    @OptusNewsRoom I ordered a SIM card online on the 25/09/20. The Optus site says 3/5 business days delivery time. Optus can you tell me should your advertising be 30/50 business days delivery?? It’s the 12/10/20??? 🤬 WTF

    @Greybeard3 @JohnBirmingham @Optus I didn't go to TPG but I did leave Optus. I twice had to call to cancel, going through the whole process twice. But, for over a year now, Optus still sends me monthly invoices that (a) state that I have a 9 cent credit & (b) the 9 cents is zeroed off at the end of each invoice.

    @Optus I’ve done all the checks. IView, etc. all work fine on the Fetch box. It’s the streaming channels that take ages to start and give streaming errors. Catch-up like BBC First are really bad and often fail to start a show, showing a streaming error. Looks like Fetch service prob.

    @Optus is the a known issue with Fetch streaming? I’m on Optus NBN and have no issues with any other internet/streaming services. Streamed channels not reliable, on demand (e.g. BBC catch-up) not working at all. Done soft reset, still broken.

    @Optus so we are now into week 3 of no service to my Apple Watch and no idea when this will be fixed even though I have had a tech unpair my watch many times, many attempts and trips to the store and 2 new sims... what’s the plan @Optus move back to @VodafoneAU

    Everything in my world seems to be taking longer. My computer has slowed down. I no longer have email.(Optus has no online techicnical team). It took me an hour and a half to get through to Telstra. My washing machine is broken. My TV doesn't work. All I have is Twitter. TGFT.

    Absolute crap service from @Optus “more than an hour and so we won’t be dealing with your call today”. #optusfail Yasmin got through and they wouldn’t let her just report the fault even though she has an @Optus account at same address. Complete failure of their outsourcing model

    I just switched from @Optus to @TPG_Telecom 1 week ago. I ordered my NBN and the modem has arrived, but no one came to instal it after few days. The bloody customer service is terrible, worst than @Optus!! I had to be in chatRoom in line, ticket number 600 and after 9 hours...

    @Yos1wt @RavenZech2 @auspost It’s not a shift worker thing. I have mine turned off for this very reason. Optus alerted me to a usage issue but i only just saw the text that came through after midnight. And then there are Zuckerbook Messenger users and SMS senders from other time zones etc

    @Optus Massive regret swapping from @Telstra to Optus home internet. Worst service ever. Constant drop outs, low speeds or no internet at all. Back to @Telstra NBN this week after cancelling my contract within 3 months and threatening to go to the ombudsman.

    @Optus 'Yes' Optus is ****, trying to change to a GOLD number has been impossible. I never actually got my number changed, raised a complaint, complaints manager then never responded. What a ******* **** service. **** off @optus and go elsewhere.

    @Optus your customer service is appalling. The My Optus is app is crap. Asked a question about phone security was asked if I had a query about insurance. Rang the helpline. After pressing about 10 numbers on prompts was told customer service was shut. Utter crap. #optus

    @Optus Yes. Call your frigin customer. It cant be that difficult. TELSTRA may be more expensive. But at lease they call there customers. My fault for thinking I could save a buck and still get good service. BIGGGGGG MIIIIIIIISTAKE. My Advise to ALL . Stay with TELSTRA
