    @madigoldsmith @Telstra Literally the only signal I had between Katherine and Tennant creek was Daly Waters, Elliot and briefly at Mataranka. I use a Samsung S10 too. There is no excuse for not having larger coverage around the settlements especially.

    Contacting @Telstra support cause they didn't give me my monthly data allowance due to a mistake their end - their response "oh we can give you a bigger plan but need to take off the amount from this month". I didn't GET any data. That's why I'm contacting you.

    @Telstra Not much you can do, your entire ‘customer service’ team appear incapable of actually resolving anything and just stall, transfer to another department or hang-up. I’ll raise the issue through formal channels and see what @Optus and @iiNet can provide.

    @Telstra Don’t know about getting sorted Tori, been wasting my time for the past 8 days spending more than 12 hrs. I get harassed by automated messages threatening that if I don’t call back that my reported fault will be automatically closed off without resolution.

    @Telstra dealing with the impact of the COVID pandemic is still less of a PITA than trying to get something resembling customer service from you company. @Optus @iiNet surely you can do better.

    F$&@ you @Telstra 🤬 Not only do you have BS wait times with agents that hang-up and not call you back but when you finally get someone they say they can’t assist you until Mon and to call back then. Maybe @Optus actual have a semblance of customer service and I should try them!
