    Hi @Telstra we returned a @Foxtel box via post months ago as requested and keep getting letters requesting payment. Unable to contact anybody by phone / email to have this escalated. Naturally we are very concerned at the lack of service. Please help!

    @Telstra makes it so difficuilt to talk to anyone over 45 minutes to speak to tech support .. whole of Point Cook free to air through Vetlocity down since last night their my Telstra app says no problem.. their website buries its phone number should be illegal . its disgusting

    I’ve been on hold to @Telstra Platinum for over 1hr 45mins & still no sign of any service. Sometimes Covid 19 is a very convenient excuse. #notgoodenough

    @Telstra how long do I have to wait for my NBN internet? Ordered early February, spent at least 10 hours on the phone with 8 service agents, have been using the smart app since 17 June to chat with >15 agents, receive bills for Premium internet and all I get is <0.1 mbps...

    @Telstra1 hr 25 mins later someones finally answers ..... Telstra says yes this problem is "TRENDING" at the moment.... weve despatched level 2 technicians escalated to deal with it..almost a day later.....well my frustration with Telstra is also trending!!

    @Telstra how are you meant to reset a message bank pin, online support won’t do it, you talk to anyone on the phone, and we are in full lockdown so are not meant to go to stores

    After all of yesterday’s frustration, today I was put in touch with Simon from Telstra Platinum who sorted out all of my issues which were very complex. It took time but I just want to say 🙏🏼 Simon for your time. A very happy ending @Telstra

    @ItsImogenGreene That's just crazy. I'm with Telstra for work and I haven't had an issue until recently - I actually thought client was ghosting, but then I got all the messages at once a day later. Its the 3rd millennium damnit, we shouldn't have these issues!

    @russellmahoney @Telstra Good luck. (I spent hours in store on Saturday trying/failing to buy a new phone on a business plan we’ve had for 25 years. Their system couldn’t sync with customer account settings on a weekend, so they wouldn’t take my money. I went upstairs and bought outright from Apple.)

    @meetalicee @JuhiShe My work phone is with belong, $25/m, telstra network (though 4G is slower/more interruptions than my personal with telstra) and data roll over (I have like 180G of data banked up now lol) Telstra is always no. 1 though, in my experience
