@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@sussanley @AlboMP The The Manager of Opposition Business in the House @PaulFletcherMP has all the answers to the Optus problem. Is there a case where former members of former Oz Governments eg #LNP are financially accountable for blatant mismanagement of taxpayer monies. #NACC ?

@Optus - As a former business customer who no longer works for my old employer, I am trying to find out if my licence has leaked. As you can only send an MFA code to my old work email, that I can no longer access, I am now forced to go into store to change the email addess. Why??

@Scamwatch_gov @OAICgov The focus of these remedial steps is all wrong. Govt and Optus should be notifying banks and super funds rather than having 9 million Australians clogging up the system and trying to do it themselves. This is massive, expecting each individual impacted to fix it won’t work.

8 days later, Optus still didn't inform clients about what data was exactly leaked from each one of them! If you can't get to the bottom of this, just consider that all the document IDs have been exposed and support clients in replacing them. #optusbreach #Optus #optusfail

I 100% support @MarkDreyfusKCMP's push to limit how long companies can hold onto our data. As an example, wholly owned Optus subsidiary Amaysim still has my account data. Despite leaving over six years ago, I can still log in and there's no easy way to delete it. Not great.

@Christi05571146 I’ve never been an optus customer and got an email. We have however used coles prepaid for the kids phones. (Which uses the optus infrastructure)
