@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@Optus your service on the mid north coast nsw, is disgusting at the moment. Modem needs resetting at least 8 times per day. Your towers & infrastructure are just not coping, yet your happy to take my monthly payment for rubbish service #optusrubbish

Anyone else with Optus noticed reception is worse lately I mean it was pretty bad before but now is just ridiculous 1 bar on phone and I live i one of the biggest cities in Australia ffs @optus

@OptusSport having issues watching at home via Apple TV app. Picture very blurry. Internet connection is through Optus itself and very good. Also blurry on my device iPhone which iPhone blurry, I have tested wifi and via 5G mobile (without 5G)

Finally ended my 2+ year experiment with @Optus and moved my phone back to @Telstra, double the signal strength and even 5G in my home office

@DeanRosario @MadSaint I dumped Optus Sport too this year. Mainly due to the price hikes, constant **** reception and employing Gladys Berejiklian. I'm now with Telstra. 5G down the Mornington Peninsula 👌
