@Telstra Reggie I have been with Telstra Business for 20 years +, let alone working in and out of there... This is not a good enough excuse for a premium business service and package...

@burgess_ag Hi @Telstra bots, there’s a general 4G reception issue affecting nsw regional customers. After 5G is switched on, 4G coverage and bandwidth is significantly reduced. @Telstra bots ask for specific postcodes via PM, making it impossible to report this technical issue.

@Telstra Maybe being you have a flawed service you should then drop the prices across the board? I worked there don't even start me on the trite... #SmokeandMirrors

@Telstra Considering every time I called (re: internet being down & other issues) call centre staffers just kept trying to sell us iPhones (resulting in changing to a competitor for other services except partner's mobile) think we'll give that a miss. What a shame.

@tom69712000 @Optus It's been a bit long to sort out but it looks like I've identified an issue Optus wasn't aware of. I'm rural so options are limited and telstra are hopeless. We've got a new optus tower within eyesight so hoping to get it sorted today.
