Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@Jeremy_Kirk @Optus @medibank So basically every reply in here has clearly not actually read what was said. It is outraging just about the ASD having the authority to step in and take charge of a Cyber Incident response by a company if the Incident is deemed to be a national security risk. /1

@Jeremy_Kirk @Optus @medibank User compromise incidents. It was sheer dumb luck the idiots didn't have a major breach, and it took ridiculous levels of convincing to get them to implement various appropriate security measures. Companies will never change unless forced, and Optus and Medibank have /3

@Jeremy_Kirk @Optus @medibank I have been involved in an incident where a certain govt body used it to try and get access to the victims network, helping was secondary. There was a few ugly meeting before we got the information we should have got alot earlier

@Optus This is still definitely not fixed, and now their customer service is probably out of busy-work trouble shooting ideas. We got down to "try the modem in another room".

My internet has been down all morning and I notified @Optus earlier, so now I have to escalate my complaint to you. I've turned the modem off and on, and reset it a hundred times already.

@CarlitosZagal We'll post a clip of some goon they got to talk about it (all pre-prepared), hilarious how they try to #spin it. THis is a commercial issue and we should be slapping the likes of #Optus & #Medibank with MASSIVE eye-watering, *******-shrinking fines.

I only managed to keep "Optus Internet support" busy for 5 mins, playing dumb about them assisting to secure my IP traffic before he hung up on me in frustration. I might see how long I can string them along next time.
