    @lenoretaylor @glebbern @Qantas QANTAS & Telstra once great Australian companies. Since they became privatised they’ve let a lot of people down. I waited 4hours & 8 mins on the phone 📞 yesterday for it not to be answered. I hung up in the end.

    @Telstra My wife was just speaking to one of your phone support people. Even though the whole street is out they insist on sending a technician to our house on Friday. She did the troubleshooting they requested which means we now no longer have a working home phone.Thanks.

    After a long and satisfactory relationship with @Telstra I’ve been informed that if I want to continue as a customer I must set up a direct debit. This may well be a win for Telstra’s business model but I’m very much struggling to see any positives for me, is it a trust issue?

    @Telstra I’m on to the technician now. I’ve been texting for over an hour. There’s no resolution just random suggestions that might destroy my long held number. The process is ridiculous. Tell your boss it’s ridiculous. A sham.

    @VodafoneAU I'll pay my phone out and move to #telstra...they can have my next 20 years of service...your loss #vodafone I don't care no more if you can help or not...you don't care obviously for a 20 year customer...hello #telstra with 5g coverage in my area unlike yours!

    My wife is trying to connect to @telstra to report her mother’s faulty landline📞. After 27 hoops, forward rolls, backflips they are now testing OUR line. This whole ludicrous process is surely designed to make people hang up in frustration. 2 hours on hold last night no response

    @GoMeZCSGO @FrankLi @BelongAU Yeah if you are porting to Telstra especially from a well known provider you’ll have no issues. It’s all an automated process now and most go through within 5 minutes. If they take longer you won’t lose service until the port is complete.

    @gurambae I already use my foxtel cable for the internet (but don't have Foxtel) which is why I'm forced to be with Telstra currently. It will be the same with NBN. Nov is the deadline for me. Having problem choosing a provider

    Trying to get a phone sorted for mum and #Telstra on hold for 70 minutes, never even look like answering. Australia's biggest Telco is a fxxken disgrace and should be shutdown. #Telstra you suck

    @JennaPrice Husband rang the ombudsman regarding a Telstra phone contract which they had totally misrepresented. Problem fixed within 48 hours and refund. They had promised a number of freebies which were not free.

    @KeeniMaree Thank you. I'm generally a happy Telstra customer - mobile is fine - but I'm very over having to follow exactly the same script (from the start) with broadband support- multiple times with no resolution or follow up. Wfh, critical to have solid connection! Appreciate the feedback

    @sydney_ev Actually it has been failing across remote Australia for decades. Telstra has unreliable network coverage as the middle of Australia can not have enough sunshine for their solar for days.

    Will be late to the iOS 27 beta this year because, as usual, my Telstra internet keeps crashing. 12+ times a day. Fix your **** @telstra, this is incompetent.

    @Starlink Update: customer care sent me the kit via express post and gave $25 credit. Installation went ahead smoothly as per schedule and very happy so far. No more crap NBN that Telstra put up their prices to $115 per month for 50mbps but my Starlink gives me 100mbps for $75 per month

    Trying to switch from Telstra mobile. For the life of me I cannot find the required account number to port my account. I used to have an account number but Telstra switched me to from post paid to pre paid somehow and now I don't get a bill, only a receipt which doesn't have an account number on it. Cannot find it online in my account. Grok says dial *#150# which doesn't work. Anyone got any idea?
