Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

I honestly think over the past 3 months, my phone has had no service more than it's had service. And we're located in the dead centre of Wagga. Would've thought @Optus would have courtesy to notify customers of outages. #optus #optout

@Optus Please have your 3rd service @gomoau accept ID Verifications for those who don't drive and travel to other countries. You accept Keypass, Proof of Age Card, Medicare Card and Credit/Debit Card I was wondering why the Gomo doesn't have the same ID Verification system?

@Optus It's not an outage issue, it's a coverage problem. It's happened every single day for the last 8 years. Your 3g/4g service doesn't cover the train line between Strathfield and Redfern.

@Optus My bad jack meant group h the one united are in, usually they are up on the optus app pretty quick after the match so was just abit weird, not a big deal jack but fair play mate 10/10 customer service
