@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@optus had to update my Visa card today - auto update didn't work 3 times. Complained via phone. While complaining, man in another town phoned & said my account details were showing up on his phone app. DATA BREACH VIA OPTUS - NOT GOOD! I have put in a complaint to ombudsmen.

@Optus @dave_hyland You should stop advertising 5G. I’ve seen ads constantly yet you cannot deliver the service to most Australians (nor even close to that). It is misleading behaviour. Maybe the @acccgovau should look into it.

@Optus how long should it take for a NBN modem (new service) to be dispatched? The person I spoke to on Monday by phone was vague about whether they were actually in stock but said it should be dispatched within 24-48 hrs. Two days later and still no notification it’s on its way.

So rather than cancel my deceased father's phone number, @Optus transferred it to my brother's plans and he's been paying $49 a month for four years for a dead person's sim. Excellent.
