    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    Instead of @Optus letting all their overseas roaming customers waste time each day - why not come clean and let them all know that the new automated roaming system isn’t working. Every Optus customer in our party is being separately blamed for a global fault. #OptusFail

    @terrylancashire @Optus I know it's an Optus back end issue because I still have working 4G with R icon,and have internet access to only the Optus app and some Optus Web. CSR has taken off and re-added this feature on my account is for 24hrs before I have to do the pony show again with the Chat bots.

    I signed a CONTRACT…how come if I want to make changes I have to tell them everything and the colour of my ******, but when they want to change ****, they can lie through their asses and get away with it… @Optus you’re actually breaching the terms of the contract I signed

    @simplyenergy & @optus are two of the worst companies to deal with over the phone. Phillipines & India. They have absolutely NFI what they are doing. You go around in circles after massive wait times…AVOID like the plague they are

    Optus won’t let me cancel my mother’s landline. The bank can’t access its own systems to cancel a credit card she doesn’t need. Waiting for locksmith to open my front door. Not a very fun or productive day so far!

    @Optus the chat on the Yes Optus app might be the most useless, frustrating thing I have ever experience. Why do I not get a resolution and then have to explain everything again to the next 4 people I speak to? Absurd
