    Is it an #optus tactic to make getting something fixed so difficult that customers just give up? I've had no nbn since 16th February and no one at #optus seems to care or want to help her the nbn working again. My son works from home. This is just not acceptable.

    @Optus we've had no home broadband since this morning in Chapel Hill (Qld 4069), with the MyOptus check network status saying there is a problem and it is being investigated. Any news on the outcome of the investigation and when we will have our network and phone working again?

    My poor almost 90 year old mother in law has just lost hundreds with a scam on her landline.. She spent almost an hour thinking it was Optus gave them all the details they needed ..nightmare for my wife on the phone to the bank for hours trying to fix everything up.. **** 🤔

    @ParamountPlusAU @lfc2379 Umm. Problem. Apple TV's don't have a web browser, how can I watch this game on my apple TV. Also, your excuse for lack of apple TV support is unfounded when I watch many other live sporting matches with other apps on Apple TV. 10play and Optus sports have no issues.

    @Optus how come if I’m a prepay customer I can select a $20 international roaming data plan with 10gig over 14 days but if I’m on a plan I have to select a $10per day for 1 gig add on? Seems sorta cruddy for your plan based customers.

    @MelbInvest @nyunggai @HelloMakkaPakka Yes & no. If you work for Optus but doing the praises of Telstra you're going to get sacked. In effect Kitching was sacked To fix it? Requires a referendum. Factions are funded by outside interests unions businesses, individuals with an agenda etc. That's hard to remove NEXT

    The plumber ****** the NBN cable and I am now without wifi and phone. Plumber notntaming responsibility because it wasn’t “regulation”. Waiting to hear back from Optus to see when NBN can come out to fix it.

    Is Optus time just stuffed? Got authentication issue with 3 min time diff between optus phone and computer. Changed time sync server to AU server and now 7 min diff. Is it even possible to get Optus phone and desktop on same time?

    @Optus just received a call claiming to be from Optus on 02 6100 4442 asking if I was having technical or voice issues with my service as other customers were complaining about their services. I’m assuming it was a #SCAM and have reported it but just a heads up to others

    Hey @Optus my internet has been slow in the dapto area for the last week or so and its been really frustrating going from 200 plus mbps to a sad 26mbps pls reply and yes I have done all the trouble shoots with no results thanks.
