    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    Hey @Optus - we've had no NBN in Murrumbeena for two days. No service. No response from call centre. Nothing but silence. Need connectivity for work tomorrow! Please fix it urgently. Thanks.

    @WeveAllGotToEat @Optus Yea, sorry to hear that. We are Optus here in Adamstown Heights, and well, I have to say for all the years Mobiles and NBN we've been blessed, touch wood. Hope it's fixed soon. The heat wouldn't help them.

    @Optus these deals are awful for existing customers. my contract ended in July and I’ve been waiting to lock into a new deal. All the “new” deals even #blackfriday there’s absolutely no savings. Truly awful 👎🏻

    @stricklebee @murphsicles @AussieSpudda Your personal experience with Optus/Telstra is irrelevant in this matter. The local residents I spoke with said their internet service was crap, and that was in 2019, imagine 10 years prior! The guy on the same private road as Craig's prop said no fibre, and slow internet.
