    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    What do I mean? Telstra and Optus, overwhelmingly, have no record or status system that gives them status on *most* of their copper networks. They know that it’s broken, susceptible to water logging and damage, but they don’t have any way of knowing exactly where these areas are.

    Day 5 of no voice or data service after @Optus response to me being overseas was to disconnect me as it was “unusual activity “. Their advice to call them would be a joke if it wasn’t so pathetic.

    im definetely looking at buying optus. but i will look to expand its footprint in asia by launching new satellites in asia and dumping FOR A FEE. the australian customer base to a new entrant to the australian arena, whoever that is?

    @Optus the nbn service in Epping NSW has been reduced/slow for several weeks now. I have been checking your website and nothing has changed on the status of this issue the entire time. It would be nice to receive the speed we pay for. What is going on?

    @Optus @OptusSport What content? You have 1 product! Stop charging people for a free-to-air product! I'm cancelling my subs as I refuse to pay for advertising. Its insulting and just plain poor form. I can get free pirate streams with no advertising, why would I pay you for a worse product?

    @Optus I have tried to cancel a plan with you twice now once in store and was refused, once on optus chat via myaccount 4 days ago was told I would receive an Email within 24 hours confirming cancellation and still nothing, what do I actually have to do to get my plan cancelled!?

    @LucyPriceAus @Telstra I had my business through them, then they scammed me. So I shut down everything from Telstra and moved to Optus and Internode. Much better and cheaper.
