@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

@mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@SteveMolk Yep. Also, this is terrible news for free-to-air cricket coverage. Especially with 7 taking Cricket Australia to court to try to reduce the amount they pay for the rights. Could result in a new media service, like Optus Sport or Amazon Prime Video, to swoop. 7 being petty.

@kbrspace As CEO of Optus, are you aware that your entire customer base of iPhone users are unable to use Visual Voicemail - a standard iPhone feature for 10+ years that is offered by ALL your competitors? Just wondering if it’s ever come up in a meeting @optus .....
