    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @Optus There is no entertainment tile. This has been advised to your team by most people reporting the problem over the last few months. I have the latest app. I’ve reinstalled it multiple times.

    @MattWatson1 @Optus Looks like Optus is the new Voda-fail. Me and the missus just switch from Optus recently because we were fed up with their stupidly poor coverage in suburban areas.
