    What a fail @Optus. I wanted to upgrade my phone months ago but you wanted $600 to buy out the lease agreement. Then two months ago you charge me that anyway and don’t send a notification. Which leaves my account overdue then you cut off both my NBN and mobile? Wtf!

    @arthacket @nswpolice @Scamwatch_gov i think in most cases they just brute force and use random number generators to get your phone numbers, as for banks, ill only us ethe app, never respond to email, and don't answer phone calls anymore. its happened a lot more since the Optus and Medicare hacks though.

    @Optus Mail server problems, guys. Checked on several devices, issue is defs at your end. mail dot optusnet dot com dot au is not accepting incoming authentication. Please raise a problem ticket for the mail server. The logs will show a ton of rejected signins 😟 Thanks.

    @eileenscyu @ZDNET There's been so many breaches in security recently, most high profile have been Optus + Medibank Private. A lot more needs to be done to protect customer data + networks of these enterprises. AU govn't is increasing fines on organisations who don't do enough to protect cust data.

    @Telstra how long till you fix the log in issue with the app and website? I live 300km from the closest store with telstra credit. No mobile coverage and no app/website = no way to recarge. No credit = no wifi calling. No wifi calling = same as optus.

    @EndreszAllan @goodfoodgal Original data of passport and driving license is already centralized, yes. I don't see that changing. This just removes the need for that data being copied by private service providers like Optus.
