    @vanOnselenP The ex Telstra copper wiring was never going to be up to the job according to ex Telstra techies I have spoken to. We have waited two years and only now have we been told we are eligible to connect to NBN because the old infrastructure needed to be upgraded in our neighbourhood

    @NBN_Australia So im waiting for updates from @Telstra, who are waiting for updates from you...and your response to Telstra is we’ll fix it in 7 weeks...then your customer can book in a new appointment.... which will be another 2 weeks.

    @Telstra you have a major 24hr police station in Melbourne without phones and internet due to an NBN cable issue, it's been nearly 20hrs now and no fix. I think you should escalate this issue ASAP.

    Just got a *HUGE* bill from @Telstra for disconnecting my shit ADSL connection despite being told in-store and on the phone that there wouldn't be a charge. I'm furious and have asked them to check the phone recording. Next I'll go to the ombudsmen. FURIOUS.

    @Telstra just so you know, each time my NBN drops out, I’m not paying the % of my bill that equates to one day a month. 1 drop out= 1 day total value of my bill. Why should I pay for a substandard service? This has been going on for months! Home schooling is hard enough! #auspol

    Hey @theprojecttv PSA After nearly an 1hr on the phone working out where my free Apple Play with Telstra went - from 2/7 they are removing the free service but have jumped the🔫 with no notice cancelling from 2/6. They save $$$ not paying fees to Apple + gaining $$ from customers

    Dear @Telstra Your customer service is the worst. Dealing with online chats & emails is not helpful.When I finally get to speak with someone they said the Twitter account isn't really Telstra.Everyone I deal with has a different story. No contact for complaint to managment.

    @Telstra I’m not confident that they’ll be able to finally resolve the issue once and for all. This is the fourth time I’ve had to get a tech out this year, it’s seem to be worse after rain and then get better when it dries out. This has been months. I’ll figure out how to connect to 4G
