@NBN_Australia our nbn service has been intermittent for the last 2 or 3 weeks. Is the nbn fixed wireless tower at Lymington Southetn Tasmania being serviced or something

@janinesymons @nbn @Aussie_BB Truly, its beyond the service provider's control. They have no influence over it. Big part of the problem is that NBN have slashed the rates for contractors by around 40% so techs not very interested. NBN made sure there is no contact with End Users for a reason!

Only to cancel 24 hours later blaming @NBN_Australia. Is there any more frustrating thing than dealing with these companies who just keep passing the buck. Please just set it up. My son is chewing through data like there’s no tomorrow.

@xander85 The one you shared is a speed trial plan which is only available for eligible NBN customers. These customers are the one who have NBN FTTP and HFC technology as other nbn service are unable to achieve higher speeds. 1/2 -Mel

@Mark18787662 My elderly parents who had no computer or NBN used to get the Microsoft call everyday. Currently my mum gets the we're calling from the NBN call at dinner time every day. It is like a kind of psychological Warfare so I have no problem scamming them back!

@Telstra Hi Anto, I have used Telstra's messaging service many times in the past month for this same issue. Very tedious, but repeated testing has shown the need for an NBN technician to visit. Appointments arranged, time taken off work, but no-one turns up. Really poor.

@NBN_Australia yes, you could ensure that when you make appointments to install the nbn somebody turns up. i have now had two no shows, and no notification, i have had to ring my service provider to find out what is happening.

@PMBarraclough @Wellsprings_Joy Glass-Jaw Abbott nobbled CSIRO to get rid of the Worlds leading Climate change scientists, plus he sacked most of the Bureau of Stats top ppl to prevent true stats, and also he Nobbled the NBN so his puppeteer would not lose his pay TV network. LNP = corruption at every level.
