Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

Wonder how the Optus customers are going? More than 18 months after some pirate called Service NSW and illegally obtained and changed my licence details to then access various institutions I deal with to steal from me, today Service NSW finally issued me a new licence number.

@Telstra I made the switch to Telstra from Optus - now I have no coverage! As soon as I leave my house and my wifi boom, no service. What the hell?! Seriously Telstra what is going on?! I’m tempted to go back to Optus. None of my info is secure but at least I get great coverage!

I download the eSim on Thursday and waited all day for the connection to be started but didn’t receive any reception. Friday - Spent 2 hours on call with customer service representative but no luck. The guy asked me to go to Optus Retail shop.
