    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @Optus My connection is fine. Your Apple TV/iOS app in the same room does not have an issue. The LG app does not buffer - the issue is the blue spinner appears on the screen every 2/3 minutes. It’s an app issue

    @Optus Thanks Sarah. Can you please reopen the ticket as it was closed by your support team. I’m happy to close the ticket once I can confirm my issue is resolved. The support team are way to quick to close tickets without confirming an issue is resolved. That is very poor form.

    @FootballSir1 Yeah hopefully they get their contract stripped and given back to Optus or Paramount Plus who have A-League and Socceroos now but they aren’t too bad. I believe the streams aren’t bad and they r quite affordable

    @MissyDemeanour4 @Optus I was only pointing out issue with QR code. Their coverage is garbage. I know of multiple large companies whose employees struggle due to this
