@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

Well, there you go. @optus advertising its self-congratulatory 'it was bad, sure, but we'll fix it' data breach is next-level selective deafness. It shouldn't have happened, tens of thousands affected and the correct response is genuine contrition. Not this ad. Ever.

Still no phone from @optus. That's a month now. They just ask me my identity 100s of times. I've been to the shop 3 times, spent about 20 hours combined in their chat service, exchanged 100s of emails with their customer service, and all that happens is they send code requests

@AlboMP Medibank and Optus are clear Evidence that digital ID's and Currency, Centralised or not, are open to Hacks! The government needs to pass a bill ensuring cash will never be phased out, and that Banks will never again be rescued by way of Taxpayer or Industry monies!

@Optus @ashbarty Went to your Yes Optus store at Mount Sheridan for some urgent assistance to find it closed down...so much for Customer Service. My details were hacked and now my mobile has just stopped working? Are these two incidents related and what is Optus going to do to fix things!
