    @benjaminwthomas @woolworths Not sure if u have the same problem but I haven’t had service/function on my mobile for the last 32 hours. Spoke to person @woolworths and they indicated Telstra’s resolution time is 7 days. No choice but to switch provider even though I have been very happy with woolies

    @Telstra is there an issue with call forwarding on you mobile network? I have a business on-call phone that is forwarded and I can’t clear of change it. It’s still forwarding to the original al number when setting cleared with ##21#.

    @IanSamuels3 Good morning Ian, see telstra is pissing you off, I’m an ex telstra exchange tech, we didn’t care about customers, use Belong, little sister company to Telstra . $45 100GB, rolls over and then get on a $15 , 5 GB per month plan, same company **** loads cheaper.

    Rang @telstra support agent, says I’ll check your email account, does do, comes back and requests I try the account now. Still the same. Service agent says take ya phone to Telstra store. I explain not phone however computer. Well take it to a store or pay for service by phone

    @Telstra Perhaps instead of sending me through a never ending report loop you could make it more difficult for users to obtain the numbers in the first place. Do you have any automated flagging systems for numbers that are sending large volumes of calls?

    @Telstra Just opens up My Telstra app on my phone. Tried to login to Telstra plus on the computers - same Gail. Enter user name, hit continue, browser goes off to Lanka land. No error message, no indicator of any activity.

    @Telstra still waiting for a pre paid service to be activated…been to your store twice, am told “we don’t do that here, try the Telstra app” the app gives me conflicting information. If no one can help me then I’ll have to cancel my service.

    A fun way to blow 20 minutes of ya life you’ll never get back. Ring @Telstra to solve why I cannot log into Telstra account via computer. Cleared browser hist, rebooted, can log into other internet services such as banks, Netflix, Stan however NOT Telstra. 1/2

    @Telstra have actually suspended my account because my credit card details aren't current (due to a hack last month), even though I'm in credit (I make weekly payments ahead of billing). Couldn't update the new CC because their app has been down. This is how business is done now.

    @Hayleyyemma @kayosports We use it through our Telstra TV box and haven’t had issues I just checked for an update and there isn’t one. Hopefully these updates fix the issues everyone was having

    @Telstra Spoke with @Telstra today. The start point is a new modem. Arriving Friday. I fear the problem is actually because of FTTN rather than FTTH.

    My dads home phone number was hacked by scammers! He has received 100s of calls from people, many abusive! He has requested to change the number but @Telstra still haven’t changed it & the calls are still coming every minute! It’s horrible but no one seems to be doing anything 🤯
