    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @Telstra Your customer service is appalling. Not ONE of your so called representatives has helped me at all. Do any staff in-store even call back? Of course not. What a joke. I'll be leaving when my contract’s up & moving to Optus. And I'm supposedly a ‘gold’ customer. LOL.

    @Optus made every effort to contact optus to inquiry about the outage in my area or atleast get information about it and getting no service other then a automated bot with a link that dont help none whats going on service we are receiving pritty piss poor

    Hey @Optus thanks for zero notification that my Optus TV feat @Foxtel was being suspended indefinitely because of an Optus business decision. It's disgusting customer service.

    @masericha @Jraynerwastaken @Optus I used to have constant (3G & 4G) network issues on the Optus network, too - in the metropolitan area.

    @Optus phone and internet down. I’ve had to borrow a Telstra phone to find out what’s going on. So what IS going on here???
