    @VodafoneAU This is ridiculous. I cannot get in touch with Support over the Phone, Chat, FB, Twitter! NBN has been down in the 3335 area since last night.! We have work to do and require the internet! How can we get this fixed?

    @VodafoneAU Have just spent 2hrs on the phone with your amazing employee Saurab. Most informative and helpful of the lot. Still no long term solution, so if we don't get the call back tomorrow morning from his colleague, then we will most certainly be contacting TIO.

    @NBN_Australia have had horrendous NBN for 3 weeks, between yourself n @VodafoneAU you have cancelled 2 NBN tech call outs to check the line. Paying for 250mbps and we are getting 6mbps - FIX THIS ISSUE NOW!!! 8 calls to Vodafone, next call TIO (telecommunications ombudsman)

    Having the most horrendous experience with @VodafoneAU. Problem still not resolved and the internet is down for the third day. Please be very cautious about using their product and there support is atrocious. #vodafone #vodafail

    @Telstra Getting relegated to **** seats or $900 tickets due to this? Seriously? 🙄 Sounds far from a "Feel Good Time" to me. Between this and Optus' data breach, @VodafoneAU seems like the best major telco currently.

    @VodafoneAU Why is it SO difficult to log into the app & the website. Login links constantly fail. Trying via website on laptop sends a link to my mobile meaning I can't sign in on laptop. Total nightmare

    @VodafoneAU @Chaos_098 I’m on the Telstra Network and cannot get 5G reception while roaming in NZ on Spark. Does Vodafone have 5G in NZ???
