@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

The biggest reduction to people’s cost of living would be outlawing this supposed “free” trials that becomes a paid subscription that can’t be cancelled services. How much money is wasted fighting with dumb web apps, & missing cancel buttons? Yes I am looking at you @Optus !!

@RossFloate @Optus Evidently I now need @Optus IT support to get it removed, I guess I should pore over my phone bills more carefully. Especially now I know that can somehow slip extra charges onto any old phone service on it.

Is anyone else finding 5G, well, a bit ****? Even in full signal areas. Slow downloads (network overload?), cut out issues with FaceTime (not so much with other services) etc. #5G @Optus

@Mr_McGrawFPL I’m curious if other Optus sport viewers find the platform to buffer a lot when internet speed slows. EG I can watch the 3 mins Optus sport mini match clips on YouTube without any issues but the actual Optus sport app needs much faster internet speed.

@Optus It’s sorted now, but the whole experience would have been simpler if there was a number to call or an option for this. Straight up I was asked for my Optus mobile number. Not a customer so through to sales I went. No options offered
