    @Optus Thanks but your service has been awful. What you could do is not sell people in West End/Toowong postcodes your data products when you KNOW your infrastructure in the area is at capacity with speeds below 2MBps. I got speeds 10x faster in Bali. @Optus @telstra

    @NBN_Australia leasing @Telstra copper with @Optus as a retailer is a perfect example of how three providers is not better than one. A lot of 👉👈 finger pointing as to who has the issue all the while the customer (me) with awful internet....#sortitout

    Cannot wait to cancel my @Optus wifi contract. For real hotspotting my phone because the wifi cannot handle two laptops using it at the same time. Bye👋

    @Optus This is still a major issue... dont you run isolation tests before doing major upgrades.. im hoping this cost your millions in lost revenue if not billions.

    @Telstra It may be officially time to jump boat to OPTUS, not ideal situation but after the last 3 months of my Internet randomly going down for days at time with no explanation the frustration is a 10/10.

    @Optus Our mobile broadband service is still down. More than 24 hours now.... says connected to Optus 4G but cannot browse any websites - local or overseas. Have power recycled - no improvements. Rang your call centre - on hold for 80 mins before giving up.

    @Optus have the worst onboarding customer experience. Email says order on way, online system says still processing. Online rep tells me order is being delivered... today, while I'm at work & can't sign for it. Rep blamed @startrack for mistake when clearly a system issue.

    @Optus Network status is good. The speed has been like this since first day. You guys need to do better really. Also been on chats forever too. There’s no solution unless you guys invest in towers for coverage. Note I am in metro area mind you.

    @GreatGiuseppe Remember how bad Optus was in the beginning? Tbh though apps for tv are hit and miss, pick up the new gen Chromecast, Amazon fire stick or apple tv and that has all the apps you'll ever need

    @Optus It’s ok things happen. I search for the post code 2113 and I see an outage. But when I search my exact address it says no outage. And yet no internet for a couple hours and that includes resets/reboots of modem etc.

    I have been kicked off Paramount 3 times already and have had to re login each time. Teething issues but Optus had issues in the beginning too so I guess need to be patient.

    @Tuxy81 oh I've had the subscription for like 3 years now, and no I'm not with Optus main issue is the cannibalisation of soccer streaming here, not getting Optus for EPL, BeIN or whatever for UCL and Paramount+ for HAL
