@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

Okay so @optus internet is down, their my optus app is out for servicing. All their phone lines are closed, and it seems @optus on Twitter has blocked me... So basically no support options available. Thanks @optus the terrible service just goes from bad to worse. #optusfail

@Optus are you having issues with your webmail? I have used the my optus app. With no answeres or feedback I need access to my emails. If this problem is going to continue with out any support. I will start to look at another service for all my internet and mobile requirements.
