@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

@ZucchiniBikini This is someone fudging & dodging the issue. Optus didn't keep copies of the identity documents; they kept the identity numbers. The numbers would likely still need to be to be obtained to index into this matching service, and then retained.

Anyone using Vodafone 5g network? How have you found it? (Either through them or TPG etc) Specifically in Melb and Regional Victoria mostly. Likely to go with Telstra, but just curious as I’ve heard they’ve improved lately. Have been with Optus my whole life. But never again!

@mymateshouse Looks like Albo wants to be well apart from the Optus hack. That puts him in the same bucket of the CEO, the Board and the Execcutives who are under a rock until the mess goes away. Poor judgement and poor Optus' customers.

@LeslynLewis @TomWiboltt After the optus hack last week here in Australia, no one should ever put their id online. Everyone with an optus account literally has to get new drivers licence numbers, which has enormous issues -> #OptusHack

@timrosen35 FWIW I’ve swapped from Optus to Telstra this week after Optus failed to fix a number of issues over the last 3 weeks. Considered Vodafone too but I’m mostly in regional Vic and quite a few people told me VF is good in the city but patchy elsewhere.

Two weeks later, Optus are still handling the breach in a poor way. Terrible communication, management and support from their "experts". The way that they are handling the situation is causing more damage to the brand! Can't believe this is the 2nd largest telecom company in AUS.
