    @mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

    Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    - wifi bandwidth entirely taken up by massive Genshin update - decide to play My Time at Sandrock offline - Steam freaks out about not syncing cloud saves & can't find local saves anywhere - sees that Optus has a 24 hour unlimited data pass - try to buy said pass, constant errors

    @CommsBreakdown Nice read. Yeah - Pringles are smaller, get on Optus for the Premier League, use Wise to transfer money. Never close your UK bank account. Almost impossible to reopen one from over here. Avoid Aussie sausages and get your booze from Dan Murphy. Also google ‘british corner shop’

    @SteveMolk hey mate, slight correction to this story. OS was free for eligible Optus customers and will now be $6.99pm. The $14.99pm price point (now going to $24.99pm) was for anyone who was *not* an eligible Optus customer.

    @RoadknightThe Mine was based around non-delivery of the advertised speeds due to poor infrastructure in my area, so kinda similar. But I had the advantage of being able to break my contract and flip to Telstra. If Telstra is bad, hard to believe Optus would be better.
