    @Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

    @Hilly781 @AAllenSport @dvdmcn yeah super annoying Optus block any VPN use Also tbf, you need to be an Optus customer to enjoy the reduced rate, otherwise it's $15 pm. Still a steal compared to UK. Interestingly the last 2 games that weren't aired locally had NO 0.5 time punditry just ran ads 4 the break

    @australian She put the PR machine into operation, so they can feed crap to the gullible. Reported a problem to Optus 6 weeks ago, still waiting for their "technical dept" to investigate, in the interim I changed carriers.

    @amaysimAU @AJ_47biotch I used the new Vodafone SIM to check the coverage for Amaysim (Optus) in my area and the map is stalled, it is not a realtime map, so you lot are deceiving the customers and breaching your Customer End Agreement to boot!

    @optus_help OK after doing some reconfig work on my browser it now works. But when I log in now it says I don't have a service attached and logs me out so I can't change anything. The my Optus app and the same thing there. It is not looking good

    @KooyongForever How much are people paying for a ticket to the ground though? $57 for the cheapest Eagles general public reserve seat at Optus. $18 for for the cheapest at the G. Beer prices aren’t so much the issue

    @Optus why on earth would you automatically activate a SIM that has not been collected by a customer and then disactivate their SIM in the middle of a massively busy working day and lock one out of all comms including everything needing MFA?! Massive customer service fail 😩

    @optus_help Spend 2 hours yesterday on your stupid chat via the my optus app. It kept dropping out and asking me to resign in, codes, crashes etc... managed to persevere through that nightmare. Only to be told at the end after agreeing to everything that they couldn't do it

    @amaysimAU Optus were very helpful and they answered straight away! Funny that, given they are the ones causing the issues. You lot really need to work on your customer service skills and stop jamming y our LIVE chat, phone lines and emails so your ACTUAL customers cannot make complaints!
