    @perthovalman @kevinperry @TheWorldGame @SBS @ALeague @premierleague @Craig_Foster @LucyZelic A cash-strapped FTA network does its best but has no hope of competing with Foxtel (itself scaling back football coverage in the face of its own financial woes) and Optus. I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.

    I’ve phoned @Optus customer service 3 days in a row and you’ve YET to rectify this issue, despite advising you have. This is incredibly poor form, deplorable in fact 😡

    .@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

    @Optus should be ashamed of themselves, making people pay $250 just to cancel your services. When @Telstra let's you cancel your services for free if you paid them. Go Telstra!

    Serious question for anybody in Australia. How does one escalate an @NBN_Australia problem for resolution? Whilst their techs are very polite & charming (trained in managing customer disappointment) they have failed to fix our problems. @Optus are seemingly powerless too.

    Hi @Telstra - I activated a sim card on Monday at lunchtime, it was meant to take up to 4hrs. It's still not activated. I phone but it says use the app, I can't use the app without an active account. Please help. No @Optus internet at home for 2wks BH. Pulling hair out. #WFH

    @christopherneal @Optus @NBN_Australia optus offered to send me a sim dongle.. after i told them that sim back up doesnt work here, our phones barely work, as we are in a valley with poor SIM coverage... head meet brick wall

    @Optus Yes. Two third of the time it's always down. Neither internet nor regular call. I've been saying this since more than a month. You don't give a damn. Can't understand what sort of maintainance it always is, down most of the time. Weird, No???? #floptus

    @katrinafee It may be a cheap and shitty phone, but it’s doing a damn good job as an access point! Fast, too. (But it’s on Optus, whereas main phone is Voda, so possibly different signal quality).

    @Optus the nbn in Harrison, ACT has been down for around 12 hours now. I have checked the Network Status page on the website and it confirms that there is an issue in the area. Got any idea as to when this will be fixed? 12 hours seems like a bit much.
