    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @Jeremy_Kirk @medibank Not as bad, but a thing that made me go "mmm" in the Optus breach - I left them years ago but my old login details were still active; it's how I was able to contact & communicate 'securely' on the app I newly loaded. Wouldn't have occurred to me to worry about old account access.

    The fact that the @Optus call centre want to keep interrupting me before I even finish... bad enough y'all exposed my details but can't even listen to me when I'm tryna ask why they keep charging me for a sim I don't use. GTFOH.

    @steelite @Optus I am having the same problem I got a Apple Watch 8 from Optus store and have not been able to set up the number share. I have contacted Optus on a number of occasions and have not got a resolution after a week. I am ready to return the watch and cancel my service with Optus

    Hey @Optus I shouldn’t have to spend hours and hours on hold in chat or the phone to leave you. I also shouldn’t be lied to as a customer… now I’m being told, you can’t even pass phone calls internally… how terrible is your customer service

    @ServiceNSW How about asking Gladys to fix this mess up? Isnt she OPTUS’s star recruit? How about The weeks of silence from Optus, the NSW Govt DIDN’T lay a glove on them! They must be protected now. I wonder if John Barilaro will get a gig there?
