    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    Hey @optus I've been on your message texts for over an hour. The man hasn't resolved my issue & is already trying to sell me something. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I would have thought that you might be concentrating on customer service!!

    @kbrspace months, and months and months, trying to get to a resolution only to get through to somebody from your resolutions team who promised the world and didn’t deliver any of it, and now refuses to answer her phone. Classic Optus service

    @Optus why ******** is the internet so bad in 3058 lately. I thought Optus couldn't get any worse. I'm wrong.

    @optus. I added a internet package to my existing Optus landline. Not straightforward at all. Bec I was an existing customer I was entitled to get a tech out to help install the new modem being offered. I offered to pay to get a tech out, apparently it’s not something you do

    @Telstra what on earth is happening no internet, can’t make calls? I’ve had to log on from work laptop that’s with OPTUS. Can’t even get onto the outage page. Please fix asap. Thanks

    @Optus Changed mobile from you in Nov, rec’d bill today.  Rang billing,told to ring porting team. They said no. ported in Nov, didn't know why wasn't cancelled.  Rang cancellation team - they will cancel it but said I have to pay for the last month for service I didn’t receive.
