@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@NBN_Australia I have already spoken to @Optus, the issue is with NBN infrastructure. It just doesn't seem fair that they should have to pay for @NBN_Australia's failure to provide a service.

It's now day 4 of us having no internet and getting promised a call from a case manager that never comes. Hey @Optus, do better. We are still paying for a service that we are unable to use and you are refusing to provide us with an alternative.

I ended the UT stream as my internet connection is ***. **** you @Optus. But in the very little time I streamed, I managed to get a really good game and I will use it as a stream highlight. It will be uploaded usual time on the gaming channel.

@Mick17432842 @notcherylkernot @JulianBurnside Swapped to Optus when they promised us the world. Nightmare. Had no phone and no internet access. Despite all their pre contract spin, the only way we could avoid a cancellation fee was to involve the communications ombudsman. And they acknowledged that their service was shite.

@tommorris32 @FOXFOOTY 1 of 2 - Hi Tom….. not sure I have ever anyone raise this but to help even the draw plus promote the game each of the Melbourne based teams should be made to play one “AWAY” “Blockbuster” in either a neutral capital or major regional location. Eg Tigers v Bombers at Optus.
