    @VodafoneAU I’ve called to cancel my plan twice now in May and the June - both times a bill with the plan ongoing has been sent and no plan has been cancelled. I’ve now been billed for two months of insurance and plan charges that I’d asked to cancel.

    @VodafoneAU Issue is internet drops out consistently - download speeds around 1-10Mbps when we've paid for 50Mbps. I have called and waited for numerous hours. Scheduled call back was for 3/4 June - please arrange for nbn specialists to call me back (they have my details from previous call)

    @voltagex @VodafoneAU how do you mean unable to send sms, my girlfriend is having a problem at the moment with not receiving sms and it wont send sms from her number even to her own number Please elaborate , so far vodafone hasnt helped her in any way

    Being on hold for over an hour to talk to @VodafoneAU wouldn't be so bad if the hold music wasn't all John Mayer, Matchbox 20 and Maroon 5

    And the outage appears to have been resolved. @VodafoneAU took over 2½ hours to correct a DNS issue. David Teoh will not be happy!
