She claimed I had the internet since June yet I was covered by Telstra in June & July. Had to back-pay fearing disconnection! It's been horrible

    @Telstra have been trying to speak to a human for over a month to get NBN installed and wow 1000 messages “like texting a friend” what a joke! 1 month of circles! This is the worst customer service experience EVER!! #whereismynbn

    So annoying that I can’t watch the #hamilfilm on my @Telstra tv Roku system because it doesn’t support the @disneyplus app in Australia! Customers have been asking for months and still no satisfaction. 🤬

    @Telstra I think it will be sorted on 10 July. Five week delay from order to installation of internet in Brisbane. I think my order got lost. And lots if phone time to find out just what was going on. Not without its problems for me. Fingers crossed for 10 July 2020. Paul

    Been working from home for weeks and today is the first connectivity issues I’ve had. WiFi has gone completely. Fair play to @Telstra @NBN_Australia they’re on the case!

    @jdaalder I’ve been seeing this weirdness too. Slow or no loading on wifi - so Telstra over NBN HFC. Turn off wifi - kick to Telstra 4G, all good…

    Protip; if you're switching away from Telstra and you have the smart modem, check the reviews of the modem you're getting from your new provider. I was given a NetComm NL1901ACV. Weak WiFi signal & constant dropouts. Telstra smart modem reinstalled and haven't had issues since.

    So @Telstra support centre won’t answer my calls. They direct me to the app. The person on the app literally says “I’m not sure what’s going on” and says I need to call the support centre. I don’t usually complain but this is the worst service I have ever received. #telstra

    @ellispeta @Telstra I tried to get dongles all day. No luck. So got a pretty paid sim to put in a super old iPhone to hotspot but @Telstra activation has been down. Phone numbers said do online, online not working. No call centres. #TelstraFail

    Everything in my world seems to be taking longer. My computer has slowed down. I no longer have email.(Optus has no online techicnical team). It took me an hour and a half to get through to Telstra. My washing machine is broken. My TV doesn't work. All I have is Twitter. TGFT.

    @telstra why is there no way of logging a fault for broadband online. Not great for modern Telco. I just called and wasted two hours on hold then you cut me off to say you can’t help at this time. Tried your 24/7 app can’t find where either. #UnhappyCustomer

    @rjlohan I use ALDI mobile, who resell access to most of the Telstra network for reasonable prices. Also, have unlimited rollover of unused data.

    @BenVezina Same experience with Telstra. We notified them of the move on 8/8, moved on 6/7... got nbn working 13/8 after many hours revisiting the store, phoning the helpline, lodging a complaint & gathering evidence for the TO. Debits didn't stop tho, just the wifi.

    @Telstra Neighbour told, only mins to txt less than half a k today, sometimes a txt takes hours to do that. Understand stress all round, but this is beyond silly. Ph cut out while I was talking to 3BA Ballarat Monday.

    @Telstra Sometimes I really do wonder about some of the "rules" you have in place around services. I already have one post paid service and a sim only on my account but in your wisdom I can't convert the sim only to a post paid because our family has only been with you 4 months?

    Hey @Telstra you just sent me an email telling me you are going to automatically increase (or your euphemism "upgrade") from $45 to $55 a month - then you say that's $5 more...wtf? I don't want to "upgrade" and I find your email really deceitful. Anyone else think the same?
