@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

@mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

@3AW693 So @VicRoads if I was an Optus customer who was told by Optus my license number was stolen (accessed) I do not need to do anything & you will automatically send me a sticker this year and a new license next year! I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

It is incredibly offensive to be labeled a potential risk just because you are an immigrant. I am a PhD Candidate and can only apply for a new visa after finishing my thesis. When @Optus was hacked and my passport/visa info was leaked, I never asked for anything 2/

SHAME ON YOU @Transperth! Tried catching a bus to go to Optus Stadium for the cricket but drivers kept on turning me down as their buses are full! SORT YOUR ACT OUT YOU LOT! I’ve had to call a taxi to go to the stadium BECAUSE OF YOUR UNRELIABLE SERVICE!

@actualeyez @Optus Yeah they are one of those doing this ‘subscription’ invoicing. They also don’t issue a bill for you to check before hand just an invoice after they have deducted the amount. What if they mess up & over charge & take your money if you do have it too? I bet not refunded quickly.
