    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @tim_blee You would think that if you relied on the mobile network to receive payments then you would have a backup should the particular network fail. Maybe have an Optus or Vodafone SIM card handy or re-route your payment system to the NBN? No sympathy for unprepared businesses.

    @Kate3015 Remember 18 Sept 2025 when Optus had a 000 outage because no one though to make some test calls to ensure the service was working after an upgrade? Doing a test is basic common sense.

    Just got a call from @Optus the bloke told me @NBN_Australia has suffered an outage. He couldnt say how long the outage will last
