@mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

@3AW693 So @VicRoads if I was an Optus customer who was told by Optus my license number was stolen (accessed) I do not need to do anything & you will automatically send me a sticker this year and a new license next year! I have no need to now access Vic Roads to request new license!

@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

@kristian_pisano @DeanRosario @DrGriffonage That was at Optus Stadium? There has been some issues there recently in the AFL. Players slipping over everywhere on the weekend. Quite unusual as that stadium has generally been judged as having good drainage

@SamsungAU @Optus wonderful in supporting me. You need to change your process. A customer registers a device, uses your service (password & SMS) to arrange a booking, and then gets to the time and gets treated like a criminal. Robina staff even confirmed they didn't trust customers.
