Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@LucasMapstone_ @Cas2o @maz_jovanovich Same happened to me just now in Brisbane. Optus network told my phone to jump forward but my girlfriend's identical phone, with identical settings, 3m away, stayed on Queensland time.

Absolutely ******* pissed right now at Optus. I was in a discord call. I missed messages from my girlfriend. An hour I was without service. I still am, and relying on home internet with a different provider.

@SkyThom3 @sammygreeen I just spent a week in the middle of whoop whoop and I have family with optus and others who are with other smaller companies, however anyone with telstra were the only people to get service, but in certain towns telstra had no service 🤷 it changes from place to place

@Optus I was trying to get on with my day. I have been having dropouts since Sunday. I have not been able to work. It's still happening now. It's becoming impossible to work from home. Has the issue been resolved? Case was created but case manager is not responding either.

Ahhhh THE JOY!! Calling Optus this morning to complain about the reception cutting in and out in a suburb 10kms from Melbourne CBD.. Only for the call to cut out whilst I was getting somewhere due to no reception! #FML #Optus

I swear we have the worst luck with internet providers.. first Optus and now @Aussie_BB is being ridiculous. We signed up with them before we had to move with a 6 month deal and now they want us to pay full price when we only used them for under 2 months! I'm really not happy.
