    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @Optus i am trying to get Australian incoming calls turned on since the whole day and not even a single guy can help me up. Just wasting my time and money on long helpline calls. I am expecting calls from Australian employers and nearly jeopardising my carrier due to it.

    @Peter217945 I think that nowadays we’re all attuned to picking up an accent from the Phillipines. Telstra, Optus, iiNet all use them. And the worst part is, they don’t understand sarcasm. Buggar!!
