  • glenn_rowe Glenn Rowe (@glenn_rowe) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra AGM sees them complaining about the NBN however their biggest problem should be customer retention. I always have a problem when contacting Telstra, tried to get an esim as a replacement for my physical sim, and I’m asked for a driving lience I don’t have. #esim #NBN

  • JaseSmith78 Jase Smith (@JaseSmith78) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@GaryNunn1 Aldi mobile uses the Telstra network without the Telstra price... but not sure if it supports things like multi devices or Apple Watch - I put my husband on $35 Optus plan (plus $15 to link iPad and the watch was free for the first year) with 30gb

  • ShadowRoberts Alistair Roberts (@ShadowRoberts) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@SteveMolk @Zesder15 @chooks666 @disneyplus Still pretty crap of @Telstra not to have support ready for @disneyplus . Unless there is commercial reasons Telstra don't want it available.

  • janellehmiles Janelle Miles (@janellehmiles) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra someone just rang me from an overseas call centre to say my internet and landline was to be disconnected within 24 hours. When I couldn’t understand what I had to do to ensure ongoing wireless coverage - which I have paid for - she hung up. Customer service - zero!

  • EsmaVersace Esma Versace (@EsmaVersace) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra ADSL. Internet connection has been slow and dropping out for weeks

  • badtastefatboy Robert Gunner (@badtastefatboy) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Hi Cas. I never got one at the time as the rep said he would finish the paperwork later and email it. Luckily he texted yesterday afternoon after I sent the Tweet & confirmed appointment & I got the order number & confirmation email last night. Thanks RG

  • AngelaSlatter Angela Slatter (@AngelaSlatter) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@EmmetOC_ @Telstra "It will take 2 hours to fix." "It will take 24hrs to fix." "No, wait, 1hr." "Or 2-3hrs." "It will be fixed as soon as you get off this call."

  • joshjokic Joshua Jokic (@joshjokic) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra worst service ever today made to wait over 3hrs for a simple contract renewal and offered nothing, we actually even offered sales assistant a coffee 2hrs in.

  • ardmorelad Paul (@ardmorelad) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

I repeat. Why is @NBN_Australia constantly cutting out in postcode #4152. What is the problem. @Telstra @andy_penn #nbnfail

  • AngelaSlatter Angela Slatter (@AngelaSlatter) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra There gave been no disruptions reported. Your staff have said the problem is at the Telstra end. We've been told there's a block on the phone that has supposedly removed four times. There's still no phone and no internet.

  • twothumbswriter Angela Bensted (@twothumbswriter) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

When I’m on the phone to Telstra, near tears, I imagine the young woman I’m struggling to converse with travelling home on a crowded bus after a long day at the call centre. The image helps me keep my shit together.

  • CoolDadfromOz World’s gone mad (@CoolDadfromOz) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

The Telstra experience of having your home email stopped and then spending almost a week trying to get it fixed and having them tell you that I was told a 48 hours fix and it’s only been 46 hours so call back really does sum up the customer experience. #telstra #hopeless

  • AaronBirkby Aaron Birkby (@AaronBirkby) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@bigyahu @Telstra Same problem. I have a $10 credit sitting on a @Telstra account for 2 years. I figure the time it would take to get it just isn’t worth it. And yes I get that my attitude may mean that they win, but i figure I won the fight when I closed the account

  • editsmithy Bradders (@editsmithy) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

How frigging stupid is this, I actually work from home full time and now can’t due to the poor service by @NBN_Australia and @Telstra So good lucky anyone thinking of working from home due to the virus and using NBN - 8 days so far and no resolution and no ETA on a fix

  • ashkbne Ash ☁️ (@ashkbne) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Had no issues with Telstra cable pre-NBN

  • smadge1 Stephen Reeves 🔫 (@smadge1) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@andy_penn can you please contact me I am a client of Telstra's and I just got made to look like a fool in front of other customer service Personnel and I'm taking action please contact me 0499 004 140 kind regards Troy Hanson

  • jak_knight John Knight (@jak_knight) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

OMG @Telstra ... you should be banned from doing internet maintenance on school holidays! At least one of my kids is distraught that the internet is down for 2 more days! #willwesurvive

  • terrysweeneyAU Dr Terry Sweeney CMG (@terrysweeneyAU) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra you have to stop sending me bills for a service I haven’t had in over 9 months, and refuse to respond to any e mails. Your customer service is so frustrating!

  • ShadowRoberts Alistair Roberts (@ShadowRoberts) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@SteveMolk @Zesder15 @chooks666 @disneyplus @Telstra But any reply has to be better than stock one about "offering best entertainment choices on the best network" If it's commercial just say sorry we can't offer that content.

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MarkPAU03169672 Mark PAUL (@MarkPAU03169672) reported

@mikejanda @timinclimate I remember Telstra a long time ago employing unemployable. Paying them wages and living their lives. Then they said they weren't efficient, sacked em. Made a huge profit and now we them pay them dole with social problems. Profit or wages?

  • No_Home_Man itsme (@No_Home_Man) reported

@AaronAdamack @RichardFHowes @ab_teacher2 Yes Telstra has the largest mobile network in terms of coverage areas but it doesn’t mean that they have better coverage in the cities and all the major towns around the country.

  • KanteBeStopped7 Kanτε_ΣΖN 🇦🇺🇬🇷 (@KanteBeStopped7) reported

Love it when the wifi cuts out just as kickoff is happening **** off Telstra

  • nathancollis76 nathan collis (@nathancollis76) reported

@Optus @ashbarty How can you say yes to optus when there is only telstra in your area and telstra is ****

  • MarinRymer Marin Rymer (@MarinRymer) reported

On chat every time I get a bill saying it's wrong - and it takes absolutely forever for them to respond and then it's all bullshit. You'll help? Well how funny that you're still charging me the international call pack which I never asked for in the first place! @Telstra

  • FireteamSierra FS Gaming (@FireteamSierra) reported

You guys have meant to called me back with an update a few times but it's never happened. Having Telco issues? Maybe @Telstra can connect you so you can finally let me know what's going on rather than blindly charging me.

  • PoroMark Mark Davis (@PoroMark) reported

@JulianAndrew63 @davidbewart You might recall that it was Joyce’s vote as a senator that sold Telstra down the privatisation gurgler , with CSOs that were not worth the paper they were written on,

  • MungoGOAG Liam Morrow (@MungoGOAG) reported

@FrankLi @GoMeZCSGO @BelongAU I work for Telstra. I do ports everyday, no real issue for the most part and if there is there is a problem it’s usually fixed fast. As for Belong it runs off Telstra though I don’t think it uses ALL the same towers. Look into JB hifi’s Telstra deals (usually better value)

  • HayesMaeve Brittany Marie (@HayesMaeve) reported

@3ptspianshking They used to didn’t they? I used to pay for it every now and again, use the free trials and my Granny was a Telstra mobile customer so I logged in with her details one season

  • SirTech3 Sir Tech (@SirTech3) reported

@annaspargoryan Just change RSP. Telstra are terrible. Instead of complaining, cancel and give your money to a company that values you as a customer. Think ABB/Launtel/FutureBB/Superloop
