@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@geplusda @Optus Be careful dealing with O. O will try and shift blame. From around 6pm our service was almost useless. O said problem must be in-house, but when reminded that it works during the day, they agreed it couldn't be that. After weeks, O once again claiming problem must be in-house.

@Optus There have been many complaints about service in Toukley/Noraville. I live on Main Road Noraville and expect a better service being on the main Road. However I live in the rear villa at 335 and wonder if this is problem.

@Egi_nupe_ Sooo many Nigerians are either ignorant of how these things works or just choosed to be Optus. How many workforce do NDLEA have that they will be going from door to door looking for drug peddlers and addicts up and down.

@Optus What’s going on? Once again, I have no internet and telephone service on my @Optus @NBN_Australia connection, since the middle of this afternoon. I’m located in the Inner West Sydney area. The service is breaking down every other day! This is incredibly frustrating!
