@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@Optus Thanks Nard. What causes an outage that only affects webmail?

@Optus I am having a great deal of difficulty with your service and staff. I have been attempting to resolve the issue with you for several months and have yet to receive and help. Due to your mismanagement I am currently owed $640 due to billing errors.

@tomizaks Unlikely. But they will be able to help with creative ways to say "we're not going to help you". (I moved to Telstra last week. The rest of the family are awaiting Telstra SIMs now. Four customers lost not because of the event, because of Optus' ****** response to it)

@Descarts11 @Optus @RunnerSA18 Effectively any Australian who has EVER been an Optus customer should consider their identity compromised.

@Optus so our data was breached, taken and you claim your "supporting us" how exactly? By doing nothing. Best support is maybe front the bills or something. If someone makes identity based off us, we will be suing you. Might be leaving you as well as so called "support" is a joke

@sallyrugg I got a similar email then my iPad listed about a dozen sites that I use saying my passwords had been included in a data breach. Spent ages last night changing passwords. Optus have been the worst through all of this.
