@Telstra I cannot reach out because the person who's name it's under is currently overseas so I cannot access the account. I have however troubleshooted the network with IT professionals, an ISP professional and performed every single step that would be provided to me by Telstra support.

  • alancramer
Alan Cramer (@alancramer) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

.@Telstra Plus is a program full of shit. Ordered some items and due to incompetent staff who cannot put my full name and address I requested, package has been stuck at @startrack for nearly 2 months. Finger pointing between the two orgs continues.

  • mikehaywoodsrs
Mike Haywood (@mikehaywoodsrs) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

Seriously @JEChalmers do you think we are idiots computers have software problems that sucks but the tax office fixed it, banks telstra and other hi tech businesses have similar problems but to try and get is to accept that the Gov missed the the tax rebate

  • SullieLore
Sullie (@SullieLore) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

@xbox all access looks fantastic for X, but Telstra needs a mobile service with them to get it. Any chance of changing this policy or having a stand-alone with another company?

  • trimbowlme
Fresh PrinceofBelair (@trimbowlme) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

@SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU Ours is def not that bad but the dropping in and out is annoying. Speed is great when it's on but drops out for a few minutes each time multiple times a day

  • chalkwhitehands
Prune McSwollen (@chalkwhitehands) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

@albericie @Telstra I left Telstra at one stage and for the next four years had a bill once a month telling me that I owed 1c rounded down to $0.00. When I went back to Telstra I had questions asked about my ability to pay because of the outstanding balance.

  • iammrdom
Mr Dom (@iammrdom) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

I’m stuck thinking about my mobile carrier, so I stay with an Optus MVNO or go to a Telstra ‘full service’ MVNO. It’s complicated. There’s $10 a month in it between the two companies.

  • _xDAMOx_
Damien Porter (@_xDAMOx_) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

Hey @Foxtel @Telstra Can you please explain why there is no subtitle option on your new streaming service #Binge - pretty disgraceful if this is the case!

  • STEVEFI14205588
STEVE FISCHER (@STEVEFI14205588) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

@scottyisrocky @KleinRevd Back in the day Telstra had a $35 Service Guarantee. We were told not to offer it. Amazing though how people would stop complaining though. Good luck with Services Australia.

  • iammrdom
mr dom (@iammrdom) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

@BoostAus Question: will 5G access to the Telstra network continue after the trial or will there be a higher charge to stay on 5G?

  • joshbow85
Josh Bowman (@joshbow85) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

@Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

  • REDRAWRADIO
RedRaw Radio (@REDRAWRADIO) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

@Optus #AllenLew make good on your statement you will sack staff responsible for poor service - I've spent 5hrs of my time seeking to transfer a Virgin service to Optus Your CreditReview numpties need a rocket up em ref 2005236605 Call me or I'm off to @Telstra @HarveyNormanAU

  • JReevesTaylor
John Reeves Taylor (@JReevesTaylor) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

@Telstra The Case manager was unable to resolve this matter because the case manager wasn’t interested in resolving the problem by reasoned argument. Rather they were interested in having their own way & saying whatever suited their position including making false statements #Telstrafail

  • effielarocca
Teresa LaRocca (@effielarocca) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

@Telstra 1/2. 2,weeks ago I suggested we switch from @Optus to Telstra, up our speed to 50mps as your bundle seemed better than Optus. Now we have no internet (which seemed to work on an Optus network) and yesterday my sister lost her job. She has 2 weeks left of her job and now

  • Fingies
David Fingleton (@Fingies) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

@Telstra Thanks, unfortunately @kayosports don’t respond/actually do anything to help/resolve the issue. Just blame the ISP @kayosports_help

  • Ashaheem
Ahmed Shaheem (@Ashaheem) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

@Telstra Upgrade info to Upfront plan misleading. Help desk assured me I could share the 60G data with my second phone. Now I find that the second phone also has to go on the plan. That will cost me twice as much as I’m paying now. Is this a scam?

  • trimbowlme
Fresh PrinceofBelair (@trimbowlme) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

    @SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU @Speedtest I'm getting 9.4mb/s down wireless which is fine for me

  • AdamJFitzgerald
Adam Fitzgerald (@AdamJFitzgerald) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

I have a @Telstra Bigpond email address (for years) but ever since getting a new @SamsungMobile Galaxy S10, I can't get my bigpond email to work on the App at my local Telstra Shop, that there's a glitch with this, and there's nothing I can do, but webmail. Is this true? Help! 😕

  • TheFightingRoo
    The Fighting Roo (@TheFightingRoo) reported

Telstra’s service for 5G is that slow in North Melbourne it makes modern tech useless. I have 2 bars & 4g speed. @Telstra you are a garbage service nowadays.

  • walsh_mindy
    Melinda Walsh 🚜 🇦🇺 🐑 🌾🏏 (@walsh_mindy) reported

Telstra email re increased $$ & why it’s necessary. “Increasing our prices helps us keep improving our mobile network performance, reliability & security to better support changing connectivity needs.” I disagree Telstra!!! You only successfully increased black spots of NoService

  • Trendy_Tim
    Tim (@Trendy_Tim) reported

@accent_trace @ktdenise I think I had a minor mental glitch I did the calc using 24 months out of habbit, so yeah it’s more like only 500 a year cheaper, still hard to find an actual benefit to Optus/Telstra’s over priced plans. 10 years ago, you’d get an iPhone and service for $40 a month.

  • ayyyitspete
    LifeWithBeard™ (@ayyyitspete) reported

@mikjcal @kpmuddle @Mr_Fanta_Pants Voda did a network sharing deal with Optus so they get all of Optus' rural coverage & Optus gets access to Voda's towers & fibre in areas Optus don't have a presence to install their radio gear and build out their network. Optus does very well vs Telstra in regional these days.

  • LuxAuthorRight
    cc (@LuxAuthorRight) reported

@ChefTom1985 @CatherineD42535 Well privatized infrastructure either needs to be public or heavily regulated so we don’t see the over 160% price markup we do with Telstra. Cost per user wired+wireless service is between $35-$45/month and that’s including R&D- no profit.

  • Miss__84
    miss_84 (@Miss__84) reported

Agaiinnnnnnn @Telstra again. A war widow with a serious heart condition without the use of her phone because of an nbn outage. But how does that affect the mobile phone useage Youre the absolute worst company. She feels cut off from the world. But hey she has the internet

  • CJHarvey56
    Charles Harvey (@CJHarvey56) reported

What else has been privatised for far greater cost and far lower service outcomes? The CES first and foremost, use of consultants instead of Public Service, Telstra, Australia Post, Aged Care, Hospitals, all of them where public service should be just that.

  • Miss__84
    miss_84 (@Miss__84) reported

@Telstra No idea i havent spoken to her yet but this is a fair bit of crap youre pulling on an elderly and vulnerable woman... could almost inch into elder abuse considering youll still ask her to pay her full bill

  • T__Williams23
    Tyler Williams (@T__Williams23) reported

Ok apparently Aussies getting connected to Ohio servers are getting dropped and having issues across the board @iRacingSupport @iRacing if you could have a look at it please? PS I'm sorry Telstra pls don't throttle my internet

  • cimatesrv
    Mick P (@cimatesrv) reported

@Telstra every other service provider I use was able to give my bills for the past 3 years. You on the other hand seem to find rhe request really difficult and can't do it. Why am I not surprised. Absolute embarrassment to the nation.
