    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

    @Telstra 2hrs this morning wasted with your member chat trying to take out a new contract, long term customer counts for nothing, go on Optus site and as a nobody I got a better deal straight off.

    @ACCAN_AU Who monitors the TIO? Optus engaging in identity theft against me $4,500.00 TIO tell them to speak to me. Optus don't speak, TIO does nothing. TIO tells Optus not to proceed with financial recovery. Optus proceeds. TIO does nothing. Refuse to help STILL !

    Hey @Optus time to join the 21st century. Where no provider charges $10/day in roaming charges and restricts data. Way to pigeonhole yourself as NOT global or respecting your customers who travel. Will switch providers. #fail

    @Optus I've never had an issue using my phone as a hotspot previously. Speeds have been adequate for what I occasionally need to do on my laptop. I'm not into gaming or live streaming.

    Spend 2 months trying to pin @Optus down to sort internet out. And finally get an appointment. One day before, I call them to confirm appt since nobody from their team had gotten in touch with me. Only to be told appt had been cancelled. Why? Your guess is as good as mine.

    Upon calling them multiple times, @Optus waives off ONE month of internet fees. Good but I dont want free internet (at 2 mbps speed). I want the service I am paying for. I dont want to call your team several times a month and explain myself every SINGLE time #worstcustomerservice
