@Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

@LysticsAFL @VicRoads Honestly I'd even be prepared to pay for this service for this peace of mind (though really Optus should be fitting the bill)

  • benraue Ben Raue (@benraue) reported

I've been meaning for a while to downgrade my mobile plan since I barely use any of my GBs. The @Optus website tells me to message them, but the messaging app doesn't work. I guess they've got a bit on?

  • MaddyWithington Madeleine Withington (@MaddyWithington) reported

A friend of mine just got the Optus email. She signed up at 14, is not a current customer. So why, after over 6 years, is her data still held by Optus?

  • Aunty_Sis Sis (@Aunty_Sis) reported

@virgotweet It is absolutely disgraceful what has happened to you and many others with the optus security breach and the failure of the NBN service.

  • corruptagenda David, ICAC Now ✳️✳️✳️✳️ (@corruptagenda) reported

So @Optus you sent an email to apologise, where is the email informing us what to do next? Do we close email accounts, change phone numbers and apply for new drivers license or passports? Twiddling thumbs is not an option #Help is needed #auspol

  • StormyAUS_ StormyAUS (@StormyAUS_) reported

@HYP3RSTRIKE So what now? I feel like I used my passport to prove my identity initially. Is Optus going to pay the fee to issue me a new one?

  • jez99 Jeremy (@jez99) reported

@ZucchiniBikini And not only that, I am feeling a bit violated too. Not sure if I should switch providers as protest, have been a loyal Optus customer for years.

  • damelarksong4 Chris Matthews Our Flag Means...Kaurna Country😷 (@damelarksong4) reported

any customer adversely affected by the Optus failure to protect data should be compensated by the company #insiders

  • dcaruana81 David Caruana (@dcaruana81) reported

@possumbrisbane @Smushster @Jeremy_Kirk Good trusting people? What are you on about? Optus failed miserably to secure the data. They left the car unlocked, parked on the street, windows down.

@just_brash @ElaineM11584892 I'll never forget a nurse colleague coming to work upset by an optus bill charging the monthly rate plus an extra $1000 due to "excess usage" . We howled optus out on her behalf and they backed right off. A legal and public exposure. We nurses don't forget.
