    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @Optus @RunnerSA18 Hacked. Receiving calls from numbers whom state they didnt call. I went to optus to close account only to be told NO, wtf Optus. I want my details deleted! No longer a customer, u have no right to keep all my previous addresses, emails. I saw the screen, suing optus to force you!

    @CKellyUAP The "Trusted" Digital-ID would prevent the stealing of identities now faced by half of Australia - which really makes you think false flag - especially after optus literally left the back door open and now the hackers have apologised (which has never happened in hacking history)

    @domknight @Optus becasue MyGov is a federal system, Drivers License in a State system - bet they can't support each state with a different system etc hooking up to it

    It's clear that state and federal governments don't want to waste a cent of taxpayer money bailing out Optus, which is good. What it means for Optus customers though is they will raise prices and reduce service to cover the cost. Switch telcos before it's too late.

    OPTUS yous disgust me. you won’t even tell me whether you have sold off my identity. i’ve been waiting 12 hours for a response got through to someone then they ghosted. yous should hang your heads in shame. and your CEO has the never to not resign 🤬 yous are a new level of dirt.

    @SenPaterson Pipe down you dill. I'm a victim of the Optus breach and I'm far more satisfied with how the Australian Government is handling this than with nearly any issue that should have been handled by you lot while in power. You've got no credibility on security, transparency or humanity.

    @domknight @Optus Not a customer for 3 years. Store my info, let it be stolen. What reason do they have to keep it?
