    @JennaPrice Husband rang the ombudsman regarding a Telstra phone contract which they had totally misrepresented. Problem fixed within 48 hours and refund. They had promised a number of freebies which were not free.

    @VodafoneAU #Telstra said I have 5G in and out of the house! While you can't even give me service or anyone to even help...nothing from Vodafone nothing at all!

    @StickelSam @Telstra I got a response from them via there app, told there is outage in area but it not showing on there site, was meant to be fixed by 7pm last light by hasn’t been, was marked as resolved by agent, when I asked why has this shows resolved, pushed wrong button is response

    @StickelSam @Telstra Very poor by @Telstra now 7 days of no service, yet they will expect me to to pay my bill in full when it’s due, so so wrong of them

    @KoparaFallsKid Don't ring @Telstra then. After the automated conversation which takes about 5 mins they direct to their (fu*king useless) website...thereby telling you you are an insignificant customer and then hang up on you.

    Well done @Telstra Your staff admit, in store, they did the wrong thing, but refuse to fix it. Lodge a complaint on my behalf and refuse to give me a copy. I refuse to leave the store without a copy. Your staff call the police. Great customer service. #Telstradonotcare

    @deankittelty @Telstra I’m guessing there complaints or fault team don’t work weekends, I would of thought faults team would be 24/7, there customer service stinks

    @Telstra Tom, I’ve already wasted so much time speaking to people regarding this. I’m not starting the conversation with another person only to have to wait further. I was told I’d receive a call back on Monday by the person (Ash) looking into the issue. I didn’t get that call back.

    @VodafoneAU After ditching #Vodafone broadband to my mother's house...for terrible service and drop out after drop out and not a phone call to her...#telstra called today to update us on the Gen 3 modem and more. Not 1 drop out yet since Friday. This is service is so welcoming !

    @robb_j_m LNP stopped the original rollout of a national fiber network to buy back the copper network from telstra they sold to telstra in the 90s in an utterly deranged move that blew out costs and rollout time..

    Went from $200 a month for Telstra to $55 a month with Aldi Mobile, which given our location is practically the same network and performance level as what we had before. It is so easy to bleed money without realising.

    @markbouris John Howard a failed PM that lost his own seat. Sold off Telstra to the people that already owned it at a time when we needed to upgrade to optic fibre network. Tried to introduce Workchoices to destroy wage increases. Sold off gas on 30 year contract . Neg gearing and CGT ..
