    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @macsween_prue @Optus Even worse. While it's a good thing my family, as customers, haven't heard anything(means our info hasn't been hacked), as a customer it is appalling we have had zero contact from optus. Nothing.

    @Optus Hi, our optus modem router has stopped sending wifi. I have a cable connection from computer that works but there is no wifi signal available for laptops and phones. Please help.

    @MichaelKorjen @trevorlong @Optus It's got "it was personal" all over it, and I just can't imagine Optus in 2022 would leave themselves that open but if they Did everyone from the CEO down should resign immediately.

    @Natasha57932694 Yes. I’m livid about it as an Optus Customer. I do however think it’s possible they’ve been selling our details for years, given the amount of unsolicited phishing/spam I’ve been getting on my email & phone the past 4-5 years😕

    In a sign that idiocy isn’t confined to @circleslifeAU or @Optus - Vodafone Credit refused to allow a fifth sim only service without me waiting three months. This is despite the combined plan being just $180 a month and they’d approved me for 3400 device credit 🤯

    @RonaldB93378022 @LNPvoterfail It's a **** show atm thanks to @Optus. I've been on hold to many institutions this week & they r all under the pump due to the data breach. I feel sorry for all call centre staff in Australia, I bet the last week was hellish for them.

    @ozspark1 @PORTABLEAIRSYD Maybe Optus did pay up but conveniently the scammers had chicken feet and decided to abandon the ransom claim due to too much heat on them. Makes perfect sense🤔 You can never admit to paying a ransom as that would create much bigger potential problems💡
