    @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @guyfieriofficia @TheRealALM Yeh what about the lack of apps? What about the poor communication? Only reason World Cup got moved to SBS & Optus sport got better was cos ppl complained.     @Optus I've spent nearly 4 hours on the ph this week and untold hours in the past month trying to sort out the problems YOU caused. I'll not be giving you 1 second of my time to send the details to a dm. I'm changing my service provider to Telstra. Your service is reprehensible.

    @Optus argh... been on the phone for an hour and a half trying to sort out a bill for 5G service that you should have cancelled. Honestly the customer service is TERRIBLE

    @maxrushden @TheRealBozza Oh goody It’s not like Kayo ,Binge, Netflix , Disney , Amazon Prime , Optus Sport already costs a fortune now we have to subscribe to another service for one competition .

    @zharoId $47 with optus, unlimited calls/txt and 65gb. It's not too bad but I'm definitely over spending.

    @StanSportFC Give it back to Optus sport. No one is paying extra $10 for just sports. Terrible.
