@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@emma_web3 Nah that’s cap because the internet is **** here and the live chat help from Optus is horrendous so you would defs need to leave the house to go to a shopfront and complain

@Optus what's with the service in riddells creek. Lucky to get 2mbps on wireless broadband. Poor speed test performance matches up with the issues streaming.

@DanielAndrewsMP Glad sanity is prevailing about utility assets. They utilities should never ever have privatised. Total false economy and now the chickens have come home to roost re energy and other privatised utilities. Think Medibank, Optus. They don’t have people at the centre.

My data was breached. I haven't been a Optus customer for years. Businesses MUST be forced to delete all non-current customers after 12 months.
