    @DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

    @Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

    @Telstra Hi Kath, it's a mobile phone using 4G. I am located at Glendale NSW and have relatively good (half to 3/4) signal where I am.

    @Telstra I have cancelled my NBN broadband service with you more than a month ago and I cannot get anyone from #Telstra #customersupport to refund me a amount sitting in credit on that account. No way to reach your live team through app/phone. #ombundsman complaint perhaps?

    Are you kidding @Telstra. Told to use app to get help with appalling NBN coverage. Started the process at 3.57pm - had to keep checking whether anyone was there and got constant messages asking me to hold on a second.
