Nothing like spending your spare time in an @Optus store because the customer service call centre are so inefficient & haven’t cancelled two numbers, one dating back to October 2017, despite being asked to on more than 2 occasions. $120 p/m charges need to be reimbursed, too.

So, @Optus put up my phone bill because 'inflation', but has done nothing about my complaint about having no coverage many times over the past 4 months. I guess it's back to @Telstra for me, but I don't hold out much hope it will be better. Duopolies suck.

@belinduhpyne @Dudebank @Optus Optus really doesn't give a ****, I worked for them in a specialist group for customer service. It lasted a year before they looked at our success and went "let's make them do sales" then of course it fell apar.
