Just spoke with family in Tuross Heads. Tuross is unaffected apart from smoke. Connectivity available on the Telstra network (but not optus). Power just turned on at 2am this morning. Water is on and working. #SouthCoastFires #BushfireEmergency #tuross

So, @Optus put up my phone bill because 'inflation', but has done nothing about my complaint about having no coverage many times over the past 4 months. I guess it's back to @Telstra for me, but I don't hold out much hope it will be better. Duopolies suck.

@Haydztweets @Jacko_GFreak @Telstra @Optus @iiNet Well no, some POIs have a higher capacity then others and it comes down to if they can actually support the speeds. If you're on a POI that is at almost capacity then the chances of getting higher speeds are limited, which is why people hit that 7pm slowdown.

Nothing like spending your spare time in an @Optus store because the customer service call centre are so inefficient & haven’t cancelled two numbers, one dating back to October 2017, despite being asked to on more than 2 occasions. $120 p/m charges need to be reimbursed, too.

@lavosaurus I was told by @Optus that as an inaugural subscriber I’d have @OptusSport free for life. I know it sounds too good to be true but it wasn’t until I was recently billed for it that I realised they were full of ****. Also, how does a contract increase in price mid-term? SMH.

@thecheese01 @CorbinMiddlemas 11 home games plus a few away at the G. 2 of those 16 have been finals can’t help that. I think teams like Freo need to play more games at the G rather then marvel but Freo for instance have played 13 games at Optus their home stadium just like the G is the Pies

@Itsmyyear2022 I mean, maybe I’m biased, but there truly is nothing like AFL at a packed MCG. I have now been lucky enough to watch a game at almost every stadium (except Optus and Giants). Having said that- have never gone to a Grand Final- fingers crossed for this year 🤞🏽😝

I have somehow got into a loop with @Optus support agent. I would just like to connect my iPad to my phones account for shared data which is a service they offer. They tell me to go to eSIM option and connect an eSIM. I do that and it tells me I have not ordered one yet.
