    Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @3AW693 So @VicRoads if I was an Optus customer who was told by Optus my license number was stolen (accessed) I do not need to do anything & you will automatically send me a sticker this year and a new license next year! I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

    @mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

    @GuidoTresoldi @ParamountPlusAU As an Optus customer, I log on in the morning and get Spurs vs Brentford. A 3 minute highlights. A 9 minute highlights, a 20 minute highlights as well as the whole game replayed. Paramount seems to offer nothing other than a full replay.

    A sincere advice for anyone thinking of changing service provider - Do NOT choose Optus @Optus absolutely waste of time, device failure, you are looking at going back and forth ten more times to store and their tech team with the same problem phone. Bonus-they hang up on you.

    @sgilbertdavies @GuidoTresoldi @ParamountPlusAU Optus has the benefit of simply drawing down from the EPL global library of content. For local sport, Fox/Kayo is a better analogue because they produce the content here. That's the standard to match up to.

    @Optus 1 week struggling to get 1mps. Tech calls unanswered. Finally get onto someone. Told I need connection box. Booked for May 3 but no charge til then. I don’t want NO charge for NO service. Prefer to pay and have service. 2/2

    Aaaaaaahahaaaa I extended my @Optus flex by 14 days last night, and they sent me two texts to confirm that I did that. Today my phone doesn't work, and I can only fix this by using the app .... which I can't access.

    @guyfieriofficia Kayo everyone was probably around 10sec within each other, Optus also similar. There is a huge discrepancy on Paramount+ makes it extremely **** for online watching parties etc. Add that to the lack of basic timeline functionality and you've got pretty ****** content delivery.
