Grant Dewberry (@BigunitGrant) reported from Hervey Bay, QueenslandDear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

Joseph (@josephinvesting) reportedIn what they claim is a world first, $NOK and Optus used a robot dog to measure mobile coverage and design 6G networks. They also conducted a 6 GHz spectrum trial, in which a user could download a 2 hour HD movie in just a few seconds, or support over 140 simultaneous 4k video streams.
-
Anoop Z (@anupelectro) reported@KobieThatcher It is same with Telstra Optus and Vodafone. Network monitoring is also done from India.
-
A T (@AJT2010) reported@lozturnner Why would you want to hand out Bibles? If you tried to hand me a Bible outside Optus on Bourke Street, I would be offended, and harass you until you left the space. What ******** do you know about IRAN? I find YOU strange
-
Satoshi Goy (@satoshigoy) reportedThe fact that the emergency AusAlert didn’t reach Optus customers who had no Optus coverage, despite Telstra towers being available, is absurd. An emergency warning system should use any available network to deliver life-saving alerts—not fail because your own carrier is down. In a disaster, network loyalty shouldn’t determine who gets warned. This needs to be fixed before the next emergency.

Munkeh ♀️🇦🇺 (@munkehsoup) reportedI ******* HATE OPTUS AND THEIR OUTSOURCED "CUSTOMER SERVICE" SO ******* MUCH. Talk about ******* unintelligible ******* morons. **** you Optus! Eat my ******* arse!
-
Ross Vallance (@ross_vallance) reported@blu_boys @Optus If you bank with commonwealth they have a deal with more. It uses the Telstra network, usually 25% off with an already well priced plan.
-
J Labs (@jnj_pro) reported@Optus And the session time-out keeps interrupting me when I'm talking to a customer support, I have to log in again after a while. Why is that? Can the product manager explain? The overall experience with Optus apps (Web and mobile) is painful, and a simple request would take days.

rach (@rachael18536941) reported@6bretto9 I’m worried hawks won’t go deep in the finals as the first game for us if we stay 4th we have to play Freo at Optus and that sucks
-
Dane Trethowan (@grtdane) reported@ellensandell Poor demented greens, Telstra, Optus etc have had Data Centers around the place for years.

ARENA 🇦🇺 (@PlayAtArena) reportedOkay, why's there suddenly a wave of people online saying they DIDN'T get the AusAlert? The Conspiracy grows... was this targeted? who did they target and why? SUS ON RED. Doesn't help that ******* Optus has such a **** tower here. It's RIGHT THERE OPTUS! I see it from my house!
