I twice had to call to cancel, going through the whole process twice. But, for over a year now, Optus still sends me monthly invoices that (a) state that I have a 9 cent credit & (b) the 9 cents is zeroed off at the end of each invoice.

Any news on the outcome of the investigation and when we will have our network and phone working again?

DamagedByDan (@DamagedByDan) reported@Optus 2 bars of 4G usually means satisfactory receiving which neither my wife or I achieved. I don’t complain about speed on 1 bar. Download speed was so slow it did not support normal FB. Upload did not exist for text emails. That is unsatisfactory.

DamagedByDan (@DamagedByDan) reported@optus 4G collapsed along Dynon Road, Footscray, as per usual ever since 5G started. Can’t even watch cable news. Before 5G used to get 70mbps up and down, now 4g average about 10Mbps dn (tonight even less) and about 1 to 3 up. How is allowed?
