It’s the streaming channels that take ages to start and give streaming errors. Catch-up like BBC First are really bad and often fail to start a show, showing a streaming error. Looks like Fetch service prob.

I twice had to call to cancel, going through the whole process twice. But, for over a year now, Optus still sends me monthly invoices that (a) state that I have a 9 cent credit & (b) the 9 cents is zeroed off at the end of each invoice.

She promised tougher oversight after the two Optus outages last year and has done nothing, **** all. Over 600 triple 0 calls failed, lives at serious risk let alone the economic damage.
