  @lightfootsj @Telstra A wild thought but have you considered other providers of Internet services? I realise the big T has the largest advertising spend but there are alternatives. @Aussie_BB gets a pretty good rap and they have some signup deals at the moment.. Certainly great customer service!

  @Telstra 9 different people have tried to 'help' so far, promised it will be fixed, to no avail. It seems that no one in there knows how to swap $ over to another account. Supposedly a 'manager' of sorts was going to call. That was midday Friday.
