It’s all an automated process now and most go through within 5 minutes. If they take longer you won’t lose service until the port is complete.

If I had lost it emotionally they would have blamed me after all they put me through with their lack of service and common decency. We are zero to them, except for the income. I’m quite disappointed & distressed. 😩
