@Telstra Sorry I couldn’t reply because 3G is intermittent in Woodgate as well. When it all came back on it wasn’t relevant . Pretty poor really when infrastructure’s already in place

@Telstra I’ve been talking to him for two hours. He was impossible, ignoring my actual issue and told to wait 24 hours. I HAVE ALREADY WAITED 24 HOURS FFS!!!!!!! He has completely wasted my morning.

Oh, did I say I have an order number? I have a type of order number I’ve never seen before in my life, doesn’t work in any of Telstra’s order trackers, and now, when others are getting StarTrack tracking numbers, I’m left high and dry with literally no information.

@EverywhereTrip @Telstra I’ve personally found their tech to be very good indeed, but dealing with their customer service to be similar to repeatedly stubbing your toe while being stung by a wasp. We have one Telstra mobile left in the house - I moved everything else away.

@simonahac @Telstra Australia is a backwater nation re internet. That is just ridiculous. I'm on my around Oz road trip and Vodaphone have been woeful the whole way. Their claim "we have works in that area" is just BS and getting old. I contacted the Ombudsman on it. Many more telco problems here.

If #COVID isn’t inhibiting small business enough, you can count on @auspost (website is down constantly), @Wix (their platform is simply defective) and @Telstra (cut my net without warning) - aka giant corporations with a lot more money than me - to neglect doing their job.

@Telstra Wow, I actually enjoyed the humour in this advert, I love a good laugh & a bit of sarcasm, BUT as soon as I saw that you were REWARDING people who get the Jab, I was immediately turned off. Been with you for 24 yrs, had many issues with service but stayed. Not anymore though!

@VodafoneAU poor form guys. Office modem you supplied faulty - 2 weeks of back and forth, 2 hours on hold yesterday, no solution on how to pickup new modem. First day w/ @Telstra NBN today. You lost a loyal customer of 8 years. 7 mobile + NBN connections @VodafoneAU

@Telstra @telstra, the coverage is not brilliant, though that is not the issue here. The newer model iphone8 I ‘upgraded to ( from iphone6) has poorer reception in the same locale. #Apple may expect me to upgrade further. On current performance, why keep going backwards ( with Apple).

@Telstra Hi.. I’ve tried to DM you. Is there any issue with mobile service in Kalamunda WA 6076? My signal indicator has been showing SOS only for several hours, which is unusual. This is urgent as I start a new job tomorrow. I’ve reseated the SIM and rebooted my device heaps.

AVG 100mb/s and only very odd disconnect which only last 5 to 10 seconds but maybe 1 Every few days. Would definitely recommend although I should stop, hopefully it doesn't degrade with more user's
