    Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

    @mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    I did work out a solution to doing the eSIM swap eventually: went back to the store and got them to swap the eSIM for a physical SIM, put that in the new phone, then called Optus to have them swap the physical SIM for an eSIM over the phone (which they can do by sending a link).

A friend ended up having a spare seat in the AFL members which saved me as the wedding i was at ran longer than i thought :) . Where did u end up sitting

    @Optus @good360au fck you optus, your paid service was out for a good 10 hours + in Roma Qld yesterday. $45 I spent on mobile credit that morning. your helpline knew nothing of why there was a problem. now your SMS tells me ive less than 1GB data left. Been with your company since day dot no more

    @Optus @nerdrhage Six months of unstable internet is terrible customer service. He should be refunded for the full time or given credit. Folks depend on the internet for some this is their livlihood you are messing with. Shameful an outage of 6 months!
