    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @yaakov_h TIO are toothless. After they failed to get traction on an issue for 3 months, I decided to track down the CEO of Optus wholesale personally to fix my problem. After that it was fixed in 36 hours.

    @JennaPrice Optus scammed me with some dodgy 'premium' sms subscription charges, customer service was useless, so I bought Twitter ads and set the location to their corp office in Macquarie Park.

    @Optus @ItsMeJoeyG Half of Victoria is power cycling their modems. I'm not sure that's going to fix a network-wide issue.

    @Optus I also have many issues with my NBN through you guys right now. Yes, I have also tried powercycling my router many times. I am in Ballarat, Victoria.
