Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@VictorDominello But this two lock system is now back to a one lock system for those thousands of Optus customers who have had there DL leaked?? We have 50% less security thanks to Optus’ stuff up and service nsw unwilling to issue new DL #? 🫤 I’m not reassured!

And all i wanna say is **** @optus. All my accounts with you have now been terminated and never again. The way you dealt with this is bullshit. #OptusHack

The Optus breach illustrates the different views on personal data in the US & Australia. Australians can get a new driver's license number & government is pushing privacy changes to help banks monitor for fraud. T-Mobile breach was a $350m fine and you got credit monitoring

@Optus the wheels have totally fallen off, huh?? Customer service out the window.. no assistance, keep contracts rolling, keep hassling me for bills that should have been cancelled weeks ago. I wonder what @acccgovau would say about it?

Optus is having a sale: if you sign up for any mobile or data service they’ll give you the identity documents of one of their other customers free of charge

@optus I’m starting to regret resigning with your company. Just had the rudest customer service personnel who had no intentions of helping me with my query. 🤬🤬 #NotHappy

@PeterKlages NBN only offer satellite service where we are, near Dorrigo NSW. Average annual rainfall 2 metres, this YTD 2.6 mts, fog days 365 (kidding). Luckily we pick up a 4G Optus signal from 17 kms away, squeezing through the hills and gullies.

Is Optus providing a way for customers to easily identify if they were part of the breach? I was a customer about 15 years ago, how far back are we talking?

@Optus What is the point of selling state of the art phones if you service is so useless it is nothing more than an iPod Touch?
