    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

    @Optus Hi Team, I have raised a case in morning more than 6hours ago and no action has been taken. Not able to use optus phone services. Very poor service. Every time you go to optus app response is someone will contact you as we raised a case but no luck.

    @optus have you considered checking emails before they are sent out? As the complaint link in the email doesn't work & the email said I have not been approved for post-paid & to apply for prepaid when I already have prepaid.

    @Optus If I have an NBN service under one account in a VIC address and ordered a new NBN service for a different property in NSW, would the new NBN service be under the same account as the VIC one?

    @Optus Hi Aron, You DM is our case team is busy, and I won't get response today is not at all accepted. I am getting same response in optus chat also. You should not provide service if you can serve the customers on time. @angegreenwood

    I am trying to cancel my broadband connection with @Optus . And the poor response of their online customer care reaffirms my resolve to disconnect my connection with them.

    @optus When the NBN is down, why can’t the modem be switched to interrogate the mobile network and thus leave your customers connected?

    @Optus What is up with 4G at NSW 2050? Mobile broadband is absolutely atrocious since 2 weeks ago due to maintenance, which is now extended to 17/12. Why does maintenance take a month to perform and why am I paying for a service that doesn't work? This is clearly a network fault.
