Mate was advised by Optus that his mail address had been hacked. He couldn’t get mail so he called Optus on the number they advised. They Didn’t Care, were Uninterested in what to do & were TOTALLY UNHELPFUL! What an Absolute DISGRACE! And Still Charging for this Missing Service!

@Mbridget21 The OPTUS hack only shows that we can't put our faith in online data. The digital ID is a terrible idea. Data's hackable so we go more data??? Then cashless, then demerit points based social credit system and then they control everything we do. This is a very bad idea.
