@NBN_Australia 1. These slow speeds are common across different service providers in the district. 2. The many times I’ve pursued this topic it becomes a duck-shoving exercise: NBN Co. says it’s the service provider; the service provider says it’s lack of capacity at the NBN tower.

A new Space Agency HQ. While hospitals are broken, communities are struggling, the NBN is pathetic and jobs are scarce. Get your head out of your arse @ScottMorrisonMP #LiarFromTheShire #CrimeMinister

@Telstra We *wish* that the vax gave us Telstra 5G! We're just that little bit too far away to get a decent signal. Bring 5G to the Blue Mountains because, as we all know, the NBN can't get their act together.

@brucerguthrie @Telstra_news I had a similar nightmare that went on for months. Three Telstra shop visits in despair. Ifeel for you. Bruth. All I wanted was a landline AND NBN. Too bad.

A friend's internet has gone down because there's too much water in the NBN pit. It just makes me think about whether increased coastal rainfall from climate change will cause serious problems to the functioning of the internet (why wouldn't it...?)

@zerogeewhiz I had to cancel my Internode service NBN VDSL FTTB for TPG’s FTTB. On the plus side it meant I could try TPG for a week to see if I was getting the required service before cancelling Internode so I was never without the internet’s

@iTnews_au This is such bullshit on NBN’s part - congestion points to a weakness in the network, it’s not the fault of the users. The solution is increase capacity, not throttle or punish users.

@iTnews_au what do to? There's nothing to so, if one is paying for it they can use it ALL. so NBN being a far more costly network to use than we ever had under hel$tra, is admitting they run a sub par network. no wonder they dont want FTTH, if their network is falling over already.

@KleinRevd Whoever is in charge we have a service that has me wanting to pull hair out. Telcos keep trying to force me onto NBN, which is a crappy version of what we had, will never get cable to door, they don't want to give me 5g so stuck with a complete w@nk of a service.

Stupid question: when you change NBN providers do you really have to cancel the old one? I thought it was automatic

@VodafoneAU It makes absolutely zero sense. Do you want me as an NBN customer or not? What sort of business runs like this?
