@Optus @VodafoneAU Still on the phone for 30-mins and this is a mess. All your staff have no idea. Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

@Optus @VodafoneAU Hi @Optus I have DM you guys just waiting to hear back! Turns out you also have not updated the new deal for my wife either. Really really poor. If this doesn’t get sorted today will be returning phone and going back to @VodafoneAU or @Telstra

@VodafoneAU current customer here: please stop calling me with call centre sales calls. I don’t want sales calls. Any more and I’ll switch phone providers. The frequency of calls is over the top. Thanks.

@VodafoneAU the tech support told us to enable a wifi calling feature but this only can be done apparently on post paid. I tried to switch to postpaid and they want me to recharge the whole account again despite losing all our money which we loaded into prepay. #loser

@angharadyeo @VodafoneAU I switched to Felix, which uses the Vodaphone network, but is only $35 a month for unlimited Aus calls, texts and data. Plus they plant trees!

@VodafoneAU What’s the point? You’re generally closed when I’m trying to get online and when I’ve called the last 3 times the problem keeps reoccurring. Plus the last time I called your staff member never called back the next day like they said they would. All around really shabby service.

I really like @VodafoneAU, have been with them for ages, but damn if it doesn't feel like a massive run around to spend 45 minutes getting them to match a competitor's offer. not even match, just come close to. it'd take me less time to just move to the competitor

@VodafoneAU Can you explain to me why when living in the U.K. all network providers allow you to use your data across Europe, including the US and Australia at no extra charge. Yet you want people to pay $5 a day to use their phone in NZ ?? It’s 2021 !!

If you are with @VodafoneAU, when you run out of data, if you have not updated the app, you can't top up your credit. This happens every single time, looks like I will be changing service providers soon...
