    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @Optus so there is an issue with webmail and there is a REF number. As a Allied Healthcare Professional this needs to be fixed ASAP not like a week in 2022

    @SlugSammy1 Hi there - Apologies for any inconvenience caused. We're aware of an issue with users unable to use Optus Webmail. As of now, we don't have an ETR on this but our IT teams are working on the fault & trying their best to resolve the fault as soon as possible. Aman

    @Optus , my Optus webmail along with family members can not Login. It just says: Login failed- user name or password is incorrect
