@andrewzed3 @TurnbullMalcolm I have tried to use it after having @optus connect the business plan with a charity I volunteer for and it’s embarrassing. We will keep the ADSL as long as we can and try to find a better solution. Australian’s have been ripped off!

@NBN_Australia @Optus NBN HFC 6 weeks of daily multiple dropouts. 4 NBN tech visits + 1 Optus & the issue is still not resolved. Optus modem replaced, NTD replaced, F-connectors replaced but tech not permitted to check the connection on the street. Farcical!

@Optus Thanks but your service has been awful. What you could do is not sell people in West End/Toowong postcodes your data products when you KNOW your infrastructure in the area is at capacity with speeds below 2MBps. I got speeds 10x faster in Bali. @Optus @telstra

Trying to get hooked up to @Optus nbn... Monday they said, now it won’t be. Ready for two weeks of arguing like last time. Customer service is not at all important to them.

@Optus have the worst onboarding customer experience. Email says order on way, online system says still processing. Online rep tells me order is being delivered... today, while I'm at work & can't sign for it. Rep blamed @startrack for mistake when clearly a system issue.

@NBN_Australia The problem is the techs that are sent won’t check the connection on the street. They change something internally for no good reason and report back that the fault is fixed which it is not. I go back to @Optus and the same process happens again.

@Optus Phone has either one or two bars - permanently. So it’s really really slow.doesn’t happen when I go other side of town- my phone works fine elsewhere .slow or non existent internet on my phone and in my wifi modem the 4G Huawei one - it’s been like this for about 2 months

@MeraMmanikya @Optus I had the similar issue with @optus so ended up changing the provider. Still paid the penalty charges for the sim only plan but at least they waived half of it. Hope it gets sorted for you.

@Optus posted on a Facebook group about how bad optus is and someone who lives near by at Bardon said that a optus worker told them that they could cancel their optus plans at any time with no fees or charges as they know that optus coverage in this side of town is so terrible

@Optus Everything always appears fine, as usual. And when you take a closer look. Your response is, there are no reported outages. And, then you say, reset your network settings and your phone, can I have a new/different resolution, such as a refund for my bill or better coverage?
