    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @Dirtyswabby @m2291r @BlizzardCS Thats why its easy for you to be understanding because you have been in the business. All types of businesses have the same situation. My partner is an Optus store manager. There is delays all the time for valid reasons. People dont give a ****.

    @Optus @missxhuntress How is it even physically possible to upgrade the 5G in my area for another 2 weeks? Shiiit...U only did this a month ago...my service was complete rat **** for over 2 weeks?!! Now you wanna do it again??!!! This is becoming a joke!!!!!

    @official_lesdog Carlton's NSL side played at Optus Oval which was terrible to watch matches. How was the pitch configurated? I'd imagine fans were far away from the action

    @Telstra i live within 20km of the Sydney CBD. I live on a flat block, no gullies, just homes near by and I'm in a blackspot. I've been with you for years, but recent construction of homes now completely blocks your network. So much for "Australia's No1 Network" going to Optus

    @katejinx **** YEAH NEVER FORGET AFTER I CANCELLED MUM’S PHONE BILLS ON ACCOUNT OF HER BEING DEAD AND ALL OPTUS SENT A CARD TO HER WITH BIRDS FLYING AWAY AND “WE’RE SORRY TO SEE YOU GO” ON THE FRONT AND THE BIRDS FLYING BACK AND “WE’D LOVE TO HAVE YOU BACK” ON THE INSIDE

    Nothing screams don't use @optus like a 177 second ping time (max), 1hr 54 minutes and 17 retries to download a 153MByte file. Thanks @optus you really are spectacularly ****.

    @Optus our internet service in our area had not worked for 24 hours and i received msg from Optus via text saying everything is back to normal today but its still not working the home internet
