  Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

  @Optus And the session time-out keeps interrupting me when I'm talking to a customer support, I have to log in again after a while. Why is that? Can the product manager explain? The overall experience with Optus apps (Web and mobile) is painful, and a simple request would take days.

In the instance that your Optus modem that does not facilitate 4G back-up, our teams will look to provide interim support such as the Optus Internet Assistance Kit. This can be posted or collect from your nearest Optus store. If you hold an Optus Prepaid or Postpaid Mobile service, please don't hesitate to send through a Direct Message, and we can look to apply some Mobile Data to support using your Mobile as a Wi-Fi hotspot in the interim. - Dillon

  @karavas_alex Nah - not playing at the G becomes a bigger myth. Some clubs don’t play at Optus in a season but maybe expected to play a final there. It’s just a mind set, the more it gets talked about, the bigger the issue , we’ll be fine

  @Zaica71 Hi there, as mentioned by my colleague, this is a built-in safety feature within the phone. Based on the notification, it seems that the change is not permanent and will unblock all numbers for a 2-hour period to ensure that you are reachable by emergency services.   @FrankWCE1992 @kanecornes Are you ****** retarded? We share a home ground with 5 other clubs you spastic. Zero neutrality in it when we play hawthorn or Richmond (even though they are **** at the moment). We would win MORE games as an average team if we had an Optus Stadium advantage.
