    @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

    @Telstra 2hrs this morning wasted with your member chat trying to take out a new contract, long term customer counts for nothing, go on Optus site and as a nobody I got a better deal straight off.

    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @Optus You are 🤬 of the worst sort. You billed me for services you never provided and then took my account into arrears and have put a fraudulent notice against my account so I can't be approved for a car loan. You NEVER provided the services.

    @Telstra your phone support taking literally hours to do simple tasks must cost you a fortune. Upgrade an internet plan 2.5hrs… really? Get an nbn technician to repair a broken like 45min, no result. @Optus I can change my plan and be off the phone in 6min.

    Hey @Optus just wondering why you are sending details regarding my account via SMS to my Mother In Law's phone (who is with a different provider) and her number appears nowhere in my account profile... I don't think she cares my service, but I do care about my privacy.
