There has been an @optus outage in 3109 for the last THREE DAYS and the only status being reported is "under investigation". Pull your finger out. Maybe also have enough staff on hand during long weekends to at least find out what is actually wrong.

@Optus Same thing has happened before which is why I'm asking for assistance from optus. The callers seem to have a virtually unlimited supply of phone numbers, blocking them appears pointless, possibly just confirms the number is in use(?) please help me to the extent you are able
-

@Optus Can you do whatever you can from your end please, it seems whenever I use my phone to contact optus it triggers these calls. Any help you can provide to stop my details being passed on this way by optus will be truly appreciated
-

These callers have my details correct, that's a worry, My contract with optus expires soon, Its been a pain from day 1, I didn't get the phone I wanted I accepted maybe $100 credit(?) and a promise the phone was 'on its way" (never did get it) but $100 deal showed my "approval"
