@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@Optus @Michelle_Hele @DodoAustralia Usually, if there's planned outages, it should be warned in advance, and provide some compensation in such cases. Not having mobile network is critical nowadays. I have missed calls and couldn't instant message when required. I really hope it's fixed by 18th

@Optus 8 different support staff over 4 days, and you still can’t fix my 1.5mbps throttled data issue despite having over 230gb of available data! I’m beginning to regret being a business customer with you!!!

P+ has been a bit of a letdown but the reality is nobody else was offering enough $ to be a palatable alternative. If they fix things for next season people will forget quickly like they did with Optus.

@ChrisShort Optus in Australia, AT&T in US/ROW. I’ve had big probs with att this year, though - they disabled my SIM for reasons they were never able to explain, could not ship a replacement to me - I had to get to a store in the US to get a new one.

@DifficultNerd Yes there are lots of problems, AFL Dees match was only on Foxtel today not on free to air, there is lots of nonsense like Stan sport, Optus sport. Should always be able to turn on 7,9,10 or SBS and see the major codes.
