@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@OeterB @Fozbyte That's what I did! I'm an optus customer so it's included in my plan.

@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

"The cyber criminal behind this attack has used obfuscation techniques to conceal their identity, their location and their activity." Clearly they were not an Optus customer themselves.

@Optus @RunnerSA18 I’ve been an Optus customer for years AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE SINGLE COMMUNICATION FROM YOU which acknowledges your data breach. Incredibly poor form. About to switch, I’m done

@Optus I have waited over 31 hours to speak to someone and every single time I’m connected to an agent. They transfer me to someone else. I still have not been able to get my issue resolved.

@lbrunsmann @Apple Harvey Norman and JB Hi Fi only keep the cheap stuff. Apple Mac shop closed down. Maybe Telstra or Optus in Shopping Fair.

@RNBreakfast @PaulFletcherMP Paul Fletcher who was employed by Optus for 8 years? The guy who is the former Communications Minister? Fletcher who didn't think cyber security protections were an issue for Optus as they claimed it was too expensive? Manager of Opposition Business who f*ks up Points of Order

@Optus @RunnerSA18 Optus CEO is more concerned about her bonus than any customer problem

@voodoo47 @bulldoglegend Optus is 100% fault in this case. Other organisations reminding how to stay safe online when this is in the media isn’t a bad thing. Actually the flurry of emails is a good reminder of just how many places have our data and how we need to protect ourselves as much as possible

@randomweights The simplest way to put it; OpSec of Optus left the front door open with the keys to the holy grail that was a 1:1 scale test network with internet connectivity.

@AlboMP @SenatorWong @ClareONeilMP Optus frankly should be investigated by the AFP, I am not a customer but I feel outraged on behalf of the 10 million Aussies who are or who have been.

Looks like this recurring payment has been happening for the past four years. So it has nothing to do with Optus. Thank goodness! Now I need answers...I have no idea what this DRI*AVAST service is all about
