    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    Wow @Optus never late with a bill the whole time I have been with you but I can’t get a new phone unless I agree to direct debit? Why? I have never been late with a payment since I’ve been with you lot, way to make your customers not feel valued not.

    Some good letters in this morning’s @smh about @Optus hiring Berejiklian. Optus, it doesn’t inspire confidence that you hire s’one who is still under assessment by ICAC; s’one comfortable with the (legal but) disgustingly unethical pork barrelling. Bad memory in ICAC hearings too

    @Telstra You get paid to say that but your network is dog shite everywhere. My phone is fine, the problem is you. Most stupid and common response from you. I put an optus sim in the same location and got 55 mbps when i got 3 mbps on yours. Give me a reason why i should pay more?

    @Optus Absolutely disappointed 4hours and 82 messages with Optus today they said they would waive all fees for devices and service if I send them back I agreed on that I have message’s to prove this then it goes to another department and now they will not honour it
