@Telstra If you can get a manager to actually call us back and rectify the issue rather than sending bills for a service we are not receiving then great. But I doubt you can. We always get told 2-5 business days and then no one calls. It's truly abysmal customer service.

He's now at 3 hrs 35 mins. He was going to get some groceries but can't leave the WiFi zone or the call will drop because we have no 4G, HENCE THE REASON FOR THE CALL. Sort your **** out @Telstra #Telstra #TelstraCustomerService

@zdnetaustralia I already use more energy just staying on the network on 4G that on 3G - how much energy will the 5G system need from my phone. also Telstra is handing me network addresses in range 22.*.*.* instead of10.*.*.* seems crazy as still in use in USA and Telstra could use subnet adrs
