@Optus Hi Aman, I've gone in circles negotiating with Optus on social media, PM, E-Mail, Phone Calls, Store Visits. I've had dozens of CRT tickets raised. @Optus refuses to help me, nor respond to the TIO in a timely fashion... Please ask Ms. Kahla Bowdidge (?) about this matter...?

@Jane_L_Kennedy @Telstra And of course he believed it, afterall, the people at telstra told him the NBN called. 6 hours they kept him on the phone and ended up costing my dad $19,000. Absolutely ridiculous and when he called telstra, they didn't give a ****. Switched to optus. Safer /3

@Telstra Why after "upgrading" Wadalba is there ZERO data and minimal mobile reception at Kanwal medical facility and Wyong Hospital? It's pretty bad considering people here need mobile service at all times. Please look into this. Vodafone and Optus reception is fine

@Optus @Abinandan16 This is actually able to be controlled by service providers. They have a law that disallowed this in the USA and the service providers have stopped spoofing. It’s a choice not to stop it, basically.

@Optus have we got mobile technical issues in the #coburg area? My mobile coverage is terrible and at some points I have nothing.
