    Why has my @Telstra 4g internet slowed down to 170kbps or less. I can’t accomplish anything with these speeds. It’s bad enough @NBN_Australia didn’t manage to connect us in June 2021 like they said. What is going on in 4520 telstra? Why is it so slow?

    you forced us onto the @nbn, we had no choice. we have two people here working from home. work that involves substantial teleconferencing. we are in Sydney, in lockdown, and cannot work elsewhere. you have a contractual obligation to provide the service we are paying you for.

    Turns out that 30-year-old copper which the LNP said was fine ... actually sucks when everybody is in lockdown, all trying to access the internet at once, because the LNP stuffed up the vaccine rollout. How can the LNP fail so bad at everything? #NBN #LNPfail #vaccinerollout

    @Optus, it's now been 2 weeks of constant NBN outages. I see you have a modem with a 4g backup option. we've had 10+ outages this year and 7 in the past fortnight, and we've contacted you multiple times about this. why haven't you offered this to us as a possible solution?

    @VodafoneAU Also, why are the free upgrades limited to 1 per customer with Vodafone (according to the email fine print)? A friend on Telstra had his all 3 of NBN services upgraded for 6 months. One of my Vodafone NBN misses out on an upgrade 🥲 Can you have a look at this too?

    @NBN_Australia suggests you look at your timeline gor upgrading Watanaonni. Happy to chatgeback my Spotify service to you whilst 8 keep getting dodgy service that drops in and out. I am sure the company I work from home for would like know as well. 3rd world Internet!

    @Optus NBN is still not working in Berala 2141. My NBN stopped at 10am yesterday, and has not returned since. I mean, I am paying for a service that won't work half the time?
