  Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

  @JohnTheMaestro @Telstra No service australia wideThey are the qantas of communications in Aus. They own all infrastucture and lines, they just rent them out to Optus and other providers. Ive been telstra for 25 years, this is largest ive expereinced in that 25 years, not too bad.

  @VoteLewko @Starlink And look who is confusing satellite internet with mobile phone services. Starlink is looking at reselling Optus mobile coverage as Starlink. Not using satellite phone service. It’s written in the article.

  @Kate3015 Remember 18 Sept 2025 when Optus had a 000 outage because no one though to make some test calls to ensure the service was working after an upgrade? Doing a test is basic common sense.

  @SkyNewsAust CEO return won't fix the problem - the Engineers are the important focus group whose expertise is critical to restore services [certainly earning their annual salary now -bonuses? "poof!" One imagines Optus satellite services in hot demand

  @pceebee23 @LayaboutSi @Telstra They very much are. All vline trains are down. Metro uses Optus so they are fine.
