    @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

    @Telstra I have an incident number INC13781033. The issue requires a visit from one of your technicians apparently. Your colleagues on the message service said they’d booked one today (16th March). I asked them to confirm twice. They did. Took half a day off work. No technician.

    @Telstra spoke to a technician. Apparently a problem with the line. #NBN involved ( God help us). Appointment now booked for (Drum roll....) 14th April Seriously? I suppose the NBN technical support can't be faster than the #NBN.

    @Telstra Thanks for the follow up , I am still to find the time phone Telstra to fix the issue that couldn’t be fixed whilst I was on the phone in the Telstra store yesterday. Ridiculous bureaucracy and a waste of my time.

    @roobiefox I do sometime. Coz it is fun when you tease them over the phone. Last time I got call from Sri Lanka claiming they were tech support team from Telstra and then I asked when Telstra moved to Sri Lanka and they hung up.

    @Telstra When I call back 03 9307 3402 I am told that 'We recently tried to call you but didnt get an answer.'. I was recently just talking to someone using my mobile and have just reset it encase its a problem on my end but I dont think so.

    @Telstra Unfortunately not everytime I either get connected to a support person or get a call back there is silence and the phone is hung up on your end. I have just tried to log another callback. It seems like the support person can't hear me and is hanging up.
