    @wheels002 @Telstra I’ve heard of this 💩 but to experience it has been exhausting. If I had lost it emotionally they would have blamed me after all they put me through with their lack of service and common decency. We are zero to them, except for the income. I’m quite disappointed & distressed. 😩

    @Telstra since you latest app update its gone to total garbage. Constant half loads, lots of something went wrong. Constantly asking for extra logins. Wont switch between my users without having a cow. Did no one test this update???

    @Telstra Your immediate solution to our internet connection issue was to send out someone that wasn’t equipped fix the issue you’ve known about for 2 weeks! #unprofessional have someone competent contact me by end of business or this goes to the #ombudsman and a complaints to corporate!

    @Schoto @Telstra My late mum joined the PMG at age 16. She retired from Telecom -Telstra after 47 yrs. I have her service medal still. I think I’ll bin it. I’m sure she wouldn’t mind. My 80yo mother in law is now thinking about driving from Beaudesert to Jimboomba to sort this out at Telstra shop

    @basell_allan @Telstra My mum was a telephonist with them from the age of 17 until retirement. She alway went out of her way to help people. Even walked through the BNE 74 floods to get to work to do her shift.

    @bustdboozehound @nineislands I do too. Great plan. Everything included. My modem died at home and the family all used the 25gig I'd rolled over to access the internet while I got a new one. They use the Telstra network.

    @Telstra Yes, my wife phoned and apparently it’s been ‘elevated to Level 2’, but we’re at the end of Day 6 with still no service and no information.

    @tim_blee The 000 system is antiquated, Telstra gets about $20 million a year from running it. Labor has updated the emergency alert system, which will be tested later this month. Someone should ask Henderson why they didn't do anything to improve 000 tech in their decade of government

Instead we have a cabal of privateers who cherry pick lucrative parts of our geography & then provide substandard services at Rolls Royce prices

    Telstra is a PRIVATE CORPORATION not a govt institutuon. LNP with Hanson (Ind) in 1997.. partial sale & 2006 with PHON support.. FULL sale! That’s why it’s NOT a good idea to PRIVATISE VITAL INDUSTRIES (communications banks etc)! Labor STILL dealing with/fixing LNP/PHON MESS!

The police commissioner has given Kerrynne Liddle a spectacular smackdown for posting the allegation on social media in the first place. @laurenrose7
