    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @Optus I have been customer of Optus from last 4 years and it was amazing service, however recently I have moved to new location and it seems that instead of resolving my issue of enabling services I have been advised to move to new provider, which is quite unprofessional.

    @nbn @Optus nbm techicoan didnt show AGAIN this morning Thats twice this week. Anf neither of you care to let the customer know. Imagine if a Dr or surgeon did that to patients with no apology or autoreschedule. Will you make it happen third time #nothappy

    @Optus The reception does not change in different spots of the building. you need to fix the 4G connection in this side of town - Paddington, Milton, Toowong, Bardon, Rosalie.

    @Optus posted on a Facebook group about how bad optus is and someone who lives near by at Bardon said that a optus worker told them that they could cancel their optus plans at any time with no fees or charges as they know that optus coverage in this side of town is so terrible

    @steveburgess23 Haha 83 model here. We never rented videos, owe never really tapped into pop culture until Optus Vision started, we were raised on Sale of the Century and 6am repeats of old Neighbours episodes.
