    Dear @Telstra my home internet has all but shut down, you sent me a text saying there were upgrades going on but this was several days ago, when I’ve been able to use my Mac I’ve completed all the trouble shooting and my Telstra exercises and it says there is nothing wrong

    @marcuskelson @rrogerramjet @Telstra some years ago I had a problem with a second phone line. Telstra claimed ‘no issue’ but 2-3 mths later technician found the fault. They have a service provision clause which means they must pay you if the service isn’t working. I think I ended up with almost $1k credit on my acct

    @marcuskelson This test will at least tell you if the issue is between the computer and the modem (a modem fault) or between the modem and telstra (which could be a modem or a line fault).

    @Telstra why did Telstra the gap shut down? It was great for us in western Brisbane.

    @oz_f I'm finding telehealth pretty good when moving around, mind you having to walk to the road to get a Telstra signal is a bit of a pain

    @johnsy123aus @davidbewart I had same problem with #Telstra bigpond after changing ISP provider. Even though Telstra's terms clearly state that #bigpond emails would continue to work free of charge for a further 12 months, they lied and your email just dies. #email

    @Telstra I have spent ages on your website trying to figure out how to cancel an internet contract due to a move, but it seems designed to make people go round in circles. Can you please let me know how to do this?
