Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@AleaguesCentral Side point: would be nice if all football was on one service and we had a true ‘home of football’. FA Cup, Australia Cup and a-league on paramount, Champions league on Stan, epl on Optus and carabao cup plus other major leagues on Kayo.

@Optus Have sent me a message telling me “good news” they are upgrading my 5G coverage and my internet will be down for a day a total of 10 times since July 2021. A total service interruption period tally of 38 days in 9 months where service has been interrupted. Farce. #Optus

@Optus . Worst customer service ever. Called Tech support on 10 th March. Two appointments where the technician failed to arrive. Problem still not fixed, and we have to wait for our case manager to call on the 28th March. Telecommunications Ombudsman will be contacted.
