They texted me to say “No extra charge but we’re speeding up your cable internet”. And man, have they! 80-85 Mbps. Very happy, thank you!

Telstra occasionally do a few upgrades but it never really fixes anything. Its a big country, we don't all live in the city.

No phone signal in many many locations on our major highways. Cannot send a text while talking on the phone. I have two Telstra numbers, highest cost plan. Without Starlink mini mounted in everyone of our commercial cars, no comms. Australia has no world class highway connecting cities. Has no coastal phone network or fast internet. It’s 2026 and I though I would be in a flying car, reality is I cannot make a call and text simultaneously.
