💧Ann Sproule🔥 (@annbag2) reported from Hobart, TasmaniaHey @Telstra. My account restrictions were supposed to be fixed within two hrs. Three hours later and 30 f'n years of poor service don't hold well for me. If I did this to my clients they would go elsewhere. As will I. Finally.
-
Imogen Wegman (@imo_weg) reported from Hobart, Tasmania@Telstra I'll be in the South Hobart area most of the day but hopefully not in the area that's not working - there are others on the community Facebook saying their mobile reception is also out. Probably is an ongoing issue that needs checking.
-
Grassy (@_grassy) reported from Hobart, Tasmania@Telstra Only number I have. Have been talking to someone, putting through to someone else who can possibly help, now on hold.
-
Tim McJones (@The_McJones) reported from Hobart, Tasmania@JeanLeggett I don’t know of any that “just work” in both countries but I know both Vodafone AU and Telstra (Australia telecoms) have roaming support for NZ but that is like an addition $5-10 per day.
-
Imogen Wegman (@imo_weg) reported from Hobart, Tasmania@Telstra Having now left home to get to work, I seem to have data again - either it's been sorted in the last 15 mins or I'm on a different tower now. The boost outage link leads to the telstra outage page...
-
Scott Plimpton (@lowroader) reported from Hobart, Tasmania@jriewolod @helenshield @Telstra Wow. Still, this is the same company that got done for shamelessly ripping off vulnerable first nations people with terrible mobile plans.
-
SheNoob 🇦🇺🏳️🌈 | Bad Luck Charms 😏 (@She_Noob_) reported from Hobart, TasmaniaWell I think I'll be staying with Telstra after all, after the garbage customer service I've received from @Optus this week. #notimpressed As a customer service rep myself, I know the value of good service. That ain't it, chief.

Leah Galvin 🍎🍒🥑🥦🥕🌽🌰🍓🧀 (@leah_galvin) reported from Hobart, Tasmania@digitaltasmania @Telstra Allens Rivulet. Has been down since yesterday and patchy for several days before. We rely on it heavily as we get our phone, internet and Wi-Fi calling on our mobiles through it. We live in a black spot so can not be contacted at home till it is restored.
-
Dr Paris (he/him) (@parisba) reported from Hobart, TasmaniaRight, cancelling my @Telstra account (which Telstra linked to a TIO complaint about an entirely unrelated prepaid SIM) has allowed them to refund me without validating my identity against the unrelated account. Great success!

John Mills (@JohnMil37229625) reported from Hobart, TasmaniaStarting to get pissed off with Telstra. Why do we pay for a service that very rarely reaches the down load speed you pay for. Is it a con. Is it a CRIME, is it false ADVERTISING.
-
Dr Paris (he/him) (@parisba) reported from Hobart, Tasmania@up_banking trying to get a refund out of Telstra into my Up account via BSB/account number, but they claim the BSB is incorrect (even if they look under Bendigo etc.) Not explicitly your problem, but any ideas?

-
AliciaGJ 🖤🤍 (@aliciagjones) reportedWhat in goodness name is going on with @Telstra services in Melbourne? It’s never been soooo bad.
-
John Young (@JohnYoung146083) reported@ReutersTech Are @Telstra suggesting that all 3 network time servers were/are hosted in the same physical chassis? Seems fundamentally flawed? Also, do they not continually scan for vulnerabilities and end of service? @sarahinthesen8 something sounds fishy.
-
Andrew (@andrewrdn463) reported@Telstra Telstra has sent "Sorry we let you down" emails to customers but are deleting complaints. VICKI BRADY MUST RESIGN.
-
Robyn Tan (@robyntan) reportedNot that often I support Sarah Hanson Young but her questions about dodgy $30,000 Telstra GPS that failed are very important. Senate committee discussion - GPS hardware & software. The key question should be: Why wasn't the "firmware" updated in the GPS? @ajamesbragg
-
Boxy (@BoxofPies80) reported@Telstra NBN down for second time in two weeks……
-
Daisy Cutter how dare you (@daisycuttertz) reported@MRowlandMP Who got the cash from 50 billion labour hire MICK Telstra and Optus rolled a nationwide network in 18 months using their own employees get stuffed Mick Big Build 101
-
Tr3ggs (@Tr3ggs) reported@FREAK0NAUT @Nd172557208 So you spend the 30k and make it a redundant fail over rather than a single fail point. Still a rounding error for Telstra.
-
Jackie . (@Dempsey57Jackie) reportedI’m a Telstra customer. I got an email apologising for the outage. That’s fine with me. Commercial customers maybe not so much.
-
Cool McCool (@MisterSpock8888) reported@Telstra 2/6 Paragraph 1 1. Shud summarise. We stuffed up, know why, implementing things to lower risk, we want to hear from you" 2. "We let you down” soft vs we failed to provide service you paid for. Common corp apol formula. Sounds accountable w/out creating broader admission.

Fran McInerney (@franmac44) reported@JonesHowDareYou Took me a while to log in & post this morning, Jenny, as X were presumably consulting with Telstra on service provision. I’m toasting Spain in the Executive Suite today. Stay rugged up🧣 Wordle 1,857 3/6 ⬜🟨⬜🟨⬜ ⬜⬜🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩🥳
