Dr Paris (he/him) (@parisba) reported from Hobart, Tasmania@up_banking trying to get a refund out of Telstra into my Up account via BSB/account number, but they claim the BSB is incorrect (even if they look under Bendigo etc.) Not explicitly your problem, but any ideas?
