@LucasMapstone_ @Cas2o @maz_jovanovich Same happened to me just now in Brisbane. Optus network told my phone to jump forward but my girlfriend's identical phone, with identical settings, 3m away, stayed on Queensland time.

@MelbInvest @nyunggai @HelloMakkaPakka Yes & no. If you work for Optus but doing the praises of Telstra you're going to get sacked. In effect Kitching was sacked To fix it? Requires a referendum. Factions are funded by outside interests unions businesses, individuals with an agenda etc. That's hard to remove NEXT

My poor almost 90 year old mother in law has just lost hundreds with a scam on her landline.. She spent almost an hour thinking it was Optus gave them all the details they needed ..nightmare for my wife on the phone to the bank for hours trying to fix everything up.. **** 🤔

Is it an #optus tactic to make getting something fixed so difficult that customers just give up? I've had no nbn since 16th February and no one at #optus seems to care or want to help her the nbn working again. My son works from home. This is just not acceptable.

@ParamountPlusAU @lfc2379 Umm. Problem. Apple TV's don't have a web browser, how can I watch this game on my apple TV. Also, your excuse for lack of apple TV support is unfounded when I watch many other live sporting matches with other apps on Apple TV. 10play and Optus sports have no issues.

Hey @Optus - I’m so annoyed. The service I’ve received is beyond appalling. I have a personal account and recently changed the business account to you but I’m told your crm system can’t differentiate or create two distinct entities - causing confusion and mix ups. It’s 2021!

The plumber ****** the NBN cable and I am now without wifi and phone. Plumber notntaming responsibility because it wasn’t “regulation”. Waiting to hear back from Optus to see when NBN can come out to fix it.

My wife nearly had a major breakdown last night over her 89 year old mums @Optus phone not working properly for years now.., anyone else having major problems with Optus recently? they're forcing her to pay for another modem. it's been a complete nightmare lives on her own

@Optus No offence Gabby but my wifi has been so bad and I’ve complained so many times to be told the same thing. Yes I’ve checked outages, I’ve restarted my modem, I’ve even done a factory reset but all I get is a spinning wheel of death and Optus not bothering to do a thing!

Optus is ******, I got a Fetch box like at least 4 years or so ago and they’re still charging me $5 a month even tho I asked to cancel my service last month, didn’t tell me I had to return it, now they’re saying if I don’t return it they’re going to charge me $150?????

Anybody experiencing issues with @optus network? Signal interruptions are regular and ongoing. I often get dropped out of important meetings and seminars because of network issues. This is beyond annoyance #Optus

Found out today @Telstra doesn't offer in-home services for people with #disabilities or those who are #immunocompromised and can't get in to a store. Even if you're a business customer. This is ****. Interested to see whether @Optus or @Vodaphone4 offer these services...?

Home from the Gunners concert and I have mixed feelings. Slash/Duff/Richard great. Axl put in 100% effort but most of the time the execution was poor. He cannot hit high notes & should not try to. When he sang at a lower register he sounded ok Optus - not designed for concerts

@bagbagbagbag6 Optus Sport isn’t football media. It’s a content marketing operation aimed at getting subscribers to its telephony service. It has no skin in the game for Australian football on any level and appeals to Eurosnobs. No surprises here.
