@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@SenatorWong @AlboMP please make sure that @optus will pay for new passport, medicare card, driver's license of ALL current and former customer., not selective one coz we are not really sure who & how many data in store on that hacker. Pls dont trust Optus. Please. Thank you.

When Labor was in Opposition it was rare to see them as Guests on @abcnews programs, now that Labor is the Govt @abcnews regularly has a #LNP MOP in lieu of a Govt MOP to discuss Govt issues, eg. James Patterson who is not academically qualified, discussing the Optus data breach.
