  Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

  @ProudLeftyHatr @AustralianCelt @SkyNewsAust Petal, those flights have been checked and passed by the parliamentary office. She had other flights booked, they were cancelled as Wells dealt with the Optus fall out. Last minute flights were secured. Acting like this has never happened before is just pathetic. Born yesterday?

When it comes to reception, Optus is constantly upgrading our network to provide better coverage. However, multiple factors can affect this, such as your hardware capabilities, software update, the building materials used in your home, and other signal blocking objects in your area. I have also checked your address from our end, and it looks like we haven't had any reported mobile network issues in this area.   @eevblog Maybe Optus doesn't want you to leave and stop paying them, even if they are related to the network? I can only assume here that Dodo is less expensive than Optus, and that is the reason for you wanting to migrate.

  Holy f*uck trying to get an Optus data SIM was a nightmare. The usual system at Harvey Norman wouldn't work, no one could figure out why, had to call Optus support and do it manually. And I had to bend over and get privacy rubber glove, credit check the whole works.
