@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

@davemacka @Optus I’m having the same problem!!! I get transferred several times, call finally ends up in India and majority of time they pretend they cannot hear me and hang up! I have to start the process all over again!! #optus

@Optus drive me insane. No internet drives me insane. Being asked to go through the troubleshooting steps that you already did before you phoned them drives me insane Having a **** ton of work and wasting 2 hours trying to get the internet to do the work DRIVES ME INSANE

@Optus Hey Optus, why do I get 5 calls a day from hacked landline numbers? If returned, you get “Optus advise that the number you’ve dialled is disconnected”? Surely you don’t expect us to take you seriously when you can’t even stop scammers from hacking your network? Pathetic

@Optus But this happens multiple times a day- every day - and most often it says cause is being investigated- it’s really very frustrating working on a VPN and constantly having to save locally then re-save to network
