I was asked to reset my phone, remove my SIM card, change various settings. Each of these solutions were suggested multiple times despite advising none of them corrected the issue.

I stopped reporting the issues, as it’s mainly nbn issues and it’s really frustrating. Paying $70 a month for the service you can hardly use is just outrageous. I have been paying for my optus subhub services since October 2025 and haven't been able to use youtube premium because it shows inactive on YouTube app.
