  Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

  @sueytweets @lainie_york I might pop in to Optus to get a new one but it’s not on the top of my to do list. Apple purposely do this when a contract is finished slow the phone down and battery too.

  And they’re all the same. It’s almost a rule that the bigger they are the worse they are. Telstra, Optus, Qantas, the big banks, Coles, Woolworths. All run by wildly overpaid ‘chief executives’ who would rather wrestle crocodiles than actually encounter a customer. **** ‘em all.

  @whoisDarkPrince Man I hope we can make it to Kyoto. I felt like such an idiot without mobile internet but just assumed Optus would work there. The culture is Japan is just so much better than the West!!!

  @eevblog I have both, NBN service stability is far less than Starlink's, so it is my backup. I could probably push traffic through both, did that with Telstra and Optus cable modems back in the day, but Starlink is so fast I haven't needed to bother.

  @LydiaAmesha Sorry to hear you may be experiencing issues with your Optus internet. If the issue is only persistent whilst viewing the SBS stream, it would most likely be an issue on their end.   I'm currently running a backup SIM in my phone. The number has never been put online, anywhere. And yet I got two spam calls today. That ain't a bot dialing random numbers. The number was recently transferred from Optus to Dodo. My number leaked out somewhere, how?

  @Shaebee22 My weather app says Optus will be pretty cold, 14° down to 11°, big diff from Darwin. Hope our heroes bring the 🔥 Bloody Wharfie Time shits me to tears 😭
