    I went to the shops today to get info on NBN plans. Spoke with @Telstra , @Optus , @VodafoneAU and @DodoAustralia . One decision was made - I will never give 1c to @DodoAustralia . Rude, condescending and made me feel I was wasting their time asking questions.

    @plalor @Optus I had my long-standing issue resolved last week with Telstra. An operator in Townsville and a technician out two days later - a new smart modem - bingo!!! 56mbps.

    So to give you an update, it was a great place to be, but a crazy experience. Make sure you get OPTUS for your phone service because WiFi out here is terrible. Oh yeah, watch out for spiders, good day mate 🤙🏾 @jade_croghan

    OPTUS yea right I had virtually any money for recharging but I recharged with $30 asked why I only got $5.00 extra credit sucks but charge with $40 or $50 you get it all so thinking of trying VODAFONE think Optus can be quite stingy

    @Optus as a long term customer, the lack of service when ordering a new phone on line is appalling. After being told last Thursday 1-5 business days for delivery, I have just been told the item is not in stock and delivery is unknown. Poor.

    If ur thinking of transferring ur mobile plan to @LetsBelong, do urself a favor & flush ur money down the toilet. I transferred to Belong 3 months ago & for 3 months Ive been unable to make outgoing calls. Belong says it wasnt their problem. Moved to @Optus - fixed INSTANTLY!!

    @stugtr @mavetju @NickRossTech @BLShiv the business I’ve been working in lately was running from an office in a shopping strip, plus 2 of us did a lot of work from home. The office had DSL - got between 2 & 12 mbps down. There were no options for faster. Homes both on Optus Cable. 100mbps down, but 1.5 mbps up
