    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    My mother is 92 & cannot access her #Optus EMAIL account. For three days been talking to technicians & support staff. They attribute problem to cyber attack. BUT wanted to EMAIL her an access code!! Had to enter birth date, but only allows back to 1936! Do better #Optus!

    What a ****** coment, unsolved tells you to use the same service. The Optus contractor are in a different world. Time for a full clean out top to bottom. Singapore are very poor investment, you have list your way!!!

    @MedicareGov hi guys. My details taken by Optus scammer. Have just received a form from @BarwonHealth to update my details prior to my booked surgery. Thing is, I'm not, nor have been in over 35 years, been booked in for surgery. Do I need to cancel my Medicare card? Scam?

    @Optus I left your mob network in July. You kept my service active despite being notified by Belong. I spoke with customer service on Sep 14 who assured me that the dual activation was an error and the account was finalised yet you continue to send a final bill. Pls resolve ASAP
