  @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

  @Websta_Black @thedangerbeard Your local wifi (provided by your router) should still be functional even if the internet connection is down. I would definitely speak to Optus about that , if that's not the case.

  @thedangerbeard I didn't explain that very well. Lol. If my mobile phone cannot connect to our wifi network, then I cannot use lifx as they both need to be connected to the same wifi network. Whenever optus or nbn goes down we don't have wifi.

  @Optus please fix your app. Each month the auto payment doesn't work, I then go in and enter in the exact same details and voila it's okay. Every time I reset my password it doesn't work. The chat doesn't have an exit button. Where's your kanban board I'll log tickets.

  @Optus I have a complaint open. Kinda funny the outcome. This i am better off with another provider.
