  Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

  @pelli_69 @Optus @Telstra Maybe try Superloop. I was with Tesltra for 20+ years, and switched to Superloop. cheaper for higher speeds and I’ve had no issues with them for a the year since I switched.

  @pelli_69 @Optus @Telstra I was with them for years, then went straight to Aussie Broadband! One of the many benefits is that it has Aussie call centres & tech support.

  Just had the worst customer experience in my life from @Optus It took 2+ hours of dealing with barely legible Indians passing me from department to department. The worst was the ‘Tech Support’ woman who didn’t even know what 5G+ was and had to look it up on the website.

  @Optus Sorry Tam, not a great response. I have now spoken with a senior person within Optus and emailed the CEO with my complaint along with sending the recorded conversation with your customer service team to him also. I guess you no longer value loyal customers. Gee 24 years.

  Hutchy reckons Freo is a bigger club than C'wood at the moment. Freo are playing great footy & deserve to be flag favourites. However, even if Optus Stadium had a similar capacity to the MCG, I doubt they would be attracting crowds of 80,000 plus on a regular basis. Financially, the pies are all over them. I would also argue that WCE are the No.1 WA team by a stretch (4 flags, tainted or otherwise) despite 4-5 poor years.

  @ImOneWithTheKop @MikeGBurner @mleppard11 I’m sure they would, but the bidding requires at least seven existing stadiums be used out of 14. So we would need more than just Optus The FFA were certainly considering using the MCG in their potential 2034 bid that never materialised
