  @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

  @Optus You can't be serious. I'm in Rushcutters Bay and I have never heard coverage issues in this area until I met Optus. Not to mention that the reason I signed up is because you put an offer in my mailbox! Why do you advertise a service that you can't provide? PS Still no internet.

  @JoviiiGirl The only way for it to be properly blocked is for your carrier (eg Optus) to block it at the switch. Block function on phone just means that that number won’t trigger the handset ring function. Likely to need a formal police complaint to get this block applied but it is possible.

  @CourtneyLee_33 @suzanne_cass I’ve had Vodafone, Optus and Telstra in last 15yrs. Had that many connectivity and customer service issues with both Vodafone and Optus that I just went Telstra. Its far from perfect, but fewer hassles for me anyway. Think with the right plan there’s not much $ diff anymore.

  @Optus my Galaxy Note 20 has a persistent issue where it keeps not being able to detect the sim. Is it possible to switch an existing number to esim and use that exclusively?

  What's going on with the Optus network tonight (and probably the past week)? I've got download speeds of less than 0.02 Mb/s but upload speed of 15+ Mb/s It's all very frustrating

  @VinceRugari @smh Could be a huge fail. The interest only exists if your team is in it. Even then it’s at a poor time for most of us and can’t see every single person with Optus paying for both.
