@AllanSpence20 We acknowledge that there are delays in connecting some premises to the NBN network particular those who are using the HFC technology due to global equipment shortage impacting the supply of NBN connection boxes. -Charm

@Optus Hi I’ve just switched from the NBN plan to the 4G but I’m having a couple of problems: 1. I want to cancel my NBN plan as soon as possible but the customer service is closed 2. My home phone isn’t connecting to the Modem

So no internet. Which means no Kayo, no Netflix, no Stan. Chewing through the mobile data. Great service @NBN_Australia technician coming Tuesday afternoon for the 4th time. #iinet

  • TPG_Telecom TPG (@TPG_Telecom) reported

@Dr_Opbear The speed you provided definitely suggests there is an issue with the service. Even on the entry level NBN 12 plan, the typical evening speed between 7pm and 11pm is 12Mbps. Kindly DM us your customer ID so we can investigate your issue. 2/2 -Mel

  • misullivan Michelle Sullivan (@misullivan) reported

@NBN_Australia Everytime they come back and tell me the *only* reason for you not turning up and rescheduling appointments is “technicaian capacity issues” ... which is “we don’t have any one available to attend” ... not bad for “investing in the south coast”...!

  • AllanSpence20 Allan Spence (@AllanSpence20) reported

@TPG_Telecom 14 months vaunrable customer paid fof his nbn still not connected. TIO claim global shotage waiting on parts from CHINA

  • naomi_t_81 Naomi Elle (@naomi_t_81) reported

…to have dropouts, another client Telstra facilitated running a new copper line to the building of a client who’s service kept dropping out and never connected the new line, just copper cable hanging outside the building, @telstra blaming NBN and NBN blaming @Telstra

  • TPG_Telecom TPG (@TPG_Telecom) reported

@Dr_Opbear Once NBN service is declared ready in your area you have approximately around 18 months before the old network (ADSL/Copper) will be switched off. You will eventually need to switch over to the NBN service to continue using the internet. 1/2 -Mel
