@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

My provider, Optus, does have a nice ****** wifiless feature phone for $49. I just need this as an emergency calls device with a long battery life. Why is evreybody just making expensive smartphones :S

Hey @Optus, it would be nice to have some advance warning regarding mobile tower maintenance in my area if the works are going to crash the entire network. Service quality today has been atrocious!

So you're in the middle of sorting out an issue with #Optus via a chat on the app, and suddenly the app kicks you out because they are upgrading. Its 8pm on a Saturday night. There isn't a better time to do an app upgrade?? @Optus
