    @Telstra Your customer service is appalling. Not ONE of your so called representatives has helped me at all. Do any staff in-store even call back? Of course not. What a joke. I'll be leaving when my contract’s up & moving to Optus. And I'm supposedly a ‘gold’ customer. LOL.

    my @optus 5g still cactus, with the their network status map saying the “planned work” in my area is now going to 10 may (since 23 march), with some disruptions to service (actually no service). wouldn’t have wasted my time with this home 5g crap had i known it’d be like this.

    @theKoala_Man @Telstra I've spent an awful lot of money with Telstra over the years and only cancelled my last service with them 3 months ago. On the upside, Optus is over $30 a month cheaper for more data and the same phone

    @1Swinging_Voter anzac day was a problem for McGowan because he Oked full capacity at Optus for the footy but not at Anzac Day celebrations- the #lockdown couldn't have come at a better time- and he has thrown the hospitality/travel industries under the bus
