Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@Optus Yes - that’s what your Bots said as well. However they confirmed that there wasn’t an issue with the network - the issue was my phone number. I’d love to take this to a DM but nothing is getting done privately.

@Optus Hi Quade, thanks for the reply. I completely understand the rules regarding discussing it publicly To be honest, it seems to be an ongoing issue and as nothing has been fixed after all of this time, it's probably best she just log a complaint with the TIO.

@OptusSport @OptusTv #optus What a heap of $#!t OptusTV EPL is having disabled the basic features of a 1980s VHS recorder in that you cannot rewind without being thrown back to the adverts at the start, & WTF are we paying our subscription for if we are forced to view the ads?

@GrousestDad I can only imagine It’s incredible the highs and lows you go through. I remember watching Chelsea’s shootout against Frankfurt on the train to the city a few years ago people thought I was nuts. Worst part Optus kept on lagging. I really hope they get up would be a fairytale

@Wittyfan @Optus Hey mate, how are things at your end? My partner is still having the same issue. She can't send SMS longer than one standard message (as it never gets received by the receiver) and MMS messages are still delayed.

@Optus Its past 8am and your auto comment on phone claims you are closed and cuts call. Same thing last night at 7pm. But you falsely advertise that between 7am and 8pm weekdays you are available for help calls
