@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

@3AW693 So @VicRoads if I was an Optus customer who was told by Optus my license number was stolen (accessed) I do not need to do anything & you will automatically send me a sticker this year and a new license next year! I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

@mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@AleaguesCentral That seals the deal. I am no longer a @OptusSport fan. Ive been an Optus fan since 1985 and a prepaid plan holder since 1987. I won't watch Optus sport or renew my subscription. I’m taking my support to @Telstra where they actually know how to run a telecommunications company…

@Optus got hotspot by my partner last night, logged into myoptus app on my phone, with my details, and my password, changed my prepaid service type - and it change her account details! She's lost her credit, etc, but also, I feel like this is a massive security issue...

@Optus I feel a little buyer remorse. Filled out webform to transfer mobile service from Telstra and I'm on the phone with a call centre saying they didn't get anything from it, and the fields are blank, and asking me all my personal information again.... 15+ min so far on call..
