    @Optus @Jeffrey66443233 I went with Optus way back when you first started. Had an analogue phone 4 years, switched 2 digital. Was very loyal. Was not happy when customer service went OS took jobs from Aussies I stayed 2 long, it became impossible 2 deal with them changed 2 CO with Oz call centre

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

    @mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

    @tiger_hype @Richmond_FC 2017 Preliminary Final V GWS Giants might have actually surpassed the Optus Perth Stadium atmosphere. I have never seen heard or felt anything like it before. Oh had never seen so much Yellow n Black in the @MCC reserve either.

    @sharitags @Labor4Brisbane @ClareONeilMP I reckon the store didn't know what they were doing. I've been with Optus for over 20 years. I've never had to use a passport. Broader issue is they shouldn't keep the ID info, but I think you've been ****** around by a **** sales person in this case.

    So @Optus sends me an email saying they’re so sorry my personal data was stolen. I must keep an eye on ALL my accounts to make sure nothing gets taken. Well maybe if they’d done that in the first place I wouldn’t have to!! #OptusHack #Fail #auspol

    And you have the ***** to say that your service is still safe to use because no WiFi passwords were accessed?! Every other bit of personal info they have but thank christ the Optus WiFi is safe.

    @faustian000 @Optus I didn't, Mum did. That same generic "we are devastated" or whatever email. Tried to talk to support, had an Indian guy basically play clueless and tell her the email being sent out wasn't real. She was angry af, got hung up on in her ear.

    @theage @clancyyeates what a mess, and it is only going to get worse. Having an API that has access to all customer data, secured or not, it a massive data access failure today - of course it is a target for #hackers. There must be layers of protection #digital #security @Optus
