    @ShitFuckery1 I’m already dealing with the ombudsman over Optus. They are supposed to contact me to sort it out. Not heard a peep for months—they obviously don’t give a ****!! @Optus Big business is busy ripping of their corporate clientele because they in turn rip off us, the little people.

    @dodo How do I report our company website as being SAFE to Optus? We had an issue a few weeks ago and all problems have been resolved. It is now 100% clean as indicated by Google & 90+ Virus Security Site checkers. It's still being blocked by Optus / Costing us $10-15K a week!

    trying to set up a conference call - but @Optus hung up on them after keeping them waiting ages. @Optus assured an email would be sent to fix it, but in news that will surprise nobody, least of all me and my daughter, it’s still in limbo.

    @Optus why is it so hard to talk to a human? 14 days no internet! This is unacceptable! Calling and messaging with no help! I call and I get disconnected? I message and I am constantly repeating myself… I have a case manager I cannot get a response from!
