@Telstra We were trying to connect a new cable adapter which we were given by Telstra because the performance of our old one was slow. The new adapter was not connecting but no one could tell us why. We have had to switch back to using the slow old adapter....

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@zanerednwhite Yeah $15 you could use Chromecast screen resolution might be poor mine 780p. I got a Telstra TV gen 3 off Facebook marketplace there were plenty of Gen 2 for $35. Resolution seemed better. $15 month to month seems ok to me

  • scully65 michael scully (@scully65) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Greg! I apologize! But I tend to lose my temper every time we have contact. Suggestion: I believe there is a correlation between your mass-mailings (paper and digital) and your service line traffic. You might study the relationship and adjust accordingly.

@jessdotceee It's a plan to get Kayo subscribers. For Telstra customer's $15 per month. Clearly a long planned move. But yeah harsh if FTA is your only option

If you want that final bit of proof that we're living in a dystopian hellscape, just try calling @Telstra with a non standard problem.

  • burlycustomer Burly Customer (@burlycustomer) reported

@Telstra @AscentTheGame @XboxGamePass I would but my Series X wasn't sent on 28 July confirmed by Telstra via email. Since then, I've been promised it is in stock and being provisioned then when it doesn't come the next agent says "sorry, no stock, not sure why they said it was". Worst customer service ever!

  • SadafJadran Sadaf Jadran (@SadafJadran) reported

@brianjesposito @Telstra @andy_penn Hi Andrew, I’d love to share 5 weeks of incompetence from 8 Telstra Staff. This particular instance is me trying to lodge a complaint for 5 weeks with no luck because every single person has ignored the request. Almost as if no one would like to hear the critical feedback.

  • AussieRock AussieRock (music is the best) (@AussieRock) reported

@MadamEarth there used to be an option with Telstra to block all calls from overseas but the problem with many of these calls is the caller ID is fake and they might be coming from anywhere

  • VickiRussell62 Vicki Russell (@VickiRussell62) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

Well done @Telstra Your staff admit, in store, they did the wrong thing, but refuse to fix it. Lodge a complaint on my behalf and refuse to give me a copy. I refuse to leave the store without a copy. Your staff call the police. Great customer service. #Telstradonotcare
