    If I am Vodafone , I will developer a software name it 6g, ask Telstra together, all the cbd having free wifi, just need more free wifi signal, and then charge some money , input some speed, that ‘s it. Saving your money , making big income.

    @NBN_Australia BTW, @NBN_Australia my mobile phone is with another provider so I can't get extra free data from Telstra while the problem is resolved.

    Seriously @JEChalmers do you think we are idiots computers have software problems that sucks but the tax office fixed it, banks telstra and other hi tech businesses have similar problems but to try and get is to accept that the Gov missed the the tax rebate

    @Telstra- not happy to be without internet at Norwood and I'm told there is no solution before Monday! ADSL wasn't working & was on 4G backup. Got text from you telling me to connect to ADSL to avoid slowing down. Called 133933 and was told not to worry. Today got disconnected :/

    @Telstra Well I chatted it didn’t help, got told I have forwarded my emails to an account I set up on the 25/7 due to not receiving any emails from the 4/7. Then was told to change chat! Seriously what sort of show are they running! Time for a change in providers.

    @jriewolod @LoveNotGreed @Telstra I was paying for two Internet lines to one house, unknowingly, and it took hours and them threatening huge break contract fees to fix. Have never signed a contract with a telco since, and only do prepaid or month to month.

    @jriewolod @ItsBouquet @Telstra Telstra are devious thieving bastards. Try to keep your dealings with them to an absolute minimum - eg if you must use their mobile service, no plans, pre-pay only. And certainly never use them as your ISP.

    @jriewolod @ItsBouquet @Telstra Took me 3 months, over 12 phone calls days of holding on the line, being disconnected, being transferred to the 'right department' - being grossly inefficient when you want to disconnect, is part of their business model. Same as #foxtel. Will never use #telstra again, ever.

    @jriewolod @jeremyvisser @Telstra I remember when after 20 years or so of paying rental for my Telstra handset (basically the hardware support) and decided to terminate it (and move to a another service provider) they demanded I have back that aged handset (which they almost certainly would've trashed)
