Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@Optus I raised a case to sort out my internet speed issue. Now my internet is not work and the case manage hasn't even contacted me to sort my issue. Really poor service you are providing. When I contact you on the phone you say only case manager can help.

@9NewsPerth @alexiapesce Maybe they should conduct random testing at the football?! Why aren't they doing that? Oh that's right...it's making @MarkMcGowanMP too much MONEY. You'd had to shut down Optus stadium within 5 minutes if they did this at the footy.

Don't ask me to use the wonderful Yes @optus app. I was transferred to 5 different people the other night after they prematurely disconnected my internet service.
