  @3AW693 So @VicRoads if I was an Optus customer who was told by Optus my license number was stolen (accessed) I do not need to do anything & you will automatically send me a sticker this year and a new license next year! I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

  @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

  @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

  @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

  Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

  @QuentinDempster @MRowlandMP @JEChalmers The data thieves arnt the issue. This wasn't a sophisticated "hack" of any sort, this was all due to negligence by Optus. They held actual user data on an open test network that wasn't properly secured. It was just a matter of time - Optus should be held liable #OptusHack

  Optus the likely Story: * **** API on the customer database had no auth and was behind a firewall. *Test environment is allowed to call **** API. * Test environment firewall protection was not as secure as **** * Hackers got into test. History made.

  Thanks @ServiceSAOnline for extending your opening hours for affected Optus customers but it doesn’t help much when @Optus only tell you you need a new licence after those extended hours near me are finished. Not happy jan…
