    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @Optus 8 different support staff over 4 days, and you still can’t fix my 1.5mbps throttled data issue despite having over 230gb of available data! I’m beginning to regret being a business customer with you!!!

    @sezzoooooooooo @Optus @amaysimAU Amaysim have fantastic data plans. BYO phone and use Optus network. I have all four of my families phones on same bill

    @Optus Have done both of those have also tried to pair it again and have reset the booster multiple times to try and fix it

    @optus when will you finally finish fixing mobile phone tower in Ridgewood area? Internet has been slow for weeks and this week it’s impossible to log onto anything. Not getting much connection for our monthly payment at the moment.
