe @KittyAbsurd @Telstra Going to totally disagree with your here, iiNet, who I went with have provided a services nothing like Telstra, they have continued to go out of their way to make sure everything is working correctly, I have now been with them for 10 months. 100% better service than Telstra.
