    @hexsteph @NBN_Australia And now NBN Co are offering free FTTP installs to anyone who will pay for a high speed (250+) connection. Bad luck for all those people like you that already paid thousands to get FTTP installed. Hope they can give you a refund!

    @nightkhaos @hexsteph @NBN_Australia They are the only ones who can install the cable. I changed to TPG straight away once it was installed. The issue wasn’t with starting the service, it was the installation.

    @hexsteph @NBN_Australia Option 2: I presume you've complained about the delay but make sure it's official (complaints people also can work magic). Record interaction number. Then complain your complaint wasn't met to the standards you expect. With THAT # contact ombudsmen who will help.

    @MoodyJayde @hexsteph I don't know if it's an option for you but the Optus 4G Home Broadband (not Mobile Broadband of the dongle variety) has been waaay faster, more reliable & cheaper for me than both NBN & ADSL. In the same area the Mobile Broadband is fricken terrible & expensive.
