Also, your excuse for lack of apple TV support is unfounded when I watch many other live sporting matches with other apps on Apple TV. 10play and Optus sports have no issues.

At least the state governments have agreed to allow people to change their licences however that doesn't help those who used their passports. I've had no nbn since 16th February and no one at #optus seems to care or want to help her the nbn working again. My son works from home. This is just not acceptable.

I stopped reporting the issues, as it’s mainly nbn issues and it’s really frustrating. Paying $70 a month for the service you can hardly use is just outrageous. Text messages coming through advising outages

I ordered my NBN and the modem has arrived, but no one came to instal it after few days. The bloody customer service is terrible, worst than @Optus!! Failed to secure the private data AND have failed to protect data IMO this was a deliberate act from cabal to force a cyber security event in the future.

Just purchase a sim card supported by Optus [this is redundancy contingency] when Telstra goes off line swap out their sim & slot in the backup & vice versa. Alteratively purchase a dual sim phone which allows you to switch between service providers
