@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@Telstra 2hrs this morning wasted with your member chat trying to take out a new contract, long term customer counts for nothing, go on Optus site and as a nobody I got a better deal straight off.

@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

@thespecialbka optus are just as bad . they don't care about their customers ..just selling . i joined Aussie broadband on the N.B.N Customer service is pretty good as soon as my phone contract is finished with optus i'm using voip .

@Optus How good is that broadband hey @TurnbullMalcolm Optus mobile phone tower problem cripples #NBN Home Phone landline & internet. What's this where's the copper gone oh it's that cable network.. So you are OK with paying the bill for VPN @telstra Mobile Hotspots till fixed ?

@rlebard I hate how incompetent these companies are, and the way they shift the onus onto the customer to fix. If @Telstra doesn't compensate you for the hours spent fixing it at your current wage, you should contact their national manager on LinkedIn. Worked for us with Optus.

@Optus Why the F do you keep turning on missed call services on my phone? This is an on-going issue. The chatbot in the APP is **** also. Cannot get through to a person.

hey @Optus - once again having eSIM trouble. optus chat are telling me to check the email which is no help. the link they SMSd through to me doesnt work. The app says I haven't ordered an eSIM. and the store are having trouble.

@Optus Currently it’s at 4G so it’s ok - it’s when it drops to 3G that COVID checkin becomes a problem- will contact you if it drops back again. I am a Security Officer for the NSW Government at Liverpool Hospital which is why I am mindful of COVID safety procedures
