Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I have been with Optus nearly 30 years with no problem, I also ran a Telstra mobile and internet for a while through a business at the same time that was ok but preferred Optus

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU We changed to IINET after years of problems with OPTUS. So far (2 years) not one single issue, better speed and if you do have a problem there is a human on the line.

@FistHound00 @Optus Also in 3174, been having intermittent loss of internet since yesterday. Tried the troubleshooting methods but no avail. The internet would work for ~15 minutes and then drop out completely. Wondering if you're having the same issues. Cheers.
