    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @geoffswan @NBNCo @Optus So frustrating. They read from a script and don't understand a thing. Highlight was them telling me they'd detected a problem with my WiFi on the modem. But all the connections are hard wired ethernet, I don't even use the WiFi on their modem, sigh.

    Hey @Optus is it your general practice to disconnect someone's NBN service and then be unhelpful in trying to find out why it was done?

    @Optus I'm not able to login to the mobile app. I have reset my password plenty of times and still not working

    @foxystorm Hey Foxy, that's odd. If you could please make sure that you have the new version of the app and make sure that your handset's software was up to date - that should help. The newer version of the Optus App is more compatible with the latest iOs/ android system -Quade

    @Sharon92268823 @KateEmerson88 I've never bothered with NBN as i used to pre Covid be online a lot outside. Moved and Telstra keeps dropping out here, Optus rarely. In problem areas will 5G solve this or just be dearer?

    @Optus I have already fulfilled all the requirements required of your company. I should not have to massively inconvenience myself to fix your mistake. Optus has all the information/evidence needed to fix the problem.

    @alexanderdanilo @NBNCo @Optus I had a similar problem where the ntd and all connections would drop out daily at 5am. After three months of educating nbn and Telstra they finally fixed it up in the Townsville data centre that was killing all leases at the same time. Garbage network!

    Imagine ending up with a TIO complaint over something so small that Optus just kept making bigger.
