@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

Hey @Optus Why is it so hard to report a fault? I've got no internet. I can't find the outages on your site. Report a Fault leads to a variety of different pages, none of them about reporting faults. Is it me, is it the area? Please help.

@drdrdr09 @Optus I see the Optus tower at Lees St Charlestown was approved by Lake Mac Council Monday night, it might reach Mt Hutton. There is a new tower on top of Lake Mac Square, don’t know who’s on it, can’t be Optus, signal is still rubbish.

@domknight @Optus Dom, I had the same issue when I wanted to add a data SIM at an Optus store but when I declined and rang them to complain it wasn't a problem to add one and data share. Seems sometimes the left hand isn't talking to the right.

When people say @Optus is good but they never came back to sort out our internet (which we haven’t had for a month!!!) and we’ve been calling multiple times so we’re moving over to @VodafoneAU
