    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @mollyappleton93 @OptusSport Have they even committed to showing all games this season instead of just a select few? Last season was stupid when it started on FA Player, rights were bought, FA Player got geo blocked and optus wouldn't show half the games :(

    @Optus I’ve literally spent 3 hours both on the phone and on chat to your customer team and I was passed on like a ping pong ball and was hanged up from your team who doesn’t have a clue of what they’re doing and asked me stupid questions! I could have done a lot in 3 hours..not happy

    @Optus Fix your internet, the NBN fiber connection I have is fast, yes I will credit that. But it has some big issues, primarily; - Unreliable and cuts out, often in waves where I have to restart the modem several times. - Unpredictable upload speeds (270 down / 2-20 up)

    @Optus First of all - your outage detector hasn't shown jack ****. Second of all - I have gone through the steps, the issue is the connection from the wall, not me. You. I don't an automated response, just fix it. You guys are being payed to fix it, it is your job. Not my problem.

    @D3C3P7AKONZ @Optus Thats so ****, I remember some of the net issues I had in Japan, like when it wored it was good, but sometimes it would tank to 1mbps on speed test or less and it was annyoing af. So much worse when the company won't help

    @pythagoNRL @mitchd_90 It took Optus a decade to iron it out the scaling/quality issues. Telstra about the same. But what ******** would they know. And this technical limitation doesn't even touch on the seemingly relevant lack of experience in negotiating international sports broadcast rights.
