  Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

  @KalliopiOlympou Hi Weerona, so that we are on the same page, are you facing issues with your Optus home internet connection or streaming the match in general? As we are not broadcasting the FIFA World cup anymore. We don't have the broadcasting rights. If your internet is working fine and it is a streaming issue then you will have to contact SBS or the broadcaster.   Hey @Optus how is it that I cannot pay you MORE money to add a device to my plan because of a "contract limitation" I was never told about to begin with. Worst customer experience I've ever had, will be cancelling all my services as will my friends and family.

  @FranMooMoo @diggerdeegs I left Optus about 12mths ago and joined Starlink... should have done well before. Love Starlink and have an Aldi mobile plan... Will there in an instant if Starlink start a mobile phone service.
