Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@Optus @alexspring Hi Optus staff, I'm really sorry that you take the brunt of this. But what I've found in dealing with Optus over the last few months is that you're great and quick with fulsome apologies, less good with any actual fixing of problems. Please pass this on to your managers

@Optus perhaps you need to consider changing the message on your "Optus Assistant" service as I've been waiting 35 minutes & all I'm getting is crickets. Nothing "instant" here. I've had issues with Optus service in the past but poor service mixed with incompetent IT systems....

@Cutter_the_1st @Optus Um yes.... licences in WA do not have any other numbers apart from licence number issue and expiry dates and birthdate.

@lizinhas9000 @signalapp Nah, I’ll stay. We need people to fight for privacy. I’ll just get iMessage and SMS (so, Android to iPhone) users to convert to Signal. Surely something good will come out of the Optus hack. Something to improve privacy, hopefully.

@CraigHill01 But Optus is very sorry. Yes, sorry again. Did I say sorry? Yes, sorry I did. Shocking not a single fine and not a single person has stepped down at Optus over this scandal. They are not sorry.

@Optus I’ve just been on the phone trying to solve the problem of a prepaid phone bought from @Kmart Clarkson which was bought 23.09 but has never held battery charge. Even when plugged in it drains battery. But can’t get my money back for the useless rubbish Optus x start 3! …

Pathetic @Optus is now doing the ol’ government approach of announcing a review into their botched data security while customers continue to suffer and are forced to pay their bills for garbage. Little comfort Unless you’re some Deloitte staffer who will make $$ from the review

@steenslaytonatr @Optus @Rita_Saffioti Gotcha, I misunderstood! Never noticed that number before! I guess that is one good thing, but as you say I've never been asked for it either!

Optus's message to everyone about license v card number is bizarre. Lots of people now thinking that was the only thing that was released. It also reads as though the license number isn't the part that matters? How is their handling of this still so, so bad?

.... management is becoming a "bridge too far". Oh yes, there will be another Telecommunications Ombudsman complaint & an official complaint to my Federal MP & the Communications Minister. Optus, you are clearing taking the P15S out of customers with this rubbish "service".
