Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@Optus Your Sydney CBD store is saying that it is compulsory to direct debit bills for mobile only plans. I've been a customer for over 20 years, never missed a bill. This is news to me!

@optus I was on your 24/7 "messaging" for the past half an hour and all I got was someone asking me pretty much a stupid question!!!! Then nothing!!! I am overseas and have been waiting for a customer service rep for 7 minutes and paying for the call. Have you been HACKED

I haven't been an #Optus customer in almost a decade, but today I got a letter in the mail telling me they'd let someone steal my personal data. Why do you need to keep my personal details for so long, @Optus? Once I leave your service, it should all be deleted.
