  @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

  @mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

  @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

  Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

  @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

  @Shabolition @Optus I had also tried the 'Help' messaging service on the app. You would think their first response to my 'I can't send texts' would be that there is a known outage / issue. Not waste my time taking me through a whole set of processes to try and fix it when I had NO hope!!!!!

  @Optus Hi, some people don't use data messaging services. This is incredibly average. When will you be notifying your existing customers of issues so they don't don't to spend an hour wasting their time trouble shooting? Also, when will it be fixed?

  @lil__suz @Optus Infuriating! I spent about an hour this morning googling some troubleshooting too. Nice waste of my time because they refuse to post a generic message about an outage for their customers.
