    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    After calling @Optus to check if I had voicemail, the customer service guy activated it. I called back saying I didn’t want it and i wanted to go back to VMs being sent to me by text. They deactivate voicemail so now my phone just hangs up on people. Completely useless.

    Optus you need to fix streaming service before you have no customers left. Ads every 8 minutes is ridiculous during a over 2 hours of content. Has made premier league unwatchable in Australia. Premier league needs to look into this or will loose fans @OptusSport @premierleague
