    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    I shouldn't have to pay for a service that is constantly unavailable. More often than my house is a dead zone because @Optus is constantly doing work to the nearby tower/s.

    @krisgracehely @Hels_Be11s Kris our mobile is awful here as well so our mobile is now through Aussie BB who use Optus. The benefit is they offer Wi-Fi calling. Now anywhere in the house is as good as our NBN which is not brilliant but much much better than mobile.

    I’ve decided to never go to another game at Optus playing Eagles ever again. A most unpleasant experience having to listen to constant booing & “BALL” (ever heard of no prior opportunity) Absolute ********* behind us banging on about multi’s etc with no real interest in the game.

    @johnsy123aus @NBN_Australia Then you need to contact Optus; it may not be an NBN issue. Your agreement is with your ISP and they should sort out the issue for you.

    @Optus This is exactly the response I expect from Optus. I ordered a new router 3 months ago…. Nothing. I have to chase it up, start from scratch, and still nothing. You are the most draining service brand on the market. It’s a Scott Morrison strategy - look like your doing something

    Has anyone had issues with @Optus NBN not helping set up a new modem when you upgrade but don't buy the modem from them?? Tech Support is absolutely attrocious.

    @optus . Is there any reason why you block the use of third-party modem/routers to access my @NBN_Australia account? Tech support refused to help. Your modem/router was simply not up to task in my house.

    @Brian_Chancey @Bovada @IgnitionCasino You are not alone matey, same issue here with Optus. Normally a Mirror site is available, this is not the first time it's happened to me over the years. Currently haven't found a solution yet either, if I do i will let you know. = )

    The competitive edge seems to be lost, After 15 years of services with @optus they are down to 1 and that too might move to another provider. Where are the deals, the value for money? Only for new subscribers? Well then you will lose the existing ones.
