    @NBN_Australia our nbn service has been intermittent for the last 2 or 3 weeks. Is the nbn fixed wireless tower at Lymington Southetn Tasmania being serviced or something

    @zbendr NBN has been **** for a month in my neck of the woods. Every time I call my ISP, I'm told NBN are working on it.

    @Telstra Our NBN has been operating at half the normal download. We have 100 down but last couple of weeks only getting 50. I was hoping it was temporary. So not happy we are not getting the service we pay for.

    @Optus I’m absolutely at a loss for words. I moved house and called to have the NBN service moved. You got the destination address wrong and I have been ‘chatting’ with your team members for 4 days… now you have canceled my account and I still have no internet…

    Needless to say, the NBN technician who came to repair my 'broken' link was not impressed - and very apologetic.

    @BevJohnst @Geeks2Uau @Officeworks Don't bother, they weren't very helpful and haven't addressed my question. Their website states they can probably fix any technical issue, even if it's not specified on their website. Looks like that's not true. Get an electrician certified for NBN cabling - they're out there.

    Anyone have internet service provider recs? Need to get hooked up immediately, have NBN. My phone has 10GB of data on it and it's running faster than previous one which was under ex-housemate's name.
