@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@TGUZ72 @Malk_AU @marvelstadiumau You’re not wrong. Everyone lost their **** when Optus Stadium showed off their lights a few years back, and now every stadium has to be a pseudo nightclub. I blame Rob Zombie.

@CaptainUniverse @TheDazMail @emmalouiseprho1 They outran us on Optus at a time when we were going much better than we are now. Leg speed will not be their issue. I think they hold all the cards in this one. We will go in strong underdogs, bit I hope the boys find some real fighting spirit to pull off an upset win.

@innocent_abroad @mal2153 @MikeCarlton01 Bull. It had a short positive effect when Optus had to offer competitive pricing to attract new customers. But the positive effects were short lived. 3 decades later, privatisation of our telecom has led to poor rural connectivity and the cluster F that is NBN.

@Optus stores are now asking for your digital ID to access your account. Was told I could either download the digital ID app and use biometrics to access my account details, or I could leave the store. Their digital ID service is run by Mastercard. What could possibly go wrong...

@evbriefmedia They're on Optus are they? My phone is on Optus and the car (Model 3) is in Telstra - I often find my phone signal quits before it does on the car, especially once I leave regional towns around the Central West. Weird that it's dropping out in town though?
