  Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

  @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

  @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

  @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

  @teyc @ProfPCDoherty Yep absolutely. There are plenty of things Optus could have done to make the data more secure. Laws as enacted in the EU imposing a massive fine for businesses which don’t keep data protected would also help.

  @westaustralian It was always a poor deal. Would have been better to Promote Perth on the Global stage not Optus. $5m a year for a State that has a $6b surplus this year is a joke .

  @jaimyn_m Just to double down a lot more, @Optus offer victims a years subscription to @Equifax to monitor their stolen data. Equifax were found guilty of a Data-breach of 50mi customers. So far has cost them over $2billion in fines & compo.

  @NiKKi_E13 @Nick56412479 It’s interesting because I was with Optus 4 6 months over a decade ago-but they were terrible!I hear they’re not much better now & Telstra’s security is definitely better.I’m glad you had a positive experience during such an awful time though! Also glad you’re not with them now!

  Optus has copies of some customer bank statements and bank cards which contain numbers like BSB/Account. The information used for credit assessment and secondary ID. Trying to gain clarity on if these have been exposed to hackers. #OptusDataBreach #optusbreach #optus

  @jaimyn_m Totally agree. As a Privacy & Cybersecurity specialist the incompetence displayed by @Optus, not only in allowing the original #DataBreach, but in their ongoing management of the issue, is a lesson in ‘What Not To Do’.

  @joshgnosis There has been no communication or action from @Optus since the dreaded email arrived last week. Radio silence. It’s been a terrible response for it’s customers and the CEO @kbrspace really needs to resign after this. What happened was terrible but Optus response has been worse!
