  @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

  @Telstra 2hrs this morning wasted with your member chat trying to take out a new contract, long term customer counts for nothing, go on Optus site and as a nobody I got a better deal straight off.

  @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

  I have now been on the phone to @Optus @optus_help for 2hrs and 51mins and am still waiting to speak to the 7th consultant just to replace a sim card that has not been delivered! This is my 3rd attempt to get my new service activated after previously spending 1.5hrs beforehand.

  @zanofc @footyindustryAU Not really, Perth couldn’t sell out the opener at OPTUS stadium anyway, what makes you think they’ll get more against North Korea? Honestly, the atmosphere is crap being a rectangle ground at a round stadium. HBF will be 100% better and the players will enjoy it too

  @Telstra It’s not been a short term outage issue. It’s been a problem for an extended period of time. I have customers that come into my office and anyone with Telstra can’t access our app/website due to poor service. Optus and Vodafone customers are fine. I have to provide the clients with wifi details just so they can interact. It’s substandard.

  Hey @Optus @optus_help I've been told I need to come here to get help. No mobile data, internet, can't send or receive mms texts. 4 hours 3 Optus humans couldn't help Friday night. They lodged a case. Ask a few more questions. Day 5 no resolution yet. No service is not cool

  @Optus It’s an insane state of affairs that Optus now has to specify “but this time we didn’t let any of our customers pass away by denying them the right to call emergency services”. Crazy that no other telco has ever needed to clarify that

  @Andrew_Godman @DPRVenjoyer @hisaflog100 It was actually iconic how Optus had already said their network wasn’t usable and then Turnbull came back and asked to buy it anyway and they obviously decided “**** it, we’re not above profiting off your stupidity”.

  Is the camera work at Optus always this horrendous? Missed half the game while the focus is off play. Horrible viewing.
