@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@MarieColemanAO Hello Marie I had similar, claiming to be Optus I usually string them along, but they hang up if I give them an incorrect name, then they don't ring back Try and keep it going as long as possible Gives them less time to annoy other people Remember 037, 027 numbers aren't genuine

@Optus Gotta say pretty embarrassing for a telecommunications company that can’t give you a call back because I started on a msg app and then gives me wrong number to ring. Default notice only has number for self service.This number is for people who can’t pay how does self service help

It so frustrating having to constantly deal with internet providers. I don't blame @Optus entirely but it seems when you have FTTN both your provider and @NBN_Australia just don't care if you have speed issues or want to fix it at all. I want to pay more money for higher

@Optus Postcode is 2759 and the lights go off when it drops out, we have reset the modem a few times, turning it off, using the pin to reset as well still plays up, there was an issue with the tower on Friday but that was apparently fixed but now either doesn't connect or stops loading
