    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @taniadalts @Optus @VicRoads I’ve only received Medibank’s non specific updates. They haven’t said if I’ve been affected or what they are doing accept to say they won’t increase their premiums until next year. It’s pretty poor isn’t it.😔😑

    Typical Mum finally remembers to call me as I can’t call her as Optus are updating their tower 🙄 And another call comes thru regarding her Appt at the hospital tomorrow I was going to cancel as I’m in no shape to take her I wonder if Mum will remember I can’t call her back 🤯

    @QuentinDempster @medibank @AusFedPolice They don't have the capability...Kershaw and his counterparts in our intelligence agencies are out of their depth...they could not organise a root in a brothel, let alone track down hackers of both Optus and Medibank.

    Dear @Optus I’ve had a gut full of your incompetence Since Saturday I haven’t been able to phone Mum (I’m her carer) you disconnect the call & her home service has changed today I arrange for someone else to call her & then suddenly I can call Always something with you lot

    Having probably the worst customer experience I've ever experienced with @Optus Business right now & for the past 3 weeks. It's absolutely no wonder they allowed hackers to steal everyone's data. The incompetence to their very core is truly staggering.

    @Optus What scares me is I opened an #Optus account 15 years ago, ended up having to take you to the telco ombudsman bc your customer service was so bad I never actually got connected, now I find out my data was breached & I need extra security on my drivers licence. 15 years later???

    @ClareONeilMP One month ago Medibanks statement was : "We can say definitively that there is no evidence that customer data has been removed from our systems." Why so hard on Optus and not them? What's in it for you? They literally lied for weeks.
