@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

  • thexboxlucio thexboxlucio (@thexboxlucio) reported

I’ve dealt with @Optus for over 9 years but today they hit a new low. They gave me a Fetch TV box with a mobile plan over 2 years ago for free. I cancelled my NBN today and they asked if I wanted to cancel fetch too seeing as I don’t use it.I agreed and now they’re making me pay

  • lizzieripoll L.R 🤍 (@lizzieripoll) reported

@NBN_Australia I’ve been w/o internet in Maroubra area bc of an outage for 21 days now and I’m relying on my mobile data on my phone to use for studying which is costing me a lot. @Optus said the fault is on your side so I’d like to know when do you plan to fix this problem??! 😡

  • iceprincess_liz lizzie 🧚‍♀️ (@iceprincess_liz) reported

Seriously @optus it’s not even funny anymore. I’m w/o internet for 21 days now due to the outage in the Maroubra area & is relying on my mobile data on my phone right now to use for school. I mean seriously how long does it take to fix the problem!?? Every time I check..

  • iceprincess_liz lizzie 🧚‍♀️ (@iceprincess_liz) reported

1/2 the link you sent to check for any updates all I see is outage is still ongoing & there’s no actual date of resolution. You are really pushing me to shop around for a new service provider & I don’t really want to but you give me no choice @Optus #NotHappy #Optus

  • Tedmeister69 Right Said Ted 🐭 (@Tedmeister69) reported

@ClareONeilMP Clare you’re nothing but an ignorant baffoon. The Optus breach wasn’t a cyber attack but a gross failure within Optus to implement security on an API endpoint leaving the data publicly accessible. Increase and enforce penalties on organisations the fail to follow best practices.

  • KatieM19655 Kate Morrison (@KatieM19655) reported

The worst customer service award goes to the following @Optus no internet for 2 days. The guy on chat, his solution was, and I quote “you will have to sit and wait” @Kogan parcel left at depot, told me also to wait. I went to the depot and arranged my own transport.

  • liarabbott Ghost of Tones (@liarabbott) reported

@DavidColemanMP @MRowlandMP Funny that blackspots exist in labor held seats after 9 years of you doing bloody nothing about them! Now both parties need to get onboard and allow roaming across networks! It's crazy that I can't get Optus signal anywhere between Dubbo and Broken Hill

  • FuzzyBeesKnees Gabe 🐀 (@FuzzyBeesKnees) reported

Anyone else I'm Australia finding Optus has gone to **** recently?

  • arisadraconis ⤮🌸🐰 your arms, my home, my breath 🐺🌸⤮ (@arisadraconis) reported

It’s twitter and my internet both down. I hate Optus.

  • AussieCode Aussie Broadband Coupon Code (@AussieCode) reported

Optus warns NBN Co's push for 100Mbps may backfire with mass downgrades as users choose lower speeds or pay more. Telcos support 100Mbps as default, but criticize NBN Co's approach to force migration for simpler pricing.
