    @Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

    @MattBobBrad1 That was on the weekend tho. First game here we had 45,000 at Optus. That was on the weekend. There’s probably 16 maybe 17,000. That’s not to bad. Game should have been tomorrow or Sunday. Oh well. Most important thing is get a result

    @Riogallica Didn't know you could contact NBNco. I've had 3 NBN boxes **** up (nearby lightning 🌩 strike) Contact provider. Ausie BB, 1-3 days. Next door has Optus, 1-2 weeks.

    @electricfuture5 @Telstra Lack of data in shopping centres consistently was the main reason for me moving. Was going on for 6+ months. Went into the Telstra shop and they were all on wifi. With Optus now, obviously have their own history but I have had far less issues with them.

    Hi @Optus me again, I know you’re not too busy working on your network to reply, given you let customers genuinely die due to network issues, so how about using some time to answer why your remediation staff are using customers private information illegally? #optus
