I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

Your troubleshooting steps won't help because the issue is unquestionably with your network, not our devices. Unless you think that every Optus customer in my neighbourhood suddenly experienced the same device fault?

Spi (@Spi_AU) reportedStan's refusal to sell sport without their base tier doesn't help either. When I'm not interested in that, I'm not paying $24/mth just to watch rugby. (I pay less for Kayo, so...) If it were a sport-only thing like Optus Sport, at a similar price ($15)... maybe. Right now, nope.
