    @madigoldsmith @Telstra Literally the only signal I had between Katherine and Tennant creek was Daly Waters, Elliot and briefly at Mataranka. I use a Samsung S10 too. There is no excuse for not having larger coverage around the settlements especially.

    @Telstra No, nobody has contacted me. And it's not a phone issue, it's a tower capacity issue that Telstra needs to fix.

    @Telstra oh and you can’t email him the requirements either, even though it was an email to cancel the order and provide a number to call. You know @Optus does everything over the phone and/or email right? What’s going on? Great way to lose customers.

    @Telstra Yes thanks Ivan. My problem is too hard to describe in the limited number of words Twitter allows, but I have been unable to speak to anyone at Telstra due to your customer service system which loops you back through a messaging service that doesn’t work.

    @icathler @Wolfie_Rankin @JBHiFi I'm familiar with the problem, thanks. As far as a solution goes, if my 3.5 year old Pixel 3a is capable of spotting them as spam, then so are Telstra et al.

    @Telstra Smart modem gen2 is random rebooting. FW Version: 0.13.01, version 0.14* has been out for months could you please organise an update. The modem was installed on 11 Aug 2021 but the modem has not auto updated. Help reps cannot force an update.

    @telstra @andy_penn so let me get this right. If you are a brand new Telstra customer you can pre order new iPhone online straight away, but if you are a loyal customer who has paid extra for "upgrade and protect" you have to wait on hold for hours to try and pre order. Loyalty??

    @icathler @Wolfie_Rankin @JBHiFi Don't misrepresent me. It's Google's solution, not mine. Anyway, this the same Telstra that sends an email to the account you forgot the password for to do a reset? That Telstra? Gotcha.

    @Telstra I’m Telstra customer of over 25 years. I’m about to switch to Optus for 3 years with my purchase of a new iPhone because of your recent change requiring direct debit sign up.. I pay my account more often than once per month so I’m always in credit. Silly move @Telstra
