    @mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @3AW693 So @VicRoads if I was an Optus customer who was told by Optus my license number was stolen (accessed) I do not need to do anything & you will automatically send me a sticker this year and a new license next year! I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @Optus Thanks for the reply but doesnt help my situation, given there’s no ETA looks like once again I cant work from home , costing me a fortune in down time. This isnt a once off, its now 5 times in the past fortnight . Sucks to be me on this 💩service. @NBN_Australia @optus

    @kanecornes @AFL @TheWestSport What a pile of dog poop Written by a bloke who most likely has never been to Optus oval or Subiaco to watch one. Look up demolition derby and you'll see what a rivalry actually is. Not some handbags at 20 paces in an Adelaide pub that the ho-down threw up

    @Optus Have tried the usual troubleshooting steps. Issue is network side. Modem is not able to establish a connection.

    Awful service from @Optus . NBN Order placed on the 6th April, still no sign of the modem. No one at their support desk tonight, either. Hopeless 🤬
