@Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

After 8 years with Optus i’ve decided to dump them. Their service in the areas I need it has become so rubbish. Sadly I think it means I need to switch to Telstra, which doesn’t feel me with happiness.

Honestly so done with my internet, tried to switch to Optus 5g n had bad signal from my place, then upgraded my internet n yet still lag out mid stream or game. So demotivating especially when I’m doing so well streaming recently. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this? <3

@Optus No that’s not correct & no I’m not retreading the steps via twitter. The point is your customer service is poorly managed esp from o/seas. I will navigate the disruption & move providers on return. This was just a review.

@JosieJoJo007 @Optus I have spoken to Tech team and they have said there is multiple issues still not resolved. I am like you no emails just being drip fed ones from this afternoon but none overnight or this morning. This is beyond ridiculous as a Health Professional!!!!

@Optus Thanks, but this doesn't help me. I, and presumably thousands of other Optus customers, require an itemised bill to claim a portion as a work expense for reimbursement. The current 'tax invoice' does not contain the details I need.
