    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    Switch to @Optus, they said... New SIM arrived in the mail, popped it in and now going on 24 hours without a service (despite being charged $79 for my first month)... Told by the customer service agent there was nothing they could do... #HELP!

    @Optus @Optus DELAYS???? DELAYS???? DO YOU WANT TO TELL THE ENTIRE WORLD WHY ITS TAKING 7 MONTHS FOR OPTUS TO REPLACE A DEVICE THAT IS FULLY INSURED? CARE TO TELL THE WORLD THAT YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE CRIMINALS???? #optus

    @Optus support completely unusable. Been transferred four times today with wait times of an hour and a half each time for a case I already had open and keep referencing.
