    Thanks to the ppl I follow here who went from - rightly - complaining about hopeless Telstra service, to recommending Optus. (I'm a 25 year Telstra customer) I took the tip, got a new modem for the NBN hook up, & connection/service/follow up was 1st class ✅

    @NBN_Australia @Telstra how is it possible that the first nbn technician available to fix my internet is in MARCH 2021? i need a new nbn box , and there’s a shortage of equipment ? I work from home and now I have to wait 2 months for help??!

    @Telstra I didn't use the app as it was a complicated issue + downloading an app especially is annoying. They think it was to do w/ an internal migration to new billing structures, coinciding w/ unnotified NBN roll-out. Just wish we didn't have to come on here + vent to resolve stuff 😭

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia The Help function on the Telstra app just bounces me around and doing connection tests (I know there's no connection!). I can't call you as I can't spend another 6 hours on the phone. I wont be paying the bill until you fix my broadband. #NBNfail

    It appears NBN upload speeds have completely disappeared from @Internode's website. Sure this must be considered critical information for an Internet service? Am I missing something?

    Anyone else having trouble accessing @getongab from Australia at the moment. I have tried phone wifi and NBN will not load. It was running ok this morning through to 12pm ??
