@Telstra The Case manager was unable to resolve this matter because the case manager wasn’t interested in resolving the problem by reasoned argument. Rather they were interested in having their own way & saying whatever suited their position including making false statements #Telstrafail

Not only this but the Telstra/Foxtel apparatchiks shut down most of their services (playback, record etc) after a change to their Wifi equipment. So they were paying $100+ a month for pre-2005 Foxtel settings. They watched less Foxtel in the end.

Asked for escalation and a case manager and got money off bill, then $20 a month off bill for 2 years and speed pretty well consistently 50 - 70 . With Telstra . Because of shitty fibre to the node can never get 100

@Telstra I LOVE my internet connection, why is your “4G” back up sim so shit. You cannot use the internet at the speeds and bandwidth it gives you. I have had a month of only using the sim cause I’m waiting for a @NBN_Australia technician to install the nbn at my location.
