@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

Just got confirmation that my IDs were exposed during the #Optus "attack". FML. If you see anyone claiming to be me, check their shoes and beard first. If they are **** then it's an imposter.

@DrShaneRRR @spiritgateoz @Optus and had no phone for the entire time, inconsistent and contradictory advice, unwillingness to fix it/cancel it. Until finally by chance rather than design I spoke to manager that solved it in a day. Ridiculous.

@aussiesoph @Optus If they did, they never notified me. Like I said, I doubt they're much better. Or maybe they did and I blew it off assuming they were scammers

@Optus your customer service is a joke. Been trying to cancel a contract for 2 1/2 hours and counting, 1hr of questions to be our through to cancellation team and nobody has picked up the chat yet, been waiting 1 1/2 hours so far

Got the email from @Optus saying my drivers license number has been exposed in the data hack… but I never had the license when I set up the phone and thus never gave it to them, so what the hell is going on?

@DrShaneRRR I'm charging at time and a half considering I've had to sort this **** out on the three days off I was supposed to be spending with my kid this holidays. I'm going to invoice Optus and claim on tax as a business expense 😐

You heard it right. It is sponsored by Optus. Why is Optus doing this? Because they have suffered one of the worst data breaches in Australian history, which has affected more than 2 million people.

@PBarcatta How do we stop it - they had to call a referendum for the Australia Card - surely this change is big enough to warrant asking us if we're okay with it. I'm not - if you thought Optus hack (cough, cough) was bad, wait until the government is solely in charge of your digital id.

@Optus I spoke to an Optus staff member in a store today to ask for advice regarding the data breach and now my phone hacked with a virus. His comment, no idea, down the hall is a private consultant go there! Optus this is piss poor!
