    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    Optus and Medibank must pay big for the **** they’ve put us through. I’m getting 5-10 scam calls every day, from different numbers to upgrade my NBN connection, it’s becoming super disturbing wtfff!!!!

    Hi @Optus. Is there an issue with your email servers? I've changed my password but now can't get my email clients to work. Authentication errors across the board - Gmail, Mac Mail, Windows Mail, Outlook, even webmail. Password works for account login.

    Is it possible for a telecommunications company to have worse Customer Service than Optus ? If you don't have an Optus App, or use their website...they don't want to deal with you. letters. Emails and phone calls are NOT acceptable 😵‍💫 Management doesn't care !

    Hey @optus I've been on your message texts for over an hour. The man hasn't resolved my issue & is already trying to sell me something. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I would have thought that you might be concentrating on customer service!!
