    @TheGladiatorHC I remember in my late teens I asked Dad to buy $1k in Optus shares on his account with a full service broker (I didn’t have an account then). He goes I can’t do that they will laugh at me. He probably didn’t realise but I felt so small 😂

    Never been more happy to see a text from Optus. We got told that we finally got accepted for the new service, just gotta wait for the modem/router to come in and I'll be back. ******* FINALLY 😂😂

    @Optus Yeah, nope. That is a pathetic attempt of a canned answer. The appointment is stated as the tech will arrive between 0800 and 1200. That is a trash system and I, the paying customer, demand you do better.

    @mesterman @Telstra @mesterman we are having the exact same experience with @Optus! Unbelieveably poor service/communication on their part and might resort to ombudsman too.
