Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@Optus Hi Gabby I’ve spent too much time talking to Optus already. If the outage hasn’t been resolved yet I’d really like to know the best way to switch providers.

@MayneReport Proxy advisors, investors. lol. Optus are owned by the Singapore government. Why are you 'jounalists' so averse to contextualising this? Ie. that an essential service is owned by a foreign authoritarian regime? Never mentioned by any media outlet. Not one. Ever. Why is that?

Optus are refusing to reimburse customers who have replaced id documents after Optus allowed hackers to steal personal information. What are you doing to fix this and hold Optus to account, as they clearly don't care about customers! @ClareONeilMP @AlboMP #auspol @MRowlandMP

@VodafoneAU you seriously have no idea how to look after customers. Absolutely hopeless. I'm paying for a service that doesn't work....repeatedly. My work depends on you delivering a service that I pay for, incredibly bad and disappointing. Checking Optus and Tesltra options 😞

Well #optus and #medibank have had problems. I wonder how safe #halaxy is. They wanted my credit card number for my health practitioner, but I wouldn’t give it to them. Seeing what’s happening now, I’m really glad I made that decision.
