    @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

    @Optus hello, I received spam email this week claiming to be Optus & confirming that I had increased my laptop data usage with Optus. I never increased my data usage. Can you now confirm with me that my laptop/mobile plan hasn’t been changed? Thanks.

I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.

    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    .@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

    @Tayzlor @NBN_Australia @elonmusk CBDs were served by fibre well before NBN was ever dreamt up. Unis also had fibre - AARNet. The problem was residential, the failing copper, poor Optus cable. Unfortunately the market was doing nothing as Telstra controlled it all.

    @ShitFuckery1 Whenever I've had a problem with teleco companies it's always with Optus, they're atrocious will push it until the ombudsman is about to hit them with a fine and then they cave, and nothing has changed since Binchicken took hold of the reins

    Is it possible for a telecommunications company to have worse Customer Service than Optus ? If you don't have an Optus App, or use their website...they don't want to deal with you. letters. Emails and phone calls are NOT acceptable 😵‍💫 Management doesn't care !

    I'm currently with Optus for my mobile and would like to stick with a non-Telstra network for it, because our home internet is Telstra and my reasoning is that if the home net is down the phone net will be up and vice versa do not @ me with why this is faulty logic pls.
