    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @DoveMetal its annoying that vodafone should be better since they have lower band coverage, but I guess it's just placement. You could try Amaysim, very low barrier to entry on the Optus network, I pay like $30 a month for 50gb

    @Optus @OptusEnterprise technical experts tell me the attached video call images (WhatsApp, Duo, Skype) on the new @Google Pixel 5 is NOT an issue. I raised a concern (BASC01707166) on the very day I got my phone only to be told "you are on your own with this phone and (1/3)

    (3/3) the issue. I wanted to get rid of the Pixel 5 but Optus' horrible 'Boomerang' team did not even bother to call & check the issue. Worst part is Optus Retail tell me, "we understand the issue and it is bad but we can't help you". THAT IS PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE @Optus

    Four hours of tech support from @Apple and @Optus and a) no resolution yet b) I'm educating Optus on the types of networks used in Australia as they want me to adjust the LTE settings 🙃 now sending them screenshots of iPhone settings to educate them

    @NBN_Australia Yeah thanks, I've been trying to get answers from you guys since last Monday and I keep getting lied to, redirected to the NBN outage hotline and plain ****** around. So I ended up upgrading my Optus phone plan and hotspotting until it gets fixed. Thanks
