    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @_FredMackay yeah thats totally fair, their mobile service is pretty damn good in my experience! What do you use now for ISP/recommend? I used to be with TPG but they were AWFUL and for the most part Optus service has been really good for me since the switch

    @BizarroLongy I was with Optus for 20 years and have honestly had maybe 1 bad experience with them, which was quickly rectified, but only with mobile. I'd never go with them for home internet, not even if they paid me. Their technical support extends to mobile and not much further.

    Switched from Optus to @BelongAU - So seamless and quick to set up (they send you your SIM card for free, before even activating your plan) - $25 / month for 20GB including unlimited data banking - Uses Telstra network Big fan.

    @Optus does you main tower at rydalmere have a battery/power backup after the major blackout the other night i was unable to make any calls to @endeavourenergy especially since ive got life support products

    Alright, good ISPs for the Illawarra? My current provider has closed and bumped me onto someone else, and now I only get 1/3 of the speed I was getting before. I have NBN, but the **** NBN, I dont have FTTP. Not touching TPG or Optus, so dont even recommend them.

    @Optus Thankyou Mitch, that actually solved my issue! I used private browsing on Firefox instead of Chrome and I was able to load the PDFs. I appreciate your time

    @OptusSport Yes would’ve been even more enjoyable if we could actually see what is happening in these games. Your streaming service is a joke optus. Bombard us with ads on a paid service and then run it on a 480p quality that would have been terrible 10 years ago. Hope the ACCC do something.

    @BizarroLongy I have the same beef with Optus customer services insistence of trying to shoo you off to the machine every step possible. Honestly chatgpt could've done a better job and been more polite about it too

    @Fezkat777 100% they would. Scorchers had no issue selling out Optus, Aussies couldn’t get anyone to go
