    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

    @Telstra 2hrs this morning wasted with your member chat trying to take out a new contract, long term customer counts for nothing, go on Optus site and as a nobody I got a better deal straight off.

    Beware Latest scam. Received text allegedly from Optus requesting I update billing info with a link I knew it was a scam. Rang Optus so they could warn other customers. The Customer Service person didn't take it seriously So I am trying to let people know.

    @Optus Ok, well from my experience this afternoon. Many things don’t work in the Optus app. It is just continually asking me to verify my info. Then sending me 2FA codes. But the app never seems to accept that I have verified. Tried fully deleting the app. Re signing in etc. nothing.

    Australia, may well be a sporting nation... but could it struggle with potentially four dedicated sports streaming services (Stan Sports, Kayo, Optus Sport and potentially DAZN) all fighting for the same content. The AFL rights race coming up has never looked more interesting.

    @Optus @Ramy_AK This issue remains unresolved. Our mother is still without a working phone. You guys are polite on Twitter but in reality not much happens behind the scenes when we are trying to get a problem solved.

    @NBN_Australia Say their outage in 3175 is caused by an “unplanned” outage. @UnitedEnergyAU Say their outage in 3175 was “planned”. Do you guys talk? Poor old @Optus get my abuse as their the ones who take my money.
