@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@optus STOP activating my roaming!!! I waste 15 minutes every day talking to your chat support. I have plane mode turned on and you still keep activating my roaming. PLEASE for the love of god stop it.

Long-term @Optus NBN customer, happy with them in general, but they obviously need to flush their DNS tables or something because Web site access has been sporadically borked for the best part of a day.

@Optus what's the status on your DNS server pls. Our website has been down all day. We tracked the issue to your DNS server dropping domains registed with @GoDaddy I know we are not the only ones having this problem. Its not an issue with mobile just NBN

@Optus Talked it through with support today, apparently Optus thinks that adding charged services without authorisation is the only way to go and that refunding for these services is somehow my problem. Very disappointed.
