    @andrewzed3 @TurnbullMalcolm I have tried to use it after having @optus connect the business plan with a charity I volunteer for and it’s embarrassing. We will keep the ADSL as long as we can and try to find a better solution. Australian’s have been ripped off!

    My internet was down for 2 months, it has only been back two weeks then you hit me with this shit. Like man, I have to use my missus hotspot to even play because I made the mistake of having Optus as a mobile provider as well. Highly disappointed.

    Problem of 4G Outage, there was no reported outage, if you are experiencing outage, you really should telephone this in to technical support team; There's 4 different types of 4G & other network protocol, Spectrum & Plus that info helps diagnostics.; Optus Customer Service 131344

    Phoned optus customer care to report problem, voice prompts said was closed 3G optus mobile still functions, 4G receiving from Nerang damaged during yesterday night lightening storm, (thank you 3G long range and stood up firmly against it all, obviously a better design) @Optus

    @Telstra It wasn’t tech services I was taking to It was your costumer service team which makes it even sadder 😞. I have all my phones through @Telstra but I’m sure @Optus would love my business but I’m try to stay loyal.

    @Optus They seemed to fixed that page since then; it be uncertain that chat page be working if website operatable of website failure, also I've got some good ideas that I can feedback later on. access to optus help phone number should be displayed on your chat page too.

    @beaver_willy @Optus @Astrokerrie Lots of important information missing here, doesn't sound right, the plan wont make any difference to the reception so lease plan or not isn't the issue! What type of phone is it? Have you had a sim replacement? What plan are you on?

    @md__5 I had this exact same issue, it was my shitty optus router and my NBN hfc box not being compatible. I could ping 1.1.1.1, but not get any sort of connection going. I ended up using a ubiquiti edgerouter inbetween my access point & the hfc router.
