    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @oliviasscerri Same. I just want recognition of the fact that we won by 55 points against West Coast at Optus. That's never been done before by any team but somehow we go down the power ranking ladder. It makes no sense.

    @Optus As a leaving customer I just want you to know for 7 years you guys were ok. But the last 7 weeks have been terrible. I’m sitting here at your store trying to return 2 fetch boxes you don’t know I have and have just been ignored for 20 mins.

    @selina2twt U are not expecting too much. I had an OPTUS outage 3 days ago. Optus booked NBN person to turn up between 1pm & 5pm yesterday. They NEVER appeared. Then after complaining to OPTUS was told they would chase up NBN & get back to me in 24 hrs. STILL WAITING.

    @Optus $75 per month, is that right. My basic broadband has just gone up to $75. $10 per month increase for no improvement of service. Just a money grab. There is a reason all my other products have been transferred to other providers and broadband is soon to follow

    @Optus Thanks for the reply Quade. I’m a little confused because at the end of the billing cycle the data comes in for the next month so wouldn’t be an issue? Would automatically donate all except 1GB for emergencies satisfy the above?
