  Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

  @blu_boys @Optus My email provider put their cost up by 50%. I submitted a complaint to the Ombudsman and Consumer Protection. Best they could suggest is to change providers. Have they even tried changing an email address?

  @blu_boys @Optus We had to call the call centre to clarify the new plans. It was an appallingly bad experience. Now.... the 5 of us are considering what we do.

Can you please ensure both the app and your device have been updated to the latest available software?   @blu_boys @Optus Go Aldi...roll over data, plans from $23, Telstra network, and currently double data on some plans for 6months if you start up before the end of September 2026.
