    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @9NewsSyd Optus worst company to deal with and left them years ago- just affirms they still have no vision or ethical business practise ! Sure GB will get her own car space at Optus HQ regardless!

    @57310k0n705 @Bruce_GC @Optus I can't say the same, every product from Samsung I've had issues with is from my own fault, like a cracked camera glass or cracked screen from drops.

    @friendlyjordies @kbrspace Dear KBR, I think this is an extremely poor decision - in light of other announcements regarding Ms Berejiklian's immediate future. To that end I inform you my partner and I will be cancelling our contracts which we have held since 1998 with Optus. We urge you to reconsider.

    so @Optus has no problem hiring a person who has stepped down in disgrace and is subject to ongoing ICAC investigation. Says a lot about the ethics of corporate Australia and @Optus in particular.

    @Optus Hi Tina, thanks for the offer but I’ve been dealing with 2 people all week, one who deemed I didn’t need a replacement modem, and without telling me they cancelled the order. Then want to charge me $119 for a new one. A complaint has been lodged, & I’m moving ISP’s.
