  .@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

  @BradSabbath @mel_wright123 I think, from my personal experience with Optus, Telstra, NBN is that we are dealing with organizations driven by the profit motive, providing a reliable & safe service often comes last and requires government directives and threats, otherwise it's business as usual

  @timburrowes As an optus customer the communication regarding the data theft has been abhorrent. One form email saying I may or may not be part of the data breach. There has been no updates on what they are doing to rectify or confirm who may have had issues. The hacker has done more media

  @Descarts11 @ServiceNSW @Optus Thanks. I turned up with a completed form and police report but they still knocked me back twice. Might need to try a third Service NSW store. You are the first person that I have heard of who has had any luck. Did you get the second email from Optus that has been promised?

  @adamliaw The exceptionally wealthy investors in Optus are too poor to compensate the suckers sorry clients who got ripped off in the hack. The investors invest only to make money not lose it. They outsource any loss or thought of a loss to the taxpayer.
