    @Telstra It wasn’t tech services I was taking to It was your costumer service team which makes it even sadder 😞. I have all my phones through @Telstra but I’m sure @Optus would love my business but I’m try to stay loyal.

    @Optus They seemed to fixed that page since then; it be uncertain that chat page be working if website operatable of website failure, also I've got some good ideas that I can feedback later on. access to optus help phone number should be displayed on your chat page too.

    @up_and_away149 @Foxtel @Optus Go to a supervisor. If no luck the ombudsman. Can't charge you for a service you can't use.

    @Optus Thanks Zachary, I had tried that but the service is so poor that page can’t load properly and even throws up google map errors because of such. I already IM’d Optus earlier with details but no reply.

    Hey @Optus @optusbusiness your entire network is in freefall here on the Gold Coast? Been bad for days. ADSL as upstream provider also a mess. I pay my bills so would like the service. #optus

    @beaver_willy @Optus @Astrokerrie Lots of important information missing here, doesn't sound right, the plan wont make any difference to the reception so lease plan or not isn't the issue! What type of phone is it? Have you had a sim replacement? What plan are you on?

    @cintarellla that is actually really smart! I dealt with Optus insurance previously for them to fix my 7+ (that is why I got an 8+) and they were great but it took 2 weeks for my phone to be fixed and get back to me which is super inconvenient if I have to do it with this phone as I have >

    @Optus hi. Relocation request that takes 30 days is not acceptable in 2018. Please, have a senior person contact me to discuss. Appt ID: APT700008725072. I work from home. Every other service I have has me connected well inside a week.

    @Optus Cancelled after 15 min wait. They phoned back with no explanation of why then put me through to helpful tech support who said my coverage affected by new building or something that cannot be remedied and I may need to change provider.

    @Larawithabird I usually just get SIM cards from service providers at the country I go to, it’s way cheaper than getting ripped off by Optus/Vodafone/Telstra data packs.
