  @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

  @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

  @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

  @optus I'm with the other people experiencing problems right now. I'm in postcode 2227. FTTC. The internet is connected, but websites are not available. Speedtest not working. However some things like Ping and my VPN to work are working. I think you have a bad router somewhere

  @optus Are your services down in North Sydney? Mobile phones and NBN down for me - no support on live chat, no one picking up phones and no replies to DM! This is unacceptable, a lot of us need to work in a lockdown and getting absolute radio silence. #switchingprovider @Optus

  anyone else having issues with @Optus 5G wireless internet today? ours has just inexplicably dropped out. have tried restarting the modem but still not working. 4G on my phone is working fine 😕 (don’t really want to tether due to limited data)
