At least the state governments have agreed to allow people to change their licences however that doesn't help those who used their passports. Also, your excuse for lack of apple TV support is unfounded when I watch many other live sporting matches with other apps on Apple TV. 10play and Optus sports have no issues.

I was asked to reset my phone, remove my SIM card, change various settings. Each of these solutions were suggested multiple times despite advising none of them corrected the issue.

I’ve literally ask to plan tasks so many times to outputs and codex and the ask both to choose what’s the best one. Literally 100% times both choose codex plan. It just doesn’t make sense to use Optus, you’ll get bugs and bad implementation all the time

Even phoned and explained to name it Optus. because of the page, they needed a business name asking submit.

Australians should not have to accept “intermittent issues” as normal. We need enforceable reliability standards and better regulation.
