@Telstra 2hrs this morning wasted with your member chat trying to take out a new contract, long term customer counts for nothing, go on Optus site and as a nobody I got a better deal straight off.

@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

@sparkleponycass Oh they *always* try to pin it on the user & the audacity to refuse people help if their have old tech! 😤 Optus is one of the worst, they cover a lot of my area & every year when there are storms they always cause people issues & take forever to fix damaged infrastructure.

The TIO have ruled that @Optus must delete ex-customer data. Or at least, my data. This is despite @Optus insisting it doesn't have to. The Privacy Laws in Australia are worth something. It just takes a lot of effort to make a company as big as @Optus observe them. #databreach

@Optus wtf are you guys doing my sons been trying to pay his bill rsng you 4 times to process his payment got told 4 times you were gojng to process his payment you still havent done it. Now you tell him your going to cut his service for non payment Seems like its Ombubdsman time

@nicko_316 @freodockers Speaking of anxiety level.... my daughters apple watch told her that he heart rate was too high - just after shoota missed his shot in the 3rd qtr. Oh, and best to pre-load as drinking beer from the Optus paper cups sucks.

@Aussie_BB Hi Meg, if it was a new environment, I would understand that, but my Optus modem worked fine for years & now I'm getting constant issues where I have to turn wifi off/on on my mobile upstairs to get it to "unfreeze" as well. My latest fault ref # is 22276703

@wowBbr @lincmcd May save us but what would the AFL do without our money to help fund the likes of Brissy, Saints, North, GWS & GCs & all then other new ventures. Not to mention the money Optus makes every other week. Freo serves it’s purpose & that’s all the AFL cares about.
