@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@Optus I have been customer of Optus from last 4 years and it was amazing service, however recently I have moved to new location and it seems that instead of resolving my issue of enabling services I have been advised to move to new provider, which is quite unprofessional.

@Optus posted on a Facebook group about how bad optus is and someone who lives near by at Bardon said that a optus worker told them that they could cancel their optus plans at any time with no fees or charges as they know that optus coverage in this side of town is so terrible
