A new Space Agency HQ. While hospitals are broken, communities are struggling, the NBN is pathetic and jobs are scarce. Get your head out of your arse @ScottMorrisonMP #LiarFromTheShire #CrimeMinister

@NBN_Australia Drop out more, regularly fail to deliver promised speeds, and refuse to connect to servers/hosts in Victoria randomly. Stream less. Game less. The nbn™ network is made for less (seriously, our connectivity is hilariously poor).

What's more important? Our replacement of the telecommunications system across Australia (i.e. phone copper replacd by broadband fibre), or switching from diesel electric, to nuclear submarines? Yet LNP said $50Bn over a decade for fibre NBN was too expensive and too slow.

Whew after two whole months I finally recorded another NBN episode! Feels like things have been slow. Are there just not many books on Japanese studies coming out in Jan and Feb? Anyhow I’m ready to cover more new books. Hit me up if you have recently published a book!

We really do get treated like second-class citizens in regional SA… no nbn for 3 days?! Disgraceful. Just one more bullshit problem to add to my plate

  • silentanb

@drajm Agree that the cost is too much. Should be no more than $60 a month for 100/20 rather than $80 to 90. I've not had issues with drop outs on HFC nbn but I've been with Telstra, origin (which is ABB) and superloop. I recall one of the reasons for the cost blow out...

  • andrewmic
    Andy Hedges (@andrewmic) reported

@NBN_Australia The nbn issue seems to have been fixed overnight last night. However, there have been some dropouts during the day today.

**** skip bins, we can't even get internet in SEQ at the moment @ScottMorrisonMP. How about building some flood resilience into @NBN_Australia? You can't pass the buck to the states for that one. #auspol

@9NewsMelb No because this is Australia and the nbn goes out like every 5 minutes making eftpos machines in stores go down not to mention some home business run on cash
