    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @Optus really needs to sort their **** out. First I get an sms to replace my ID then I get one to not. So who will reimburse me?? Because customer support isn't giving me answers

    @dannolan Why is Optus getting all the blame here anyway? Didn't the government mandate this data collection? Why can't the normies grasp that their government is part of the problem?

    @ninjabeebear I’m getting emails again. Another tweep responded saying they called @Optus and there was an issue but getting sorted. Hopefully Optus will respond to my DM soon to confirm. Still going to change all of the passwords though

    First @Optus and now. @Telstra . How is #Australia to feel secure when it’s biggest telcos are dishing out their customer data to Hackers. It’s almost comical how @VodafoneAU was taken to task for a network issue in 2010, but no accountability imposed on these for serious crime!

A Qld govt @TMRQld employee said she was told to tell customers they had to cancel all direct debits until new drivers licences were issued and then wait to be notified by email about renewal. Meanwhile pay manually. Thousands upon 1000's of people. This gonna be a mess.

    @Sarah77414568 Could've sworn that klaus schwab and the WEF were "warning" us of cyber security issues a few months back. Now this whole Optus thing and even Telstra having had a breach with their employees 🤔
