@Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

@tamarafurey @susan_taylor07 Clearly @Optus have very poor due diligence in their HR department if they are confident employing somebody with such a dodgy background, especially in financial mismanagement.

@StrayDog67 @calibandog @CindySailor2 Not sure I would say I'm happy. I've had my issues. I use to receive great discounts. It stopped. My mobile moved to Vaya, Aldi, Belong and then Optus came to the party. So now with Optus and Belong.

@purdij I was with Optus for 6 years. As many people have noted, it is not great in wilderness areas (low down at least) - but I never had any issues.

@Optus Binchicken. Corrupt right-wing ex polly. Oh Optus, hopefully the news cycle washes this away, but I’ve gotta admit, I’m tempted to cancel my account. I’m sure every corporation needs corrupt right-wingers to trawl in the profits, but sheesh, this one is so infamous. Good luck
