    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @Optus I want to speak to someone on the phone! We don’t know what the issue is. Rang Optus 4 times. Given a non existing phone number and disconnected twice. Appalling service. We need our internet urgently for work and accessing documents. Why is there no technical support after 5pm?

    Hi @Optus - before upgrading plans I could also see a prepaid service on my account. I just logged in to check on that prepaid service but I can’t see it. How do I add it back?

    @rdr31d Check out the Aldi prices, unlimited calls & text AND the data rolls over each month too. Best mobile plans in the country by a mile. AND it's on the Telstra network so it works out here. Optus & Vodaphone don't

    @Optus has the worst service. I have a payment plan. I made the payments, today my service got cancel and the service customer doesn’t work. Good one

    @Optus your staff member brought up an iPhone deal over the weekend (when I was making an unrelated inquiry) and now I’ve gone to follow it up I’m being told I was never eligible for it and they won’t discuss why I was given wrong information? Like not a great customer focus
