@NBN_Australia Just a quick thank you @NBN_Australia for not flagging the issue of dropouts until 36 hours into the issue. Also not actually notifying the user who has scheduled the visit that your team cancelled "After the issue was fixed" without appropriately verifying the resolution.

@Telstra If yesterday a text message stating that the NBN are aware of an issue and will be completing some maintenance work on Wednesday, 31 March. This text message was sent by Telstra to advise of any interruptions

Hate to be one of the whingers, but how bad is @Telstra and @NBN_Australia at service? Due to poor planning and scheduling, no HFC devices are available. So we are forced onto using the 4G speed limited backup in the modem. No service for 2 weeks, 4G for 5 weeks, 4 weeks to go.

@NBN_Australia Hi Adam, I am confused as to why a line fault at external of site requires someone home. Issue will be corrosion on line due to excessive rain which is an external repair. Wouldnt be cancelling stream if I wasnt required to be home to fix something outside the house.

@Telstra The link you sent me states that you have no supply of NBN boxes until may or June so why are you sending me appointment via sms. Why are you also pre determining the day and date without consulting me. Does anyone actually want to help?
