Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

I haven't whinged in a while, but ***$ me, @Optus your mobile app is terrible, the chat service while I'm trying to seek help constantly loses connection, and I'm kicked out and back in the queue. ahahahahahahahaha

@basrene Hey there, sorry to hear your having MMS problems. We're aware of a issue that was affecting MMS's between Optus & those on other carriers. A fix has been applied and should be resolved in 24 hours. If not, please DM us and we will investigate your account further -Mary

@Optus I need to be able to rely on my internet to do what I do and for the past year you've repeatedly demonstrated that you have little interest in ensuring that's possible. The continual failure to do what you've repeatedly promised has left me disillusioned. Fix this.

@Optus Trying to reach you for the NBN service you provided to me in Esperance, Western Australia. Basically it's worse than 3G service. Also your customer support kept talking about other things than fixing the issues.
