    @VodafoneAU What is really disappointing, is there is no notice of issue on your website, nor scheduled maintenance, or anywhere I can get information to follow up. My address is just listed as being covered with "4G Outdoor" and "VoLTE available", and nothing else. LOL at only 3G in 2019!

    @TimHipsley @VodafoneAU @Telstra @Optus Totally agree mate, nothing but hassles with data usuage disputes to unreliable signal coverage (even within the CBD of Perth) forget Vodafone, go with another company. Even if they match a price they are not a good company. Expect a lot of unsolicited phone calls when u switch!

    @VodafoneAU Don't have time. Just don't let it happen again. It's a basic consumer interaction. You overcharge or make a mistake with your billing, you rectify it and give the customer every single shred of confidence, information and support to show them you will get it fixed. Not backchat.

    @VodafoneAU is absolutely horrendous and useless. I activated roaming for some key messages. It has been over 2 hours. Zero service on my mobile. Absolutely useless mobile service. I tried automatic selection of service. Restarting mobile and everything. Nothing so far.
