    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @1stExecutive @Optus Mate they just cut my service off apparently after sending a letter to me in September advising NBN was coming in January, never got it, but no second letter/email/phone call/SMS… I’ll be working off my Telstra mobile tomorrow, family not so lucky

    so @Telstra have been in contact, wanting me to put together a business case to put in a mobile tower in my area. @Optus put one in last year and didn't need my help to do their job. We're all switching to Optus. I'm not doing your job for you Telstra. 14 yrs of **** service

    @Optus Waited 1.5 hours to talk to customer service only to be told they couldn’t help and they need to connect me to customer service… lol… another more than 1 hour wait expected now, hooray

    @Optus Countless Dropouts over the past 5 days here in Vermont Sth 3133. Can't use the internet continuously for more than 1 hour before it drops out and disconnects. Seriously impacting online classes and meeting and all I can get from support is 'issue identified'???

    @Optus I already waited an hour for live chat, only to be told "Sorry we didn't warn you but TOO BAD." Then I got transferred to a sales guy who took another hour trying to sell me an inappropriate plan for a heavy user. I'm going to end up cancelling both plans at this rate.
