Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@Optus Most home internet plans. So you’re interested in one customer and not another. Or, “just upgrade to home internet”. Go **** yourselves! Just GET ******!! YOU CANT EVEN SPARE A ONE MONTH SUBSCRIPTION TO A CUSTOMER YOUVE HAD FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS A COURTESY. YOU SUCK!!!

@JulianBurnside This might be relevant: I swapped to them from Optus travelling through WA. Haven’t been able to stream ABC since. Checked everything, but found our from the yesterday they are doing maintenance on their 4G network till the 20 Jun.
