@VodafoneAU After ditching #Vodafone broadband to my mother's house...for terrible service and drop out after drop out and not a phone call to her...#telstra called today to update us on the Gen 3 modem and more. Not 1 drop out yet since Friday. This is service is so welcoming !

@JennaPrice Husband rang the ombudsman regarding a Telstra phone contract which they had totally misrepresented. Problem fixed within 48 hours and refund. They had promised a number of freebies which were not free.

@Telstra My wife was just speaking to one of your phone support people. Even though the whole street is out they insist on sending a technician to our house on Friday. She did the troubleshooting they requested which means we now no longer have a working home phone.Thanks.

After a long and satisfactory relationship with @Telstra I’ve been informed that if I want to continue as a customer I must set up a direct debit. This may well be a win for Telstra’s business model but I’m very much struggling to see any positives for me, is it a trust issue?

@Telstra Damage is already done. I’ve been on 24/7 chat via the app and telstra basically put the ownership back onto me when it was @Telstra’s error. So in our chat conversation we agreed to disagree and what should have been a credit back on onto my account turned to a tio complaint

Trying to get a phone sorted for mum and #Telstra on hold for 70 minutes, never even look like answering. Australia's biggest Telco is a fxxken disgrace and should be shutdown. #Telstra you suck

Well done @Telstra Your staff admit, in store, they did the wrong thing, but refuse to fix it. Lodge a complaint on my behalf and refuse to give me a copy. I refuse to leave the store without a copy. Your staff call the police. Great customer service. #Telstradonotcare

@Telstra Oh yes... for days, weeks & now months we have had terrible service whilst paying our whole bill each month and being told there is no problem. At times they blame illegal internet boosters. Sometimes it's a technical problem that needs parts that are hard to obtain.

@Telstra my husband (a Telstra user) had a major medical incident in April. He couldn’t use his phone for 6 weeks, when he finally could he used too much data while in hospital and our bill was $50 extra. Too hard to find someone to talk to at Telstra, so I paid. Now an overdue

@Telstra I do not, it was ordered over the phone through the small bushes section. We where told that they where having trouble getting the specific phone in, called every telstra store from north Victoria to Melbourne and got told the same thing. Nothing else to do than just wait more.
