@tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

To anyone having troubles with online viewing, yeah it sucks. But Optus had major issues when it first launched, now it’s fantastic. Just gotta be patient I suppose. And having Simon Hill back is a hell of a win #MCYvBRI

@sav_mvc @peterMVFC @ParamountPlusAU Thanks. Yes, system updated a couple of weeks ago. Also, I watch all my streaming via same Android: Optus, SBS, ABCiView, Netflix, Amazon... all during the past week. Rarely watch any linear TV anymore. No issues.

@Optus Why do telecommunications companies make it so hard to report issues? I was with @VodafoneAU for over 15 years when I moved to a location they couldn’t cover, they gave me the run around for months. Making me stand in the store on the phone for 2 hours at one point.

Actually so ******* pissed off right now, just spent an hour in the cold trying to book an Uber because I'm stuck in the city with no reception because @Optus sucks, finally booked one, waited 20 mins for some little cnt to cancel my ride, now I'm in another that'll cost $100 cnt

@Optus really does have the best customer service of the three telcos I have been with. Unfortunately my recent exchange has been fraught with customer service people who care more about their rating than fixing issues.
