@3AW693 So @VicRoads if I was an Optus customer who was told by Optus my license number was stolen (accessed) I do not need to do anything & you will automatically send me a sticker this year and a new license next year! I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

@mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@ietsystems Been there and done that, the lunch venue at the Hydro Magestic in Medlow Bath had 1 bar of Optus coverage, I got in house WiFi and the sign in system didn't like the lack of GPS. I don't love writing down my number on a page of paper that every guest entering can see though.

@Optus will not guarantee that they will connect you to speak to an Australian person in Australia. They are so bad I am cancelling my service and will be seeking compensation through the courts

@DenyseWhelan1 @Optus Oh I think they are but the store staff know the issue in detail so I’m leaving it up to them. They already told me I wouldn’t have to pay a late fee if they didn’t get to it. Might follow up tomorrow.

@MondayStory my permit couldn't be read as it was on my phone and the spot the police chose had no mobile coverage! Luckily my partner's phone is on Optus (I'm on Telstra) and she got enough signal to download hers.

@normal_ness Your with Optus I’m guessing? I was with Virgin (I know it fell under Optus) and never had issues or received constant texts. Now it’s fully migrated back to Optus. I constantly receive sms re: tower maintenance 100’s of Kay’s away and reminders my payments due, for days on end
