    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    Hey @OptusEnterprise maybe you can ask the lovely people over at @optus to unblock me so that I can try to get some customer support? Your my optus app is down, all your phone lines are closed, and the have no internet and am trying to get some work done. Pretty please?

    @Aussie_BB Looking at Down Detector it looks like only Aussie is down. We just moved over 2 weeks ago and I hope this doesn’t become a trend (had maybe 1 issue in the previous 12mths with Optus prior).

    @SebSprinklr Hi Seb, not good to hear that you're having issues with the My Optus app. Can you please make sure your handset OS is up to date? If so, please uninstall the My Optus app, clear cookies and cache, restart the device and then reinstall the app - Aron

    @Optus You can loook at the case number to verify the issue. Obviously. I’ll wait. Once my service is restored I can speak to the TIO about what’s going to happen going forward.
