Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@NortonSupport I did told the official support number was a scam. Ok I thought I was protected. I called this number several times Jeff Eva claimed to be Morton official employees. Remoted in 3 rimes. OK claimed PC infected OPTUS MEDIBANK virus pay $8000 before we fix. Not happy CLASS ACTION

I always think Optus Stadium looks like it's been wrapped in a garbage bag and only half the bag has been torn off #AUSvWI

I was one of the panellists at Biometrics Institute’s discussion day. Public trust in major companies privacy protection has never been more important after Optus, Medibank Private and a lot more dropped the ball

@Optus There is no way in hell I'm sharing my personal data with you or anyone else. Your digital ID is a breach of privacy, I did not sign up for this, therefore all of my accouts with you will be closed down immediately.

@lesstenny Medibank and Optus may as well copy all of the customer data extracted and post it on their own public websites. Why not let people see their own data in clear view, the same way that the lowlife inhabiting the dark web can? It would hardly worsen the data breach.

@Marc_J_F1 @Optus Yep, since I would never get extra charges, I’d just BPAY half my bill every fortnight and everything was rosy. Now you have to worry about making sure it’s there on really inconvenient times

@007phantom69 @AlboMP Hasn't ended everywhere my friend. Far from it. A friend couldn't facilitate a course designed to help stressed Optus employees because she is unvaxxed and couldn't enter the building. Science!!!!

@Optus I bought a phone 40 days ago. I have no contact with Optus. Optus has locked the IMEI on my phone and are demanding $80 EXTORTION fee in order to unlock it according to Cynthia from anti-customer service! Optus may have a contract with the previous owner but not with me.
