    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @Optus I just had a broken English conversation with a Korean couple (albeit from a distance) who mimicked to me they have no phone reception. They don't have a connection if they get symptoms. They are one of many.

    @abcnews In Epping Carlingford NSW area numerous residents haven't had Optus mobile reception for days due to 'maintenance'. They are deep in the lock down zone, and are especially vulnerable. They are struggling to make calls in or out.

    @Optus No, with respect, because I want the general public to know what's going on. I wouldn't do this normally, but people in this area are at risk. We are one of the LGAs locked down. High migrant population. This has now been days and days and all replies from Optus are delayed.

    Currently buying a phone from @Optus on the chat service - to be honest the sales script and behaviour feels scammy and dishonest. Very unlike the in store service which is usually excellent. Gonna give them 0 out of 10 when we get to the customer service survey

    @TeslaStraya @Optus I’m on the central coast as well I’m with Optus also mine is crap I can be sitting right next to my wi fi box and still only have 1 bar 🤬

    @Optus I had a relocation request on the 31st of July which was a Saturday to my new house. Optus failed to activate my NBN connection and now I’m without NBN in lockdown in Sydney with work tomorrow. I contacted the customer support team and they can’t help me. Pathetic 😠😠

    @Optus Just got off phone to tech support and it looks like my NBN resetting itself. Sadly got cut off with the tech support and now cant call back due to the NBN issues.
