@madigoldsmith @Telstra Literally the only signal I had between Katherine and Tennant creek was Daly Waters, Elliot and briefly at Mataranka. I use a Samsung S10 too. There is no excuse for not having larger coverage around the settlements especially.

@Telstra Yeah you can train your technicians instead of making them read from a script to me for 4 hours, while im stuck with no internet, its bad enough you guys dont care about my town enough to give us nbn you want to force us all onto satellite nbn which is just inhumanely slow

  • LostPlayhouse Laurie Johnson (@LostPlayhouse) reported

@Telstra Thanks Lauren, no issues on the outage page. The speed definitely dropped noticeably around 1 to 1:30 pm AEST, but I'm not sure what the rate was before that, as I had not felt the need to check the speed until it dropped out. Hasn't returned back to the higher speed since.

  • LazyEmpress Bonnie (@LazyEmpress) reported

@Telstra I would if it made a difference but you'd just put me through another few hours of trying to fix it just for it to screw up again in another 3 months, but im glad you're squeezing as much profit out of us all as you can while we cant even access what we pay for

  • SimonCotter62 Simon Cotter (@SimonCotter62) reported

@telstra spent one hour trying to buy a phone on line because your shops are closed. Worst bloody shopping experience ever. Seriously.

  • juliettemcaleer 🌈Juliette (@juliettemcaleer) reported

@Telstra, as a family who spends almost $750 a month on Telstra broadband & mobile plans, we would like to object in the strongest of terms to any future forced autopay arrangements. We wont hesitate to go elsewhere if you insist on forcing the issue.
