@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

@OeterB @Fozbyte That's what I did! I'm an optus customer so it's included in my plan.

@dikkii Their surrogate sounded horribly reasonable. Horrible because Optus rivals Murdoch for appallingly cynical business strategies. I dumped them years ago and their phone menues made it impossible to query an account without repurchasing.

@Debb_Richards @VictorDominello He's referring to Optus customers, but in fact you are a customer of Government services, so maybe be less glib and rude and more open to people getting better service from Government. Most people think Service NSW is the gold standard.

@SammySatine As an Optus customer I am worried .. but I can change passwords and cancel things if I must and put blocks on all things

So someone let me know if there’s a class action against Optus. I’ll definitely join. I’m mighty pissed off & feel completely helpless as there’s not a damn thing I can do to protect myself. Sure I change PIN numbers but other than that? I don’t fall for scams. But feel helpless.

@BecL87 @Optus Worst in the world I reckon! I mean I’ve used some of the ones in the US and they’ve got it all over Optus! The sooner they’re gone the better!

@tanyavolt Shout all our next bills (though I'm going to switch from Optus, can't let this **** up slide)

First large dump of Optus customer data (which was stolen/openly accessible) contains details of over 100 Tasmanian customers… according to sources who have seen the data. #politas #OptusHack #10,000

@alanadelgray Ugh yeah that’s so bad!! There are a few articles flying around with steps you can take to help but it’s just shocking that Optus haven’t actually provided any advice

@bigbradwolf @mjrowland68 @Optus Is there one though - they’re all as bad as each other. I’ve spent the night on the phone with Telstra 🤯

@couriermail You can go tell the @optus chief executive officer that hell yes we do see them as the villain. They left the door wide open for anyone to access this information and as a customer who has had their information completely compromised I’m furious. #OptusHack
