Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

Am I the only one who doesn't give a **** about Premier League starting? The online toxicity from its fans is beyond stupid and it has really turned me off it, then Optus increasing prices was the nail in the coffin. Keen to sleep well this year.

@Optus so im getting charged extra for a service im not getting? wasn't the whole point of increasing prices to provide a better service (HD). im still getting the same service as last season. i don't use optus sport on mobile or tablet.
