    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong @kayosports Yeah I'm looking at other options. Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

    @DanSilkstone @nbn All fine re speed on std optus nbn plan in Thornbury, just a few drop punts from @SquidInkRock ! Only issue has been monthly failures, which never happened whilst on Optus cable for 10+ years 😳🙄

    @TexanMeg @Telstra @Optus Do it! I haven’t really had any issues so far on my regional trips since switching over. The places where it cuts out don’t seem to work for Don either, who is on Telstra.

    @NBN_Australia Hello there Imagine my joy when this solved my problem That will make two of us imagining a solution to this 💩 Sending me to an IVR that sends me a text is not a solution You can DM me... @Telstra should have gone with @Optus

    @Greybeard3 @JohnBirmingham @Optus I didn't go to TPG but I did leave Optus. I twice had to call to cancel, going through the whole process twice. But, for over a year now, Optus still sends me monthly invoices that (a) state that I have a 9 cent credit & (b) the 9 cents is zeroed off at the end of each invoice.

    @hughwizzy So so daft all that pricing. Here you can get every single PL & UCL game for either $100 (£50) a year or free if you’re with Optus phone network

    @Optus The internet signal is very poor and it has been since last night. When using the NBN in Reservoir, the speeds are very slow or the internet might even drop out at times. Your website says that there are some problems in my area but it has been 12 hours.
