@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

@Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

@AndrewEggelton @Optus Oh no! XD I hope we never have trouble with them in that case! I have heard good things about that new company, Aussie Broadband but haven't personally used them. If I had to change now, I'd go with that one.

@AndrewEggelton @Optus I'm sorry to hear you're going through that. It is a nightmare! It's not acceptable. After we tried and failed to have them fix our issues repeatedly, we cancelled with them since they were unable to provide the service. They then continued to charge us for several months..

@Optus your NBN in Toorak Vic is horrible! I have had to reset the modem atleast 10 times - dial up in third world countries gives better network! And conveniently Sunday there is no help

@AndrewEggelton @Optus We went with iiNet and they've been amazing. The connection has been strong and consistent the whole time compared with constant dropping out with Optus. The customer service has been great but we haven't had to call for any problems so far because we've had no issues.
