    Hey @VodafoneAU, can you use another courier company other than Toll Priority. They’re so unreliable. Every time I receive something from Vodafone it is late because of them. Today’s due delivery might happen Monday/Tuesday, I’ve been told. You’re paying for an overnight service.

    @VodafoneAU not showing good customer care at the moment. I ordered a phone for collection at a store; delivery company Toll took it to some random person’s house and then sent it back to Vodafone. No notification or apology from Vodafone (or Toll). Still no phone for me!

After them attempting to deliver to my work address outside of business hours (no surprise, no one was there) I have spent over an hour on the phone to their "support", only to have them conclude redelivery was "impossible"

    @VodafoneAU I logged a complaint about network issues. I was assured it will improve in a week. 3 weeks passed it got worsen. Spend 1 hour with your team 50 mins of hold and wait. Decided to move on from Vodafone. Well done Vodafone goes your customer forever.
