    @VodafoneAU Then after getting watch home and realising it would not connect, called customer service line who said it could not be done. They offered in store swap for watch, promised there was one in stock in Canberra City store. I travelled to store only to find out that none in stock

    @VodafoneAU Went into store with daughter to ask how plan and sharing esim works and what we need to do to connect. Specifically asked if we could do it from home after purchasing watch at JBHiFi. Was told it would not be a problem and to just call the customer service number if any issues.

    Huge fail to @JBHiFi for neglecting to tell customers that their #samsunggalaxywatch only works on @Telstra network. Saleseman even asked who current mobile provider is and discussed plan and admitted @VodafoneAU better deal, still didn’t think to inform the watch would not work.

    @VodafoneAU Thanks, it seems to be working fine now. The service seemed to be out for about 30 minutes for me earlier in the morning.

    @VodafoneAU I can't even check my usage and the advice I was given from the support team doesn't work. I can't log in temporarily. Please get this sorted. I can't even check if I'm incurring roaming charges as I'm overseas.

    @VodafoneAU Your call centre is useless! I’m pleased I have now managed to cancel the auto top - up and will never have to deal with Vodafone again. Way too painful

    @VodafoneAU Also your option for pre-paid on the phone supposedly goes to post paid so passed around! Not a good experience. Should be able to do it online or at least quickly on the phone. This is terrible.

    @VodafoneAU I got an sms saying it's $10 per GB if I go over my limit. That's a bit pricey, but I don't really have a choice since my ADSL+2 has been down for 3 weeks. You should change the pricing to $5 per GB when over data limits or better yet, $1 per GB regardless of over limit.

    I try @VodafoneAU NBN and abandon it well within the 30 day trial period. I return the modem to a Vodafone store TWO weeks ago as required. Now they charge me for it. The support guy tells me to go back to the store and "tell them to contact Vodafone". <blank>

    @VodafoneAU internet connection is poor both on mobile data and home NBN today; no connection with some apps at all in the daytime. I should not have connected mobile and NBN to one supplier…
