Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@Optus Will do. I’ve reached out to webchat many times to follow it up and I’ve still got no reply. I don’t know what else to do other than contact the ombudsman if I can’t get help here.

@Optus Your chat service is still not working, and you never replied to me yesterday. You must be utterly hemorrhaging customers right now, huh?

@GregHackett1 @VicRoads I too received confirmation from VicRoads… up until now I have not been notified by @Optus that my data was not properly secured by them. I was only a customer for 3 days… where do I register for the class action?

I’m convinced that the @Optus online chat “experts” do absolutely nothing when I ask for help. This is the second time someone has told me they have “fixed” my issue but absolutely bugger all was actually done.

@Optus hey when are you guys going to replace your absolutely garbage 4G coverage with 5G in the Maitland area? So glad I got my data leaked for this quality.

@3AW693 So @VicRoads if I was an Optus customer who was told by Optus my license number was stolen (accessed) I do not need to do anything & you will automatically send me a sticker this year and a new license next year! I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

Dear @Optus I haven't been a customer for over SEVEN YEARS. Why the f- did I find out today that you had my driver's licence and now I need a new one. They had better be one hell of a fine and compensation for such a serious breach of privacy.

@Optus I used to be a privacy officer. There is ZERO reason to hold that information of a ex-customer for over two years - let alone over five!
