    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @Telstra Glad you asked Shannon, 2481 Byron Bay, yes surrounded by towns decimated by floods. With the NBN outage it's created a temporary user overload on 4g? Presume need mobile stations deployed to mitigate load. Everyone switching to Optus sims faster service.

    @Optus Why is it that your message chat employees avoid making a case ID that then retains continuity? Each new person on the chat has no concept of the issue and no chat history, and so it begins again - repeatedly. 6 hours today. Optus - The best in broken connections 🙌🏼

    @Optus no nbn here in Eltham VIC all day. What is happening? Please don’t refer me to the network status page. I can see that already. It just says reduced service. It should say No Service.

    @SzilviaVirag There are some forums where you can ask that question like Reddit where people reply back to help out. I'm a bit of a technophob sorry.. But normally people at Optus or Telstra know a lot about those things.

    Good old @Optus. There's a "planned outage" on my location from 03-03-2022 until 15-03-2022. No similar planned outage on my bill. I am surfing off neighbours' internet accounts but can't make or receive phone calls.

    @Optus nbn broadbànd is on and off for the past 5 hours now in Carlingford NSW. On for few minutes then down again. What's going on?

    On Sunday 8th February 2009, I was called to help at the local bushfire relief Centre. Within a couple of hours, Centrelink staff were on the scene handing out cash to bushfire affected people. Telstra and Optus were there on the spot handing out mobile phones...
