@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@MandurahPol If I was a Detective or someone in that kind of position, I would open the phone, call Optus and provide the IMEI number. You never know, you may just get the owner's name.

@YolandaRedrup I’ve always thought when Optus says 99% coverage across the country it’s obvious the remaining 1% is wherever I am. Pfizer didn’t help with the G’s at all either 😞.

@Optus I was trying to get on with my day. I have been having dropouts since Sunday. I have not been able to work. It's still happening now. It's becoming impossible to work from home. Has the issue been resolved? Case was created but case manager is not responding either.

I think @Optus are putting too many resources into selling new iPhones than looking after existing customers with tech issues. No service for 2 days now!!! If your a new customer looking at getting a new iPhone beware of @Optus lack of after sales care. #shocking
