@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@Optus To what point. Its not only MY issue.The towers are inadequate. Examine the whole suburbs - dead spots everywhere. Postcode 4128 4127 4129. Its across ALL providers. QLD Health will not be amused when I tell them. A WEEK its been going on the QR check is failing "No Internet".

This week has taught me that using the same company for home internet and mobile internet was a mistake. Wifi goes down because Optus is cooked and I can't even hotspot off my phone because that's also with Optus and is also down.

@Optus This Generic reply is a bit old isn't it, after losing the champions & Europa Leagues to Stan and still charging the same fee. This is not a free service.

@Apple Got an iPad and just over 1 year it’s not working anymore. @Optus said I’m covered under Warranty but Apple said not covered. 1 years life !
