Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

@DavidShoebridge Do the companies Optus shares this data with have any minimum requirements for IP security to protect this already compromised data . This will make the problem worse . How do we know they wont sell the data . Do Optus customers have a say in this decision ....

@nanologies @Optus We’ve just had the worst experience in our life !! They have been overcharging us and when my partner questioned it, she put us on hold to see what she could do and she cancelled the whole package. His phone went to SOS and internet and tv gone straight away!

A little under the breath word I'm glad they caught the optus hacker but it kinda reminds me of Sharon son "zack" his obsession of the "dark web" but then I tell myself "zack isn't stupid to hack a telephone company he would be more credit cards!!!!" Yes I still wonder/care

@fbstrdr @bluebag_raider @Optus Also Maurice Blackburn are looking to do one too. I registered at both (which you can do). The hack was bad but the customer service has been deplorable.

@Optus can you please check your DM.I cannot believe one of your representatives put us on hold and then cancelled our internet, fetch tv+sport and phone! We have been passed around and around for the past 3hrs to be told we will never be able to have the fetch tv reinstated?

@mabster @Telstra It’s the reason I was on Optus network when I still worked in Swift Street. You couldn’t depend on the speed within a year of 4G being enabled.

@Globalbiosec Sounds weird to make it possible to share data more widely to supposedly help those affected? I’m not even sure that Optus should be giving people’s data to the government?

@maikellenan @saltyskin_ I work for the government and I'm an Optus customer, so I've discussed this non stop for days. The above message means what it means. Until Optus advises the government further there's not much you can do about it.
