    @VodafoneAU Ha! “Retentions and Sales”. I don’t want either department. I just want to cancel my $20/month data plan on an iPad I rarely use. It shouldn’t be that hard. Also, no-one rang me back next day during “office hours” as I was advised would happen - don’t make me go to the Onbudsman!

    @Optus Too late, have switched to @VodafoneAU because of how terrible this customer experience has been - the least you could have done was waive the $68 cancellation fee from my current plan, but the @Optus representative refused. Will lodge a complaint to the ombudsman.

    @VodafoneAU Well it was an "H" connection where otes usually 4G, and the tweet didn't post until I was back in the office on WiFi, so the speed was effectively 0 at that point. This was on George Street, outside Myer, though around Town Hall area has been bad lately too.
