I’ve been on 24/7 chat via the app and telstra basically put the ownership back onto me when it was @Telstra’s error. So in our chat conversation we agreed to disagree and what should have been a credit back on onto my account turned to a tio complaint

My alternative is standing in a corner of paddock trying to get one bar of service on a phone. In the real world it’s so much better than any of the crap Telstra tried to get to work.
