    @VodafoneAU you need to update your coverage map. This does not reflect reality (to be fair @Optus & @Telstra ) is no better. There are so many holes in this area, it is unusable. Don't get me started on you wifi calling problems

    Sydney trains delayed - it’s not great, but at least they are communicating which helps. @VodafoneAU however need to sort out their signal on the t4 line. Patchy at best from Tempe all the way to central. This is the city centre and can’t even load pictures!

    @VodafoneAU again failing in keeping their customers happy. They've got yet another outage in as many days, I've gone almost 3 in a half weeks with nothing but constant dropouts and outages. @Optus I might be looking at transferring to you.

    @VodafoneAU I have been calling Vodafone number and it’s taking forever on hold. Your customer service is a disaster. I had a similiar issue with comms bank and it was solved in 2min call and it took me 5 min. While with @VodafoneAU it’s #vodafonedisastercustomerservices

    @VodafoneAU I tried to call 4 times. 3 failed call backs due to poor network coverage. I was then on a queue for 7 minutes and call dropped. I need an update now please.

    @Telstra I swapped from @VodafoneAU last year to get access to your 5g network. Huge regrets. So many drop out points. Coverage along Cronulla train line worse that voda. City coverage so patchy. For the money I'm paying you're not australia's best network.

    @VodafoneAU NBN down in NSW 2074. 3G/4G failover from Vodafone WiFi hub also does not work which suggests issues with Vodafone network as opposed to NBN network problem. Over 1.5 hours on hold on your call centre.

    @VodafoneAU Great. Well after 35 minutes I’ve hung up. Not wanting to tell you how to do your job or anything but when you have an update it might be helpful to proactively tweet it so we can see what’s happening right away. The NBN site says there are no issues whey there clearly are.

I'm delighted that @VodafoneAU upgraded the box (which, to be honest, made me dig it out of storage and plug it in again.) The Live Channels app is still awful for Aussie TV, but that's @Android TV for you.

    According to @VodafoneAU, thousands of payments were not received in November. I'd say that's a problem with THEIR system, not me. Sort it out because I'm not paying this supposed 'payment error'.

    I'm so annoyed at @VodafoneAU. The reason my bill was so large is because of a payment error....IN NOVEMBER! Even though it was paid on time. And on top of that, they increased November's bill from $95 to $120. I never got a refund from this supposed 'payment error'.

    After getting txt msg, was on the phone to @VodafoneAU call centre for billing. The guy says "can you tell me a new 4 digit pin" Me: "why would I tell you, I've already given you my drivers' licence, address and date of birth." Amazes me how the service loop never loops.
