@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

I think the @Optus app help service workers are on a commission of how many times they respond to you ! But They never do anything & they just seem to say they that someone will contact you tomorrow but never do . Incredible!! #optusfail

@TerryxHarper This would be a great move. Users with crappy Optus providers that have weak signals could latch on to local Telstra towers which have a much stronger signal.

Well done @optus. My current plan is $63 a month and gets me 160gb and unlimited international roaming plus 2gb data. The new plans are $59 for 100gb PLUS $5 a month for roaming with no data. I’ll either stay on my old plan or jump ship elsewhere because the value is bad.

I am waiting for Optus Tech Support to call me as my Internet got disconnected after requesting the speed boost Running on 4G backup now. Seeing if I need a tech to visit me I hope Optus call me back soon with an update anything you suggest @Optus twitter support I do in meantime

@Telstra Hi there - that is not correct. It happened again today in Port Macquarie NSW til 5pm Lucky I have two business connections with @Optus to stay connected I would have had no service, all calls routes via Optus hotspot off ipad and laptop sim card. Pay premium for inferior service
