Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@3AW693 So @VicRoads if I was an Optus customer who was told by Optus my license number was stolen (accessed) I do not need to do anything & you will automatically send me a sticker this year and a new license next year! I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

Past 6-7 weeks, 4 Saturdays with no NBN all day. Jemina doing some major upgrade work to poles and wires which coincide with outages. @NBNCoSupport and @Optus must know. But no warning, and Optus text later saying 'identified problem and trying to restore service'. Why pretence?

@Optus Your company needs to work on providing better coverage and signal strength in Ellenbrook. There's no use in 4g if the signal is poor and often dropping out/disconnecting. Even watching YouTube is a chore in Annie's landing or Woodlake.

@Optus We don't have thanksgiving here, we don't have Black Friday except for those days that many Australians died in bushfires, so basically, this is in incredibly poor taste and I'm glad I've moved to a different provider.

@ltlblkdress @Telstra I'm with Optus and live right in Melb CBD and I've only had 2 bars or service for days. And that doesn't change when I'm inside apartment and phone connects to my iinet wifi. Both have been lousy all week.
