    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @3AW693 So @VicRoads if I was an Optus customer who was told by Optus my license number was stolen (accessed) I do not need to do anything & you will automatically send me a sticker this year and a new license next year! I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

    Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @joshmatz @erayyocak @Al_Grigor Plenty of recent ones from human config changes on ****: - Optus (Nov 2025): Wrong firewall upgrade process selected → nationwide outage, hours of downtime. - Cloudflare (Nov 18 2025): Single config error hit ~20% of global traffic, knocking out X, Uber, etc. - Asana (Feb 2025): Config change overloaded logs, causing server restarts and service disruption. Human error (esp. misconfigs) is still the #1 outage root cause industry-wide per Uptime Institute & ThousandEyes reports. AI isn't unique here.

    So @optus are apparently doing work in my area and I am going to have particularly **** service (if any) until the 8th of March. Hey, it's not as though I need a ******* phone or anything. Hey, @DodoAustralia Seriously considering going to another provider because of Optus.

    I have now been on the phone to @Optus @optus_help for 2hrs and 51mins and am still waiting to speak to the 7th consultant just to replace a sim card that has not been delivered! This is my 3rd attempt to get my new service activated after previously spending 1.5hrs beforehand.

    @BHolmesDev Nah you’re not quite right. Codex 100% of the times. I’ve literally ask to plan tasks so many times to outputs and codex and the ask both to choose what’s the best one. Literally 100% times both choose codex plan. It just doesn’t make sense to use Optus, you’ll get bugs and bad implementation all the time

    @JackieChan87805 @LeagueScenePod @BulldogRitchie Let’s say they play their marquee games at Optus atm. That firstly annoys season ticket holders who get a worse experience and it dosen’t help their case in getting HBF Park upgraded in the future. All the government has to point to is the fact they are happy using Optus.

    @DeadSlugg @Aussie_BB 🫠 from Telstra to Optus to internode to iinet to Aussie bb but honestly you’re probably right if the don’t get their stuff together. It always starts the same, then you see the customer service start to deteriorate, then the service. Who are you with now?

    @optus_help why why I’ve just had a quadruple bypass now I cannot receive any Apple Mail I spent an hour with them saying you changed something every 2 weeks there is a problem with Optus Webmail I am beyond frustrated what is happening now with your Optus email servers😭
