  @NBN_Australia our nbn service has been intermittent for the last 2 or 3 weeks. Is the nbn fixed wireless tower at Lymington Southetn Tasmania being serviced or something

  @gocatgo1 Hi Catrina, nbn connections may need a reset every week or two, to help prevent latency issues. To do this yourself, just grab a pen or paperclip and hold in the recessed reset button on the back of the nbn box. Feel free to jump into our DM and we'll run you through it -Rhys

  @Telstra they have to throw out a lot of food last 2 days and will have to shut shop until nbn is not restored as their phones, online orders can't be fulfilled. We really need help.. You can call me on 0419104870.

  Beware when looking for an NBN ISP @beourmate has just changed their network partner who was probably the lowest tenderer. They are in a mess. Support has gone from BAD to almost non existent!!

  @shane25873 Yes, I'm with iiNet (same company) and mine was down from about 11.30pm till 10 minutes ago (not NBN, it's some 4G modem). All good now.

  @EMacskasy @kokolopa Make sure you test with an ethernet cable, to make sure it's your NBN and not your WiFi that is the issue. WiFi suffers from interference from all the other WiFi networks around you.

  @ClarieceBooty I know exactly what you mean. My experience with Telstra service is it’s generally the best, and that’s made me nervous. We moved completely to Optus when we got here, much cheaper, and the service was fine. A change to NBN fixed wireless pushed them out.

  Is anyone else finding that their NBN is so slow that trying to stream on tv results in prolonged waits whilst that bloody circle thing rotates and rotates and rotates.

  These phone scam people don't even try. Scammer: I'm from NBN, we're going to disconnect your internet because of connectivity issues. Your computer is being attacked by malware. Me: That sounds like a software issue rather than a connectivity issue. Scammer: *hangs up*

  @RHIIINOO_TV @Aussie_BB Need to go @launtel mate. God tier ISP. I've been with other companies that ****** me around but not a single issue with Launtel. The only issue i had was NBN related and Launtel razzed them up big time until it was fixed.
