Thank you, @Telstra My service seems to be back to normal after the outage.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@AUSBATTERYGRAD1 @FindlowHarrison @Telstra So why is terrahertz radiation at 10,000x the power of 5G not an issue then?

  • giddeygirl Au COVFEFE... Test! (@giddeygirl) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

This bloody patronising Hi Mum video call from daughter, @Telstra, is so horrible. It makes me cry. I'm sure my kids laugh at me. I don't need to see it.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@MikeHynesyHynes @Telstra @markhumphries Yep and unicorns exist too because we cannot prove they don't exist. Same stupid reasoning.

  • Stewart115 Stewart (@Stewart115) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@Telstra what’s with the mobile service in South Goulburn 2580? The last three days multiple drops out during call?

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

Oh and just to trigger all the idiots, sent from my 5G phone. Never felt better. I love it. Thank you @Telstra Looking forward to mmWave if the new @Samsung Note 20 supports it (deciding if to upgrade or not).

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@AUSBATTERYGRAD1 @FindlowHarrison @Telstra Then if the higher frequency is the issue yet terrahertz radiation is not, then please explain where "peak harm" is on the EM spectrum? At what point does harm start declining? Past 100, 200, 300THz or what? You're trained in this, you're concerned about 5G so you tell us.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @NorelleFeehan @Telstra No, but promoting tinfoil hat conspiracy theories does suggest someone is an idiot.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@Charrisa11 @Telstra @markhumphries Maybe go back to school and re-do basic physics before asking stupid questions that have been explained repeatedly which people like you stubbornly ignore. I can't prove ghosts exist, or don't exist. Look up how "science" works.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @NorelleFeehan @Telstra No, but promoting paramount tinfoil hat conspiracy theories does suggest someone is an idiot.

  • JNdeira Jason Ndeira (@JNdeira) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@gavin_laing That would be great if the streaming service was valuable. The inability to cast the game eg Chromecast means I still don't use the free "streaming service" I have with @Telstra

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @NorelleFeehan @Telstra You exist in a chaotic universe on the outer spiral arm of a minor galaxy around an unremarkable star on a miraculous planet. Yes conspiracy theories can be comforting but it is a selfish neurosis. I have never met a conspiracy theorist who volunteers for anything. All selfish.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @scottjlawson @Telstra I have volunteered myself for two human trials which have been swamped, I will be so happy if I am selected. Polio was real and horrible and this conspiracy self centred narcissistic bullshit is now hurting people. Vaccines save lives. The universe is chaotic. Move on.

  • skwashd Dave Hall aka Not Funny (@skwashd) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@fwaggle I bet Telstra’s historic network design had something to do with it.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @scottjlawson @Telstra Yeah I've read about it. Unlike selfish neurotics who sit at home all day gorging on conspiracy theories, people like this are actually doing something useful for the world. Good on them. Turn the YouTube off and go help a charity, it will be do you good.

  • AHCPhoto Michelle Kroll (@AHCPhoto) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@CapitalToad 1/2 I’m sorry to hear of your Telstra woes. I only have them for my phone service & never had a problem. I use iiNet for internet & they’ve been pretty good, though waiting on hold for an hour isn’t uncommon.

  • Lindday8 Lindsay (@Lindday8) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@Telstra NBN speed slow and dropping out in Flynn act is there issue

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@scottjlawson @DONTCHIPMEBRO @Telstra So what these selfish neurotics are saying, is diabetics should be denied life changing help like drip fed insulin, because they see their own paranoid egos in the shadows. Great.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@DONTCHIPMEBRO @scottjlawson @Telstra No there's not. There is a precedent of bullshit spreading via ridiculous conspiracy theories because people still cannot grasp that they are not the centre of a vast, chaotic universe and no one gives a ****. Conspiracies are narcissistic neurosis manifested.

  • ianpmcleod Ian McLeod (@ianpmcleod) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

@scottjlawson @DONTCHIPMEBRO @Telstra Oh look the selfish neurotic conspiracy ****** got all triggered and blocked me. I suppose the suggestion of being a selfish neurotic hit home. It's a common thread. I never see them out helping with anything. Just self absorbed.

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Nicchamberlain Nic Chamberlain (@Nicchamberlain) reported

@iiNet You are as bad as Telstra, that’s the best description of your customer service

  • rantville rantville (@rantville) reported

@Telstra I guess you're an automated bot. Why would #telstra offer a #service pathway via twitter that it doesn't offer all its long suffering customers? #telcos

  • BrownSquirrel BrownSquirrel (@BrownSquirrel) reported

@Telstra We have no signal in 7470 - any news please?

  • BrownSquirrel BrownSquirrel (@BrownSquirrel) reported

@Telstra Don't ever patronise customers like this again. I hope you don't ever need an emergency service

  • jaynelshannon Jayne Shannon (@jaynelshannon) reported

@natasha_yann Bloody hell! I always go through my provider and I know Telstra gets a lot of bad press but they’ve solved all my problems with no fuss whatsoever !

  • onebg Glenn Sargood (@onebg) reported

Does anyone want to know the definition of frustration? When your @nbn_Australia doesn't work so you log 5 faults with @telstra and they tell you that only NBN can resolve your problem so when you contact them they tell you to take it up with your service provider.

  • BrownSquirrel BrownSquirrel (@BrownSquirrel) reported

@kathscadding @Telstra Broadband isnt the problem - thats the 1 not with them. Sadly for us, telstra is the 1 that really works in my area & the 1 the emerg services use for the boxes. Out of our hands with those but where mobiles are concerned this lot gives the best coverage from a bad bunch of them

  • PeterRelph 𝙋𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙥𝙝 ✳ ✳ ✳ (@PeterRelph) reported

@lesleygood1 @djmer1 Surely. However I think that it _may_ have been an issue in NBN that has now been fixed. Yesterday I lost my NBN fixed wireless internet, I had normal lights on the modem except a light on the front which was blue instead of green.Telstra did something to fix it, maybe it's ok

  • BrownSquirrel BrownSquirrel (@BrownSquirrel) reported

@Telstra Well they better move it because if anyone dies because of it its you people who will pay because we can't be contacted to go and help them

  • BrownSquirrel BrownSquirrel (@BrownSquirrel) reported

@Telstra Connected yes but its the little noisy boxes we really need to have working and thats the problem and why we are so mad. They dont do call outs via phone so if those boxes arent working we have trouble. Yes they can call us but there are a lot of calls to make to everyone who
