    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @Telstra Hi Telstra, yesterday I bought a prepaid SIM with you because my local Optus network was down. I wasn’t able to activate the SIM because it kept saying there was an error. I looked at my internet banking and I’ve been charged 3 x $30 for every time I tried to activate.

    @Optus @SarahBaird89 I'm with Optus not only because I'm from the UK and Optus Sport is sensational value for money with streaming EVERY premier league game, but because they're far far better than Telstra from customer service!

    @Telstra Thanks, Jess, we will see what Monday brings. Telstra is stuck with us, we don’t have a choice about supplier (can’t sling Optus cable at ours) but this poor quality service is taking a toll and things must improve. I wish we had fibre to node like you guys working from home.

    @Optus Kristy if you’ve even tried to call Optus support you’d definitely not strongly recommend it. Maybe I’ll give that another go next time I’ve got a minimum of 5 hours to spare.

    @Telstra (part 3) I don’t need the SIM anymore because the Optus network has been restored but I’d like my $90 back. It charged me for every failed attempt at activating/loading credit. $30 for every time I hit the button only to get an error message. Please assist, thank you!

    @femshep69 @MrboomstickXL @SkillUpYT I won't say it's your fault *in any way* because **** Sony's shitty CS and arrogant attitude, but I've never had an issue after actually involving the ACCC (once- Optus) or otherwise threatening companies with them (MS, others). Gonna wait some time before risking my $ on a PS5

    @Optus I’ve tried resetting everything both modem and computer. No outages in the area. Your suggested help pages don’t include trouble shooting for the B818 wireless broadband.
