@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

I don't know if it's the Optus app or my TV/Chromecast but i've been having so many issues trying to connect the two recently. My picture just inexplicably died and i've missed the last 5-10 minutes trying to re-connect and it's doing my head in 😤

@derbycountyblog @EFL Yep. Got this email this morning. £25 is $46 AUD. Which is the same cost as Kayo Sports and Optus Sports combined here in Australia, where I can watch all EPL, Euros, world cup qualifiers, EFL, MLS, Ligue 1 etc. Very stiff increase in price considering our bad exchange rate

@Telstra the Telstra store at Nepean village penrith is a living, breathing advertisement for Optus. The experience as a business customer with 8-9 devices was appalling. I walked out completely dissatisfied, they knew that and it was ok.

@Optus What Assistance?? You all need to spend the Money to Upgrade, but you don't & won't.. the NBN is a perfect example of it. Long Term Customer of Aussie Telco's I Have been waiting for a Good Connection since the inception of the Internet, it's now 2021 & it's still the same, Poor.
