@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@AlboMP Given data breach at @Optus perhaps fed. & state gov’ts should immediately issue new passports and drivers licences to the 2.4 m people who are most affected while they can still prove who they are. And Optus should pay for it. @Dom_Perrottet get to work on new licences

@optus failed its customers. To put it another way, the API did not require anyone to login in order to access its functionality. Optusdata wrote in a message: "No authenticate needed. That is bad access control. All open to internet for any one to use."
