    @Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

    For a company that had such a MAJOR **** up with a data breach last year, Optus is going hard on making it so you can only pay by giving them your credit card details.

    @Optus What Optus fails to grasp and this response does not consider is twice I’ve given you my updated contact details and twice you never updated them or responded and now won’t let me pass a verbal or email security check. There why the ombudsman is involved.

    @Optus We use a savings account that doesn’t have a linked card (hence, no fees). We’ve lodged a complaint with the TIO. It’s unfair business practice.

    @Optus no, just after some decent customer service for a change @Optus . Have been trying to cancel a pre-paid SIM card for weeks now with no help form you guys.

    @Optus @echo_walnut Has Optus fixed the email issue when using a client app like Outlook?? It's been an issue for over 2 months.

    @echo_walnut @Optus Totally agree!!! Their "solution" to not being able to support an email client like Outlook is to use webmail 🤯 I am definitely changing ISP and would change immediately if I hadn't stupidly used my optus email address for password recovery, etc. 🙄

    Hey @Optus what's going on with WA's mobile network? I've been disconnected from the network randomly for the last few months. Been loyal customer for 15+ years and considering swapping service provider

    @sueroberts7 @AlboMP @DanielAndrewsMP Yes the health system needs massive improvement however the Govt will need to improve the security of My Health Record before people will agree to use it and sign up for it . After Medibank and Optus security issues there is not a lot of trust in the system anymore re privacy .

    @joegarra61 @DrMukeshH @myGovau I was stopped by the police & he asked to see my licence. I told him I was an Optus customer so he could just google it!
