@Telstra I'm absolutely at my wits end. I have contacted Telstra back in December to cancel my home phone as we have moved and STILL I'm being billed for it. No way 2 cancel!! It's disgraceful & a scam! I want this sorted out! I will not sit on another 1.5 hour call to sort it.

I moved into #Telstra 7 days ago and I promise you their nbn is the worst. Speeds of 7 mbps is just unheard of. Piece of advice to anyone planning to join Telstra DON’T

@Telstra No customer service. Near impossible to contact. I have tried now on multiple occasions to cancel our home line as we moved. I've eventually spoke to someone who assured me it was finally sorted. Only 2 get ANOTHER bill for the home line. Pathetic!

@Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

@Telstra your customer service is an absolute debacle. I have been trying to resolve my Internet issues since Monday and now when I ring the 1800 number as advised I receive a msg that takes me to a link for the My Telstra app that I have already attempted with no success!!!

@Telstra Yes but I'm not getting anywhere. We have gone through numerous troubleshooting with no success. I have requested a Technician and was offered a few Timeslots, I chose one earlier today but it now looks as though it has not been reserved for me. I just want the issue fixed.

@DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

@kyle_dippa @Telstra I mean I have a consistent internet connection and a modem that doesn't need to be reset every day. I feel like that's why it's not a good value plan. If you pay cheaper can expect bad quality internet. Nobody ever would have all 3 of those.

@Goldandsilica @NucleusCyber A friend who worked at IBM here, told me once it normally took their biggest customer (Telstra) 12-24 months to make a decision. Small is quicker results. As long as they keep pulling little fish, to stay feed, the whale will come.

@jakeeyy__ @Telstra I had this issue with dodo . I rang them - they said it would take 24 hrs ; it was connected in 30mins... I also had to pick it up at the local toll delivery centre which also wasn’t that clear . But thankfully it all worked out
