    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

    @Optus Hi! I got a Wifi Box with Optus 4 business a few months ago, and it's near-unusably slow. Back and forth with phone support since then to no resolution, but I'm getting escalating scary bills. I'm near the CBD, and am covered by the coverage commitment. Help, please?

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I learned after Optus stole all the money in my account on what supposed to be a $30 pre pay and refused to give it back to NEVER go with a company that only direct debits.

    Hey @Optus why is it that I have 2 come 2 twitter 2 get ur attention every time I have an issue with ur service? I have been on the phone and on messages with ur CS and i got hung up on and transferred 2 many times. It doesn't seem like ur CS wants 2 help me with what I need.

    @Optus Is there any known outage of 5g services in Westmead (2145) area? The connection is very very poor in the last few hours. I've logged a ticket with Optus support as well. Is there any alternatives? Is there an ETA for the outage?

    @GT_AUS @sszinglehead I find it extraordinary that a company as large and with such a public profile as Optus would appoint someone to a senior role while ICAC had not yet finished its investigation. This has the potential to make them look very stupid and inept.

    Moral of the story: there is none … but ask your IT support how they are doing today... Chances are 1/100 they are having a ****** day… Unless they are @Optus support (with that horrible app) for them is 99/100

    @10FootballAU @ManUtd How do you still not have a pause/rewind function? Amateur hour, not good enough. Fix it. How can you be so poor? Optus, Kayo, Stan....all have it. If you are 30mins late and want to watch the whole game you can't. It is not 2004!

    @Optus Trying to upgrade my mother's plan (combined on my account with post paid service) and CREDIT CARD is the only payment method allowed. No direct debit from bank acct or post paid (as currently billed) or paypal. I do not want to use C/C for payment 1/2
