    @troyhunt @TriciaKicksSaaS I had the same issue with @VodafoneAU the other day. They cold called me (I am a customer) and asked me to give them my account PIN to verify myself. Poor form. Also wanted PII sent via email if I didn't want to provide my PIN.

    @VodafoneAU Would give less than one star if possible. Try cancelling a Vodafone of a family member who is in a nursing home with dementia. Support desk on the phone said it has to be done in store, only to be told by the staff it has to be done over the phone!.5 months now. Arse

    @VodafoneAU I explained my concerns to your operator and said I have no issues handing proof of ID over in store I was told it was a phone offer only. Poor form. Your operators are more concerned about commission than customer security.

    @VodafoneAU Educate your call centre operators. Asking customers to email personally identifiable information to the customer support address is a security risk. If it is a standard procedure, stop. Cold calling and asking to verify is poor form too. #security #PII #cybercrime

    @vanOnselenP I never do, I've been hit twice now when flying between Hong Kong & Sydney with a welcome to Indonesia text and the $5 a day cost from @VodafoneAU thankfully the system has never actually charged me. Must be a very high base station somewhere there.

    @VodafoneAU The issue is when I advise your operator that I don’t give my PIN over the phone on a received call, and he becomes aggressive and demands to know why I won’t accept an SMS as verification. I ended up having to hang up on him. This is not ok.

    @albericie @Telstra24x7 @VodafoneAU were cheaper than Telstra with unlimited data and free Netflix. Their call centre is in India but were very patient when I had problems. They have a 4g chip in the modem for when nbn is down.

    @VodafoneAU has an add saying they care for small business better than the others. If your over 10 connections. So they dont care about small business under 10. So whats the differance. In my opinion all telco's are the same and crap service. Guess they told the truth in the add.

    @dimoss @VodafoneAU @Telstra I should get a prepaid voda sim and see how it goes. Telstra 4G bandwidth is very poor along the northern rail corridors, especially in the Collingwood / Brunswick / North Richmond areas, I typically have to wait until the train is past Clifton Hill before I can do anything.

    Telcos need to rethink their tablet plans!! Offering 2gb and 5gb of data is stupid!! You need at least 10GBs for app updates... @Telstra @Optus @VodafoneAU you guys need to have 4 simple plans starting at 30GBs, 50GBs, 80GBs and 100GBs... $30-$90 in pricing
