    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

    @Telstra 2hrs this morning wasted with your member chat trying to take out a new contract, long term customer counts for nothing, go on Optus site and as a nobody I got a better deal straight off.

    @ScottMorrisonMP @narendramodi Don't forget that Labor's NBN proposal was for fibre to the home one design, while the Libs was for using the existing copper wire network as well as the old Optus cable network, finally ending up with the mish-mash of infrastructure that we have today.     @Optus i’m feeling so stupid by choosing Optus over such great service providers at least they would have helped me out when I am Overseas and I lost my Sim I am the account holder I lost my Sim and still optus says that they cannot help me at all wow

    Well @Optus I don't have much to say, but holy ****, can you make transferring properties any more harder? 3 hours on the phone and still no solution. I can see we earnt that 2.5 star rating in customer service well.

    @robfarago 2-5 is Optus, at 8 hours which was the point their phone system would redirect from 2nd level support to a mobile phone voicemail, regardless if you were actually connected to someone.

    @Optus I’m particularly fond of the recent price increase to service our plan, with Optus to receive less service. Think you should reconsider the company slogan… perhaps “Optus - stay disconnected”
