    @TimHipsley @VodafoneAU @Telstra @Optus Totally agree mate, nothing but hassles with data usuage disputes to unreliable signal coverage (even within the CBD of Perth) forget Vodafone, go with another company. Even if they match a price they are not a good company. Expect a lot of unsolicited phone calls when u switch!

    @VodafoneAU Don't have time. Just don't let it happen again. It's a basic consumer interaction. You overcharge or make a mistake with your billing, you rectify it and give the customer every single shred of confidence, information and support to show them you will get it fixed. Not backchat.

    @Optus @VodafoneAU Still on the phone for 30-mins and this is a mess. All your staff have no idea. Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

    I really regret swapping from @telstra to @VodafoneAU. There is still a noticeable difference in network performance and speed. The dead spots along my commute a lot worse with Vodafone. I can't even stream the radio anymore, whereas before i could with only a drop few outs.
