This may well be a win for Telstra’s business model but I’m very much struggling to see any positives for me, is it a trust issue?

It’s all an automated process now and most go through within 5 minutes. If they take longer you won’t lose service until the port is complete.

I upgraded to 5G 3 months ago. They have reopened it. Bloody hopeless service. On their last chance before I switch ITP. Sigh.🙄

I have her service medal still. I think I’ll bin it. I’m sure she wouldn’t mind. My 80yo mother in law is now thinking about driving from Beaudesert to Jimboomba to sort this out at Telstra shop
