    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @Optus Thanks for the reply Tam. Unfortunately this is one of many issues with the service, some of which have remained unresolved for months. Average calls take over an hour if they are answered. I have been hung up on more times than not during call transfers & extremely long holds

    @sacredcara Use Amaysim for phone. Optus network. $40mth inc calls, sms, n about 80gb data. Started at about 40gb but they keep increasing it. To keep using Telstra network, have a look at Aldi.

  • dmbayly Michael Bayly (@dmbayly) reported

    @slsandpet Optus. Because only those two could provide a wireless WiFi service in my area. And the Optus service is far more reliable too.

  • AustralianDemo2 Australian President (@AustralianDemo2) reported

    @Optus Email not working!

  • MAFlemo Mark (@MAFlemo) reported

    @optus_help Spend 2 hours yesterday on your stupid chat via the my optus app. It kept dropping out and asking me to resign in, codes, crashes etc... managed to persevere through that nightmare. Only to be told at the end after agreeing to everything that they couldn't do it

  • tony_leggett ♿️💉 Tony Leggett (@tony_leggett) reported

    1/2 Dear @Telstra I recently signed up with you after the Optus fiasco. I have been trying to pay your monthly bills but a glitch means I can’t connect my account number to my Telstra id. Online support for this, done through the Telstra app, needs my Telstra id & acc number

  • MachineLordZero Zᴇʀᴏ (@MachineLordZero) reported

    @Optus I'm talking to support on site, and they're saying I need to change my landline number to get the FTTP upgrade? This seems wrong?
