    @mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

    @3AW693 So @VicRoads if I was an Optus customer who was told by Optus my license number was stolen (accessed) I do not need to do anything & you will automatically send me a sticker this year and a new license next year! I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    trying to set up a conference call - but @Optus hung up on them after keeping them waiting ages. @Optus assured an email would be sent to fix it, but in news that will surprise nobody, least of all me and my daughter, it’s still in limbo.

    @embeeveee @Anthony_Klan After 15 years of having my phone service with them about 6 months ago swapped to a an aussie company for cheaper and better service. Now just need a provider of 4g internet in the area that has a better offer than optus so i can fully detach from that lib ran company.

    Hey @Optus and @MastercardAU your Digital ID onboarding is straight up terrible. It’s rejected my genuinely valid US passport like 7 times. I’m just trying to buy an eSIM for my visit, why is it so difficult? @Australia

    @JoshGarlepp Exact same issue with streaming platforms (both: sports - Kayo, Stan Sport, Paramount, Optus Sport etc; and entertainment - Netflix, Stan, Disney, binge, paramount etc)

    @GayCarBoys This is a complete con by Optus. They create the ‘problem’ by not having any cheap affordable plans. Their $49 plan is more than most ever need. There is no lesser option. It costs Optus nothing to provide unused data if they wanted to, that’s the con. Or just have cheap plans.

    @Optus I took everything into a store to prove ID etc face to face. They would not help me. Every other service provider has been great. Your policies are discriminatory against individuals that lack the capacity to manage their own affairs.

    @Optus I have no issues with anything, stop messaging me. Both you and CreditCorp. Your only legal avenue is court. They've been calling more then 3 times per week for a balance not owed. You haven't a leg to stand on. Waddle elsewhere. You've not been asked anything.
