Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@Optus With all due respect George, part of the customer service would be for you to tell me if there's an outage. I clicked on the link and it tells me there's 4G coverage. However, it doesn't show if there's an outage. PLS help me. I cannot work without stable internet. Thx

@voltagex @Optus Yeah this is a scourge. I have reported five scam callers this fortnight alone. Reported to ACCC/ScamWatch, reported to ACMA. Carrier networks and ACMA need some ***** to unfuck some ****.
