    to me over the phone she hung up. The number she called from was a Sydney number, but she sounded like she was at an overseas call centre. She may have been on the up & up, but why hang up? If it's a scam I thought you @Telstra & @Optus should know about it. Brett.

    A 'Heads Up' for @Telstra. Just got a call from a lady who said they worked for you wanting to reset my password for my internet as she reckons it's currently in public mode. Only problem is I'm with @Optus. She said she already new my password & when I asked her to repeat it 1/2

    @Optus after repeated phone calls, talking with many of the customer service team members, the funds that have been debited out of my mother's account after December 2019 when she had cancelled her service with @Optus. In which your team has admittedly agreed to the mistake (ctd)

    @FourRedShoes @Telstra Stay the hell away from Vodafone because the concept of travel, time zones and moving country appears to be beyond them. It took us six months to convince them we no longer lived in UK (therefore they could stop billing us) and we’ve had problems travelling too. Optus seem ok.

    Thanks @Optus that maintainence work you were doing in my area has meant my internet has been at best patchy or at worst non-exisitent on a work day! Woot at least you will get more money from my excess mobile data thus month since I used hotspot all day to do work

    @Telstra @stoobii Problems in Sydney too. Outage page can’t be reached. Using Optus 4G because Telstra NBN home service is stuffed in postcode 2222. Not good enough! Got work to do and 4G is not how I want to access secure sites.

    @Optus I have been without internet since Tuesday. I have called the Philippines 10 times now only to be disconnected, promised a call back (That didn't happen.) Had a technician out on Thursday, couldn't fix the problem. And I'm still waiting for a call back from Tech support.

    @slsandpet @Optus Yep! This has been awful. She is DEAD, certificate to prove it, mobile phone would not have had any activity since Nov 19. Imagine having to deal with this if it had been the tragic death of a young person. Unconscionable! Optus is evil.

    @slsandpet @Optus MIL, 94, died in Dec.Found overdue phone bill so we paid it. Had to give them my Credit Card no to pay overdue + following month, then cancel. They then std billing us 4 monthly contract fee. Sent copy of death certificate. Nup..still billing us!

    @slsandpet @Optus Optus has the worst customer service I've come across. I would never sign up with them for anything. My mum has her service with them & being 89 she doesn't like change. Its hell if we ever need to report any issues.

    @FantaRising Telstra / Optus / Voda changed the way they do plans, now it’s just the outright phone price split over 12/24/36 months, and you pay for the phone plan separately - but you can move the phone plan bit up and down as you need data

    @GusWorland I could be wrong. But that possibly gets left like that especially in those leafy areas after storms have brought down non dangerous voltage lines. There’s one near by house from the Optus cable I had to tie up still taped from the February super storms

    @Optus all day I couldn't use my internet. I'm paying for a service that's not working. On your outages section on web it says there's one in my area. I call to see ETA of when fixed. Tech team says no outages & make me do troubleshoot on modem etc. Nothing. Just want an ETA pls

    @Leanneruston1 @HallRaelene @HoolyMcg Yep Optus. Had signal down the bottom of Fern Pool and Fortescue Falls. No signal at Weano Gorge, which is where I saw an emergency phone. 👍🏽

    Hey @Optus, any way one can file a bug report with your app? I've found a particularly annoying bug in Android on a Pixel 4 that is forcing me to do a manual SIM activation, because it does not generate a drop-down menu with recognizable matches. Any way I can report and help?

    @JennaPrice If that is Optus, we have just been through this! It took 10 months to resolve my dead 94 year old mother inlaws mobile phone account. I have never been so angry, frustrated, appalled!

    After 26 years with @Optus you would think they would show some loyalty in some form of a reward, nope but @Telstra offered a 50% discount on a new handset....#seriously #wtf
