@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@Optus @RunnerSA18 tried to call the number in the email where I am notified I am one of those affected, connected to a call centre overseas instead of a supposed expert, and was the worst service I have ever had, hanged up as this was useless. Seems it is on us customers to figure things out

@runbeagle #curtindigipr an-online issue example is when some people can’t login to a platform for a few minutes or hours a crisis would be if a large majority of peoples data got leaked much like the Optus stadium incident

Does anyone else find Optus 5G regularly shows as connected with full service, but no data will transfer? Websites won’t open, apps won’t connect etc?

@mjrowland68 Optus is only a single problem in a single legislation that forced telcos to gather and keep such data. It was always going to be targeted by hackers.

Hi @Optus, Iranian government has shut down the internet while its people are protesting to get their freedom and human rights back. I’ve heard that @VodafoneAU has added Iran to list of countries where you can have free call/text. Will you do the same for customers with a plan?

@mjrowland68 @Optus Part 2: I have been @Optus customer for ever. I did not take up the plan and am still paying too much. So pleased I didn't hand over my bank details but I really am concerned about the info they do have.
