@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

@Kathblue Man Beast flagged with me this morning that there's something going on with our Optus account also. Maybe this issue is more widespread than they'll admit. That is actually pretty scary Kath, I'd get some advice on preventing identity theft and talk to your bank.
