    2. More than 3 weeks ago now, TPG told us we should change over to NBN. We said 'not a problem, as long as there's no gap of service between the ADSL being disconnected, and the NBN being connected as we both work from home. 'Not a problem!', TPG said, 'there will be no gap.'

    So! Here’s my day on a plate. Have a piece to file by 2pm. Internet has been down all night. Contact Telstra… 3 hours later, internet still not back on but we have a shiny new NBN contract, for more than we paid before for the same service on the same cable infrastructure. 1/3

    4. So, now having to run work internet from our phones and costing us a fortune, we thought 'well, at least the NBN will be connected soon. What innocent, bright eyed fools we were. After a NBN cabling problem was sorted out, we waited for our appointment.
