@Telstra I have never been this frustrated with a company in my life! And I’ve reached an impasse with your level of stupidity. Seriously, I’ve been reduced to man-splaining your own tech to your people!

@Schoto @Telstra My late mum joined the PMG at age 16. She retired from Telecom -Telstra after 47 yrs. I have her service medal still. I think I’ll bin it. I’m sure she wouldn’t mind. My 80yo mother in law is now thinking about driving from Beaudesert to Jimboomba to sort this out at Telstra shop

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Primmy8 @zanerednwhite I have a Chromecast as well. Second hand Telstra TV seems to get better picture resolution

  • mebsites Aaron Whyte 🇦🇺♠️💾 (@mebsites) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@samstrades @Telstra agreed it was there best means of support by a mile... but might as well keep all support/sales at the same rock bottom level which is ******!

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@jessdotceee It's a plan to get Kayo subscribers. For Telstra customer's $15 per month. Clearly a long planned move. But yeah harsh if FTA is your only option

  • jordanmillar Jordan Millar (@jordanmillar) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

A challenge for @andy_penn and the other execs at @telstra. I dare you to try and get support through your own support facilities and not the exec support team you no doubt have. I’m

  • BJOfficial belindajane (@BJOfficial) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

  • ShonaDrechsler Shona Drechsler 🐮🇦🇺🐴 (@ShonaDrechsler) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@Telstra @Telstra_news WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH MOBILE COVERAGE on Broadbeach, QLD. For the last 48 hours the call connects but you cannot hear anything. FIX IT!! We are paying for your 💩 service!! 🤬

  • liliabernede Lilia (@liliabernede) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra we have been chatting with several of your support team officers since yesterday afternoon because of issues we are having our wifi at home and it seems IMPOSSIBLE to get a straight answer about what’s going on.

  • FlatEarthGang Dystopian Dirt Cowboy 🤠 (@FlatEarthGang) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

My wife is trying to connect to @telstra to report her mother’s faulty landline📞. After 27 hoops, forward rolls, backflips they are now testing OUR line. This whole ludicrous process is surely designed to make people hang up in frustration. 2 hours on hold last night no response

  • scully65 michael scully (@scully65) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Greg! I apologize! But I tend to lose my temper every time we have contact. Suggestion: I believe there is a correlation between your mass-mailings (paper and digital) and your service line traffic. You might study the relationship and adjust accordingly.

  • scully65 michael scully (@scully65) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra: you need to address the level of stupid in your corporate structure. Alas, I’m contacting you again to repair the same silly problem. Why is this taking 6 months?

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@zanerednwhite Yeah $15 you could use Chromecast screen resolution might be poor mine 780p. I got a Telstra TV gen 3 off Facebook marketplace there were plenty of Gen 2 for $35. Resolution seemed better. $15 month to month seems ok to me

  • Killaragirl Killara Girl (@Killaragirl) reported

@JC_CTS @tax_oz @VodafoneAU Are you kidding me cheapest? I pay $160 a month and can barely ever get any kind of service. Even Telstra and Optus are cheaper than them and yes I just bought Telstra data. People need to work

  • ShazzaCook Sharon Cook 🇦🇺 (@ShazzaCook) reported

@chelsea_hetho I was with Vodafone. Changed to 3. After that, when Vodafone and 3 merged, and Vodafone took over, their service took a dive. When My contract was up, I moved to Aldi Mobile. Been with them for years. They don't have 5g at the moment but they are reliable as reliable as telstra.

  • GoodyPunch 🕯🐨🔥🐀💧Goody Love Punch (@GoodyPunch) reported

@GlennHampson @oneplanetmikey @HERevolution If you have a problem with Telstra, nobody in the whole organisation has any freedom. Definitely nobody in OS Call Centre has authority to actually deal with the problem and they refuse to pass you to someone in Australia who can fix it. #FuckingTelstra

  • JakeNoble89 Jake Noble (@JakeNoble89) reported

@Telstra howcome when I am expected to pay $1400 for non return phone your support team are fine telling me that. When I tell them it was returned and have evidence of it being signed for, I have been repeating myself all day to new support people who can't help.

  • vee_twiggs Viv Thuy (@vee_twiggs) reported
