My wife is trying to connect to @telstra to report her mother’s faulty landline📞. After 27 hoops, forward rolls, backflips they are now testing OUR line. This whole ludicrous process is surely designed to make people hang up in frustration. 2 hours on hold last night no response

  • sworks262 sworks (@sworks262) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

  • jdw_86 jdw86 (@jdw_86) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@Telstra wanna explain why you’ve linked someone else’s account to my My Telstra account but won’t let me remove it... even when I contact you directly... I take it privacy and customer satisfaction is a secondary concern aye

  • FlatEarthGang Dystopian Dirt Cowboy 🤠 (@FlatEarthGang) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@Schoto @Telstra My late mum joined the PMG at age 16. She retired from Telecom -Telstra after 47 yrs. I have her service medal still. I think I’ll bin it. I’m sure she wouldn’t mind. My 80yo mother in law is now thinking about driving from Beaudesert to Jimboomba to sort this out at Telstra shop

  • VickiRussell62 Vicki Russell (@VickiRussell62) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@mightymouse1908 @Telstra That sounds about right. They have no understanding of what customer service is anymore. 🤬

  • mebsites Aaron Whyte 🇦🇺♠️💾 (@mebsites) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@samstrades @Telstra agreed it was there best means of support by a mile... but might as well keep all support/sales at the same rock bottom level which is ******!

  • db0984 David Brown (@db0984) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@Telstra Damage is already done. I’ve been on 24/7 chat via the app and telstra basically put the ownership back onto me when it was @Telstra’s error. So in our chat conversation we agreed to disagree and what should have been a credit back on onto my account turned to a tio complaint

  • VickiRussell62 Vicki Russell (@VickiRussell62) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@jillianmcarroll This one was a actual Telstra shop not a franchise. I asked. And it makes it even more frustrating when @Telstra staff don’t know what good customer service is.

  • SparkyDenied ░A░d░a░m░ (@SparkyDenied) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@Tuxy81 Probably the easiest way to get him down from Telstra Tower

  • sacarlin48 🔥 Anne Carlin (@sacarlin48) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@markhumphries You're great Mark and I appreciate the campaign but #telstra is crap, crap, crap After 2 months of trying to get @telstra to fix my #bigpond email. I gave up and now have a #gmail account. Soon I will be completely divorced from this **** company

  • pkfrancis Paul Francis (@pkfrancis) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

Thoughts on switching to Aussie Broadband? Am with Telstra (on NBN) and the dropouts are ridiculous. Conscious it'll reuse a lot of the same infrastructure but even the customer service has to be better??!

  • Cowboy_2526 Simon Jackson (@Cowboy_2526) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@AndrewVossy @Telstra I’ve had no service at home since April, there constant rubbish excuses, want me to buy antenna for $1100, ombudsman now involved

  • JuliaBTempler Julia (@JuliaBTempler) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

After a long and satisfactory relationship with @Telstra I’ve been informed that if I want to continue as a customer I must set up a direct debit. This may well be a win for Telstra’s business model but I’m very much struggling to see any positives for me, is it a trust issue?

  • sacarlin48 Anne Carlin (@sacarlin48) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@BrittMezher @Telstra I really feel for you. I can't tell you the pain Telstra has inflicted on me over the years. I intend to never engage with them ever again

  • VickiRussell62 Vicki Russell (@VickiRussell62) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

Well done @Telstra Your staff admit, in store, they did the wrong thing, but refuse to fix it. Lodge a complaint on my behalf and refuse to give me a copy. I refuse to leave the store without a copy. Your staff call the police. Great customer service. #Telstradonotcare

  • jdw_86 jdw86 (@jdw_86) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@OAICgov can you help with @Telstra poor handling of customer data?

  • pkfrancis Paul Francis (@pkfrancis) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@KeeniMaree Thank you. I'm generally a happy Telstra customer - mobile is fine - but I'm very over having to follow exactly the same script (from the start) with broadband support- multiple times with no resolution or follow up. Wfh, critical to have solid connection! Appreciate the feedback

  • RaiZdbyDINGOES Jason (@RaiZdbyDINGOES) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@OrdinaryGamers I waiting for the day I get a cold call from an Indian telemarketer, and I get "Hello, my name is Mutahar from Telstra, How can I help you?"

@splucy @Telstra @Optus you can stream on 10Mbps? 0_0 i can't even receive a stream on 10Mbps that's higher than 160p resolution with low-latency turned off. the vod on my channel shows what 10Mbps gets me; ... you're a lucky duck.

  • stevescicluna 💉 💉Steve Scicluna (@stevescicluna) reported

@swearyanthony I once had a black skivvy wearing client at Telstra who spent all his spare time (and too much time that wasn’t spare) watching TED videos. Detached myself as quickly as I could. Too old for that ****.

  • mountaintopmatt Matthew Feo (@mountaintopmatt) reported

@Telstra my phone line and internet have been down for 4 days now. Have tried multiple times to get this resolved via technical support to no avail. The support staff literally say they are running test and will be in touch and then nothing.

  • gerryblevins Gerry Blevins (@gerryblevins) reported

@Tom_Fowdy Telstra will have problems here because of the 60/40 law. Businesses must be majority owned by a citizen.

  • dom_ma Dominic Meagher (@dom_ma) reported

@j_laurenceson This isn’t correct at all. For Telstra it must be a commercial decisions. For “Australian tax payers” the only appropriate measure is national interest. Commerce is at most a second-order issue.

  • Nicwilson58 Nic Wilson (@Nicwilson58) reported

@Telstra I do not see what you would do without extending a contract and charging me for a new router even though I already pay you in excess of $500 per month and been a loyal customer for 40 odd years.

  • little_kikki kat (@little_kikki) reported

Hi @Telstra just wondering whether there was any further information about the internet outage in Greensborough? I.e when will this be resolved?

  • splucy splucy ✪ (@splucy) reported

I'm sick of @Telstra's garbage reception for my live streaming (so much for being the best network). Vodafone has better in most areas where Telstra used to be good. Any suggestions on plans that can give me up to 10MBps speeds & ~200GB data a month? @Optus? Felix? Amaysim?

  • KazRockchick Kaz Rockchick🐨🐾🐾🍃🇦🇺 (@KazRockchick) reported

I'm watching Episode 3 of Ms Represented Am shocked about that damn pack of men led by harradine & howard trading Telstra deals in exchange 4 women's reproductive choices RU486 versus selling off part of Telstra What bastards! Misogyny again! Forced women 2 be carved up privately

  • VonZad VonZad (@VonZad) reported

@Picketer Serious question: Why are you with Telstra? I understand Mobile coverage might be a factor but you might find a Telstra reseller would give you a better customer service experience, neither of the big two have had decent customer experience in about a decade.
