Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

Never use @Optus I've spent 4days about about 12hour on chats and calls trying to sort out issues. I've caught them in lies and this 7year old business account is going somewhere else but they are holding the porting of number hostage. **** OPTUS!

@Optus don't care about small businesses during covid, they will cut your service off so you can't accept work calls to jump on your throat more. I've spent another few hours today. I've decided it's cheaper to lose my number and go with a new provider! Extortionists
