    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @fi5haa @madidas96 @Optus I could not agree more, they have stuffed up my bill, I tried to fix it, they told me nothing was outstanding TWICE, then restricted my service. I am beyond disgusted! Ombudsman complaint, waiting for Optus to respond!

    @dothinkeducate Damn. So annoying. I was part of Optus AND Medibank hacks, but no idea if connected. Probably not.

    @madidas96 @Optus They are the worst. They stuffed up 4 of my bills in a row and in the end I just unleashed on them and ended up with them covering a few of my bills and stuff. They have really gone downhill

    @ZTEDevice Hello ZTE , good day! Please i really need your assistance, i did a RESET on my ZTE Optus router and now i can’t login because the original password inscribed at the back side of the router has fade away! Any help please?😩

    @optus @telstra Our mobile phone reception, in the Cardwell area, has gone from bad to atrocious within the last couple of months. I suspect it's intentional, because you want us on 5G. Which I'm happy to do. Awful thing to do to people though. Very frustrating

    @andrewmdavis @Optus Exactly right, encountered the same problem. And Optus online support replied that my network is fine and it is running <4Mbps on speed. It lasted all morning.
