I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

SCAM l had a fake message from Tolls demands for overdue payment. I don't drive! Just had a message giving me a fake afterpay number! WTF? STOP NOW.
