    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @CharlizeTheroff so the problem os not the My Govt site nor the lack of a TFN. Yor secret questions should have gained you accesss. O am confused as the why you did not retain the phone number. FOR EXAMPLE Even changing from telstra to optus you can keep the same number

    @shaunjroberts Hi Shaun, there is no reported fault with the Optus app at the moment. Is it only the chat part not working or nothing in the app is working? You mentioned the internet is down, I assume this is your home internet (NBN)? Kartik

    Yeah if anyone is swapping providers, don’t go to optus. Internet has been down for 3 days. No warning or anything

    In other news, we're preparing to move into a new office. In an area owned by Telstra Velocity. And the most they could offer (despite there being FTTP installed) is 80Mbps down and 5Mbps up. In 2021. I bought an @Optus 5G modem and... it's astoundingly good.

    @NBN_Australia It went back to normal after an hour or so, and so did the Optus data. So some shared resource must have been broken.

    Is anyone having issues with @Optus NBN? I recently moved and I was told it would be on the day I moved and it wasn’t. I was told last night it’ll take time cause of all the new customers and relocations. The reception is really bad so I can barely use my own data. #Optus

    @Optus is there an issue with mobile internet ? 24 hours have not had and have to use hotel wifi but will be leaving soon for drive home what am I supposed to do then ?? Fix it ! It’s a safety issue

    @optus ask you to contact them to resolve an issue, then give you the exact same response which caused the issue in the first place. Time to leave Optus. An absolute joke. #AvoidOptus

    @SquiggleAFL @MatterOfStats There’s no way West Coast v Port only draws 49K under normal circumstances. Lowest crowd at Optus pre-Covid was against a terrible suns team in 2019 and I think that got 48K.
