    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @JustSaying8888 Amaysim have a 4 Gig unlimited call plan for $10 per month. They use the Optus network and it works well for me, but I'm not doing any extensive regional travel. They have reasonable on shore phone support and competent chat problem resolution.

    While hearing submissions from Boost, Justice Thawley summarises that Boost is suggesting that it would have been "commercially naive not to have considered this issue before taking the steps that they (Optus) did” #BoostVOptus

    So @Optus still hasn’t solved my @OptusSport subscription problem. That’s despite providing their online chat with a plethora of detail. They really do suck. They just keep beginning the case anew and asking me to explain the problem

    @DavidKehoe10 NCP=Competitive tendering public service. Disaster. It cut back funds to services that it didn’t value and left PS workers to work harder to fill the gaps. Process= Aus Post corporatised. Optus created as a Telecom competitor and later Telecom became Telstra privatised by Howard.

    @OptusSport Optus should be ashamed charging the prices they do to there own customers to provide an inadequate service. The stream completely stopped on my tv and my phone. Utter rubbish.
