A new Space Agency HQ. While hospitals are broken, communities are struggling, the NBN is pathetic and jobs are scarce. Get your head out of your arse @ScottMorrisonMP #LiarFromTheShire #CrimeMinister

@NBN_Australia Hi Tommy, thank you for reaching out. I've sent you a message with my details. I've got my fingers crossed that you'll be able to help because it's starting to feel like I'm in a loop of being told to take it up with somebody else, with nobody actually trying to resolve this.

(4/4) Given the ISP technician confirmed the issue isn't on our premises, there isn't anything more we can do. I'm in limbo because @NBN_Australia keep closing our requests and ignoring the problem instead of sending anyone out to actually inspect the potential fault. I'm furious

@NBN_Australia Why does internet always b so slow after 7pm AEDT ??

(2/3) I made sure I was free for the day but no technician showed up. No courtesy message at all, I was just left waiting. I eventually called my ISP to see what was up and they said NBN had "dealt with the problem remotely" and had closed the issue.

@NewBooksNetwork Is NBN down? I can’t seem to access it from Apple Podcasts or Player FM.

@DaveSharma Never judge a book by its cover. And it looks like the graphic design and type-setting was lifted from the NBN rollout plan anyway. Nice try @DaveSharma the charmer.

(3/4) Hopeful, I checked our speeds and we've got a fantastic 102 down and 2 up. Nothing has changed. Worse still, this is the third time @NBN_Australia have marked our issue as resolved without actually resolving anything.

@JohnQuiggin OK, I spoke to the guy I tried to call on Monday. He uses a third party VOIP provider, i.e. he gets his internet from an NBN company, but the phone service from someone else. Somewhere along the chain, the area code doesn't get inserted.
