Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@OptusSport All your site ever does is continuously buffer, genuinely awful servers. I have no issues with my internet or anything else I stream, only Optus is ever an issue

Optus admit they need to communicate better with there customers after the breach of customer data. They did this by running a print media one page spread 🤪 Seems more like PR then actual actions

As a former @Optus customer, some of my details were stolen by hackers. @abcnews advised to sign up for a free credit check report. 0 of the 3 recommended companies list my mortgage in the report. My MORTGAGE! That I've had for 9 years, and that is still active...

@Optus I'm overseas. I need to add the roaming package to my mobile, but the app errors out, the website doesn't have the option to do this. The chat in the app shows an error and doesn't load and the web chat also doesn't work. Can you help?
