@Telstra I'm absolutely at my wits end. I have contacted Telstra back in December to cancel my home phone as we have moved and STILL I'm being billed for it. No way 2 cancel!! It's disgraceful & a scam! I want this sorted out! I will not sit on another 1.5 hour call to sort it.

@DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

@Telstra Yes but I'm not getting anywhere. We have gone through numerous troubleshooting with no success. I have requested a Technician and was offered a few Timeslots, I chose one earlier today but it now looks as though it has not been reserved for me. I just want the issue fixed.

@Telstra No customer service. Near impossible to contact. I have tried now on multiple occasions to cancel our home line as we moved. I've eventually spoke to someone who assured me it was finally sorted. Only 2 get ANOTHER bill for the home line. Pathetic!

@Telstra your customer service is an absolute debacle. I have been trying to resolve my Internet issues since Monday and now when I ring the 1800 number as advised I receive a msg that takes me to a link for the My Telstra app that I have already attempted with no success!!!

@Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

I moved into #Telstra 7 days ago and I promise you their nbn is the worst. Speeds of 7 mbps is just unheard of. Piece of advice to anyone planning to join Telstra DON’T

@Telstra I think it may be due to more people as the timing is inline with lock down but we have been out of lock down since Tuesday hence I expected it to go back to normal but it’s only gotten worse from 9 am in the morning till 2:30 it starts to improve but not back to normal till6pm

@littlesteve @Telstra @dchenowe One day, when we send sms' in the future, there would be some pre-check feature on our phone to verify to the recipient that the original source of the sms was sent reliably. The only difference from a scam & not a scam is where the source originated. Fix that, solve the problem

@Telstra My best down load is meant to be 50 speed wise it is generally around 45 but I have been having way less than that as in it’s basically dropping out every 10 to 15 mins to the point I have to reload stuff there is prob more drop outs and it has slowed the speed down to a snail
