Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

Just that Jordy can sometimes go missing after a quarter or two, but more often than not he delivers. Also goes bananas at Optus, and has 9 more games there this year.

Went into the Telstra shop and they were all on wifi. With Optus now, obviously have their own history but I have had far less issues with them.

notonlyacocky (@hasselljpb) reportedI had to help a tech at the local ph tower last night because the power tripped. (Access in the night is a bit dodgy) Electronic lock that needed guess what? Phone coverage!!! Lucky it was an @optus tower and he had @Telstra You can’t make this up!!!
