    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @Telstra 2hrs this morning wasted with your member chat trying to take out a new contract, long term customer counts for nothing, go on Optus site and as a nobody I got a better deal straight off.

    @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

    @hind_douglas @Mattys123 @CollingwoodFC 1 very bad game after a cracking finals performance of a long drawn out journey and ordeal to Optus, yeah in my opinion, we weren’t too far off. Before we played the Cats, I thought we would be on a hiding to nothing after that ordeal in the west, so no surprise to me.

    @podesta_lesley No need for extenders & have never had a problem. NBN started out saying it was a problem in my location as they had several complaints. Now they’re suggesting it’s just my problem. Optus have added mobile data to phones so we can function and will prorata refund internet fee 🙄

    @somewherein84 I went through that when I was married . Iirc took the phone in they refused to help me with it because it was in my wife’s name . I learnt from that to buy a phone outright in my name then get a sim started off prepaid now it’s on my Optus bill .

    Hey @vodafone! Sort your **** and get a stable network for ***** sake. I'm done. Optus is looking mighty tempting. Sick and tired of contacting tech and being told they can't fix ****.

    @theKoala_Man @Telstra I've spent an awful lot of money with Telstra over the years and only cancelled my last service with them 3 months ago. On the upside, Optus is over $30 a month cheaper for more data and the same phone

    @AmazonHelp I appreciate you sending this, I will report it, but I've already reported it to the Australian Scamwatch, which should hopefully prompt the telco that owns the phone number (I'm looking at you @Optus ) to shut it down.
