    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    Anyone in murrumba downs griffin area having NBN probs? 2 days in a row now. This time 6 hrs plus and mobile network went offline for 3.5 hrs. Was thinking the major roadworks on Brays rd may have something to do with it but the network thing makes me think its just optus. Gggrrr

    @MartynDerg @Scorptec Nightmare alright. Rejoice! I use an MVNO that utilises the Optus network, every day there is "work" on the nearest tower and my 4G is often worse than manually switching to 3G, it's a friggin joke. The only upside is they're dirt cheap and I get massive data.

    @Optus Having very slow pings in the Penrith area. The outage page says nothing. I've done the off/on and factory reset and it's the same. Is there a known issue?

    Just used the My Message customer service at Optus... remember when a human being answered your call? Now it’s a robot who sends you in decreasing circles as it doesn’t know the answer to your question and then... no way to leave a message or get a call back... absolute sh*t

    Optus has the worst service call back ever, based in their new virtual after hours service, an issue that could have been resolved in a simple phone call from a technician is still dragging over 3 weeks. We will give them the flick.

    @Optus Also, nobody at Optus has been able to explain to me how you can justify charging full price for services which deliver 25% capacity. And never an offer of compensation for disrupted services.

    @Optus staff basically not showing concerned that they emailed a copy of another customer invoice and through the app a customer name and DOB is evidence that #Optus does not take customers privacy and account security seriously?

    @rickeyrecricket I suspect broadcast rights might be the issue if it is played in Australia. Might also be Optus Stadium availability issues with the AFL but really this is what they should be trying for rather than playing in SA.
