@Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

Spotify IPhone App won’t let me log in nor play music on Mobile Data (Telstra), yet will via mobile data hotspot to laptop. The app works with wifi but not when I’m outdoors on 4g? What’s going on @Telstra - @Spotify have said it’s a carrier issue???

Who else is having problems with @Telstra? Honestly, this utility exhaustion is wearisome. My kids haven’t had Internet since last Tuesday (they both work from home). @Telstra said it’d be fixed by tomorrow. So I’ve been in touch every day. Now they say not until next week. 1/

Only a couple of Days before I leave Telstra I'm off the moon not to have to deal with that inept hopeless shower of **** called Telstra. Change to Aussie Broadband it's only a call away. Show Telstra how much we hate them by dumping them NOW

@TrentAn94382106 @Telstra @PipCrook Very interested to hear this. We began having difficulty in Boronia in the city (less than 1km from the tower) about three weeks ago. It affects some but not others. But complete blackout where we live at the moment. Not with Telstra but use Telstra network.
