@Telstra Hi Tom, I tried all of this with the person on the @Telstra message service. After 3 hours the outcome, no outcome. It was left u resolved.

@mikeaubrey2 @AlphWilliams Can’t access NBN so stuck with wireless/ satellite even slower than NBN and costs us $300 per month for 70GB (includes phone) which is better than Telstra which was costing us $900 per month. Hard running a business with the slow speed & the costs Only 8km from Coffs 😣😡

@vmainard I’m sorry your Mum had problems with Telstra. They were really good when I had to deal with them. The worst I encountered was Westpac bank & ANZ bank.

@landry235 @Telstra Telstra also told this area that we were not a priority, the Bald Hills tower outside Crows Nest Qld has not worked properly since February, too bad if the local rural firies don't have decent phone coverage.

@SandyXiaotong Big tick for Starlink from us..changed our lives and we were able to ditch the slow as a wet week ADSL provided by Telstra. Starlink is actually outstanding technology if you live in black spot areas and no-one else can help you..especially Telstra!

Their insistence was that they couldn’t help & I must take my ID to a Telstra Shop. I did this the next day to find 5 Telstra employees enjoying a chat with no customers in the store. I was told they were an appointment only store & that I’d need to come back at 3pm the next day.

You know @Telstra, you would think that after being a loyal customer for over two decades, you would give me a couple of extra days to pay my bill and not charge me a late fee. Guess loyalty is only one way.
