    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @raymond3020 @Optus I received an email last Sat telling me my ID was gone. Got into the back end of my account and it’s the only ID on file. My customer number is also in the range of data stolen. Optus are hopeless. Appalling communication given the high levels of anxiety they’ve caused.

    @joshgnosis I’m an Optus customer and still haven’t heard anything from them. I would have thought their first priority should be to contact their customers and let them know if their data has been compromised before embarking on a PR campaign. Completely unimpressed.

    @joshgnosis Since their original email saying my licence and passport info was leaked, not a word since. No sms as per their website, nothing. 17 years an Optus customer and I’m looking at moving providers now. #OptusDataBreach #optusfail

    Be wary of people 'reaching out' to offer help in relation to optus hack. Huge warning signs include new accounts, no followers, a dozen tweets, no reliable history to check. Dodgy as, don't trust them

    @luciedigitalni What misogynistic clap trap ! Lots of male CEO s have alternate director ships ! Optus was the target of a criminal investigation that committed a crime ! I fail to understand how the minister or the media know the security settings of Optus - sheer speculation !
