I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

TrueAussieMum (@aussiemum30) reported from Ewan, Queensland@optus you need to understand that although automatic payments once a month are convenient for @optus, it doesn't work for those of us who are paid weekly/fortnightly, one monthly payment can, and a monthly @optus bill needs manual payment option for those customers who can't pay a large bill from a single pay week once a month. Instead manual payments can cut the bill into smaller chunks, so when the automatic payment does arrive, its doesn't break the bank
