@gavinadams @Aussie_BB I've reported that issue with the MyAussie tool in the past as well. If two of the four tests fail, how can there possibly be "No Issues Detected"? I was told that this is because of the way NBN reports things...

Customers may experience service degradation issues which may cause performance latency for NBN services for Pure residential users in WA, SA and TA during peak hour due to the shifting of majority of the internet traffic from our secondary to primary core router.
