@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@AlboMP @RichardYabsley One of the worst things about Abbott and Turnbull's NBN was the attempt to use old Optus cable which failed, then trying to use old Foxtel cable (HFC) which isn't sufficient. Frequently getting notifications to use mobile hotspot while "NBN Co is improving the network"!

@abcnews After a few weeks of set up problems, i called off NBN and got Mobile Internet. Telstra and Optus both offer it, just put in a SIM and then plug the modem into the wall and it comes on a minute later. With 5G, they should put the money into mobile technology

Menindee Lakes — bugger all Optus service out here, and our Telstra modem is too expensive to run full time, so see ya all on the flip side. #RVlife

@calebsfavourite Telcos are the worst. I had Optus send 2 modems to two different address’ in two different states. Then they sent a 3rd for some reason.

@tanya_plibersek NBN is crap, always throttled by the provider, house is still copper. Had faster internet 2001 Optus cable Even data from our 5G tower's, why advertise speed when you won't provide it?

@Mattys123 @aleaguemen @ParamountPlusAU Yep! Like Optus, we’re gonna go through a season of pain whilst us paying customers beta test their product. They never learn.
