I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

mark mcdonell π π π (@mcdonellaussie) reported from Numurkah, Victoria@3AW693 So @VicRoads if I was an Optus customer who was told by Optus my license number was stolen (accessed) I do not need to do anything & you will automatically send me a sticker this year and a new license next year! I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.
