@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

@Telstra 2hrs this morning wasted with your member chat trying to take out a new contract, long term customer counts for nothing, go on Optus site and as a nobody I got a better deal straight off.

@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@CommsBreakdown Nice read. Yeah - Pringles are smaller, get on Optus for the Premier League, use Wise to transfer money. Never close your UK bank account. Almost impossible to reopen one from over here. Avoid Aussie sausages and get your booze from Dan Murphy. Also google ‘british corner shop’

Hey @Telstra really disappointed, I attempted to buy a new phone and upgrade my service which I've had for over 15 years and got told that I had to set up "Auto Pay" .. no thanks .. @Optus are you looking for a new customer?

@zeppblueprints @razethecage Did not know that about Woolworths. But Boost seemed to work everywhere on Telstra network in remote Kimberley, not sure of other areas. Strangely Optus pops up in odd places where Telstra ain’t (but those are tiny amount of weird places)

@Tempaaaany He's 12th, I want him to do well though! I've found venue isn't a significant factor to explain the data this year - the opposition does most of that (i.e. playing at Optus can be good if it's the Eagles but bad if it''s the Dockers)

To date, I owe $316 to Optus for my mobile phone service, my mother’s mobile phone service and the landline/NBN service and I only sold one thing on Facebook marketplace in the last month :(

Dear Telstra, Thanks to your aggressive behaviour, pushing us off our mobile plans, increasing our monthly cost etc we have moved to Optus. Saving $20 a month. And a much stronger signal at home. Goodbye.

@Optus Why is it that only a new customer can get your special offer SIM plan $65/month for 500gb? I am a loyal customer and can only get that plan if I pay out my phone rather than couple it with the deal. You want your loyal customers to go to @VodafoneAU ?
