Nothing like spending your spare time in an @Optus store because the customer service call centre are so inefficient & haven’t cancelled two numbers, one dating back to October 2017, despite being asked to on more than 2 occasions. $120 p/m charges need to be reimbursed, too.

@timburrowes Most email services that Optus would be using or have the ability to use can easily handle that volume of emails. Amazon Web Services sells SES (Simple Email Service) that is very cheap and scales considerably.

So, @Optus put up my phone bill because 'inflation', but has done nothing about my complaint about having no coverage many times over the past 4 months. I guess it's back to @Telstra for me, but I don't hold out much hope it will be better. Duopolies suck.

Just spoke with family in Tuross Heads. Tuross is unaffected apart from smoke. Connectivity available on the Telstra network (but not optus). Power just turned on at 2am this morning. Water is on and working. #SouthCoastFires #BushfireEmergency #tuross

When I (and others) needed to speak to my husband I (we) couldn’t. 3 weeks of him going to and from stores and calling on another phone to get this fixed. They cut off his number due to a “technical error.” Still causing problems. New number.

@Optus Your Auto-Bill feature is utterly broken. Every and any link to try to make it work results in broken URL. Optus customers agree this is a common issue. You are a tech company at heart. This is unacceptable. Some would argue negligence. You should fix this ASAP. Thanks.
