@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

FFS @Optus could your ********* NBN not drop out several times a day, every day? I live in inner city Melbourne, not the middle of nowhere. I say this more to inform people how utterly terrible your NBN is and that they should never use your "service"

I’ve now collected the trinity of personal data hacks. Optus, Medibank and now Latitude. I’ve had my data stolen and NOT ONE of these companies has done JACK **** to help rectify it. I get CONSTANT scam texts and calls. **** these companies #LatitudeHack #OptusHack #MedibankHack

Major new scandals re Optus on the way, including allegations about chair Phil O’Sullivan (hired Glads Berejiklian). Optus “media team” won’t answer O’Sullivan questions - or even confirm it’s put them to him. Very serious issues, going to national security, inc AUKUS.

Thinking about @Optus’s bad decision to brand themselves as “Yes” in the Sydney intl arrivals terminal. I’ve never said to a relative landing “find the Yes store” it’s only “find the Optus store”. And as it happens, the tiny kiosk with Optus banner is busier than the store.

The Australian Government must start issuing massive fines when they hold information longer than legally allowed. The idea Optus lost customer info of people who haven't been customers for a decade is insane.
