@mikeaubrey2 @AlphWilliams Can’t access NBN so stuck with wireless/ satellite even slower than NBN and costs us $300 per month for 70GB (includes phone) which is better than Telstra which was costing us $900 per month. Hard running a business with the slow speed & the costs Only 8km from Coffs 😣😡

@Telstra I’ve already lodged a complaint 51718477. Pull the calls. Your staff deliberately tried to mislead me multiple times to shift blame after an error. I want this escalated or i’ll be talking to the telecommunications ombudsman

@Telstra Many thanks for your guidance. Have to go out now so can't deal with a tech support call right now. Hoping its just a cosmic ray shower and the mails arrive eventually. If not will do as you suggest. Cheers, Brodie. 🙏

Has @AMP_AU taken over from @Telstra as having the worst customer service in Australia? Password reset doesn't work, can't get past DOB verification to log a job. Call centre says ring another company.

@Telstra This is why Telstra has a bad customer service record Justine. Not your fault of course. Instead of dealing with problems you want to send us into the vortex laughingly called the faults service.

@Bumflufftornado @Telstra I would try seeing if switching the coax cable to the router to see if that can help. I had to replace mine last year after we lose connection every few hours even though nothing happened to it (it was in the basement, so nothing could even touch it). Worked, past that, not sure.
