@Optus How can we go about activating Call Recall on our fixed line (As in calling *69 to find out who the last person who called was). Since we changed to NBN, Optus seems to have disabled the service. When we call it, it says 'operation has failed'.

@Optus no issues in the area more to do with to many people want to use internet in 2019 and u dont have the capacity
@Optus I’ve complained via phone multiple times, (promises a senior person would call back, surprise, they didn’t.) via email, via your website - all echoing silence for 2 + weeks. It’s just staggeringly bad customer service. Maybe you can ask someone to call back sometime...

@Optus nar u know there is a problem but u refuse to fix the issue more to do with congestion on the tower and u have zero interest in keeping your customers happy and want to come up with excuses instead

@Midbeast @Telstra What I usually do, is ask my neighbours what isp they use then I copy, been with telstra, optus, Vodafone, tpg is probably the worst
I think we're changing our internet sometime soon, since Optus didn't help at all, and made us pay money for our internet/phone when it wasn't working.
@Optus are absolutely useless. email verification link, clink link, 'sorry your email has changed since we sent that email' all in 30 seconds or so. been like this for months and i cannot get help. but hey, ******* right.
