    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @Optus No Optus - it is the same every time - you are not able to fix it. I want my money back for all the time that the system has not been working. Why should I be charged for a faulty system? This phone and system have not been right since the first day of my contract.

    @Optus when we moved into the new house the power cord that goes into the nbn and power socket is missing! Now I read on the NBN site our service provider is supposed to replace things like that free of charge. So how does on go about getting a replacement for it?

    @grow_dem_melons @Telstra I had same issue around southern mallee in Victoria so I got sick of Telstra saying there is no problem and switched to @optus and never looked back. Their service is mint and you can actually talk to real person not some bot.
