I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.

    I’ve phoned @Optus customer service 3 days in a row and you’ve YET to rectify this issue, despite advising you have. This is incredibly poor form, deplorable in fact 😡

    .@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

    @ACMilanSydney @G73020484 I pay $20 a month for beINConnect and $15 for Optus Sport. I have rarely had issues with streams and Optus sport, overall package and highlights, is very good. ESPN+ package sounds amazing in the US, unfortunately not offered in Australia. Frustrating that I can’t watch Aleague

    Ahh @Optus useless as per usual. Tried to get some information, but of course an unplanned outage. "Try again in 24 hrs." However, Roslin in live chat was pleasant to deal with. So there's a plus. There usually isn't any positive to be had.

    @Optus It took speaking to more than 8 people from different departments over the course of 5 days to finally cancel my home internet. I was told the final bill will be prorata’d and now I get another bill!! Can someone please sort this out!!

    @TAJgarou @Optus Mine has been awful for a long, long time, the highest I've ever seen our upload speed go is I could you not like 1.5 Mbps it's awful, we struggle to send messages with images on them sometimes. It's sad cause it's completely killed my ability to stream too.

    @eyeamtom @Optus My internet has been in and out around my area the whole of last week. You get hours where everything works fine and then your net slows down considerably or stops working for 2 to 3 hours. It sucks especially if your paying top dollar for reliable internet. Hope they fix it soon

    @DeanRosario @moy_phil @TheRealALM @FFA @OptusSport Have to see actual stats of how many customers have changed to Optus for football. The entire football community will not switch over, that’s an unrealistic expectation. I for one wouldn’t leave Telstra because i don’t like the Optus service or their plans.
