    My wife is trying to connect to @telstra to report her motherโ€™s faulty landline๐Ÿ“ž. After 27 hoops, forward rolls, backflips they are now testing OUR line. This whole ludicrous process is surely designed to make people hang up in frustration. 2 hours on hold last night no response

    After a long and satisfactory relationship with @Telstra Iโ€™ve been informed that if I want to continue as a customer I must set up a direct debit. This may well be a win for Telstraโ€™s business model but Iโ€™m very much struggling to see any positives for me, is it a trust issue?

    @Schoto @Telstra My late mum joined the PMG at age 16. She retired from Telecom -Telstra after 47 yrs. I have her service medal still. I think Iโ€™ll bin it. Iโ€™m sure she wouldnโ€™t mind. My 80yo mother in law is now thinking about driving from Beaudesert to Jimboomba to sort this out at Telstra shop

    @Telstra Yes, my wife phoned and apparently itโ€™s been โ€˜elevated to Level 2โ€™, but weโ€™re at the end of Day 6 with still no service and no information.

    @Telstra since you latest app update its gone to total garbage. Constant half loads, lots of something went wrong. Constantly asking for extra logins. Wont switch between my users without having a cow. Did no one test this update???

    Thoughts on switching to Aussie Broadband? Am with Telstra (on NBN) and the dropouts are ridiculous. Conscious it'll reuse a lot of the same infrastructure but even the customer service has to be better??!

    @Telstra you people have apparently been working a fault in my area for couple of months for mobile, person looking after complaint isnโ€™t very good at updating on whatโ€™s happening and I have emailed them and they are out of office, it would great to know whatโ€™s the go

    @KeeniMaree Thank you. I'm generally a happy Telstra customer - mobile is fine - but I'm very over having to follow exactly the same script (from the start) with broadband support- multiple times with no resolution or follow up. Wfh, critical to have solid connection! Appreciate the feedback

    @Telstra major fail yet again by Telstra, on hold with them after clicking a link they sent me to do with my service and was transferred to the Woolworths helpline. Like ... words cannot explain how inept Telstra is, I have moved house a few times and itโ€™s never worked! ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿ–•๐Ÿป

    @lenoretaylor @glebbern @Qantas QANTAS & Telstra once great Australian companies. Since they became privatised theyโ€™ve let a lot of people down. I waited 4hours & 8 mins on the phone ๐Ÿ“ž yesterday for it not to be answered. I hung up in the end.

    @RandaltsRandal @Telstra Telstra are providing NO customer service currently. They say they are prioritising. Not sure how when they don't speak to their customers. A communication company that doesn't communicate- what a joke!!!

    @Telstra Telstra please DM me I have been trying to cancel my account for 3 weeks now, no website response, no telephone response, no response at shops. Only communication is today Ai received a bill I will not be paying. Terrible service.

    @RizviAbul Well given Telstra and CBA both have an extraordinary number of retail shareholders either , individuals, trusts or superannuation funds numbering in the hundreds of thousands if not millions , many Australians would be aware of the CGT and franking credits but there was never any need for the vast majority to worry about a tax return given not having to declare dividends under a certain amount and the easy calcUlation with the CGT discount .... Now itโ€™s a lot more complicated and non compliance will come with threats so please donโ€™t be so dismissive when for some it is a big deal

Refused to escalate "Deprovisioning" of SIM cards unable to make calls to transmit data, demanding "samples" of calls to/from +1-408 by IBM and PARC from Military Classified numbers for over 10 years. Refused to comply with Data Sovereignty rules and to respect the classified nature of the "samples" they were requesting and I refused to provide till I am talking to a suitably qualified person or engineer calling from within Australia. Refused to comply with "Do not talk to computer scientists over insecure channels" rule. They then said "will not escalate till I provide samples", I explained "deprovisioned" is more than enough to escalate and samples to that end have been provided. Call put on mute, stayed silent for 5 mins then other end terminated call. AP

    @SimonJCLeBON In 2005, I was $employed w/Telstra phone Foxtel sales & cust service I earnt AUD$1800 fortnight, noon-8pm wkdays. I gym in mornings: Yoga Hatha or Vinyasa (depend whatโ€™s on), group Pilates, weight circuit training, 45min treadmill, 45min gym bike, 2yrs= I lost 30kg

    @sydney_ev Actually it has been failing across remote Australia for decades. Telstra has unreliable network coverage as the middle of Australia can not have enough sunshine for their solar for days.
