    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

    @mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @Optus Can you please fix your verification for closed accounts? SMSing a code to a disconnected number seems counter-intuitive. Emails can't be verified on closed accounts either, but you send bills to them. OVERSEAS support tell me to come into a store to fix my issue. HOW???

    @CharlieHorseToy After the Optus and Medibank hack I get so many scam calls from Amazon saying my account is running out see I’ve never had one I’m not worried .

    @Optus I don't know how you can justify charging customers for a mobile network that can't handle a phone call. Truly unacceptable.

    @Optus you’ve got to be the shittiest company out there. Not even a current customer & I was impacted by data breach and the contact numbers provided just sent me in a loop without any option to contact optus about equifax sub, contrary to what it says on your website & emails

    @Optus Already done that, and talked to customer service. According to you its my problem. Only thing worse than your reception is your customer service
