@Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

@Optus Full marks to you for actually replying (and I'm not even a customer!) However, I don't think you can block this kind of SMS - it comes from an SMS gateway without a real phone number.

@Axman6 @kjandbob @Josieamycashman If the phone call exists there will be a record of it, and if gone through an Australian service provider such as telstra or optus then the call would have been recorded.

@Optus for the 3rd time in the last few months I’ve had international SMS costs on my bill. Again. I have NOT made any overseas texts. You clearly have security & data breach issues. Please fix them - don’t charge customers for them. #optus #databreach @TelcoOmbudsman

@kagij @OptusStadium Piss poor effort by Optus. Lines for food and beers were horrendous. Left and had a feed and beers at the Camfield. Pull your fingers out bloody shameful.

@brucerguthrie @Telstra I thoroughly recommend Optus 5G home Internet. Modem sits next to a window and there are no issues. No NBN to worry about and no dealing with Telstra!

Optus 4G back up, NBN out but steel frame house blocks signal for both mobile and 4G NBN backup so I have to stand on one leg with my tongue poking out in the right direction for reception in the house #FirstWorldProblems #SendHelp #NoScrollingWhileShitting

@FionaKatauskas I think we need to apply pressure in other areas, like @Telstra and @Optus to get this stopped ASAP. If we could figure out the service used for these bulk sends this might be an Acceptable Use Policy violation for the API used - any one have any ideas ?
