Yo when I was leaving work I saw the optus store was closed but had two customers signing up for a phone and its now 40 MINUTES PAST CLOSING AND THE CUSTOMERS ONLY JUST LEFT. Poor optus guys!

My NBN is completely down in Bull Creek all morning since 8:30am this morning. Optus said there is a line issue at my premises but it’s completely down. It’s an ongoing issue with no fix at all. This is the only service I can get @GrayConnolly

Optus is consistently a terrible service but, at the very least, I’ve been on a cheap service. They just e-mailed me to say: ‘Hey, we are unilaterally changing the contract to charge you more! But you’ll get these great benefits that are of utterly no benefit to you.’

I almost respect that Optus is so dedicated to avoiding fixing their problems that you can't actually check if they've got reports of outages in your area, because your phone reception is so bad that you can't use their website when the wifi is down
