    Update: after 10 minutes of being "on hold" (I believe the person on other end just left it on mute) the phone call was disconnected on their end. Great customer service @VodafoneAU

    Just found out @VodafoneAU have been charging me $5/month for a memory card which I never agreed to, and also insurance on a device which we don't have. Called the customer support line, and currently "on hold" for a supervisor to answer my call

    @VodafoneAU I recently bought my NBN across from another provider and sadly it's far from what was promised or expected! Our old provider although slow at times was like Cathy Freeman by stark contrast. Why is it difficult to chat online with you about this?

    @VodafoneAU I updated to iOS 14 at midnight and after the update it said an update is required to use cellular And the only fix for that is to restart the update and I’ve spent two hours decorating my Home Screen

    @VodafoneAU I know its not one of yours. Im with you but I ran out of space to add @Telstra @Optus. Hopefully you lot are aware of these scams and can might be able to do something about it. Either warn your customers or block that number from your service, if that’s possible. I blocked them

    I turned off my Wi-Fi antenna and i get access to the network i pay for, leave the antenna on and Vodafone turns off my data and try's to steal connectivity @VodafoneAU is the worst mobile carrier, @Optus is the worst internet carrier, @telstra are just corrupt top to bottom.
