  @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

  @slsandpet @LennaLeprena Mount a class action. Its blatant negligence on Optus' part. I was working there. Everything went to **** when SingTel took over. Optus went from #1 on the 'great place to work' survey to not mentioned. All the talent left. People had to reapply for their jobs. It was awful.

  @mormorlady @SenPaterson Absolutely should not be funded by the tax payer. And also the irony being that those affected are then still paying. Appreciate the gov support but ultimately, @Optus must foot the bill.

  Dutton was going pretty well in this presser, until he started blaming the govt for the #optus mess .. it was his former govt that allowed private corporations to require personal details like medicare and passports to open a phone account, how stupid was that
