    Thoughts on switching to Aussie Broadband? Am with Telstra (on NBN) and the dropouts are ridiculous. Conscious it'll reuse a lot of the same infrastructure but even the customer service has to be better??!

    @Telstra you people have apparently been working a fault in my area for couple of months for mobile, person looking after complaint isn’t very good at updating on what’s happening and I have emailed them and they are out of office, it would great to know what’s the go

    @Schoto @Telstra My late mum joined the PMG at age 16. She retired from Telecom -Telstra after 47 yrs. I have her service medal still. I think I’ll bin it. I’m sure she wouldn’t mind. My 80yo mother in law is now thinking about driving from Beaudesert to Jimboomba to sort this out at Telstra shop

    My wife is trying to connect to @telstra to report her mother’s faulty landline📞. After 27 hoops, forward rolls, backflips they are now testing OUR line. This whole ludicrous process is surely designed to make people hang up in frustration. 2 hours on hold last night no response

    @KeeniMaree Thank you. I'm generally a happy Telstra customer - mobile is fine - but I'm very over having to follow exactly the same script (from the start) with broadband support- multiple times with no resolution or follow up. Wfh, critical to have solid connection! Appreciate the feedback

    @Telstra I love this video @Telstra but I hate yr guts. After having a bigpond email account for about 10 years, for 2 months you wouldn't help me get my bigpond email to work properly. It now sits in my account unused. I have a perfectly functioning #gmail account now #LoveUMarkHumphries

    @RandaltsRandal @Telstra Telstra are providing NO customer service currently. They say they are prioritising. Not sure how when they don't speak to their customers. A communication company that doesn't communicate- what a joke!!!

    @Telstra Hi Lara, I just finished having the above conversation via the Telstra app. I was advised to wait 3 days, and only call the faults line after monitoring further dropouts. The person I spoke with said they could see no issue.

    Beware @Amazon Prime scam in Australia. For past few days I get a daily recorded voice message saying I'm being charged $99 for blah blah just hang up. I don't know what they ask you to do but don't! it's a scam. I also got a @Telstra call from call centre about my nbn. Scam.

    @james_neko @Telstra Yeah i don't mind paying if something is clearly my fault but i don't like the threat of having to pay for a tech when I've already ruled out "my equipment". The only equipment is the telstra router and the nbn box, and the issue still occurs with a dif router.

    @Telstra why can you take 14 months of money off a customer knowing there service doesn’t work admit it hasn’t worked all that time offer a full refund before Xmas and then nothing after 3 more calls by me chasing the money and still paying for a faulty service
