When you call, you tell the AI that you want to speak to someone relating to Telstra Plus and are put through to Disconnections. Must be hoping that those poor souls can save the customer from walking.

They refused to replace my A5 (2017) (the TIO made them give me 6 month credit to compensate after they shut down 3G/NextG). Vodafone gave me an A17 to replace it,after I was using it as a modem.

Connected for short periods and not atleast 20 drop outs today alone. It's annoying. I dont want compensation AGAIN i just want the service I'm paying for. I think that's fair. It’s annoying we were without service for 7 days of total blackout to upgrade the tower and a month or so later massive issues. It's not good enough. Having said that annoyed as i am i will still remain a loyal customer because overall i have found you are by far better than Telstra!
