@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

@Optus @parkerbat How are we meant to get the updates if our network is out? I had to leave my home to access the net and try to figure out what's going on. I will DM my address but there isn't any hope of a message getting back to me once I return home, which I must for work.

@Optus I disconnected Feb 2021. I sat on your messenger chat for over one hour last week to advise you to stop billing me. You fixed it when I mentioned Communications Ombudsman. I have just rec’d a fresh inv. Fix your communications there!

@Optus Hi, I just got off chat with one of your technical support staff who have informed me that there’s an unplanned outage in my area and that’s why my internet is crippled. There’s no ETA for fix. I feel some compensation is in order.

@ItsBouquet It pays to fail. Bloody bizarre system where we have a useless NBN and then private for profit entities ( Optus, Telstra and an alphabet soup of providers ). Though technically " provisioned " to be connected via NBN I was informed that it would cost 20K plus. 🙄
