@Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

@Batman2242 We live in the country on a farm. Telstra mobile reception is awful to non existent ( but better than Optus, vodafone etc) and we have ADSL2 for the internet with NO chance of getting the NBN here. Hence the landline which I use daily and mobile...

@AlexShawTel @mjkonz If your are an optus (mobile phone provider) customer it’s free, if not about 25 aus $$ a month. Includes All La liga games with highlights etc etc

@Telstra Sure Jimmy will do that shortly. Thanks Ps I switched to 4g and the speed is even terrible between 0 to 3mbps. Whilst my work phone is with @Optus and their 4g speed is between 20 to 30 mbps. Just tested at Strathfield. Perhaps Telstra can get some tips from Optus 🤔

With the theft of our (Medibank/Optus etc) IDs/emails & re-selling on the dark web to crooks, Australians are being scammed as never before. EFTs - electronic funds transfer - particularly vulnerable. The integrity/security of online banking is at stake. Where’s @AusFedPolice?

Hey @Optus (1/2) instead of giving me an automated response to send you a direct message or go to your website could you get a real person to send a message to their boss to get them to send a message to their bosses boss that they need to fix the service
