@Angus_Atkinson1 I got told on Saturday at wagin woolarama by telstra and I quote" we are a public listed company with shareholders to answer to. So we are no longer government with that goes any obligation to offer service where we can't get a return on investment. "

  • SoSBega Adrian @ School of Strength Bega (@SoSBega) reported

Dear @Telstra. Thank you for coming to Bega and fixing the internet. While fixing it, you are creating problems for businesses who rely on the internet for their work, like I do. I bet these types of outages wouldn't happen in Wollongong or Newcastle, but hey, it's regional.

@Telstra Hopefully my complaint will be sent to your techs because signing in to your app is a nightmare. E.g tried to verify my details via email , in 60 seconds said the link expired !

  • frost_farms Frost Farms (@frost_farms) reported

@Telstra No… I put my email in the sign in page then it said do I want to verify thru phone or email…I went to email pressed verify and said link had expired. I gave up

Wtf is up with that Telstra ad. How did a tagline "more reliable than family" make it all the way to production? #SurvivorAU

  • HAMMEEy Jonathan Hampton (@HAMMEEy) reported

@Telstra Why change from the postpaid though? OT let me choose the date I get billed? After switching this month without realising there isn't even an option to make advanced payments has me looking at other service providers.

  • frost_farms Frost Farms (@frost_farms) reported

@Telstra Tried the troubleshooting, in fact have tried it over the past few weeks and no difference. Probably wouldnt think it would be quite a few phones with the same problem . In fact while typing this signal went to 1 bar then 2 then back to 1

  • johnnoonanoz john noonan (@johnnoonanoz) reported

@hirschirsch @Telstra Perhaps Boost mobile? True full access to the telsta network, but missing some high end 4gx functionality from memory. Was all done online. But backed by Telstra online support.

  • DenyseWhelan1 Denyse Whelan BEd.MEd. (@DenyseWhelan1) reported

@trishakmac Giving myself the week off…and fortunately @Telstra is now following through with my complaint lodged about the very poor service we had setting up on line.

@suzannelolsenau @xskinn My friend has had a big problem with iinet and some reviews have cited similar probs. I am keeping right away from them. someone said Belong is good, owned by telstra but I am leaning towards superloop or exetel, they use the telstra network from what I have read.
