@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@byronkaye . @Optus created this problem they had no need to hold id data beyond the second they deem it as authentic & valid as basis to open an account they're revealed as fools for storing it needlessly we now pay the price i for one, want to be a part of a class action against optus

My phone - iPhone 11 - is not typing properly (the wrong letters come up compared to the ones I have pressed, and fast too), is flicking between apps when I'm not touching it and slowing down. Have switched it on and off a lot. Is it impacted by the Optus security hack? Gulp!

@PeterTOWNSV1LLE I changed to Optus 3 months ago after 25 years with Telstra. I went to see them yesterday to check my account and they said mine was safe and showed me the account itself. I’ve been checking my bank account every hour since and no damage so far.
