    @VodafoneAU I ported my company account to VF yesterday. It was activated as a prepay. I was able to purchase a post pay bundle but my account is still showing as a prepay. Can’t login via web. Error says account or password are wrong. Tried calling but no pick up. Please help.

    @NBN_Australia Sure. I note there is no outage logged on the Nbn site. Both @foxtel and @VodafoneAU have no way of logging my issue on their sites and dont take calls now. I’m sure I can fix it myself though. I will head outside in the morning with my screwdriver...

    @VodafoneAU your phone support says to go to myvodafone, myvodafone says to call the phone support. My battery is cact and I'm trying to find out if I'm finished my 24 month purchase period or not so I can find out if I warranty it or upgrade it. I need it for work!

    @Optus I tried to contact you guys 3 times on the phone and about 6-8 via your app. STILL nobody has looked into my issue. @VodafoneAU resolved a similar issue I had with them in 10 mins. WHY am I being treated this way.

    @VodafoneAU I can't get anywhere on that number. You are trying to steal from me under cover of COVID-18 and I will most cerainly be lodging a complaint with the Telco regulator. You could forward my two screen grabs to your techs, it looks like a system glitch! I want to talk to a human.
