    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @Optus 11.44pm. I have to stay awake. Terrified due to no safety Alarm activation option. Disconnected ph at 8pm! Office shut. Service Aust pay you fortnightly to avoid this disaster but you do not act. Now what? I'm a carer. Not waiting for social call!

    @Optus I have never dealt with a more incompetent and devious company in all my life living in the UK and Australia. Your worker lied and misled at the point of sale for broadband (even his manager said this). Sent me the wrong product & billed me for both it & the replacement.

    New to optus prepaid mobile, has been complete nightmare. 3days for delivery 2days to activate sim On wrong cheaper plan than already paid. Waiting Waiting for customer service....

    Not saying this for me. My complaint is over and the restaurant is Menulogs problem I think. But it's increasingly frustrating how hard it is to speak to a human with most corporations now (Hai @Optus). Real complaints will go unheard.

    @Optus I cant even send you information because the stupid MyOptus app is "System unavailable due to technical difficulties" and all the information is on that app. FYI my address is 955 Moggill Rd, phone service is 0738785858 That should be enough for you.

    Over 24 hours of dealing with Optus Support and it's not going well. Not well at all.
