@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

Hey @Optus - fix your network. Over the last 12 months I’ve received 8 messages telling me that your completing work to improve our coverage and internet speeds. It has gotten worse. Can’t even have a phone conversation in my own house. Ridiculous. Thieves.

@JamesRhys90 Optus had the exact same problems for WC 2018 and now they've got the PL rights until 2028 and 1 million+ subscribers. These are teething issues, and P+ will sort them out

@Optus wt's wrong with the network in many more #Brisbane suburbs like Coorparoo, West end, Yeronga n so on., we're not even getting minimum speeds of data😡 n signals are dropping continuously!. Pls kindly look into it🙏.

@ParamountPlusAU Using chrome cast. Can cast Kayo, Optus sport without problem. Paramount + keeps buffering, pausing and then dropping out. Singularly unimpressed. Oh, and I am using the stream suggested.

@davesaves1 Agreed. The promotion they've made for the game though imo outweighs the teething problems so far by a fair margin. They'll get it right eventually. Optus and Kayo both had the same issues when they started

@Telstra And I'm currently looking at optus coverage maps. Have been with telstra for 15yrs, currently pay around $150/month and have been subjected to absolutely atrocious customer service.
