@Victor_Li94 @Optus I’ve experienced an intermittent Optus internet outage all weekend. I’m in 3040. After troubleshooting everything yesterday I was advised this morning it’s an outage in my area. I’d really like to know if it will be fixed today. Distance learning and work needs to go on tomorrow.

I pay an extra $5 for unlimited streaming certain apps, but of them only stream ABC iView. I otherwise only stream from free to air apps, mostly SBS on demand within my 30GB per month data limit. Optus never clarified what the charges were for, and still expecting me to pay it.

Urgh ever since my phone switched from the #Virginmobile Australia network to the @Optus network it has had dreadful connection problems. Is it just me or anyone else having issues? Making me rethink staying with #Optus.

@carmelmccallum Make your life easy and ditch your Optus account, regardless of their odd decision to employ a fallen Premier whose ICAC investigation is still open. Their customer service is appalling. Twice I had to escalate disputes before resolution. Way too unresponsive.

So I’ve just about paid out my @optus contract, less than $30 owing, any recommendations for a new service provider? There is no way I am committing to direct debit when I have never been late with a payment. You are not taking my ability to manage my finances on my own Optus.

@Optus Yea, I contacted in app support on the 4th of February and many times since. They are unable to help. I try to explain that the issue arose due to a change at Optus Sport end. The last advice was that it doesn't work because of my Nvidia Shield, it's been working for 18 months.
