If I had lost it emotionally they would have blamed me after all they put me through with their lack of service and common decency. We are zero to them, except for the income. I’ve been on 24/7 chat via the app and telstra basically put the ownership back onto me when it was @Telstra’s error. So in our chat conversation we agreed to disagree and what should have been a credit back on onto my account turned to a tio complaint

This may well be a win for Telstra’s business model but I’m very much struggling to see any positives for me, is it a trust issue?

Not 1 drop out yet since Friday. This is service is so welcoming !

Dodgy Looks (@LooksDodgy) reported@robb_j_m Live out bush and had Satelite NBN - absolute crap - $89 pm. Telstra signal - absolute crap - $74 - 50Gig - pm. Swapped - Starlink - perfect internet and wifi calling - $139 pm - unlimited. Downgraded sim card to a cheap telstra operator - $25 pm. So total internet and phone went from $163 to $164 pm. That extra $1 quadrupled the speed and reception!

No phone signal in many many locations on our major highways. Cannot send a text while talking on the phone. I have two Telstra numbers, highest cost plan. Without Starlink mini mounted in everyone of our commercial cars, no comms. Australia has no world class highway connecting cities. Has no coastal phone network or fast internet. It’s 2026 and I though I would be in a flying car, reality is I cannot make a call and text simultaneously.
