Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@SharshaDee @VicGovDH Telstra, Optus and Vodafone provided support to the government to be able to sms people. It’s most likely targeted based on your cellular location to which telecom tower your connected to. The government won’t have your number but rather ask for Telstra, Optus and Vodafone to sms

@Optus I have not ordered any service!!!!! We cancelled in October and we want you to stop billing us. Acknowledge!!! We will take this to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman if you persist with this fraudulent attempt to transfer us from our existing provider.
