    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @Optus Yes I know there is no faults reported I am trying to report one. The 5g on my phone is up and down and I have had to manually select 5g. My home 5g has been down or barely connect able for several hours.

    @Telstra @Optus I’ve spoken to several people on your app and on the phone. I’ve even contacted the ombudsman and this issue still is not resolved… happy to contact you if you can help get this number ported.

    Had to restore my phone. My goodness it’s annoying. Esim needs visit to @Optus store to activate. My phone is the after hours number for patients and pathology. I also didn’t realise #googleauthenticator can’t transfer over. That’s my bad I guess.

    @Optus After a 5th support convo, it seems a password reset was all it needed. (Plus the bump up to a new plan and Shared Number $5). I assume the Number Sharing login form is busted in some weird way, because my old MyAccount creds were working fine everywhere else along the way.

    @wallabies @eToroAU Yes, and which genius (ARU or Optus Stadium) told Ticketmaster to only allow tickets to be sent to mobile phone - no "print at home" option. Then also disable the "Ticket Forwarding" option for mobile phone tickets. Typical contempt for customer. Last time for me.

    @Websta_Black @thedangerbeard Your local wifi (provided by your router) should still be functional even if the internet connection is down. I would definitely speak to Optus about that , if that's not the case.
