@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@JKorpusinski @Optus complaining doesnt get you anywhere either though.. and I have a different experience with Optus, i have found their service to be much better than the alternatives.

@Optus It looks like the Optus telephony is back. The Optus NBN is still down, now for over an hour. It's a nightmarish morning for Teams calls. What's the ETA? I'm managing my work with my mobile hotspot with Telstra. Those who have Optus mobile internet have no plan B.

An Optus spokesperson has responded on Twitter, saying: "Optus is aware of an outage that may be impacting Optus services. We are aiming to restore these services as a priority." Some customers are now reporting that services are coming back, but internet speeds remain slow.

@Optus Are you aware that the people who are most affected can't contact you at ALL? The people who are tweeting, calling and complaining are the ones who have alternate internet and phone services. Everyone who is locked down and using 4G internet basically just went missing.
