Grant Dewberry (@BigunitGrant) reported from Hervey Bay, QueenslandDear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

R Man 🏆 🇦🇺 (@AUS_1788Convict) reported@sportyjo15 @outbreezyWC @FOXFOOTY Hey She Her. I asked a question and never got a reply? How many times does WCE play at Optus? I'm talking about Geelong. We play 9 of 11 home games at home. We then make the finals and have no home ground advantage! Did you even read the original comment?

Sandra Fragale (@SandraFragale10) reported@FreedmFightr1 @DugongTurtleAus Yep 💯 Optus hacking was a hack, ploy to scare people into digital ID. I never requested for a new license, didn’t update anything. VicRoads sent me a new license # and VicRoads is sending me a new “free” licence next year. I didn’t ask for it!

Quills (@Quillszz) reported@Optus do you really think that george from twitter will somehow have a magic solution that the ******* support team doesnt?! twenty years of being a customer and all you can do is rob me. I want your entire board to go to jail, youve breaking the law since you started
-
Traminer.com (@Traminers) reported@embeeveee @Peter_Fitz Optus isn't essential, they can nickoff tomoz ! I think you'd find it's "Pensions Funds" that part-own both companies. In any event did you know that all airlines, big ones, own a large slice of each other? Basically the whole industry is one company broken up for tax benefits!

NGPriest (@NGPriest) reported@Optus Just trying to log into my account to get my billing dates so i can cancel my Optus service :S
-
radionotes Podcast (@radionotesPOD) reported‘There’s a delay in getting your call to customer service. Why not download the app to message a team expert?’ - @Optus. ‘Cause that person could… just be taking the call 🤷 Right!?
-
Luke Weston (@lukeweston) reported@NewtonMark Did government require Optus to retain that ID check documentation / details ? Nothing needs to be retained once the customer ID is verified, and “check” implies no retention.

Djoran Keil (@DjoranKeil) reported@abcnews Remember when they were all, “Haha ha! Optus are ****! Join us, we’re secure!”
