    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @FreoPope @superfooty How does the Collingwood situation affect you? Fremantle have nothing to do with the MCGand either do West Coast. You mob can't even fill Optus in a 2 team sports mad state. I have stated I have no issues about Richmond complaing. Their supporters show up. The others don't.

    @kelly_ques @Chuckles152 Who are you with? We love Telstra but just too expensive so we’re with Voda. Never had an issue with them. Optus was rubbish. Couldn’t even get one bar of reception.

    Hey @optus I can’t receive calls from anyone on your service. @telstra say you need to fix the issue and it has been sitting with you for a week. I’d love to talk to your customers. Any chance you could sort this out?

    @Optus your NBN connection is down from this morning and all your customer service bot is telling me is to restart the modem and “experts I am trying to reach is not available today “. Such a poor customer experience.

    @bohdia @TomWilliamsPol Money is already a problem as it is. And no to Optus. We really need to be moving away from even contemplating those sorts of grounds because its detrimental to the viewing experience for anyone that attends. WSW at the showground stadium was a prime example of that.
