Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

What a fail @Optus. I wanted to upgrade my phone months ago but you wanted $600 to buy out the lease agreement. Then two months ago you charge me that anyway and don’t send a notification. Which leaves my account overdue then you cut off both my NBN and mobile? Wtf!

@Optus I have been having on and off reception problems in Bruthen 3885 for about a month now. I can text but no calls in or out I have checked the local tower and it shows working OK. If I drive into Bairnsdale everything works OK

@Optus I have been experiencing slow speeds and drop outs all day. It took me over an hour to attach a document to an email and then another 30 minutes for it to send. My download speed seems fine most of the time but my upload is 0.03.

@summerscope This reminds me of the time when I wanted to close my @Optus account. Had a really bad experience before when I wanted transfer my connection. Was very surprised when it was a quick chat and no sales trick to get me to stay with them.

@Optus I’m so sick of your crap mobile broadband and paying money to a crap service provider. Everyday I have problems with this, my TV is constantly stopping and my phone has not been working all day. I’ve spent the whole day resetting the broadband box I’m moving to @telstra

@Optus I'm pretty sure it's just terrible congestion in the area. I've tried a lot of things to solve the performance issue. (I'm an expert at tweaking LTE modems after running on Optus 4G for a couple of years at my previous house) I'll DM you with my address so you can log it though.
