    Optus 4G has been rubbish all afternoon. Not completely broken, just bad. I presume it’s DNS somehow.

    Thanks Meg. She realised quickly what was happening - realised that Optus has her personal details and the caller was a scam. The guy hung up. Just want you to know bad guys are trying to tarnish your name. All the best. I’ll DM number he used.

    @iammrdom @Telstra I’d have been on 15GB then they gave 15 bonus. I barely use the data. Most months not even 1GB, probably never hit 5GB. Optus has 12 month plan - $39/month, 10GB.

    @Optus Wes now been transferred 13 times, I’ve called 3 times. On chat 3 times and the current supervisor is just leaving me on hold for 20+ minutes so far doesn’t want to help

    @Optus Thanks used the Optus home app and used the chat section and they found a nbn problem and did a ticket for me for the nbn guys to come and fix it. All sorted now service was awesome.
