    Sneaky peaky @VodafoneAU - release new NBN plans with REDUCED upload speeds (down from 40Mbps to 25Mbps). In a time when I have 3-4 people on study/work from home I cannot have a reduced upload limit like that. NOT. COOL.

    @VodafoneAU I got a new phone/plan from you but the package was missing the sim. Support told me to go to local store for new sim - In the middle of a lockdown! No one there at appointed time. I cant even log into my account as I have no pin yet. Can you please help me out?

    @VodafoneAU you promised the maintenance that covering Southport area will be finished by the 13th, but my signal is still bad. I live in the CBD of Gold Coast next to the library, can't believe how hard it is to get a stable connection.
