    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @Telstra 2hrs this morning wasted with your member chat trying to take out a new contract, long term customer counts for nothing, go on Optus site and as a nobody I got a better deal straight off.

    @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

    @Optus @Telstra as a telecom service you need shooting, tis TOTALLY unacceptable .. hours spent on phone recently pushin every fricken option I was told to .. and when I did get thru to a real person, have it 'accelerated' to next level .. and again .. and again .. and again

    Storm last night here must have put out an Optus tower in our area as mobiles are not working. Switched them over to wi fi and now they are up and running until Optus resolves and fixes the problem with their tower.

    @Optus I finalised my account with your service in January, I had 0.00 payment on my bill. Today I receive a bill for $10.00 for “additional data level”. Just to clarify, I am not with your service anymore. Why am I being charged again?

    @_leonerdo Optus has very poor service. If you live in a rural town don't bother, No service. Travel 250 km into city and you will get 1 bar . Hahaha . Let me know how you go with your optus.
