Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

I hear everyone complain about Optus Sport prices just switch to Optus as your network. Telstra, Optus same thing tbh so just switch and save $100s of dollars

@Optus Where is HD streams for EPL on Optus Sport? You announced 1080p streams as part of the price increase few months ago yet I can only watch in ancient 720p quality on my PC browser. How embarrassing that a $25 p/m streaming service can't provide 1080p in 2022. Pathetic.

@7plus Why is 7plus the worst streaming app in existance. I can stream netflix, disney+, stan, optus, kayo, and all the other catch up streaming services on any device - TV app, Laptop, Desktop, Phone. But 7plus is the biggest WOFTAM. Buffering and the most horrendous interface.
