@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@rgpask @Optus Thanks Robert. I'll see how I go. I'm actually more annoyed at all the time wasted than I am in the actual response. I kinda wish that instead of spending hours not resolving my concerns, they just told me straight up that they can't/won't help. Might be better to cut my losses.

@Optus What an absolute joke @Optus. Err our customer service sucks because errrrr COVID 🤪. Funny how your call the sales number and someone picks up within 10 seconds...try calling to cancel amd even the auto-responder knows it should hang up. #optus #covid #lableak
