    @VodafoneAU #Telstra said I have 5G in and out of the house! While you can't even give me service or anyone to even help...nothing from Vodafone nothing at all!

    @Telstra you people have apparently been working a fault in my area for couple of months for mobile, person looking after complaint isn’t very good at updating on what’s happening and I have emailed them and they are out of office, it would great to know what’s the go

    Just spent another 2 plus hours dealing with @Telstra s useless phone app as the the case manager decided not to call me back as promised. Utterly useless service.

    @JennaPrice Husband rang the ombudsman regarding a Telstra phone contract which they had totally misrepresented. Problem fixed within 48 hours and refund. They had promised a number of freebies which were not free.

    @Telstra hey Telstra there is no reported outage in my area yet it’s been 5 days and counting and still no mobile service, and seems no help either

    @Telstra 4 hours of waiting on the phone 📞 & two hours of texting & no resolution. A 10 minute phone call could fix this.

    @KoparaFallsKid Don't ring @Telstra then. After the automated conversation which takes about 5 mins they direct to their (fu*king useless) website...thereby telling you you are an insignificant customer and then hang up on you.

    @Telstra I have had to place a complaint about the complaints department, believe it or not. I'm over it. It was actually the complaints supervisor who gave me that timeframe. So much for overseas call centres.

    @Telstra I’m on to the technician now. I’ve been texting for over an hour. There’s no resolution just random suggestions that might destroy my long held number. The process is ridiculous. Tell your boss it’s ridiculous. A sham.

    @lenoretaylor @glebbern @Qantas QANTAS & Telstra once great Australian companies. Since they became privatised they’ve let a lot of people down. I waited 4hours & 8 mins on the phone 📞 yesterday for it not to be answered. I hung up in the end.

    @StickelSam @Telstra I got a response from them via there app, told there is outage in area but it not showing on there site, was meant to be fixed by 7pm last light by hasn’t been, was marked as resolved by agent, when I asked why has this shows resolved, pushed wrong button is response

    @Telstra no one ever did get back to me on why the 4g and 5g service is so shite where I live. 3 towers within 2.5km and a dozen within 5km but I still need to use wi-fi calling to guarantee calls getting through. Makes the 4g backup on my nbn modem useless.

    @Telstra what’s going on with internet in area code 2640?? It’s been up & down constantly since Wednesday.. 8 times dropping out. Is it inland rail causing the issue??? We are close to train station.. call centre is no help!

    @robb_j_m Live out bush and had Satelite NBN - absolute crap - $89 pm. Telstra signal - absolute crap - $74 - 50Gig - pm. Swapped - Starlink - perfect internet and wifi calling - $139 pm - unlimited. Downgraded sim card to a cheap telstra operator - $25 pm. So total internet and phone went from $163 to $164 pm. That extra $1 quadrupled the speed and reception!

    @Justme136160 @robb_j_m To be fair, David is not wrong. Telcos will use the NBN infrastructure as they see fit. It’s cheaper to pay to use the NBN infrastructure that is already there than to lay down their own fibre. In fact, telcos like Optus and Telstra are already NBN providers.

    @toiletpaperaus1 No only did they sell off Telstra, they lied about it. Promised hand over heart they would not sell all of it knowing full damn well that they absolutely had to. It was always going to be all or nothing. Absolute ***** then and still are!

    @DavidLeyonhjelm @georgios197 @DanielPriestley Luck... and both the timely full privatisation of Telstra, and the complete offloading of Australian gold reserves (nearly tanking our, and world markets in the process). Howard only balanced the books by selling off a LOT of stuff that ended up creating problems later on.
