    @VodafoneAU I spent 45 mins on the phone last night. The issue isn’t re running credit check. Every time one has a cred check it impacts score. So we are advised to not to do them not necessary. (1/2)

    @VodafoneAU possibly the worst upgradre experience i have ever seen. Unable to deliver what was signed up to, call centre staff making offers they cant deliver on. Then I am unreasonable for not being happy to pay more than originally agreed to.

    @VodafoneAU really disappointed that I was charged for the whole month when I upgraded my plan two days before the billing cycle ended. I told the agent I would wait, if 8/9 and 9/9 weren’t pro-rated. But, he assured me they would be. V. unhappy customer.

As soon as I get into my Telstra WiFi at hope, it works perfectly. My wife is with Vodafone too, she has the exact same problem

    @VodafoneAU my internet has been running slow the past few weeks. I have full bars. It’s running so slow sometimes pages stop loading or say there’s no internet connection. I’ve restarted my phone, turned internet on and off. I haven’t used all my data so it shouldn’t be slow.
