    @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

    @Telstra 2hrs this morning wasted with your member chat trying to take out a new contract, long term customer counts for nothing, go on Optus site and as a nobody I got a better deal straight off.

    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @Optus - 2nd time in 6 months that your system has just completely shut me down on my business phone. No network at all. No phone, travelling for work, no data, meetings to run. Completely unacceptable. Absolutely rubbish service.

    Really pissed off with @Optus right now. For over a week my 5G Home Broadband internet has been on the fritz as they are performing an "upgrade" & it's going to be 3 weeks of constanty drop outs & slow speed. The @Xbox Series X keeps chucking a tanty because of this too!

    @sherrod_im Better question is how does anyone get anything done when you have to spend 2.5 hours on the phone to @Optus only to have the 6th guy ask you the same damn questions and all the security “confirmation” only to hang up on you mid call!

    @Optus providing wrong information whilst selling a new plan and when you receive the plan, all the info given was wrong. Customer care people don’t care and play the blame game. Absolutely shocked by the pathetic service. Might have to lodge a complaint to ombudsman

    @CNEriksen @Optus No it’s not an accurate statement @Optus . Day 10, and I’m in cue to get an assistant to add manually. Yesterday the customer assistant was convinced I was wrong and the roaming was automatically activated. In fairness I don’t blame him. That is what SHOULD happen
