  @Telstra Non working internet for 48 hours I need a technician to visit. Business only help from Telstra is text message exchange. Paying top price for NBN cannot work cannot get a technician to work and online service takes hours with only negative outcomes

  @Telstra REALLY struggling with you guys right now. My husband and I both took half day off work yesterday and patiently waited for NBN to be connected between 12-5...NO ONE came! I was on the text chat from 1.30pm until 10pm...still no resolution!

  Been offline because of a major cyber attack on Telstra. My daughter in law came to my rescue by showing me how to connect onto the 4G network thru my phone & laptop now I can watch my Eels hopefully do a number on the dogs. Sometimes I think that I was born 40 yrs too early.👍🤓

  @Telstra I live inAscot Vale in Victoria . We have arranged numerous appts with Telstra to have our phone line upgraded for the nbn. On every single occasion since April the tech guys never show up. This behaviour is disgraceful !

  @NBN_Australia Telstra has flagged the fault. I cannot undertake business. Why does it take another 24 to 48 hours for @NBN to fix and no phone numbers from NBN or Telstra to discuss . A 5 G tower is being erected in my street. Will slow service push us off NBN to 5G?

  @NBN_Australia Spent 48 hours exchanging texts with Telstra. Following advice from private technician connected the NBN box to my laptop. Found ping was good but up and down load speeds were minimal. Telstra then agreed to escalate to NBN but 24 to 48 hour delay. Cannot work without @NBN

  @pceebee23 @AlboMP @AustralianLabor When it’s a government service it doesn’t have to make a profit; it’s an essential service. However, privatised services justify cutting in the name of making a profit. That’s why essential services should never be privatised like Telstra, power, water & employment services..

  @TheGalox_ Vodafone were crap to deal with and we were getting horrible internet (why myself and my family switched). Optus has been ok, we’ve had some problems with them but a better experience than Vodafone. The only other major carrier in Australia is Telstra but they’re quite expensive

  @Telstra @KazzaKaye Please be honest and stop downplaying the issue as intermittent. It's been a permanent issue for nearly a week. I know my email app works but there is still a problem for users when an email is mistakingly sent straight to junk so your email app never gets it.
