    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @misullivan @Optus Apparently you also can no longer pay with direct debit for new plans...unless that account has a card attached to it. Now have to transfer funds from my Bill Account to a Credit Card I never use just to be able to get a new phone plan.

    @pm4pmIV @Optus They absolutely are. Sorry for your loss - I advise from the same recent experience - lost my step dad on New Year’s Day, but he was my dad in every way. If you’ve got his number and can cover two factor authentication the aldi solution is ideal. Optus dealt with!

    @Optus network outage all week where we can’t use internet at home. I work from home and i can’t even make phone calls or connect to the internet. Can you provide an update? I understand there may be service distributions but a whole week of unusable internet is just insane!
