They texted me to say “No extra charge but we’re speeding up your cable internet”. And man, have they! 80-85 Mbps. Very happy, thank you!

I'm generally a happy Telstra customer - mobile is fine - but I'm very over having to follow exactly the same script (from the start) with broadband support- multiple times with no resolution or follow up. It’s all an automated process now and most go through within 5 minutes. If they take longer you won’t lose service until the port is complete.

Makes the 4g backup on my nbn modem useless.
