    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    @MichaelWestBiz @Optus I used to work at Optus porting support. There is a process to have the number released from quarantine and given back to you. Regardless of weather it’s sitting in Optus’ quarantine, or the carrier you originally activated with before porting over to Optus.

    @MichaelWestBiz @Optus I've never even heard of that happening. How is that even possible? I guess in Australian bureaucracy, anything can and will happen/not happen, depending on the least desirable outcome.

    @Optus My NBN connection has been 'reduced service' since Tuesday morning. Actually it doesn't work at all. I've reported the issue but the outages page just says it's under investigation. Why would it take this long to fix?

    @Optus I'll wait until Monday to see if this is still an issue- if it's an outage related thing then it should be resolved by then according to the message

    Paramount+ is crap, can't get it to cast to my tv, I have no trouble with kayo,no trouble with Optus sport, why is this app ****!! They have had long enough to sort out any probs. USELESS!!!!!

    @Optus @ScottMorrisonMP forget to pay it bill and they will give u service restrictions. Try and talk to someone at optus, good luck, try the app to get an answer, I gave up after 1 hrs of frustration. Scomo what r u going to do to regulate this industry.This is disgraceful

    @MichaelWestBiz @Optus I had to take Optus to the Ombudsman TWICE. No service, not even the telephone service I was paying for.

    @davidkersten @Optus Bought an Optus dongle, rang for tech support, they asked for my Vodafone account number. Innocently, I gave it to them but queried the request and emphasised I did not want to switch. They switched and have been unable to retrieve the old number

    Help @Optus - I can’t seem to make a call without having +617 in front of the number. This is a new development since upgrading my plan last week.
