    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @AlboMP @SenatorWong @ClareONeilMP Time to roll out the giga class action against Optus; they don’t give a crap about customers, all they give anything about, is making money from customers. Now it’s time for us to bite back at the billionaire’s and make them feel the pain of loss; loss of all their dollars.

    1) As a former Optus customer, I received the official email stating that my information was “disclosed” leaked to hackers. I changed my license. Service NSW said Optus will reimburse me. I then called Optus (+1hr) and they claim that they don’t have me details…

    @Scamwatch_gov @peratzatha11 Poor wording there. It's not just current Optus customers, it's anyone who has been an Optus customer going back to when they implemented this data retention scheme, isn't it? 2017?

    @ServiceNSW Yes, that's the page I was looking at. It says, "Customers will receive notifications from Optus on the necessary remediation activities in relation to their driver licences." Not great that we are told to rely on the company who caused the problem in the first place.
