  Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

  @noplaceforsheep We were with Optus for over 15 years. Then they decided that they were pulling out of our area. Bad luck to us. Still after another 15 years trying to sort out random accounts. Baaaaaaaastards.

  @Optus Cut off from 3 customer service reps after ID forms DONT load and never do on multiple browsers even after clearing cache and deleting cookies. Your system sucks for online users and needs a severe overhaul. Previously able to receive a text to verify ID no longer existent

  @jnj_pro Hey, J. Customers who log in using email & password also need to perform Multi-factor authentication (MFA). We recommend enabling biometrics in the My Optus App for a faster and secure login, where no extra codes are required. From the 1st of Jan 2026, no conversation history will be stored/available in the My Optus app or My Account online. We understand that this change is a pain point for you, and we've flagged this as feedback for the relevant teams to review. - Dillon

  Always who loss has more planning than winning team so be prepared for a heavy fight which freo have never seen in 2026 80% optus stadium games went favourable so now is the real challenge first time in 2026 @freodockers

  Frederick must be dropped.totally this is a loss no problem but totally freo has been exposed too weak outside optus i dont know why afl made fixture 16 to 18 games in optus stadium so u didn't find ur weakness all year @freodockers
