    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @Telstra @elonmusk I’m sure starlink wouldn’t have this issue, still no data on mobile, no internet, glad this Optus sim is working. No data means no eftpos, which means cash only. Most atms out so people can’t buy food or supplies. But I’m sure Telstra’s response is still, we appreciate.

    1/3 WTAF! No NBN since weekend. Telstra Mobile data slow to stop Optus bit better. Woodburn 130kms from Tweed and UNDERWATER! 👇🏾 “owing to a power outage at a Fibre Access Node in Woodburn, which provides fixed line services to homes and business in Tweed, Kingscliff

    @Optus @Optus I am in the Northern Rivers region (Ballina) and have had no service for the last 3-4 days, can’t send text messages, however can still receive an abundance of marketing text messages? I understand it’s a difficult time but seriously?

    @KenBuzzins @freodockers The issue is the behind the scenes staff not enough room to have everyone in the same rooms as the players. Optus does but, there isn’t enough time to organise staff to work the stadium, so no crowds :(

    @Optus I am really frustrated with your service. I raised a request on 14/02/22 that I will be moving house. Expected to see my optus nbn connection enabled by today 04/03/22. Still no connection. #badcustomerservice
