@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

Dear @Optus what’s going on? @NBN_Australia modems at least 4 homes my street fried in Thurs arvo storm. Yr outage page still says “reduced service” but call centre says “resolved”. We’re all awaiting new modems via @auspost but will modem fry just happen again? Anyone else?

@dobes I bailed the NBN, Optus 4G at 150mbs-2300mhz ($70 arial pointed right at the tower). $70 for 500gb per month, works flawlessly. Huawei B818 Router. Never had an outage or a problem, speed is constant and free upgrade to 5G on deployment.

5G Home Internet (In @hurstville )disconnected after few hours video streaming on TV or downloaded several amount of data. After disconnected, 5G modem lost the 5G/LTE signal at least 30mins. Is there any restriction applied on 5G home broadband now? @Optus Please clarify!Thanks
