If I had lost it emotionally they would have blamed me after all they put me through with their lack of service and common decency. We are zero to them, except for the income. I’m not starting the conversation with another person only to have to wait further. I was told I’d receive a call back on Monday by the person (Ash) looking into the issue. I didn’t get that call back.

Troy Hunt (@troyhunt) reported from Gold Coast, Queensland@OUSAK You need the Telstra unit as it has the modem built in which the UDM doesn’t have. The FlexHD connects wirelessly to the UDM and forms part of the mesh network. Ideally, I’d plug it into an Ethernet back haul but the place isn’t wired.

I upgraded to 5G 3 months ago. They have reopened it. Bloody hopeless service. On their last chance before I switch ITP. Sigh.🙄

Not 1 drop out yet since Friday. This is service is so welcoming !

They, Telstra, use my farm @Starlink for WiFi calling and the same on the road with Starlink Mini in my MYL. Perth-Denmark or Denmark-Albany is difficult to maintain a phone call link on mobile. Telstra should be paying me.

I used to have an account number but Telstra switched me to from post paid to pre paid somehow and now I don't get a bill, only a receipt which doesn't have an account number on it. Cannot find it online in my account. Grok says dial *#150# which doesn't work. Anyone got any idea?
