    @David_M_Green Optus sent tech to address I’ve not lived at for 4 years & where my cable service had been with another company. & billed my credit card without authorisation. & failed to pay agreed compo. They store customer details without permission. At least you got an apology! #optusguy

    I’m an @Optus customer and they’ve explained reasonably about an outage situation. @Telstra was inconsistent.

    So @Optus are *************** now. I’ve had minimal internet over the last 72 hours, tech call today who replaced a modem. He said “it usually only takes 10 minutes to activate”. Now almost 12 hours later still no internet with tech support saying it can take 24. I’m so done.

    Very disappointed @Optus Poor connection in Blacktown, sydney. Since last October and this problem has not been dealt with. All i have got is compensating data , apologies or false assurity of fixing the problem. Loosing it now 😖

    @Optus @StarsBBL The customer service rep at the Optus call centre I spoke with today advised me to go ahead with legal action against @Optus . I’m not sure how easy that is in India, but it’s certainly a channel I am considering.

    @Optus I did not get a reference number. They sent me no text with reference nor did they give me one over the phone. Has been 4 hours with no internet. I have a major report to submit tomorrow. I need a retweet on where exactly the outage is as Nothing online. Fix it ASAP

    Anything with 2FA i can’t access, can’t sign papers, can’t apply for bond loans (Because they will call you LOL). Had to send an email to our new real estate saying Optus said June 2 I’ll get phone reception. I’m getting a Telstra prepaid like tomorrow to fix this bs.

    @Optus I have just done that . It started working again but has now gone down again for a 2nd time . Whenever this happens I find out later on oh it was an outage s don’t lie to me unless you know for certain it’s not an outage I’ve had it with being told that every time .

    Once again @Optus and @NBN_Australia did not come to fix my Internet. 2 time now has booked for 1 pm to 5 pm and waiting for no reason. No one shows up again. Once again no give me any answers.
