    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @agarner I was at the bottom end of Optus taking over a national account. Their process seemed to be, do as little as possible during rollout, expect client to do any troubleshooting and then fix it when Optus felt like it.

    @tardis3 @mrpford @Optus I was once an optus customer also so yes our details are floating around somewhere, just without drivers licence or passport numbers. Still bad.

    @BelcrediMarie @agarner @Optus It's usually just relentless pressure to meet deadlines. Never seems time to set things up properly. But time/cost overheads really aren't that great. It's a manager's role because developers will avoid. No motivation because security features are invisible until breached.

    @rosaliagordon @JulsTracy @ianbfarquhar Keeping passport details seems like a data gathering function rather than security. What possible reason for a telecom company . Pretty sure Telstra didn’t require passport ID to set up our account or iINET. WTF Optus !

    @AllBiteNoBark88 @Optus Same has happened here years ago while government was trying to attract pharmas (which they succeeded, Moderna is next door almost) turned out into clever errors. Next year after, a 5G$ which never figured in budget was created. Guess what it is. Cybersecurity ministry.

    @abi_tiki @OptusSport Yep. I am just sick of companies like #Optus - their customer service is crap, they now charge me for something I was supposed to get at zero cost as long as my plan was active and now they have exposed all my details to the world leaving it to me to police any wrongdoing
