    So annoyed with @Telstra . Apparently they have cut off the #ADSL service in our area for some unknown reason and without notice. I work from home. Wasted hours trying to work out what the issue is. No #NBN either. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @43a6f0ce5dac4ea @RobMax4 They have even gone to trouble of contriving the strange veneer of functional separation *within the company* eg "ServeCo" to try and distract from fact that Telstra has not been structurally separated *within the broader industry* itself. #NBN #auspol

    @muso1947 @Telstra Thank you 🙏 what frustrated me is calling their number and no pickup. Having previously run a service desk myself I know doing so is how some call centre operators game the stats, so really such operators shouldn’t be on the service desk.

    OK @Telstra this is getting really annoying. I am being charged $10 a month more than I should be. Every month I call and someone is going fix it. Last month they said they'd applied a credit but this month I get the same inflated invoice which should be zero if in credit. Grrrhh

    @davidbewart I’m with Telstra who are probably the dearest. Have FTTP, highest speed available in Australia, unlimited data. I’m paying $100 a month. What ******** is he running?

    @Telstra how the hell can we speak to someone re my father in laws telstra Acct? Bloody help phone line is woeful and just hangs up on you in the end. How to speak to an actual person? Fair dinkum. It shouldn't be this hard. 1/2

    My favourite thing about train travel between Sydney and Newcastle with @telstra is having either H+ or No Service for the entire 150km north of Epping. 😑
