    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @Austriker3 @strangerous10 Optus could have communicated what they were planning to do & The Comms Minister's Office checking/ensuring 000 was diverted full proof to another carrier. That was my take on her question. It was chaos/confusion/ducking & weaving. Will be contacting Wells myself on another issue

    @Optus your sales team are very rude and not helpful for upgrading my NBN plan. I think I need to cancel my account and find another ISP.

    @isobelroe Optus shops are useless. Only sell smartphones, connect new services, but tell pensioners to drive to another office to get customer service. These stressed seniors get plan fixed, drive home, then collapse on the floor for approximately 3 days & end up in ED. Very sad end.

    20+ years as an @Optus customer, and I’ve spent 7+ hours on the phone, mostly on hold trying to get a $1,500 incorrect charge refunded and still no resolution after 2 weeks. Can someone from head office please step in? This is getting ridiculous. #Optus #OptusSupport

    @optus_help @Optus My IT contractor is handling, the issue is a lack of notice before your NbN changes meant that 2.4Ghz devices were disabled, this included security systems, which is plain irresponsible

    shoulda gone to Starlink albo! Taxpayer-funded NBN Co suffering an outage which left customers potentially unable to dial triple-0 and a second Optus failure over the weekend has prompted calls for a fresh inquiry into the nation's telecommunication providers.

    Awful customer service from Optus, trying to upgrade NBN plan and chat agents just giving up halfway through for no reason. Should just be a simple no touch process online... No store in North Sydney to help either.

    @Optus I would consider swapping all of your phone agents for AI bots - humans are very rude in your office! I was only trying to upgrade my account!
