@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@BelcrediMarie @agarner @Optus It's usually just relentless pressure to meet deadlines. Never seems time to set things up properly. But time/cost overheads really aren't that great. It's a manager's role because developers will avoid. No motivation because security features are invisible until breached.

@AllBiteNoBark88 @Optus Same has happened here years ago while government was trying to attract pharmas (which they succeeded, Moderna is next door almost) turned out into clever errors. Next year after, a 5G$ which never figured in budget was created. Guess what it is. Cybersecurity ministry.
