@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

@3AW693 So @VicRoads if I was an Optus customer who was told by Optus my license number was stolen (accessed) I do not need to do anything & you will automatically send me a sticker this year and a new license next year! I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@randlight It's "attacks"? Um, Optus didn't come clean to the govt about the extent of how many Aussies' data had been compromised and what kind of data had been compromised... How is the GOVT the bad one?!

@Optus where is your 24/7 support?? I have been using two phones to try and get through to you as well as online! Me plus the other 10,199 have a lot of questions and your generic letters just aren’t cutting it! 🤬

@VictorDominello This is unacceptable. Why should we have to be at the whim of Optus and their reimbursement scheme. God knows people will fall through the cracks in their terrible systems! Make the replacement free asap.

@cameronleech @FinancialReview So you’re saying Australian banks need to see passport numbers and Medicare numbers from Optus before they will process a direct debit for a customer.

@SenPaterson @Birmo How about Optus pays for its **** up. Oil companies get billed for the clean up for oil spills that come about from careless handling of tanker ships or their poor maintenance. Big Tech and similar companies should get billed for the clean up of data spills/breaches.

@_marty_k Ugh. No thank you. I haven’t used a SimCard at all since I moved to Optus. When I ported from vids phone on the iPhone 12, I just activated via the app. Same deal with the 14PM. Just had to phone to get them to issue a new eSim to the app (transfer phone to phone didn’t work)

@SenPaterson @Birmo **** that! The government can pass the bill on to Optus. It was their **** up. Better yet, let Singapore pay for it. It was their penny-pinching when they took over that led to the talent drain/workforce giving a **** at Optus that led to the leak.
