@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@Optus Had issues with not being able to receive or make calls while connected to 5G on Galaxy S20 Ultra. Samsung suggested dropping to 4G until issue was resolved by Optus. Has it been resolved?

@Optus @TheColinputer Are you aware that even those problems with 4G has been fixed customers still get updates through text messages saying you are looking into the issues. Which is like the billing systems systems don't talk to each other.

@Optus just a friendly reminder to to fix up the bugs in the billing systems. That even those I was approved for a extension to pay my invoice in early January 2021 I got a text message to say it is due 21/12.

@Telstra Your Gold level support is terrible. 7 weeks of asking to get nbn installed and you still can't sort it out. Absolute joke. More like fools Gold painted turds. @optus how quickly can you get me nbn in freshwater, n.beaches?

@m1ssy_L @Optus Even those you might get a text message saying say #4G is fixed don't believe it as I got another text message saying the issue with the tower is still being worked on.

@chewiegames82 Sorry Chewie for any inconvenience caused. We are aware of an issue impacting 4G based/VoLTE calls on some Optus mobile services (ref 23367369). We're working to restore services as soon as possible. As VoLTE is required for WiFi Calling, this is also impacted(1/2)

Hi Brad, Sorry to intrude, but I came across your NBN welcome letter. since the NBN was installed, it has never worked. Optus say the phone line to house is damaged & must be replaced. so does theNBN tech BUT, a week later, NBN have done nothing about it. Can you help?
