Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@ajp192 @SkySports @btsport Never happens on Optus. They show the banners every game and Tbf I’ve heard the commentators talk about the protest and stuff too. Australia’s too far of a reach for the scum to get their hands on.

@IanSamuels3 That's not the NBN then, paid WiFi dongle is perhaps with a network like Telstra or Optus. I get the NBN through a private company, it is 50 Mbps and limitless downloads, for $53.50/mth. Then you can see more than WIN, I see the world load of programs.

Tell me WHY @Optus refuses to acknowledge that I paid off $369.18 to pay off my iPad and insists on charging me $123.06 for the next 3 months even though I paid it off. The live chat is insanely slow and doesn’t understand that they’ve double billed me

Can someone explain to me how the feature game of Optus Sports Goal Rush is the game between 11th and 14th (Chelsea vs Wolves) , instead of the game between 4th 9th (Newcastle vs Brentford) or 5th and 6th (Spurs vs Brighton). @OptusSport wtf??? Stop doing this ****.

@Telstra Seeing as I can not get onto the outages page consider this my report of an issue in the Cotton Tree area near Maroochydore Qld. It's frustrating when #Optus has better service than @Telstra and I have important business tasks to get done.
