Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

So I'm getting a new drivers licence coz Optus hack. Turns out I have to cancel any direct debits to Qld govt. Pay fees manually until new licence is issued, How many thousands gonna be driving unregistered vehicles? Thanks @Optus 😡

@cheryl_kernot I had a mobile broadband SIM that I used for about six months in 2020. I have an email from Optus confirming cancellation of the service. WTF are they still doing with my data? This needs reform.

@DeborahSnow I had to try and get support from Optus before the hack. I’ve been an IT professional since ‘87 and this was worst IT customer experience I’ve ever had. Ditched them as soon as I could. Outsourcing your IT has negative impacts on your business as demonstrated recently.

@mrtonymartin Good question. I’m getting texts from Optus that feels like fake reassurance. I wont feel safe Until I have a new drivers license with new card and license numbers. Optus sucks, and I’ve moved providers

@ninjabeebear I’m getting emails again. Another tweep responded saying they called @Optus and there was an issue but getting sorted. Hopefully Optus will respond to my DM soon to confirm. Still going to change all of the passwords though
