    I'm an #Optus customer, so if a hacker now has my #Optus email address, all I have to do is change to Telstra, or other Server and voila...one problem is solved! 🙌🙌🙌

    @markje4 @cheryl_kernot I only became an Optus customer when they bought out Virgin and I left them a couple of years ago. I was told they will delete all past customers details when this is all sorted but as it's an ongoing issue they don't know when that will be. Fanfuckingtastic

    Just got an email from @Optus saying my name, date of birth, email, phone number, drivers licence number and passport number have been stolen. Their advice: Good luck, keep your wits about you, don’t contact us if you have any problems. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @OdinsToenail @kcarruthers Isn't that infuriating?! If it has been misused you may never even find out about it OR may find out once something illegal has surfaced - then you have the joy of proving it wasn't you AND getting a new license - and Optus will skip away scott free
