@MurraySmythe They will investigate if >4 nuisance calls from the same number. Problem the fraudsters use lots of different numbers, even no number coming up as 'call overseas" or 'private' blocking identity. #Telstra & #Govt should have laws about unsolicited calls. Proving is problem for us

So now @Telstra has cut off the landline, without being asked. So so can’t port the number to iiNet. So I call Telstra. But it’s a business number, and the business team don’t work on weekends. So I ask to speak to someone ANYONE who can help.

@Telstra INT 1-2182984659100 Just had online chat with Rochelle who assured me she would transfer me to velocity to resolve my complaint as she cant arrange call back. Even though I said they would be closed she called me & transferred me to a closed call centre. Telstra is insufferable

My @Telstra mobile service has suddenly started giving me IPv6 connectivity sometime quite recently. Fantastic and finally! Works with both Patreon and Google. If only it worked on my relatively modern Telstra Velocity Fibre service at home.

@NewtonMark I'd wager that the Telstra Gen 2 smart modem is probably the direct cause of network congestion. Nice touch though to hide NBN disconnections with a fallover to 4G

So please call 61177160 rather than our normal 94125700, until Telstra corrects the problem at an unknown time in the future. Please share as we are worried that emergency patients particularly may suffer if owners and vets cannot contact us after hours.

@mormorlady @rubin_angela I had one claim to be from Telstra. I asked for a reference number, which I wrote down (has lots of r for rats in it) then I asked for her supervisors telephone number, & she hung up. Deducted she was a fraud. Normally I just don't bother with time wasters.Tell them FO & hang up.

@Telstra Would it be at all possible to speak to someone who can actually help with my bundle billing. I don’t want to have to talk to three different Dept to resolve this issue. It’s a bundle account for a reason. Your customer service is deplorable

@ACurrentAffair9 This is why @NBN_Australia should never've reused the old & decrepit Telstra network. The Telstra copper has been a mess for years, looking in any connection pit or use @DBYD1100 & dig a trench anywhere near a verge to see the problem. MTM NBN was an absolute joke from the start.

@mirojurcevic @BazzaCC He stopped the fibre to the home and sold his copper to Telstra! We have fibre to nodes and rusty copper in soggy pits. Keating had nothhing to do with NBN it was introduced by 1st Rudd Govt to support telehealth initially.

I mean to call it **** service by @telstra to scam a long term customer is.. well.. accurate. Maybe they figured refunding me one month of the $95 while just leaving me on the very expensive plan after I contacted them to get put onto the far cheaper, far better equivalent plan.
