    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @noshamecreative @AlboMP @medibank I’m part of the ahm ex customer side and it’s been heaps clearer than Optus were. Granted none of them have genuine action but the comms have definitely been clearer about what data was accessed etc

    @9NewsAUS I got a new SIM card from Optus after the hacking scandal. I called their support centre to activate it bcos the app wouldn't work. The lady asking for all my personal details was based in the Philippines. Do we even learn from these mistakes? @AlboMP @OptusSport

Email from My Deal saying 2.2 million Australians have been breached. I'd already been assaulted by the Optus breach two weeks earlier. Who do we turn to?
