    @ACMilanSydney @G73020484 I pay $20 a month for beINConnect and $15 for Optus Sport. I have rarely had issues with streams and Optus sport, overall package and highlights, is very good. ESPN+ package sounds amazing in the US, unfortunately not offered in Australia. Frustrating that I can’t watch Aleague

    Ahh @Optus useless as per usual. Tried to get some information, but of course an unplanned outage. "Try again in 24 hrs." However, Roslin in live chat was pleasant to deal with. So there's a plus. There usually isn't any positive to be had.

    2/3 Optus acquired much less spectrum with a focus on so-called regional areas as it was prevented to bid in metro areas (30~35MHz lots). Dense Air (wholesale network business of small cells vendor Airspan) focused on metropolitan areas (5~35MHz lots)

    @thecattery @VLine @vline_geelong @Telstra @VicTrack_Vic @Optus When I filled out the Telstra form, you can drop the pin onto the train line between Geelong & Melb. I just chose a spot outside of Geelong on the train line. It seemed to work as they admitted there was an issue...

    @KiLeRaD I don't use Optus, but if like Telstra there online chat might be more useful. I have found that Telstra stores and Optus shops do SFA as they are only agents and have very little pull to fix issues. Conversely send a email to the Optus CEO.

    Needed tech support from #virginmobile but was on hold for 1 hr+ with no answer because @Optus killed off Virgin Mobile and cut 400 jobs. Virgin was great, **** @Optus and their disdain for their customers, I’m going to @amaysimAU

    Spent an hour at the @Optus store trying, for the 4th time, to fix the **** up that was made (by the store) in Sept resulting in monthly overcharges. If they don't fix it this time, next stop: ombudsman.

    @Optus Your understanding of the situation is 100x clearer than your technical support team. I've had three chats with them and each time have been instructed to speak to Netgear for technical support (this is paid support!). I've got no confidence in your tech support team. 😥

    @Optus - the phone company that makes it nearly impossible to actually speak to someone on the phone. I'm sick of live chat - 5 consultants can't resolve my issue and I'm sick of re-typing my problem to each of them!
