    @VodafoneAU Gleaning an additional $480 to $600 per lazy customer per year is quite an incentive to "never make changes to our account". Why not default to the 'best available sim-only plan', particularly when it offers more for your customer for less $. Call it a customer retention policy.

    If anyone wanted to see the value of a fair priced global roaming service, its today. I landed at LAX at noon to a cancelled accommodation notice by @airbnb & by 4pm after MAJOR calls/tweets/emails/texts my alternate accommodation has been sorted. Tks to @VodafoneAU $5 roaming!
